发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,罩杯包括罩杯本体、网眼面料及支撑部,罩杯本体由内向外依次设置有内侧乳胶层、芯仔海绵层以及外侧海绵层;网眼面料对应罩杯侧边区域模压固定于芯仔海绵层与外侧海绵层之间,用于向内侧收紧胸部;支撑部为由塑胶材料制成的具有预设宽度的胶条,胶条延伸连接在罩杯底缘,其上部模压固定于芯仔海绵层与外侧海绵层之间,胶条下部弯折并以罩杯切线方向为基准向罩杯外侧翻转50°-70°。

已知文胸大都采用刚性金属作为胸托材料缝制入罩杯底缘,此类材料虽能够提供适度胸部支撑,但舒适性差,易使穿戴者产生明显束缚感与压迫感;基于以上原因改良的无钢圈文胸采用其他柔性材质替代钢圈,舒适度虽有提升,但外形不够坚挺、易跑位、集中性差等缺点十分明显。
针对上述情况,本发明提供了一种侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构及新型文胸,其内设的网眼面料以及改良的胶条胸托,实现良好的支撑性及舒适性,用以取代刚性金属材料胸托并克服其他柔性材质替代钢圈的缺点。本发明提供的侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构及新型文胸,其兼具舒适性、支撑度,结构简单,适用人群广泛且能够通过罩杯实现对胸部脂肪分布的直接优化。下面以实施例1-2分别就此侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构及具有此罩杯结构的新型文胸进行详细说明。
实施例1:

为增强文胸提托性能,文胸对应两罩杯分别设有提托部,提托部为固定连接在两罩杯顶缘的三角提托带,肩带5连接提托带上端并一体牵引罩杯耳仔进而整体性向上提拉罩杯及提托穿戴者胸部,提托带二次提托穿戴者胸部,胸型美观且不易晃动。
为增强文胸提托性及稳定性,文胸还设有透气面层,透气面层一体覆盖于罩杯及提托部外侧。本实施例中透气面层选用蕾丝面料制成。

Claims (9)

  1. 侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,其特征在于,所述罩杯包括罩杯本体、网眼面料及支撑部,罩杯本体由内向外依次设置有内侧乳胶层、芯仔海绵层以及外侧海绵层;网眼面料对应罩杯侧边区域模压固定于芯仔海绵层与外侧海绵层之间,用于向内侧收紧胸部;支撑部为由塑胶材料制成的具有预设宽度的胶条,胶条对应罩杯底缘设置并一体模压固定于芯仔海绵层与外侧海绵层之间,胶条上部弧度与罩杯本体适配,胶条下部弯折并以罩杯切线方向为基准向罩杯外侧翻转50°-70°。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,其特征在于,所述罩杯为底窄顶宽的类梯形全包裹式大罩杯,相邻两罩杯于所述罩杯前中边缘直接相连,且两罩杯分别于所述罩杯侧边直接连接后比。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,其特征在于,所述胶条采用塑胶或硅胶材质制成,胶条宽度为6mm-9mm。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,其特征在于,所述罩杯顶缘呈弧形。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,其特征在于,所述罩杯前中边缘及所述罩杯侧边边缘长度为4厘米-6厘米,所述罩杯顶缘与罩杯前中边缘顶点及罩杯侧边边缘顶点连线所构成的角度小于150度。
  6. 一种新型文胸,包括两如权利要求1-5任一项所述的侧位、底缘增强型大罩杯结构,其特征在于,还包括土台、两肩带和两后比,两罩杯相对的前中边缘直接连接且二者之间未设置鸡心部,两罩杯的 侧边边缘分别连接后比,两罩杯的顶缘有耳仔,土台与两罩杯下缘连接,肩带一端连接到罩杯耳仔上,另一端连接到后比。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的新型文胸,其特征在于,所述文胸对应两罩杯分别设有提托部,提托部为固定连接在所述两罩杯顶缘的三角提托带,肩带连接提托带上端并一体牵引罩杯耳仔进而整体性向上提拉罩杯及提托穿戴者胸部。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的型文胸,其特征在于,所述文胸还设有透气面层,透气面层一体覆盖于所述罩杯及所述提托部外侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的新型文胸,其特征在于,所述透气面层选用蕾丝面料制成。
