在现有技术中,用户可以将智能设备(例如智能台灯、智能空调、智能窗帘、智能音箱等)共享给其他人(例如朋友、家人等),以便其他人对该智能设备进行管理(例如开启或关闭该智能设备)。一般地,用户先在手机上手动地、准确地输入其他人的账号,然后经过互联网给其他人发送一条是否同意接受共享的消 息;在该用户同意后,该用户便可以对该智能家居设备进行控制例如开启或关闭该智能家居设备。但是上述分享操作步骤多、容易出错,例如用户忘记了其朋友的账号或输入了错误的账号等情况,会出现分享失败,导致分享智能设备的效率大大降低。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请以下实施例提供了一种管理智能设备的方法、移动终端及通信系统,能够有效的减少分享操作的步骤,也避免因用户遗忘相关账号导致的无法分享智能设备的技术问题,极大提供分享智能设备的效率。
本申请一实施例提供一种管理智能设备的通信系统,该通信系统可以包括至少一个移动终端和至少一个智能设备。示例性的,如图1所示,通信系统100可以包括移动终端101和智能设备102。移动终端101与智能设备102可以通过通信网络103进行通信;移动终端101可以通过通信网络103对智能设备102进行管理。例如,移动终端101可以通过通信网络103将智能设备102从管理设备列表中删除,从而失去对智能设备102的控制;又例如移动终端101可以将已删除的智能设备102恢复到管理设备列表中,从而重新获得对该智能设备102的控制权;又例如移动终端101可以控制智能设备102的打开和关闭,从而控制智能设备102;又例如,移动终端101可以添加智能设备102到其管理设备列表中,从而能够对其进行管理例如表1所示,为移动终端101对智能设备102的控制信息。

或者其他操作系统的手机、平板电脑、具备无线通讯功能的可穿戴电子设备(如智能手表、智能手环)、车载电脑等电子设备。上述移动终端101也可以是其他便携式电子设备,例如膝上型计算机(Laptop)等。应当理解的是,在其他一些实施例中,上述移动终端101也可以是台式计算机。另外,移动终端101的具体结构将在以下实施例中将详细描述。可以理解的是,上述智能设备102可以包括但不限于具备无线通讯功能的智能设备,例如智能灯泡、智能门锁、智能插座等。
在另一些实施例中,上述通信系统还可以包括另一移动终端。示例性地,如图2所示,通信系统100中还可以包括移动终端104。移动终端101可以通过通信网络103与移动终端104进行通信,例如发送文本消息、语音消息、多媒体消息或其他消息等。移动终端101可以通过通信网络103管理智能设备102,移动终端104也可以通过通信网络103将智能设备102分享给移动终端104,以便移动终端104也能够对智能设备102进行一定程度上的控制。
示例性地,移动终端104可以通过通信网络103请求移动终端101在未来一定时间段内(例如2019年12月23日至25日)将智能设备102借用给移动终端104使用,也即移动终端104可以向智能设备102的管理员(移动终端101)请求获得对智能设备102的控制权;移动终端101在接收到上述请求后,可以基于历史信息或者基于接收到的用户的操作对该请求进行处理,例如拒绝该请求或同意该请求等。可以理解的是,不在上述时间段内的其他时间,移动终端104不能对智能设备102进行控制;例如在上述时间段到来之前或在上述时间段过去后,移动终端104均无法对智能设备102实现开机、关机、休眠等操作。可以理解的是,上述“借用”一词旨在指代本实施例所提供的技术方案,但是该名称并不能造成对本申请的限制。
在另一些实施例中,上述通信系统还可以包括一个路由器。示例性地,如图3所示,通信系统100中可以包括移动终端101、移动终端104、智能设备102和路由器105。示例性地,路由器105可以是Wi-Fi路由器。这样,路由器105可作为Wi-Fi接入点,与移动终端101、移动终端104和智能设备102组成一Wi-Fi局域网,即上述通信网络103是Wi-Fi网络。作为管理员,移动终端101可以管理智能设备102。示例性地,该路由器105可以是无线路由器,也可以是有线路由器,也可以是边缘路由器,也可以是核心路由器。该路由器可以提供路由和转送功能。上述路由器105可以记录移动终端101、移动终端104、智能设备102的网络日志信息,该网络日志信息包括但不限于电子设备名称、设备标识符(DeviceID)、在线时长、接入时间、离线时间等。在另一些实施例中,上述网络日志信息还可以包括移动终端101与智能设备102的管理标识;例如移动终 端101作为智能设备102的管理员,智能设备102作为移动终端101的被管理设备。

可以理解的是,上述表2只是为了示例性说明路由器105所记录的各个电子设备的网络状态信息的内容,本领域技术人员可以理解,上述表1所表达的信息可以通过各种方式记录(或存储)到路由器105的存储器中,并可以被路由器105的处理器或其他部件读取或调用等;因此,在本申请实施例中,记录/存储上述表2中的信息并不局限于上述列表形式。
示例性地,路由器105可以根据上述表2的信息对移动终端101和移动终端104的行为关联性进行计算。如路由器105使用词频-反转文件频率(term frequency-inverse document frequency,TF-IDF)算法和余弦相似性算法对上述移动终端101和移动终端104的行为关联性进行计算。首先,使用TF-IDF算法来提取网络日志信息中的关键词:(1)统计词频(TF),统计每个词在网络日志信息中出现的次数,出现的频率高表明这个词有可能成为关键词。过滤停用词,如“的”、“是”、“在”这样的词。(2)引入反转文件频率,可以理解IDF是一个词的重要性权重,一个词出现的频率低,它的权重就高。(3)使用TF*IDF来描述某个词的重要性。具体地:

在公式c中,u为语料库(corpus)的文档总数,上述语料库用来模拟日志词语的使用环境。k为包含该词的文档数。

从TF-IDF的值,可以看出TF-IDF与一个词在日志中出现的次数成正比,与该词在整个日志使用环境中出现的次数成反比。
(4)根据网络日志信息中每个字段的TF-IDF值,然后按降序排列,取排名最靠前的数个字段。
然后,根据余弦相似性算法判断移动终端101和移动终端104的网络日志信息的相似性。将使用TF-IDF算法找出的若干关键字段,各自合并为一个集合,分别计算移动终端101和移动终端104的网络日志信息中对于各自集合中的字段的词频,生成两个网络日志信息的词频向量,用公式(e)计算两个向量的余弦相似度,值越大就表示越相似。

公式(e)中A i代表移动终端101的词频向量,i代表移动终端101的网络日志信息中关键字段的数量;B i移动终端104的词频向量,i代表移动终端104中关键字段的数量。计算结果越接近1,表示两个词频向量的夹角越接近0度,也就是两个词频向量越相似。根据余弦相似性公式计算的结果,来判断移动终端101的网络日志信息与移动终端104的网络日志信息是否相似。
示例性地,如果相似性比较的结果大于0.8,则路由器105推送邀请分享智能设备102的管理权限的信息给移动终端101,移动终端101确认邀请后,路由器105推送分享智能设备102的管理权限信息给移动终端104,如果移动终端104确认接收邀请,则路由器105将智能设备102的管理权限分享给移动终端104,也即路由器105可以把智能设备102的地址发送到移动终端104。上述管理权限分享,为移动终端接收到智能设备的标识信息等分享信息,上述标识信息包括智能设备的地址、编号等。上述分享信息还可以包括移动终端的管理权限等级信息。
示例性地,路由器105还可以根据移动终端104的网络日志信息来判断移动终端104的使用网络行为是否符合特定的数学模型或者特定规律。路由器105可以根据连接到通信网络103中的移动终端的网络日志信息,进行数学建模。路由器105抓取网络日志信息中,有关连接时间段的信息;并对上述信息进行清洗,如连入次数较少的移动终端的网络日志信息会被删除;对剩余的信息进行整理,并对不同的时间段进行分类,如上班时间(8:00-12:00)、午休时间(12:00-2: 00)、活动时间(2:00-18:00)、晚餐时间(18:00-20:00)、睡眠时间(20:00-8:00)等。对分类的结果进行统计,确定不同分类中信息量的多少。选择K-means算法,进行用户行为聚类。将聚类模型的结果归纳,例如将用户在活动时间多次连接到通信网络103,作为好友模型。如果移动终端104在活动时间多次连接到通信网络103,则路由器105认为移动终端104的连接行为符合好友模型,推送邀请分享智能设备102的管理权限的信息给移动终端101。移动终端101确认邀请后,路由器105推送分享智能设备102的管理权限信息给移动终端104,如果移动终端104确认接收邀请,则路由器105将智能设备102的管理权限分享给移动终端104,也即路由器105可以把智能设备102的地址发送到移动终端104。上述管理权限分享,为移动终端接收到智能设备的标识信息等分享信息,上述标识信息包括智能设备的地址、编号等。上述分享信息还可以包括移动终端的管理权限等级信息。可以理解的是,特定的数学模型可以是特定规律。
在另外一些实施例中,路由器105还可以对移动终端和智能设备连接路由器105产生的信息进行筛选和过滤。如果一个移动终端多异常连接路由器105,如在短时间内多次尝试连接路由器105,或连接路由器105后未正常使用数据业务,或向路由器105发送垃圾报文或钓鱼信息等,路由器105可以把该异常连接路由器105的移动终端加入到黑名单中,不接收该移动终端发送的信息。路由器105还可以安装网络安全软件,能够对网络攻击起到防护作用和甄别作用。
在另外一些实施例中,上述通信系统100中,移动终端101、移动终端104、智能设备102通过通信网络103与路由器105相连接。路由器105将移动终端101与移动终端104连接路由器105产生的连接信息转发到移动终端101。移动终端101可以通过通信网络103控制智能设备102。移动终端101可以收集上述连接信息,并根据上述连接信息,移动终端101会产生提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否将智能设备102的控制权分享给移动终端104。可以理解的是,移动终端101可以判断上述移动终端101的连接信息与移动终端104的连接信息的相似度是否达到特定阈值,如果移动终端101与路由器105连接产生的连接信息与移动终端104与路由器105连接产生的连接信息的相似度达到特定阈值,则移动终端101会产生提示信息;也可以判断移动终端104的连接信息是否符合特定规律,如果符合特定规律,则移动终端101产生提示信息;还可以是其他移动终端101的连接信息与移动终端104的连接信息有其他关联关系,如果符合上述关联关系,则移动终端101会产生提示信息。路由器105还可以将移动终端101与移动终端104连接路由器105产生的连接信息转发到移动终端104,移动终端101可以通过通信网络103控制智能设备102。移动终端104可以收集上述连接信息,并根据上述连接信息产生提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户是否接受智能设备102的控制权。
在另一些实施例中,上述通信系统100还可以包括智能设备管理服务器106(smart device management server,SDMS)。示例性的,如图4所示,该服务器106通过安装在移动终端上的APP来远程管理智能设备102,例如安装在移动终 端101上的智能家居APP可以根据用户在触摸屏上的输入,通过上述通信网络103向上述服务器106发送信息,该信息用于请求服务器106对智能设备102进行控制(例如开机、关机、休眠等)。服务器106可以包括家居业务平台和IOT设备管理平台,上述家居业务平台可以在对该移动终端101鉴权通过后,根据上述请求信息通过上述IOT设备管理平台向智能设备102发送远程控制指令(例如开机、关机、休眠等)。在上述情况下,只有在移动终端101被服务器106鉴权通过后,才能通过该服务器106对智能设备102进行远程控制,这样就增加了移动终端与智能设备之间数据交互的安全性。在另一些实施例中,移动终端101可以通过服务器106与智能设备102进行通信,而不需要鉴权。在另一些实施例中,上述智能设备管理服务器106还可以包括数据库,示例性的,如图10所示,智能设备管理服务器106可以存储移动终端101和移动终端104的网络日志信息,也可以存储智能设备的有关信息,如智能设备的标识符等。在一些实施例中,智能设备管理服务器106包括但不限于搭载

在一些实施例中,上述通信系统100包括通信网络103。示例性的,如图5所示,在移动终端101、移动终端104与路由器105之间的通信网络103可以是无线局域网,可以使用Wi-Fi协议,也可以使用COAP协议,也可以使用其他无线局域网协议。智能灯泡108、智能设备102与路由器105之间的网络103可以是无线局域网,可以使用Wi-Fi协议,也可以使用COAP协议,也可以使用其他无线局域网协议。WIFI是IEEE 802.11协议的一种,IEEE 802.11是国际电机电子工程学会(institute of electrical and electronics engineer,IEEE)所定义的无线网络通信的标准。CoAP是基于二进制的协议,是一种特殊的Web协议用在不可靠的设备或者网络,这些设备一般是只读存储器(read only memory,ROM)或随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)的微控制器,这个协议主要用于点对点应用,例如:小电量设备、智能设备,同时支持组播,在各设备间采用request/response的互联模式,同时提供:GET、POST、PUT、DELETE四种请求类型。移动终端101、移动终端104和智能设备管理服务器106、数据库服务器105之间的网络103,可以是广域网,可以使用TCP协议,也可以使用IP协议,也可以使用MQTT协议。TCP是一种面向连接的、可靠的、基于字节流的传输层通信协议。IP协议是根据源主机和目的主机的地址来传送数据的协议。MQTT是一种基于发布/订阅(publish/subscribe)模式的“轻量级”通讯协议,其最大的优点在于可以以极少的代码和有限的带宽,为连接远程设备提供实时可靠的消息服务。作为一种低开销、低带宽占用的即时通讯协议,使其在物联网、小型设备、移动应用等方面有较广泛的应用。可以理解的是,上述通信系统100还包括通信网络1301,通信网络1301可以包括但不限于,蜂窝网络、广域网、局域网等。
在一些实施例中,移动终端的管理权限可以分为不同的等级,示例性地,0级管理权限可以为管理员权限,移动终端可以对智能设备进行包括但不限于控制、转移、删除、借用、回收、黑白名单等所有的操作;1级管理权限可以为一等权限,移动终端可以对智能设备进行除了转移、删除、黑白名单等涉及安全、隐私问题之外的操作;2级管理权限可以为二等权限,移动终端可以对智能设备进行启动、关机、休眠、调节等操作;3级管理权限可以为三等权限,移动终端对智能设备只能进行调节操作,不能进行其他类型的操作。移动终端可以将智能设备的管理权限转移给另一移动终端。如果移动终端101对智能设备102拥有0级管理权限,则移动终端101可以按照不同的权限等级把其对智能设备102的管理权限通过通信网络103转移给移动终端104,例如移动终端101可以把其拥有的智 能设备102的0级管理权限转移给移动终端104,此时移动终端104拥有智能设备102的0级管理权限;也可以把其拥有的智能设备102的1级管理权限转移给移动终端104,此时移动终端104拥有智能设备102的1级管理权限,因为1级管理权限没有转移的权限,所以移动终端104不可以把其对智能设备102的1级管理权限进行再次转移。路由器或者智能设备管理服务器会对其接收的消息进行管理,路由器或者智能设备管理服务器会根据其接收到消息的不同类型与发送消息的移动终端的管理权限等级进行对比,如果消息的类型属于移动终端拥有管理权限等级范围内的消息,则路由器或者智能设备管理服务器可以转发该消息至智能设备,否则不转发该消息。例如消息类型为删除,如果发送消息的移动终端为1级管理权限,则路由器或者智能设备管理器不转发该消息到智能设备。
示例性地,如图6所示,在移动终端收到邀请分享智能设备的管理权限的信息后,用户可以选择分享给另一移动终端的智能设备的管理权限等级。移动终端收到邀请分享智能设备的管理权限的信息后,在移动终端的显示屏上显示分享界面601。分享界面601上方为需要分享智能设备管理权限的对象,例如“给用户XXX分享”;分享界面601的中间部分为智能设备的图标、名称及复选框,例如“智能灯泡”;分享界面601的下方为“取消”与“确认”按钮。如果用户点击智能设备的图标或名称,例如用户点击“智能灯泡”,则会进入权限选择界面602。在权限选择界面602中,有智能设备的图标及名称,还有可供用户选择的不同级别的权限,例如“0级权限”、“1级权限”等,用户可以选择需要分享的智能设备的管理权限,例如选中单选框;权限选择界面602的下方为“取消”与“确认”按钮。用户在权限选择界面602勾选了其需要分享的智能设备的权限后,点击“确认”按钮,返回到分享界面601,用户在分享界面601点击“确认”按钮后,移动终端将确认邀请分享智能设备管理权限的信息发送给路由器105。路由器105为另一移动终端分享智能设备的管理权限。

在一些实施例中,移动终端101在连接到由路由器105建立的无线局域网后,会收到路由器105推送的分享智能设备管理权限的消息。示例性地,如图9所示,界面901为移动终端101收到路由器105推送的分享智能设备管理权限的消息后,呈现在触摸屏上的界面。界面901中有要分享的目标移动终端的编号,例如“给用户XXX”;还有要分享的智能设备名称,例如“智能灯泡、智能插座、智能门锁等”;还有确认和取消的选择按钮,例如“‘取消’、‘分享’”;还有选择框,例如“有对勾的方框,实心的对勾为选择,空心的对勾为不选择”。移动终端101可以接收用户的触摸操作,例如用户点击了任一智能设备的选择框,并点击“分享”按钮,移动终端101可以接收用户点击“分享”的触摸操作,把已经选择的智能设备的相关信息发送到路由器105,并由其转发到要分享的目标移动终端104。界面902为移动终端104接收到分享消息后,呈现在触摸屏上的界面。界面902中有发送分享信息的源移动终端的名称,例如“收到用户YYY分享的”;还有被分享的智能设备的名称,例如“智能灯泡、智能插座等”;还有确认和取消的选择按钮,例如“‘取消’、‘确认’”;还有选择框,例如“有对勾的方框,实心的对勾为选择,空心的对勾为不选择”。移动终端104可以接收用户的触摸操作,用户点击了任一智能设备的选择框,并点击了“确认”按钮,移动终端104接收了该触摸操作,把确认分享的消息发送给路由器105,并由其转发给智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106。智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106在收到确认分享的消息后,将移动终端101分享的智能设备编号添加到移动终端104的用户的设备列表中。智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106在每一次完成添加或删除使用权权限后,会推送操作成功的消息给群组中的移动终端。移动终端104通过网络103从智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106获取设备列表,并将其可以控制的智能设备显示在移动终端104的触摸屏上。如界面904所示,界面904上有移动终端104的用户名称,例如“用户YYY的智能设备”;还有智能设备的列表,例如智能灯泡、智能插座的图标和名称可以显示在界面904上;还有被分享的智能设备的标记,例如有文字 “共享”的标志;还有可以操作智能设备的开关,例如开关与智能设备在同一行中。移动终端104接收用户点击开关的操作,通过无线局域网发送控制指令给路由器105,并由其转发到目标智能设备,最后由目标智能设备执行相应的操作;还可以接收用户点击开关的操作,通过蜂窝网络发送控制指令给智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106,并由其转发到目标智能设备,最后由目标智能设备执行相应的操作。
在另外一些实施例中,移动终端110没有连接到由路由器105建立的无线局域网一段时间(如4-5天)后,移动终端101在连接到无线局域网后,会收到由路由器105推送的取消分享智能设备的消息。如图9中界面903所示,移动终端101会显示被取消分享的用户名称,例如“取消分享给用户ZZZ的”;还有被取消分享的智能设备,例如智能空调;还有确认和取消的选择按钮,例如“‘取消’、‘确认’”;还有选择框,例如“有对勾的方框,实心的对勾为选择,空心的对勾为不选择”。移动终端101可以接收用户的触摸操作,例如用户点击了任一智能设备的选择框,并点击“确认”按钮,移动终端101可以接收用户点击“确认”的触摸操作,把确认取消分享的消息发送给路由器105,并由路由器105转发给智能设备管理服务器106。智能设备管理服务器106在接收到确认取消分享的消息后,将取消分享的智能设备编号从移动终端110的用户的设备列表中删除。在移动终端110再次向智能设备管理服务器106请求设备列表时,被取消的分享的智能设备不会出现在移动终端110触摸屏的显示界面中。智能设备管理服务器106在每一次完成添加或删除使用权权限后,会推送操作成功的消息给群组中的移动终端。
在一些实施例中,智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106中移动终端的用户的设备列表如图10所示。用户的设备列表可以为,如表格1001中所示,表格头部为智能设备的名称及编号,例如“智能灯泡,编号XXXX”,在表格这一项下有两列,一列为用户名称,一列为权限等级,其中用户的使用权限用数字来表示,0意为管理者权限,1意为一等权限,以此类推。用户的设备列表还可以为,如表格1002所示,表头为用户名称,例如“用户1”,在表格这一项下有两列,一列为设备编号,一列为权限等级,其中用户的使用权限用数字来表示,0意为管理者权限,1意为一等权限,以此类推。如果智能设备管理服务器106收到确认分享的消息后,将被分享使用智能设备的用户编号添加到表格1001中,或者将要分享的智能设备的编号添加到表格1002中。
在一些实施例中,由路由器建立的无线局域网使用的网络协议可以是CoAP,其中移动终端、智能设备作为客户端(Client),路由器作为服务端(Server)。移动终端可以通过POST方式把操作智能设备的指令推送给无线路由器,路由器作为服务端(Server)将消息通过POST方式推送到智能设备,智能设备收到操作指令后,响应操作指令完成相应的操作。智能设备可以通过POST方式把智能设备自身的状态推送给路由器,然后路由器再将该信息转发到服务器120上。
在另外一些实施例中,路由器与智能设备管理服务器或者数据库服务器之间 使用的网络103可以是CoAP,其中路由器作为客户端,智能设备管理服务器或者数据库服务器作为服务器端。路由器可以将收到的智能设备发送的其自身的状态信息以POST的方式推送给智能设备管理服务器或者数据库服务器。智能设备管理服务器或数据库服务器在收到路由器发送的智能设备状态信息后,把该信息再转发给移动终端。移动终端在收到智能设备管理服务器或者数据库服务器转发的信息后,将智能设备的状态信息显示在移动终端的应用程序界面上。
在一些实施例中,智能设备管理服务器或者数据库服务器与智能设备、移动终端之间使用的网络103可以是MQTT。智能设备管理服务器或者数据库服务器是代理(Broker),负责转发消息。移动终端和智能设备既可以做发布者(Publish),也可以做订阅者(Subscribe)。当智能设备为发布者的时候,移动终端为订阅者,智能设备状态信息发生变化,移动终端可以收到相关的信息。当移动终端为发布者的时候,智能设备为订阅者,移动终端发布操作智能设备的命令,订阅了相关移动终端的智能设备会收到上述命令,并根据命令进行相应的操作。
在一些实施例中,移动终端101、移动终端104、移动终端110可以通过运行在其上的应用程序来发送控制智能设备的命令。移动终端101、移动终端104、移动终端110还可以发送心跳包保持与智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106的TCP连接不中断。移动终端101、移动终端104、移动终端110还可以主动从智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106获取设备列表。
在另外一些实施例中,路由器105作为消息中枢,可以获取移动终端发送到路由器的消息和智能设备发送到无线路由器的消息。路由器截取上述消息中头部的部分。示例性地,如图11所示,头部部分包括但不限于请求消息编号、用户编号、设备编号、消息内容、权限等级等部分。请求消息编号中携带的字段为“requestId”;用户编号中携带的字段为“userId”;设备编号中携带的字段为“devId”;消息内容中携带的字段为“cmd+data”,其中“cmd”为消息的类型,“data”为智能设备的相关数据的具体内容;权限等级中携带的字段为”n”,其中n为包括0的正整数代表使用权限的级别。示例性地,如跨网元健关键的接口说明:

上述”userId”是用户账户对应的随机ID,路由器105可以利用Wi-Fi连接的时间段、时间长度等,确定不同”userId”之间的相似度,如果相似度达到一定阈值,路由器105可以发送提示信息提示移动终端101把智能设备的控制权分享给移动终端104。可以理解的是,上述权限等级可以包含在数据头部的部分,也可以从设备管理服务器106获取,例如路由器105在得到”userId”后,可以向设备管理服务器106查询相关”userId”的权限信息,并将该信息进行脱敏获取(如截取部分)。
路由器105通过消息中头部的部分和各用户连接无线局域网的时间段和时长、各用户拥有的智能设备的数量等因素进行关联程度匹配,并能够分析得出各用户之间的关联关系。示例性的,如果相互比较的两个用户之间的关联程度高于设定的阈值,路由器则确定两用户属于同一群组,并将关联程度匹配的结果通过网络103发送给智能设备管理服务器106。路由器105也可以通过无线局域网推送分享智能设备的消息给移动终端101,并接收移动终端101发送的分享智能设备的消息并转发分享智能设备的消息给移动终端104。如果某一用户之前属于同一群组,但在一段时间内(如一周)没有或者很少有使用无线局域网,或者这一用户与其他用户之间的关联程度低于设定的阈值(如10%),则路由器105则确定这一用户脱离群组关系,并将匹配结果通过网络103发送给智能设备管理服务器106或者数据库服务器106。路由器105也可以发送取消分享智能设备的消息给移动终端110。

可以理解的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对电子设备100的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
处理器110中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器110中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器110刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器110需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从所述存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器110的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
在一些实施例中,处理器110可以包括一个或多个接口。接口可以包括集成电路(inter-integrated circuit,I2C)接口,集成电路内置音频(inter-integrated circuit sound,I2S)接口,脉冲编码调制(pulse code modulation,PCM)接口,通用异步收发传输器(universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter,UART)接口,移动产业处理器接口(mobile industry processor interface,MIPI),通用输入输出(general-purpose input/output,GPIO)接口,用户标识模块(subscriber identity module,SIM)接口,和/或通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口等。
电子设备100的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
移动通信模块150可以提供应用在电子设备101上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块150可以包括一个或多个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器等。移动通信模块150可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块150还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器110中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器110的至少部分模块被设置在同一个部件中。
无线通信模块160可以提供应用在电子设备101上的包括无线局域网(wireless LAN,WLAN),蓝牙,全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),NFC,红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块160可以是集成一个或多个通信处理模块的一个或多个部件。无线通信模块160经由天线2接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器110。无线通信模块160还可以从处理器110接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
在一些实施例中,电子设备101的天线1和移动通信模块150耦合,天线2和无线通信模块160耦合,使得电子设备101可以通过无线通信技术与网络以及其他电子设备通信。所述无线通信技术可以包括GSM,GPRS,CDMA,WCDMA, TD-SCDMA,LTE,GNSS,WLAN,NFC,FM,和/或IR技术等。上述GNSS可以包括全球卫星定位系统(global positioning system,GPS),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GLONASS),北斗卫星导航系统(beidou navigation satellite system,BDS),准天顶卫星系统(quasi-zenith satellite system,QZSS)和/或星基增强系统(satellite based augmentation systems,SBAS)。
电子设备100可以通过音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
电子设备100通过GPU,显示屏194,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏194和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器110可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。

内部存储器121可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器110通过运行存储在内部存储器121的指令,从而执行电子设备100的各种功能应用以及数据处理。内部存储器121可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,一个或者多个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储电子设备100使用过程中所创建的数据(比如音频数据,电话本等)等。此外,内部存储器121可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如一个或者多个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。
路由器,如12B所示,上述路由器可以包括收发器1201、存储器1202和处理器1203,其中收发器1201用于接收或发送消息,并为电子设备之间通信提供接口,存储器1202用于存储移动终端的使用信息,处理器1203用于对比存储的移动终端的使用信息。上述路由器可以收集移动终端的使用信息,示例性地如路由器105可以收集移动终端101和移动终端104的使用信息,该使用信息包括但不限于移动终端101和移动终端104连接局域网的时间,移动终端101和移动终端104使用局域网的时长,移动终端101和移动终端104能够管理的智能设备的数量等。处理器1203用于执行一些程序指令。应当理解的是,在一些实施例中,该电子设备可以与移动终端的电子设备(例如图12A中的电子设备 100)的结构相同,因此在此不再赘述该电子设备的结构。
智能设备,示例性地如图12C所示,包括收发器1204、存储器1205、处理器1206。其中收发器1204用于接收和发送消息并支持智能设备之间通信,存储器1205用于存储智能设备的使用信息,处理器1206用于执行一些程序指令。应当理解的是,在一些实施例中,该电子设备可以与移动终端的电子设备(例如图12A中的电子设备100)的结构相同,因此在此不再赘述该电子设备的结构。
本申请提供一种分享智能设备管理权限的方法,示例性地,如图13所示,在该方法中包括移动终端101、智能设备、移动终端104、路由器105、智能设备管理服务器106、移动终端110。步骤S101为移动终端101在智能设备管理服务器106注册第一账号。步骤S102为移动终端104在智能设备管理服务器106注册第二账号。步骤S103位移动终端110在智能设备管理服务器106注册第三账号,第三账号的设备列表中有智能设备,也即移动终端110有控制智能设备的权限,且该控制权限来自移动终端101的分享。步骤S105,移动终端101连接由路由器105建立的无线局域网,并且移动终端101有控制智能设备的权限,且该权限为管理者权限。步骤S105,智能设备连接无线局域网,并且该智能设备可以被移动终端101与移动终端110控制。步骤S106,移动终端110连接无线局域网,并拥有控制智能设备的权限,该权限为共享使用权限。步骤S107,移动终端104连接无线局域网,在步骤S107中,移动终端104没有控制智能设备的权限。步骤S108,路由器105收集移动终端101、移动终端104、移动终端110连接无线局域网的时间及时长,并收集移动终端101、移动终端110发送控制智能设备的指令的信息,将上述信息进行存储并进行关联程度匹配。如果移动终端101与移动终端104的无线局域网使用时间关联程度大于阈值,则进入步骤S109。步骤S109,路由器105推送分享智能设备的消息给移动终端101。如果移动终端101接收用户的操作,确认分享智能设备,则进入步骤S110。步骤S110,移动终端110发送确认分享智能设备的消息到路由器105。步骤S111,路由器105转发确认分享智能设备的消息到移动终端104。如果移动终端104接收用户的操作,确认接收智能设备的分享控制权,则进入步骤S112。步骤S112,移动终端104发送确认接收智能设备的分享控制权到路由器105。步骤S113,路由器105转发确认接收智能设备的分享控制权的消息到智能设备管理服务器106。步骤S114,在智能设备管理服务器106接收到确认接收智能设备的分享控制权的消息后,将智能设备的设备编号添加到第二账户的设备列表中。步骤S115,移动终端104从智能设备管理服务器106获取最新的设备列表,并获得智能设备的控制权。步骤S116,移动终端110断开无线局域网一定时间。步骤S117,路由器105收集移动终端101和移动终端110的连接无线局域网的时间及时长,并进行用户关联程度匹配,如果关联程度低于阈值,则认为移动终端110脱离了与移动终端101一起构成的群组,并进入步骤S118。步骤S118,路由器105推送取消分享智能设备的消息给移动终端101。步骤S119,移动终端101接收了用户的操作,确认取消分享智能设备,并发送确认取消分享智能设备的消息到路 由器105。步骤S120,路由器105转发确认取消分享智能设备的消息到智能设备管理服务器106。步骤S121,智能设备管理服务器106在接收了确认取消分享智能设备的消息后,删除第三账号中智能设备的信息,移动终端110丧失智能设备的控制权。
本申请提供的一种分享智能设备管理权限的方法,通过对同一群组之中移动终端连接无线局域网的时间及时长进行收集、存储,然后进行用户关联程度匹配,如果匹配程度高于阈值,则无线路由器给移动终端推送分享智能设备的消息,如果匹配程度低于阈值,则路由器给移动终端推送取消分享智能设备的消息。这样节省了分享智能设备的步骤,只需要完成一次确认操作即可完成智能设备的分享或者取消智能设备的分享,提高了用户的使用体验。上述方法中,路由器对于移动终端连接无线局域网的时间、控制智能设备的指令等敏感数据,进行部分截取并进行脱敏、加密处理,然后存入路由器的本地缓存之中,这些数据并不会上传至云服务器。所以上述方法也可以保护用户的隐私数据,不让其出现泄漏,解决了现有技术中用户隐私可以被设备厂家控制的问题,提升了整个智能家居系统的安全性。
在一些实施例中,本申请还提供了一种分享智能设备管理权限的方法,示例性地,如图14B所示,用户可以通过使用移动终端扫描智能设备的二维码获取智能设备的控制权限。在该方法中包括移动终端101、智能设备、移动终端104、路由器105、智能设备管理服务器106。步骤S201至步骤S205与图13所示的方法相同,在此不做赘述。步骤S206,移动终端104扫描智能设备上的二维码,如图14A中1401所示,可以使用移动终端104的应用程序中的“扫一扫”功能;在扫描智能设备的二维码后,移动终端104的触摸屏上会显示如图14A中1402所示的界面,需要移动终端104接收用户的操作,如果用户点击“确认”按钮并完成网上支付(如微信支付、支付宝支付、银联支付等),则移动终端104接收用户的点击操作,进入步骤S207。步骤S207,移动终端104完成支付后,发送获取智能设备控制权的消息给路由器105。步骤S208,路由器105推送获取智能设备控制权的消息到移动终端101。步骤S209,移动终端101接收用户的点击“确认”的操作,发送确认获取智能设备控制权的消息给路由器105。步骤S210,路由器105转发确认获取智能设备控制权的消息到智能设备管理服务器106。步骤S211,智能设备管理服务器106在接收到确认获取智能设备控制权的消息后,把智能设备的设备编号添加到第二账号。步骤S212,移动终端104从智能设备管理服务器106获取最新的设备列表,并取得智能设备的控制权。
上述分享智能设备管理权限的方法,可以应用在酒店或客栈、民宿等场景中,用户可以通过扫描二维码并支付一定的金额,获得智能设备的控制权。酒店或客栈、民宿的管理者可以简单的分享智能设备的管理权限并获取收益,这种分享智能设备管理权限的方式具有快捷方便的特点并且节省了很多步骤,并且提升了酒店或客栈、民宿的经济收入,也提升了用户的使用体验。
在一种可能的实施例中,示例性地,如图15所示,其中包含移动终端120、 应用服务器121、订房APP、移动终端101、路由器105、智能设备102、通信网络1501、通信网络1502。移动终端120上安装订房APP,该订房APP可以用于预订房东发布在应用服务器121上的房间。应用服务器121可以用于管理房东发布的房源信息和房客的预订信息,还可以向安装了订房APP的移动终端或者路由器推送通知和信息,如预订成功、预订失败、发布房源等信息。订房APP包括房客使用模式和房东使用模式和路由器模式,在房客使用模式下,房客可以查询房源,并发起房间预订,接收应用服务器121推送的通知和信息;在房东使用模式下,房东可以发布房源,接收应用服务器121推送的通知和信息;在路由器模式下,可以接收应用服务器121推送的通知和信息,发送提示房东分享智能设备的提示信息。路由器105可以通过通信网络1502连接移动终端101和智能设备102,通信网络1502可以是无线局域网,可以使用Wi-Fi协议、蓝牙协议、紫蜂协议等。通信网络101可以是蜂窝网络,或者广域网。移动终端120与应用服务器121、移动终端101可以通过通信网络101相连接。房东在应用服务器121上发布带有智能设备102的房源,房客在移动终端120的订房APP上预订该房源,并把请求信息发送到应用服务器121请求房东提供住宿服务;应用服务器121将该请求信息发送到移动终端101和路由器105,运行在移动终端101和路由器105上的订房APP可以响应该请求信息,路由器105会根据该请求信息发送提示信息给移动终端101,提示移动终端101把智能设备102的管理权限分享给移动终端120;移动终端101可以弹出提示信息,提示移动终端101把智能设备102的管理权限分享给移动终端120。移动终端101确认该提示信息后,可以发送预订分享信息给路由器105,所述预订分享信息为在移动终端120连接到通信网络1502时路由器105发送给移动终端120的分享智能设备的信息。路由器105在收到该预订分享信息后,在移动终端120连接到通信网络1502时,会将智能设备102的管理权限分享给移动终端120。可以理解的是,路由器根据预订分享信息,在满足一定条件后将智能设备102的管理权限配置给移动终端120,示例性地,如移动终端120在2019年12月17日14:00到2019年12月18日12:00可以拥有智能设备102的管理权限。

Claims (40)

  1. 一种管理智能设备的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括第一移动终端、第二移动终端、智能设备和网络设备;
    其中:所述第一移动终端与所述网络设备连接;所述第二移动终端与所述网络设备连接;所述智能设备与所述网络设备连接;所述第一移动终端用于通过所述网络设备管理所述智能设备;
    所述网络设备用于根据获取的所述第一移动终端的第一网络信息或所述第二移动终端的第二网络信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    所述网络设备用于根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    所述第一连接信息与所述第二连接信息的相似度是否达到第一阈值;
    当所述相似度达到所述第一阈值时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;
    所述网络设备用于根据所述第一连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    所述网络设备用于根据所述第二连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权 限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  6. 如权利要求3或4或5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一移动终端还用于:
    接收用户的输入;
    响应于所述输入,将所述用户选定的控制权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述网络设备根据所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    当所述第二连接信息满足特定条件时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括设备管理服务器,所述设备管理服务器用于通过第二通信网络接收所述第一移动终端管理所述智能设备的管理信息;所述设备管理服务器还用于根据所述管理信息发送管理指令给所述智能设备,所述管理指令用于管理所述智能设备。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一移动终端、所述第二移动终端、所述智能设备分别与所述网络设备通过第一通信网络连接;所述第一移动终端、所述智能设备与所述设备管理服务器通过所述第二通信网络连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一通信网络是Wi-Fi网络,所述第二通信网络是蜂窝网络,所述网络设备是Wi-Fi无线路由器。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述提示信息还用于提示所述第一终端是否将分享给所述第二移动终端的所述智能设备的管理权限取消。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一网络信息包括:确认信息,所述确认信息为在线住宿预订的订单信息;
    所述第一移动终端安装了第一应用程序,所述第二移动终端安装了所述第一应用程序;所述第一应用程序用于提供在线住宿预订;所述第二移动终端还用于通过所述第二通信网络向应用服务器发送所述确认信息;所述应用服务器还用于接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述第一移动终端;所述第一移动终端还用于接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述网络设备;
    所述网络设备用于根据所述确认信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体为:
    所述网络设备用于接收所述确认信息,根据所述确认信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分 享给所述第二移动终端。
  13. 如权利要求4或9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一连接信息包括:确认信息;
    所述第一移动终端安装了第一应用程序,所述第二移动终端安装了所述一应用程序,所述网络设备安装了所述第一应用程序;所述第一应用程序用于提供在线住宿预订;所述第二移动终端还用于通过所述第二通信网络向应用服务器发送在线预订的所述确认信息;所述应用服务器还用于接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述网络设备;
    所述网络设备用于根据所述确认信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体为:
    所述网络设备用于接收所述确认信息,根据所述确认信息向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  14. 如权利要求1或3或4或5或7或11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述提示信息包括:
    管理权限信息、智能设备标识信息;
    所述管理权限信息具体包括以下项目中至少一种:
    调节、打开、关闭、开机、关机、休眠、查看、添加、删除或禁止。
  15. 一种管理智能设备的网络设备,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括指令,当所述指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述网络设备执行:
    与第一移动终端连接;
    与第二移动终端连接;
    与智能设备连接,其中所述第一移动终端通过所述网络设备管理所述智能设备;
    根据获取的所述第一移动终端的第一网络信息或所述第二移动终端的第二网络信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    当所述指令被所述第一或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述网络设备执行:
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的网络设备,其特征在于,
    当所述指令被所述第一或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述网络设备执行:
    根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    所述第一连接信息与所述第二连接信息的相似度是否达到第一阈值;
    当所述相似度达到所述第一阈值时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的网络设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;
    当所述指令被所述第一或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述网络设备执行:
    根据所述第一连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的网络设备,其特征在于,
    所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    当所述指令被所述第一或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述网络设备执行:
    根据所述第二连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的网络设备,其特征在于,当所述指令被所述第一或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述网络设备执行:
    根据所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    当所述第二连接信息满足特定条件时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  21. 如权利要求15所述的网络设备,其特征在于,
    所述第一网络信息包括:确认信息,所述确认信息为在线住宿预订的订单信息;

    所述第一连接信息包括:确认信息;
    当所述指令被所述第一或多个处理器执行时,还使得所述网络设备执行:
    用于根据所述确认信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体为:
    用于接收所述确认信息,根据所述确认信息向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息用于提示是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  23. 如权利要求15或17或18或19所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述提示信息包括:
    管理权限信息、智能设备标识信息;
    所述管理权限信息具体包括以下项目中至少一种:
    调节、打开、关闭、开机、关机、休眠、查看、添加、删除或禁止。
  24. 一种管理智能设备的方法,其特征在于,其中:
    第一移动终端与所述网络设备连接;第二移动终端与所述网络设备连接;智能设备与所述网络设备连接;所述第一移动终端通过所述网络设备管理所述智能设备;
    所述网络设备根据获取的所述第一移动终端的第一网络信息或所述第二移动终端的第二网络信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    所述第一连接信息与所述第二连接信息的相似度是否达到第一阈值;
    当所述相似度达到所述第一阈值时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  27. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息提示是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  28. 如权利要求25所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    所述网络设备根据所述第二连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息;所述提示信息提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述网络设备根据所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    当所述第二连接信息满足特定条件时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  30. 根据权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述提示信息还提示所述第一终端是否将分享给所述第二移动终端的所述智能设备的管理权限取消。
  31. 如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一网络信息包括:确认信息,所述确认信息为在线住宿预订的订单信息;
    所述第一移动终端安装了第一应用程序,所述第二移动终端安装了所述第一应用程序;所述第一应用程序提供在线住宿预订;所述第二移动终端通过所述第二通信网络向应用服务器发送所述确认信息;所述应用服务器接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述第一移动终端;所述第一移动终端接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述网络设备;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一网络信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体为:
    所述网络设备接收所述确认信息,根据所述确认信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  32. 如权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一连接信息包括:确认信息;
    所述第一移动终端安装了第一应用程序,所述第二移动终端安装了所述一应用程序,所述网络设备安装了所述第一应用程序;所述第一应用程序提供在线住宿预订;所述第二移动终端通过第二通信网络向应用服务器发送在线预订的所述确认信息;所述应用服务器接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述网络设备;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体为:
    所述网络设备接收所述确认信息,根据所述确认信息向所述第一终端发送所述提示信息。
  33. 如权利要求24或26或27或28或29或30所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示信息包括:
    管理权限信息、智能设备标识信息;
    所述管理权限信息具体包括以下项目中至少一种:
    调节、打开、关闭、开机、关机、休眠、查看、添加、删除或禁止。
  34. 一种管理智能设备的方法,其特征在于,网络设备与第一移动终端连接;
    所述网络设备与第二移动终端连接;
    所述网络设备与智能设备连接,其中所述第一移动终端通过所述网络设备管理所述智能设备;
    所述网络设备根据获取的所述第一移动终端的第一网络信息或所述第二移动终端的第二网络信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息提示所述第一移动终端是否将所述智能设备的管理权限分享给所述第二移动终端。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;所述第二网络信息包括所述第二移动终端连接所述网络设备的第二连接信息;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送提示信息。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息和所述第二连接信息,向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体包括:
    所述第一连接信息与所述第二连接信息的相似度是否达到第一阈值;
    当所述相似度达到所述第一阈值时,所述网络设备向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。
  37. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络信息包括所述第一移动终端连接所述网络设备的第一连接信息;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一连接信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息。

    所述第一移动终端安装了第一应用程序,所述第二移动终端安装了所述第一应用程序;所述第一应用程序提供在线住宿预订;所述第二移动终端通过所述第二通信网络向应用服务器发送所述确认信息;所述应用服务器接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述第一移动终端;所述第一移动终端接收所述确认信息,并发送给所述网络设备;
    所述网络设备根据所述第一网络信息向所述第一移动终端发送所述提示信息,具体为:
