Le bout de plateforme, le bout de fonctionnement et le bout domestique accèdent à la plateforme de gestion de rééducation et réalisent des interactions de données au moyen de la plateforme de gestion de rééducation ; le bout de plateforme est utilisé pour gérer globalement des patients, et la gestion globale comprend : une évaluation du patient, une analyse de données, une modification de prescription et une délivrance de questionnaire ; le bout de fonctionnement est utilisé par le personnel médical pour recevoir des prescriptions de rééducation délivrées par des médecins et pour aider les patients à effectuer les prescriptions de rééducation et pour évaluer des tâches d'entraînement ; et le bout domestique est utilisé par les patients pour obtenir les prescriptions de rééducation délivrées par les médecins, pour exécuter les prescriptions de rééducation et pour évaluer les tâches d'entraînement. Le système de gestion de rééducation incorpore le bout de plateforme utilisé par des médecins, le bout de fonctionnement utilisé par des thérapeutes (infirmières de rééducation), et le bout domestique utilisé par des patients à domicile, ce qui permet d'obtenir une boucle fermée complète à partir d'une évaluation de rééducation à l'hôpital à des exercices de rééducation à l'hôpital à des fins de gestion de rééducation à domicile.
