请继续参阅图1-图4,本实施例的水位探头33穿置于上盖31底部,优选的,水位探头33沿竖直方向设置,但也可倾斜一定角度。水位探头33一端位于可折叠收纳杯20内,水位探头33另一端位于容置腔311内。具体的,水位探头33下端位于折叠收纳杯 内,水位探头33上端位于容置腔311内。通过水位探头33可以监测是否对折叠加湿器100停止工作。
再者,水位探头33另一端连接于驱动电路板35,驱动电路板35连接于雾化片36,吸水棉34另一端接触于雾化片36,电池37连接于驱动电路板35。其中,电池37为驱动电路板35供电,优选的,电池37为聚合物锂电池37。再者,上盖31上还设有一USB充电接口313,USB充电接口313与电池37连接,可以通过USB充电接口313对电池37进行充电。
具体的,本实施例的上盖31的容置腔311内还设有隔水板38,隔水板38沿竖直方向穿置于上盖31上,隔水板38设有沿竖直方向的安装通道381,吸水棉34固定于安装通道381内;雾化片36位于安装通道381内,雾化片36位于吸水棉34顶端;上盖31中心位置设有一出雾口312,雾化片36的上表面正对于出雾口312。其中,隔水板38可以将吸水棉34及雾化片36与其他的部件进行隔离,从而避免影响其他部件的性能,可延长折叠加湿器100的使用寿命。
当水位探头33无法接触到液面时,驱动电路板35控制雾化片36不工作;只有当水位探头33接触到液面时,雾化片36才工作。
当水位探头33无法接触液面时,可以通过手动方式从单向浮球324阀32排出可折叠收纳杯20中液位上方的气体。在上盖31上表面施加压力,即可增加可折叠收纳杯20中的压力,从而可折叠收纳杯20中的气体从单向浮球324阀32中排出,水位探头33 离液面距离逐渐减小;当气体排出且水位探头33接触到液面后,可折叠收纳杯20不再压缩,此时,吸水棉34下端及水位探头33下端均接触到液面,吸水棉34将水送至雾化片36处,驱动电路板35控制雾化片36工作,从而实现折叠加湿器100工作。
优选的,水位探头33底部低于单向浮球324阀32底部,可使得浮球324浮起能足够堵塞住单向浮球324阀32进气口;吸水棉34底部低于水位探头33底部,实现更好的吸水效果。本发明中采用吸水棉34,吸水棉34相对于以往的滤水棉芯更易清洗,且吸水棉34只是底部少部分会接触到液体,不用长期泡于液体中,可以减少吸水棉34的清洗或更换频率。
折叠加湿器100可通过手动方式将可折叠收纳杯中气体排出,也可通过电动方式。图5公开了第二实施例的折叠加湿器100'的剖面图,该实施例中折叠加湿器100'通过电动方式将气体排出。
请参阅图5,第二实施例的折叠加湿器100'也包括固定座10'、可折叠收纳杯20'及加湿器组件30',加湿器组件30'包含上盖31'、单向浮球阀32'、水位探头33'、吸水棉34'、驱动电路板35'、雾化片36'、电池37'及隔水板38'。上述部件结构及位置相同,第二实施例与第一实施例中折叠加湿器(100或100')的区别在于:第二实施例的加湿器组件30'还包含用于产生负压的压电泵组39',压电泵组39'设于腔体(图中未示)内,压电泵组39'与驱动电路板35'连接,压电泵组39'与电池37'连接。其中,电池37'为压电泵组39'、驱动电路板35'供电。
则,当水位探头33'检测不到液面时,驱动电路板35'驱动压电泵 组39'工作,压电泵组39'在腔体内产生负压,从而使得单向浮球阀32'完成排气动作,该第二实施例中单向浮球阀32'完成排气的工作原理与第一实施例中完全相同,在此不在累述。
现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的折叠加湿器(100或100')中水位探头(33或33')未检测到液位时,通过手动方式或电动方式通过单向浮球阀(32或32')将可折叠收纳杯(20或20')中气体排出,从而折叠加湿器(100或100')可随水位减少进行压缩折叠;再者,采用吸水棉(34或34'),吸水棉(34或34')具有更好的吸水效果,且能减少更换频率,降低成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠加湿器,其特征在于,包括固定座、用于容纳液体的可折叠收纳杯及加湿器组件,所述可折叠收纳杯下端套设固定于所述固定座上;所述加湿器组件包含上盖、单向浮球阀、水位探头、吸水棉、驱动电路板、雾化片及电池,所述上盖固定设置于所述可折叠收纳杯上方,所述单向浮球阀、所述水位探头、所述吸水棉、所述驱动电路板、所述雾化片及所述电池均固定于所述上盖上,所述单向浮球阀进气口、所述水位探头一端位于所述可折叠收纳杯内,所述水位探头另一端连接于所述驱动电路板,所述驱动电路板连接于所述雾化片,所述吸水棉另一端接触于所述雾化片,所述电池连接于所述驱动电路板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述上盖套设于所述可折叠收纳杯上端并构成一容置腔,所述单向浮球阀设于所述上盖底部,所述单向浮球阀进气口位于所述可折叠收纳杯内,所述单向浮球阀排气口位于所述上盖侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述水位探头穿置于所述上盖底部,所述水位探头下端位于所述折叠收纳杯内,所述水位探头上端位于所述容置腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述水位探头底部低于所述单向浮球阀底部,所述吸水棉底部低于所述水位探头底部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述上盖的所述容置腔内还设有隔水板,所述隔水板沿竖直方向穿置于 所述上盖上,所述隔水板设有沿竖直方向的安装通道,所述吸水棉固定于所述安装通道内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述雾化片位于所述安装通道内,所述雾化片位于所述吸水棉顶端;所述上盖中心位置设有一出雾口,所述雾化片的上表面正对于所述出雾口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述单向浮球阀包括中空结构的壳体、鸭嘴单向阀、鸭嘴单向阀体、浮球及底罩,所述中空结构包含第一腔体和第二腔体,所述第一腔体、所述第二腔体由上至下依次设置并导通,所述鸭嘴单向阀设于所述第一腔体内,所述鸭嘴单向阀进气口设于下方,所述进气口与所述第二腔体导通,所述鸭嘴单向阀体固定于所述鸭嘴单向阀上方并位于所述第一腔体内;所述浮球位于所述第二腔体内并位于所述鸭嘴单向阀进气口下方;所述底罩套设于所述壳体底部,所述底罩中心位置设有一通孔,所述通孔与所述第二腔体导通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述可折叠收纳杯为波纹管伸缩式容器。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述上盖上还设有一USB充电接口,所述USB充电接口与所述电池连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠加湿器,其特征在于,所述加湿器组件还包含用于产生负压的压电泵组,所述压电泵组设于所述容置腔内,所述压电泵组与所述驱动电路板连接。
