图1至图7,为本发明提供的一种大角度开合自锁铰链的优选实施方式。如图1至图7所示,该大角度开合自锁铰链包括固定在门体上的门板固定座10、固定在柜体上的柜体固定座20以及摇臂30、轴弹簧座连杆40、衬套簧座连杆50、力臂60和自锁弹簧组件70,所述柜体固定座20通过第一铰轴101与摇臂30的一端铰接,摇臂30的另一端通过第二铰轴102与轴弹簧座连杆40的一端铰接,轴弹簧座连杆40的另一端通过第三铰接轴103与门板固定座10的一端铰接,门板固定座10的另一端通过第四铰轴104与衬套簧座连杆50的一端铰接,衬套簧座连杆50的另一端通过第五铰轴105与摇臂30铰接,第五铰轴105处于第一铰轴101和第二铰轴102之间;所述柜体固定座20还通过第六铰轴106与力臂60的一端铰接,力臂60的另一端通过第七铰轴107与衬套簧座连杆50铰接,第七铰轴107处于第四铰轴104和第五铰轴105之间;轴弹簧座连杆40还通过第八铰轴108与自锁弹簧组件70的一端铰接,自锁弹簧组件70的另一端通过第九铰轴109与衬套簧座连杆50铰接,第八铰轴108处于第二铰轴102和第三铰轴103之间,第九铰轴109处于第四铰轴104的一侧,通过摇臂30、轴弹簧座连杆40、衬套簧座连杆50以及力臂60的展开带动门板固定座10与柜体固定座20分离,使得门体与柜体分开留有间隙,门体灵活打开,保持与门板固定座10连接的门体呈打开状态,门体打开角度范围为0~115度,取放物品方便;而在折叠收拢时,各臂体收纳在门板固定座10与柜体固定座20之间,不影响门体关门,保持与门板固定座10连接的门体呈闭合状态。
如图3所示,所述柜体固定座20上设有用于容纳折叠状态摇臂30的下容槽21,摇臂30的一端伸入到下容槽21内通过第一铰轴101与下容槽21的侧壁铰接;所述门板固定座10上设有用于容纳折叠状态轴弹簧座连杆40和衬套簧座连杆50的上容槽11,轴弹簧座连杆40的另一端伸入到上容槽11内通过第三铰轴103与上容槽11的侧壁铰接;在铰接时,摇臂30的一端伸入到下容槽21内,轴弹簧座连杆40的另一端和衬套簧座连杆50的一端伸入到上容槽11内,进行折叠时,摇臂30围绕第一铰轴101向下容槽21方向转动,摇臂30完全容纳于柜体固定座20的下容槽21内;轴弹簧座连杆40围绕第二铰轴102向靠近自锁弹簧组件70的方向转动,衬套簧座连杆50围绕第五铰轴105向靠近力臂60方向转动,轴弹簧座连杆40的另一端以及衬套簧座连杆50的一端容纳在上容槽11内。所述柜体固定座20的一端还连接有用于防止摇臂反向转动的挡板22,以防止摇臂30反向转动。
所述摇臂30上设有容纳轴弹簧座连杆40、衬套簧座连杆50以及折叠状态力臂60的第一容槽31,轴弹簧座连杆40的一端伸入到第一容槽31内通过第二铰轴102与第一容槽31的侧壁铰接,所述衬套簧座连杆50的另一端伸入到第一容槽31内通过第五铰轴105与第一容槽31的侧壁铰接;轴弹簧座连杆40上设有用于容纳自锁弹簧组件70的第二容槽41,在进行折叠时,轴弹簧座连杆40围绕第二铰轴102向靠近力臂70的方向转动,衬套簧座连杆50围绕第五铰轴105向靠近力臂60方向转动,力臂60围绕第六铰轴106向靠近摇臂30方向转动;折叠完成时,衬套簧座连杆50收纳在第一容槽31内,力臂60的另一端收纳在第一容槽31内。
所述衬套簧座连杆50上设有容纳折叠状态自锁弹簧组件的连接容槽51,自锁弹簧组件70的一端伸入到第二容槽41内通过第八铰轴108与第二容槽41的侧壁铰接,自锁弹簧组件70的另一端伸入到连接容槽51内通过第九铰轴109与连接容槽51的侧壁铰接,在折叠时,自锁弹簧组件70围绕第九铰轴109向靠近力臂60方向转动,折叠收拢完成后,自锁弹簧组件70容纳在衬套簧座连杆50的连接容槽51内。所述衬套簧座连杆50包括两个连杆以及用于连接两个连杆的连接铆钉,连接容槽处于两个连杆之间。
值得注意的是,门板固定座10、柜体固定座20、摇臂30、轴弹簧座连杆40、衬套簧座连杆50以及力臂60组成两个四边形结构,第一个四边形结构由柜体固定 座上的第一铰轴101与第六铰轴106之间的间距、摇臂30上第一铰轴101与第五铰轴105之间的间距、衬套簧座连杆上第五铰轴105与第七铰轴107之间的间距组成;第二个四边形结构由摇臂30上第五铰轴105与第二铰轴102之间间距、轴弹簧座连杆40、门板固定座10以及衬套簧座连杆50组成。在展开时,门板固定座10与柜体固定座20张开时,两个四边形结构张开,摇臂30以第一铰轴101为支点向远离柜体固定座20方向转动,力臂60以第六铰轴为支点向远离柜体固定座20方向转动,第一个四边形内第一铰轴101与第七铰轴107的间距达到最大,第二四边形内第三铰轴103与第五铰轴105的间距达到最大,门板固定座10与柜体固定座20之间形成间距,门体打开角度范围为0~115度;而在折叠收拢时,两个四边形结构折叠收拢,摇臂30以第一铰轴101为支点向靠近柜体固定座20方向转动,力臂60以第六铰轴为支点向靠近柜体固定座20方向转动,第一个四边形内第六铰轴106与第五铰轴105的间距达到最大,第二四边形内第二铰轴102与第四铰轴104的间距达到最大,各臂体收纳在门板固定座10与柜体固定座20之间。
如图6所示,所述自锁弹簧组件70包括轴弹簧座701、与轴弹簧座701配合的衬套弹簧座702以及处于轴弹簧座701和衬套弹簧座702之间的弹簧703,轴弹簧座701通过第八铰轴108与轴弹簧座连杆40铰接,衬套弹簧座702通过第九铰轴109与衬套弹簧座连杆50铰接。所述自锁弹簧组件70两端分别铰接在轴弹簧座连杆40和衬套簧座连杆50之间,对轴弹簧座连杆40和衬套簧座连杆50施加一个弹性推力,在本发明开启于接近展开最大角度状态时,门板固定座10与衬套簧座连杆50夹角已接近180度,轴弹簧座连杆40受自锁弹簧组件70的弹性推力作用下,以第三铰轴103为支点顺时针旋转,轴弹簧座连杆40与门板固定座10夹角继续减小;也即是门板固定座10、轴弹簧座连杆40、摇臂30及衬套簧座连杆50铰接构成的四边形在自锁弹簧组件70的作用下继续朝本发明展开状态形变,第三铰轴103和第五铰轴105之间距离继续扩大,固定连接在门板固定座10上的门体从而也就获得一个开启自锁弹性作用力。
参照图7中所示,同理相反,在本发明折叠收拢接近最小角度状态时,门板固定座10、轴弹簧座连杆40、摇臂30及衬套簧座连杆50铰接构成的四边形在自锁弹簧组件70的作用下继续朝本发明折收拢状态形变,第二铰轴102和第四铰轴10 4之间距离继续扩大,固定连接在门板固定座10上的门体从而也就获得一个关闭自锁弹性作用力。
所述门板固定座10的一侧设有用于安装在门体的第一安装板12,通过第一安装板12安装在门体上;所述柜体固定座20的一侧设有用于安装在柜体一侧的第二安装板23,通过第二安装板23安装在柜体上。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述发明目的,且本发明的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对发明的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本发明申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种大角度开合自锁铰链,包括固定在门体上的门板固定座(10)和固定在柜体上的柜体固定座(20),其特征在于:还包括摇臂(30)、轴弹簧座连杆(40)、衬套簧座连杆(50)、力臂(60)和自锁弹簧组件(70),所述柜体固定座(20)通过第一铰轴(101)与摇臂(30)的一端铰接,摇臂(30)的另一端通过第二铰轴(102)与轴弹簧座连杆(40)的一端铰接,轴弹簧座连杆(40)的另一端通过第三铰接轴(103)与门板固定座(10)的一端铰接,门板固定座(10)的另一端通过第四铰轴(104)与衬套簧座连杆(50)的一端铰接,衬套簧座连杆(50)的另一端通过第五铰轴(105)与摇臂(30)铰接,第五铰轴(105)处于第一铰轴(101)和第二铰轴(102)之间;所述柜体固定座(20)还通过第六铰轴(106)与力臂(60)的一端铰接,力臂(60)的另一端通过第七铰轴(107)与衬套簧座连杆(50)铰接,第七铰轴(107)处于第四铰轴(104)和第五铰轴(105)之间;轴弹簧座连杆(40)还通过第八铰轴(108)与自锁弹簧组件(70)的一端铰接有,自锁弹簧组件(70)的另一端通过第九铰轴(109)与衬套簧座连杆(50)铰接,第八铰轴(108)处于第二铰轴(102)和第三铰轴(103)之间,第九铰轴(109)处于第四铰轴(104)的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的大角度开合自锁铰链,其特征在于:所述柜体固定座(20)上设有用于容纳折叠状态摇臂的下容槽(21),摇臂(30)的一端伸入到下容槽(21)内通过第一铰轴(101)与下容槽(21)的侧壁铰接;所述门板固定座(10)上设有用于容纳折叠状态轴弹簧座连杆(40)和衬套簧座连杆(50)的上容槽(11),轴弹簧座连杆(40)的另一端伸入到上容槽(11)内通过第三铰轴(103)与上容槽(11)的侧壁铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的大角度开合自锁铰链,其特征在于:所述摇 臂(30)上设有容纳轴弹簧座连杆(40)、衬套簧座连杆(50)以及折叠状态力臂(60)的第一容槽(31),轴弹簧座连杆(40)的一端伸入到第一容槽(31)内通过第二铰轴(102)与第一容槽(31)的侧壁铰接,所述衬套簧座连杆(50)的另一端伸入到第一容槽(31)内通过第五铰轴(105)与第一容槽(31)的侧壁铰接;轴弹簧座连杆(40)上设有用于容纳自锁弹簧组件的第二容槽(41)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的大角度开合自锁铰链,其特征在于:所述衬套簧座连杆(50)上设有容纳折叠状态自锁弹簧组件的连接容槽(51),自锁弹簧组件(70)的一端伸入到第二容槽(41)内通过第八铰轴(108)与第二容槽(41)的侧壁铰接,自锁弹簧组件(70)的另一端伸入到连接容槽(51)内通过第九铰轴(109)与连接容槽(51)的侧壁铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的大角度开合自锁铰链,其特征在于:所述柜体固定座(20)的一端还连接有用于防止摇臂反向转动的挡板(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的大角度开合自锁铰链,其特征在于:所述门板固定座(10)的一侧设有用于安装在门体的第一安装板(12);所述柜体固定座(20)的一侧设有用于安装在柜体一侧的第二安装板(23)。
