可以理解的是,主体20的长度方向即Y方向的尺寸主要由第一壳体100或第二壳体200的壁厚、电池600直径、扬声器700直径和元器件之间的间隙组成。由于壳体强度、注塑条件等因素,目前第一壳体100或第二壳体200的壁厚是确定的参数,在保证使用时间和音质的前提下,电池600和扬声器700的直径也为确定值,组装等因素也确定了组装间隙,所以通过将扬声器700的形状配合电池600的形状,以减小主体20在长度方向即Y方向的尺寸。
如图3、图10和图11所示,在一实施例中,扬声器700相对于电池600倾斜错位,以便更顺应第一容纳空间40的形状,并使得第三端710靠近电池600,在第三方向即Z方向上,第四端720凸出于第二端620。扬声器700偏离第一方向即Y方向,使得扬声器700在第一容纳腔内倾斜设置。图3中示出,在电池600固定后,通过将扬声器700倾斜设置,由于第三端710直径较小,使得扬声器700能够更进一步向电池600侧靠近,使得扬声器700在 第一方向即Y方向上占据的空间减小,节省主体20在Y方向上的空间,从而主体20在Y方向的尺寸能够减小。且扬声器700倾斜后覆盖出音腔111的朝向第一容纳空间40的一端,使得扬声器700发出的声音能够直接通过出音腔111传递出来,即扬声器700的出音方向与出音嘴110的方向保持一致,提升耳机10音质体验。
如图3所示,在一实施例中,出音嘴110具有中心轴线112,可以理解的时,中心轴线112位于出音腔111的中心。在垂直于中心轴线的平面上,第三端710的投影尺寸小于第四端的投影尺寸,即第三端的直径小于第四端的直径。在另一实施例中,扬声器700的中心线与中心轴线112平行,即中心轴线112垂直于第三端710和第四端720。再一实施例中,扬声器700的中心线与中心轴线112重合,可以理解为,中心轴线112贯穿扬声器700的中心,即扬声器700正对出音腔111,使得耳机10具有较好的音质。
扬声器700相对于电池600倾斜设置后,根据电池600和扬声器700的形状以及尺寸的设定,以及扬声器700相对于电池600的倾斜情况,电池600在XY平面上的投影和扬声器700在XY平面上的投影存在重合,从而进一步减小主体20在长度方向即Y方向上的尺寸。可以理解的是,扬声器700相对于电池600倾斜后,即使电池600在XY平面上的投影和扬声器700在XY平面上的投影不重合,由于扬声器700的倾斜设置,也同样能够减小主体20在长度方向即Y方向上的尺寸。
如图3和图12所示,在一实施例中,第一壳体100内设有定位槽120,以固定扬声器700的第四端720。定位槽120的槽壁凸出于第一壳体100的内表面。出音腔111贯穿定位槽120的槽底,使得出音腔111与第一容纳空间40连通,使得扬声器700发出的声音能够通过出音腔111传递至耳机10之外。出音腔111位于定位槽120围设的区域内,使得扬声器700的出音方向与出音嘴110的方向一致,提升用户音质体验。
在一实施例中,可以根据不同形态的耳机10的主体20的外形,专门定制异形电池600和扬声器700,充分利用扬声器700和电池600的外形特性 将主体20的外形尺寸做到最小,以减小用户使用耳机10时的压迫感,提升产品表现力。
本申请的耳机10,在保证使用时间即电池600容量和音质即喇叭直径的前提下,通过采用外形与电池600相配合的扬声器700,使得电池600和扬声器700在主体20的长度方向即Y方向上充分利用空间,以减小主体20的长度方向即Y方向的尺寸。通过将扬声器700相对于电池600倾斜错位,使得主体20的长度方向即Y方向的尺寸进一步减小,改善人机佩戴体验,做出来的耳机10的主体20的长度尺寸比市面上的同类堆叠方式长度尺寸更小,更具产品竞争力。扬声器700相对于电池600倾斜错位后,扬声器700的出音方向和出音嘴110的方向一致,提升用户音质体验。本申请的耳机10与常规堆叠方式的耳机10相比并没有增加任何成本,且还有利于扬声器700更好的发挥其音质性能。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种耳机,包括主体,所述主体具有两两相互垂直的X方向、Y方向和Z方向;
    所述主体内设有沿所述Y方向排列的电池和扬声器,所述电池包括第一端和第二端,所述扬声器包括第三端和第四端;所述主体在Z方向上具有相背设置的第一侧和第二侧,所述第一端和所述第三端朝向所述第二侧,所述第二端和所述第四端朝向所述第一侧;
    在XY平面上,所述第一端的投影尺寸大于所述第二端的投影尺寸,所述第三端的投影尺寸小于所述第四端的投影尺寸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述扬声器相对于所述电池倾斜设置,使得所述第三端靠近所述电池。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述主体包括位于所述第一侧的出音嘴,所述扬声器正对所述出音嘴的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述出音嘴具有中心轴线,在垂直于所述中心轴线的平面上,所述第三端的投影尺寸小于所述第四端的投影尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述扬声器的中心线与所述出音嘴的中心轴线重合。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的耳机,其特征在于,在XY平面上,所述电池的投影和所述扬声器的投影存在重合。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第一端为圆柱状结构,所述第二端为圆台状结构,且所述圆台状结构的直径较大的一端与所述圆柱状结构连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第三端和所述第四端为圆柱状结构,所述第四端的直径大于所述第三端的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述主体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一侧位于所述第一壳体,所述第二侧位于所述第 二壳体;所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体装配形成第一容纳空间,所述电池和所述扬声器位于所述第一容纳空间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述主体包括出音嘴,所述出音嘴凸出于所述第一壳体;所述出音嘴开设有出音腔,所述出音腔与所述第一容纳空间连通;所述第四端覆盖所述出音腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第一壳体设有定位槽,所述出音腔贯穿所述定位槽的槽底;所述第四端固定于所述定位槽。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的耳机,其特征在于,包括耳柄,所述耳柄连接于所述第二壳体。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳柄包括第三壳体和第四壳体,所述第三壳体和所述第四壳体形成第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间与所述第一容纳空间连通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的耳机,其特征在于,包括电路板,所述电路板的部分结构位于所述第一容纳空间,所述电路板的其余结构位于所述第二容纳空间。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体为一体成型结构。
  16. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述主体在XY平面上的投影为椭圆;所述Y方向为所述主体的长度方向,所述X方向为所述主体的宽度方向,所述Z方向为所述主体的厚度方向。
  17. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述电池为软包电池。
  18. 一种耳机,包括:
    主体,设有第一容纳空间及与所述第一容纳空间连通的出音嘴;
    耳柄,连接于所述主体;及
    电池、扬声器,设于所述第一容纳空间且沿所述主体的长度方向排布;
    所述电池具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述第二端相比所述第一端 更靠近所述出音嘴,所述第二端的横截尺寸小于所述第一端的横截面尺寸;所述扬声器具有相对设置的第三端和第四端,所述第四端朝向所述出音嘴,所述第四端的横截面尺寸大于所述第三端的横截面尺寸。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳柄设有第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间与所述第一容纳空间连通;所述耳机包括电路板,所述扬声器、所述电池均与所述电路板电性连接;所述电路板的一部分收纳于所述第一容纳空间并叠置于所述电池,所述电路板的另一部分收纳于所述第二容纳空间。
  20. 一种耳机,包括:
    主体,设有第一容纳空间及与所述第一容纳空间连通的出音嘴;
    耳柄,连接于所述主体;及
    电池、扬声器,设于所述第一容纳空间且沿所述主体的长度方向排布;所述扬声器连接于所述出音嘴处的所述主体;
    所述电池和所述扬声器中的一者在最靠近另一者的位置处形成避让空间,以使另一者的部分结构容置于所述避让空间内。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的耳机,其特征在于,所述耳柄设有第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间与所述第一容纳空间连通;所述耳机包括电路板,所述扬声器、所述电池均与所述电路板电性连接;所述电路板的一部分收纳于所述第一容纳空间并叠置于所述电池,所述电路板的另一部分收纳于所述第二容纳空间。
