Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of cosmetic compositions, and in particular to anti-perspirant compositions comprising high-molecular-weight alpha hydroxy acids, the cosmetic use thereof and the method for applying same. The invention relates to a novel natural, hypoallergenic anti-perspirant composition that comprises natural components. In general, the present invention proposes a composition based on a high-molecular-weight alpha hydroxy acid, shea butter, panthenol, glyceryl stearate, stearic acid, lecithin and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition can further comprise silver particles, fatty materials, active substances, surfactants, thickeners and antioxidants. The present invention makes it possible to obtain an anti-perspirant product with high concentrations of alpha hydroxy acid that is stable and non-aggressive to the user's skin.
