Description

一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高亮液晶屏,具体是一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏。
背景技术
液晶显示屏用于数字型钟表和许多便携式计算机的一种显示器类型,LCD显示使用了两片极化材料,在它们之间是液体水晶溶液,电流通过该液体时会使水晶重新排列,以使光线无法透过它们,因此,每个水晶就像百叶窗,既能允许光线穿过又能挡住光线,液晶显示器目前科技信息产品都朝着轻、薄、短、小的目标发展,在计算机周边中拥有悠久历史的显示器产品当然也不例外,在便于携带与搬运为前题之下,传统的显示方式如CRT映像管显示器及LED显示板等等,皆受制于体积过大或耗电量甚巨等因素,无法达成使用者的实际需求,而液晶显示技术的发展正好切合目前信息产品的潮流,无论是直角显示、低耗电量、体积小、还是零辐射等优点,都能让使用者享受最佳的视觉环境。
高亮液晶屏在使用的过程中会散发热量,如果热量过高,可能会对高亮液晶屏造成损毁,所以必须要对高亮液晶屏进行散热,现有的高亮液晶屏散热只是纯靠液晶屏本身的结构材料来进行导热散热,整个液晶玻璃表面的散热效果欠佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,包括机体,所述机体的两侧对称开设有通风口,所述通风口的一侧设置有连接块,所述连接块与机体固定连接,所述连接块固定连接有玻璃板,所述玻璃板的一侧设置有电风扇,所述电风扇与机体固定连接,所述玻璃板的另一侧设置有排气扇,所述排气扇与机体固定连接,所述机体固定连接有液晶屏,所述液晶屏与玻璃板之间形成通风道,所述机体的一侧设置有水冷装置。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述水冷装置包括散热管、排水口、冷却液箱和水泵。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述冷却液箱与机体固定连接,所述冷却液箱内设置有水泵,所述水泵的一侧设置有散热管,所述散热管的一端与水泵固定连接,所述散热管设置在机体内。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述散热管的另一端开设有排水口,所述排水口设置在冷却液箱内。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述机体的底端固定连接有底座。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、通过机体、通风口、连接块、玻璃板、电风扇、排气扇液晶屏、通风道和水冷装置的配合使用能加速高亮液晶屏的散热,避免因热量过高而对高亮液晶屏造成损毁。
2、本实用新型有两种散热方式,能使高亮液晶屏散热得更全面,提高散热质量。

请参阅图1~3,本实用新型实施例中,一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,包括机体1、排气扇2、通风道3、玻璃板4、液晶屏5、连接块6、隔尘网7、通风口8、电风扇9、散热管10、水冷装置11、排水口12、冷却液箱13、水泵14和底座15,机体1的两侧对称开设有通风口8,通风口8的一侧设置有连接块6,连接块6与机体1固定连接,连接块6 固定连接有玻璃板4,玻璃板4的一侧设置有电风扇9,电风扇9与机体1固定连接,玻璃板4的另一侧设置有排气扇2,排气扇2与机体1固定连接,机体1固定连接有液晶屏5,液晶屏5与玻璃板4之间形成通风道3,机体1的一侧设置有水冷装置11,水冷装置11包括散热管10、排水口12、冷却液箱13和水泵14,冷却液箱13与机体1固定连接,冷却液箱13内设置有水泵14,水泵14的一侧设置有散热管10,散热管10的一端与水泵14固定连接,散热管10的另一端开设有排水口12,排水口12设置在冷却液箱13内,散热管10设置在机体1内,机体1的底端固定连接有底座15。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
液晶屏5启动时,进一步排气扇2、电风扇9和水泵14启动动,进一步电风扇9把从通风口8进入的冷风送进通风道3内,进一步冷风带走液晶屏5表面的热量带走,从而实现对液晶屏5表面的散热,进一步排气扇2把风通过通风口8排出机体1外,进一步水泵14把冷却液箱13内的冷却水导入散热管10内,因为散热管10设置在机体1内,所以当冷却水在散热管10中流动的同时把机体1的热量带走,从而实现对液晶屏5的散热冷却,进一步吸了热量的冷却水通过排水口12流回冷却液箱13内,从而实现对冷却水的循环利用,有益于环保。
尽管参照前述实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,包括机体(1),其特征在于:所述机体(1)的两侧对称开设有通风口(8),所述通风口(8)的一侧设置有连接块(6),所述连接块(6)与机体(1)固定连接,所述连接块(6)固定连接有玻璃板(4),所述玻璃板(4)的一侧设置有电风扇(9),所述电风扇(9)与机体(1)固定连接,所述玻璃板(4)的另一侧设置有排气扇(2),所述排气扇(2)与机体(1)固定连接,所述机体(1)固定连接有液晶屏(5),所述液晶屏(5)与玻璃板(4)之间形成通风道(3),所述机体(1)的一侧设置有水冷装置(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,其特征在于:所述水冷装置(11)包括散热管(10)、排水口(12)、冷却液箱(13)和水泵(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,其特征在于:所述冷却液箱(13)与机体(1)固定连接,所述冷却液箱(13)内设置有水泵(14),所述水泵(14)的一侧设置有散热管(10),所述散热管(10)的一端与水泵(14)固定连接,所述散热管(10)设置在机体(1)内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,其特征在于:所述散热管(10)的另一端开设有排水口(12),所述排水口(12)设置在冷却液箱(13)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热功能的高亮液晶屏,其特征在于:所述机体(1)的底端固定连接有底座(15)。
