参阅图2和图3,本实施例的触觉反馈器1还包括第二弹性件700,第二弹性件700设计成环形,第二弹性件700设于限位部22与底槽面13之间;其中,第二弹性件700可与限位部22和底槽面13两者中的一者连接,与两者中的一者只接触不连接;第二弹性件700也可同时固定连接与限位部22和底槽面13;此外,第二弹性件700也可不与限位部22和槽底面13连接,而是通过沿平行于显示屏200的方向预压设置在支架100内并与所述限位部22和底槽面抵接;在本实施例中,第二弹性件700与底槽面13固定连接,限位部22抵压在第二弹性件700远离底槽面13的一侧面,两者接触。第二弹性件700用于提供显示屏200在振动过程中的回复刚度,防止显示屏200组件形变过大回复力不够无法复原。第二弹性件700可为泡棉,泡棉具有形变能力强、重量轻的优点。
参阅图2和图3,收容腔12包括第一凹腔121和与第一凹腔121相通的第二凹腔122,支架100从支撑面11凹陷形成第一凹腔121,第一凹腔121具有前述底槽面13,支架100从底槽面13凹陷形成第二凹腔122,也就是说,第二弹性件700位于第一凹腔121内,第一配合件300与限位部22连接的一端设于第一凹腔121,另一端设于第二凹腔122。这样设计,既能够为第一配合件300提供足够的运动空间,又能够增加支架100的支撑强度
参阅图3和图5,第一配合件300包括固定部34和凸设于固定部34之远离支撑面11一侧的第一安装部35,安装孔31贯穿固定部34和第一安装部35,固定部34与限位部22连接,这样设计,既能增加第一配合件300与限位部22的接触面积,从而提高连接可靠性,又能够减少第一配合件300在收容腔12内占用的空间,为其他元器件提供更大的安装空间。
参阅图1,支架100远离支撑面11的一侧凸设有第二安装部14,驱动机构500安装于第二安装部14,既能增加驱动机构500与支架100的接触面积,从而提高连接可靠性,又能够减少支架100的体积。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种触觉反馈器,其特征在于,包括
    支架,具有支撑面和收容腔;
    显示屏,活动安装于所述支撑面并与所述支架围设成所述收容腔,所述显示屏可相对所述支撑面移动;
    第一配合件,连接所述显示屏,所述第一配合件设于所述收容腔并与所述支架间隔设置,所述第一配合件设有沿垂直所述显示屏方向凹陷形成的安装孔;
    传动组件,设于所述安装孔内与所述显示屏间隔设置,并与所述第一配合件配合产生相对运动;
    驱动机构,安装于所述支架,并与所述传动组件远离所述显示屏的一端连接以驱动所述传动组件旋转以使所述第一配合件带动所述显示屏运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述第一配合件具有围设成所述安装孔的内侧壁,所述第一配合件从所述内侧壁凸设有第一凸起部,所述传动组件包括设于所述安装孔的第二配合件,所述第二配合件具有与所述内侧壁相对设置的外侧壁和至少两个从所述外侧壁朝向所述内侧壁凸设的第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部沿所述第二配合件周向间隔设置,所述第一凸起部设于相邻两个所述第二凸起部之间,所述驱动机构驱动所述第二配合件转动,所述第二凸起部与第一凸起部接触并挤压所述第一凸起部从而推动所述第一配合件带动所述显示屏运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述显示屏包括本体和凸设于所述本体之朝向所述支撑面一侧的限位部,所述本体活动安装于所述支撑面,所述限位部设于所述收容腔,所述第一配合件连接所述限位部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述触觉反馈装置还包括设于所述显示屏与所述支撑面之间的第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件连接所述显示屏或所述支撑面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述收容腔具有朝向所述支撑面的底槽面,所述触觉反馈装置还包括设于所述显示屏与所述底槽面之间的第二弹性件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述收容腔包括第一凹腔和与所述第一凹腔相通的第二凹腔,所述支架从所述支撑面凹陷形成所述第一凹腔,所述第一凹腔具有所述底槽面,所述支架从所述底槽面凹陷形成所述第二凹腔,所述第一配合件与所述显示屏连接的一端设于所述第一凹腔,另一端设于所述第二凹腔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述第一配合件包括连接所述显示屏的固定部和凸设于所述固定部之远离所述支撑面一侧的第一安装部,所述安装孔贯穿所述固定部和所述第一安装部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述支架远离所述支撑面的一侧凸设有第二安装部,所述驱动机构安装于所述第二安装部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述安装孔的截面为圆形,所述第二配合件为圆柱状。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述传动组件还包括连接于所述第二配合件和所述驱动机构的连接轴。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的触觉反馈器,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括减速器和用于驱动所述传动组件旋转的电机,所述减速器一端连接所述电机,另一端连接所述传动组件。
