Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour séparer une aiguille d'une seringue, le dispositif comprenant : une première couche de ressort comprenant un ou plusieurs premiers éléments de ressort ; une seconde couche de ressort comprenant un ou plusieurs seconds éléments de ressort ; la première couche de ressort et la seconde couche de ressort étant agencées dans une orientation superposée empilée pour fournir un empilement de couches de ressort, l'empilement de couches de ressort étant agencé pour recouvrir une ouverture dans une surface ; le ou chaque premier élément de ressort étant fixé au niveau d'un bord de l'ouverture et s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur jusqu'à un bord adjacent à une première ouverture positionnée au niveau de ou vers le centre de l'ouverture, et le ou chaque second élément de ressort étant fixé à un bord de l'ouverture et s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur jusqu'à un bord adjacent à une seconde ouverture positionnée au niveau de ou vers le centre de l'ouverture ; la première ouverture étant alignée avec la seconde ouverture pour fournir une ouverture alignée à travers les première et seconde couches de ressort ; le ou chaque premier élément de ressort et le ou chaque second élément de ressort étant formés d'un matériau élastiquement déformable de telle sorte que les première et seconde couches de ressort sont sollicitées vers une première position de repos à partir de laquelle les première et seconde couches de ressort peuvent dévier pour accepter une aiguille qui est fixée à une seringue lorsqu'elle est poussée dans l'ouverture alignée par un utilisateur ; la première couche de ressort et la seconde couche de ressort, lorsqu'elles sont dans la première position de repos, étant en relation de contact au niveau de l'ouverture alignée. L'invention concerne également un récipient comprenant le dispositif, et des procédés de retrait d'une aiguille au moyen du dispositif.
