其中,该环齿轮241一端位于该固定座221内,该环齿轮241的外环面与该固定座221的内壁面处进一步设有复数滚珠245,以维持该大齿盘传动单元22的旋转顺畅性。
而该太阳齿轮243可转动地套设于该行星支架242的轴心处,且该太阳齿轮243与该内棘轮232连接为一体,较佳实施例中,该太阳齿轮243与该内棘轮232一体制成,让该太阳齿轮243的转动动力直接传递至该内棘轮232。
该行星齿轮244可转动地设于该行星支架242,如图所示之第一实施例中,该行星支架242还设有七个轴柱以配置有七个行星齿轮244,该行星齿轮244分别与该太阳齿轮243以及该环齿轮241相啮合,如图6所示。
以上为本创作之传动机构20的详细结构,以下就本创作的操作流程及特色进行说明。
当骑乘者开始骑乘时,曲柄轴21会受到两曲柄18及踏板11的带动而开始转动,其动力先由该曲柄轴21传递至该行星支架242,让行星支架242转动,接着带动该行星齿轮244转动,且因为环齿轮241锁设于车架体10,使得该行星齿轮244将相对于太阳齿轮243而转动,由于太阳齿轮243与各行星齿轮244相啮合,且太阳齿轮243与该内棘轮232一体制成,故太阳齿轮243的转动动力可直接传递至该内棘轮232,而该单向棘轮单元23又透过外棘轮231固定于该大齿盘传动单元22,所以齿盘本体222与太阳齿轮243及内棘轮232的转速将等速,亦即是说,踩踏自行车体的踏板而令行星支架242转动一圈的话,将透过各行星齿轮244带动太阳齿轮243、单向棘轮单元23以及大齿盘传动单元22转动复数圈,并由齿盘本体222透过链条19而带动后轮17,并在转动的过程中透过单向棘轮单元23来驱动齿盘本体222进行单向转动,令骑乘者在于骑乘上更为节能而舒适,即使在竞速的场合,也能方便的产生加速效果,同时可便于快速的达到高速状态;举例来说齿盘本体222仅需要25齿的咬合齿,即可透过传动单元24而与100齿等效,以达到缩减体积的效果而适用于易携带的小轮径休闲车,让小轮径休闲车和大轮径 者一样可轻易的加速而达到高速状态,以改善小轮径休闲车的美中不足,且又可符合小轮径休闲车体积轻便的要求。当然,亦可视需求增加或减少太阳齿轮243或环齿轮241的齿数,以改变加速的效率。
本创作除了利用传动单元24达到增加速比的功效外,更利用内建的单向棘轮单元23来驱动齿盘本体222,不须另外设置单向飞轮,即可达到单向驱动;如图5所示之实施例中,当该内棘轮232随该太阳齿轮243逆时针转动时,因为棘齿作用无法带动该外棘轮231;反之,若该内棘轮232随该太阳齿轮243顺时针转动时,则因为棘齿作用可带动该外棘轮231随之顺时针转动,进而驱动齿盘本体转动而带动后轮,亦即使踏板在停止或反转时,不影响车轮的前进方向,本创作特别将单向棘轮单元23与传动单元24链接,尤其是将太阳齿轮243与该内棘轮232连结成一体,可大为缩减体积又可整合单向传动以及增加速比之效果于单一机构中,更可适用于小轮径休闲车。
另外,该固定座221与该齿盘本体222之间进一步设有一可拆卸式扣环224,如图4所示,该扣环224可将该齿盘本体222组装固定于该固定座221,故可通过拆卸该扣环224以脱离该齿盘本体222,可供使用者更换不同齿盘本体222,例如更换不同齿数的齿盘本体及其相对应的链条,可透过本创作的传动机构得到不同速比。
再者,如图7、图8和图9所示,本创作传动机构20第二实施例的详细结构,第二实施例与第一实施例差别仅在于大齿盘传动单元的结构,第二实施例中,该外棘轮231通过多数根螺栓234固定于该固定座221,该外棘轮231具有一环型棘齿2311、一可深入该固定座221内的环型本体2312以及由该环型本体2312外周缘朝外延伸的一环盖体2313,该环形棘齿2311一体设置于该环型本体2312内周缘,而该复数螺栓234穿设于该环盖体2313,以将该外棘轮231固定于该固定座221,且该环盖体2313具有由该环型本体2312内周缘外侧朝内延伸的一遮盖部2314,该遮盖部2314可相对将内部的该内棘轮232封闭。且该内棘轮232与该太阳齿轮243之间进一步设有一板片246,该太阳齿轮243、该板片246以及该内棘轮232可以一体制成,让该太阳齿轮243的转动动力可透过该板片246直接传递至该内棘轮232。
本创作的传动机构进一步设有至少一转动组件245,如图8所示,该转动组件245为培林或滚珠(如图所示以滚珠为例),该转动组件245位于该大齿盘传动单元22与该传动单元24之间,如图所示之实施例中,该转动组件245位于该环齿轮241的外环面与该固定座221的内壁面处,以维持该大齿盘传动单元22的旋转顺畅性;或者,该转动组件245位于该单向棘轮单元23与该传动单元24之间,例如,该转动组件245位于该环齿轮241的外环 面与该板片246之间;或者,该转动组件245位大齿盘传动单元22与该单向棘轮单元23之间,例如,该转动组件245位于该板片246与该外棘轮231之间;或者,如图4所示,该转动组件245位于该内棘轮232与该外盖235之间,利用转动组件245可维持上述零件的旋转顺畅性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其至少包含:曲柄轴、大齿盘传动单元、单向棘轮单元及传动单元;其特征在于:该大齿盘传动单元,可转动地套设于该曲柄轴的一端,该大齿盘传动单元以一炼条可驱动该小轮径休闲车的一后轮;该单向棘轮单元,配置于该曲柄轴以及该大齿盘传动单元之间,该单向棘轮单元具有一外棘轮、内棘轮以及复数棘齿,该外棘轮固定于该大齿盘传动单元,该内棘轮可转动地套设于该曲柄轴,各棘齿设于该外棘轮及该内棘轮之间;该传动单元,具有一环齿轮、一行星支架、一太阳齿轮及至少二行星齿轮,该环齿轮固定于小轮径休闲车的一车架体,该行星支架连接固定于该曲柄轴,该太阳齿轮可转动地套设于该行星支架的轴心处,该太阳齿轮与该内棘轮连接为一体,该行星齿轮可转动地设于该行星支架,该行星齿轮分别与该太阳齿轮以及该环齿轮相啮合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:该大齿盘传动单元具有一固定座以及一固定于该固定座的齿盘本体,该固定座与该外棘轮一体制成。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:进一步增设有一外盖,该外盖通过多数根螺栓固定于该固定座。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:该大齿盘传动单元具有一固定座以及一固定于该固定座的齿盘本体,该外棘轮通过多数根螺栓固定于该固定座。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:该外棘轮具有一环型棘齿、一可深入该固定座内的环型本体以及由该环型本体外周缘朝外延伸的一环盖体,该环形棘齿一体设置于该环型本体内周缘,该复数螺栓穿设于该环盖体。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:该环盖体具有由该环型本体内周缘外侧朝内延伸的一遮盖部,该遮盖部可相对将内部的该内棘轮封闭。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:该环齿轮一端位于该固定座内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:进一步增设有至少一转动组件,该转动组件位于该大齿盘传动单元与该传动单元之间。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:进一步 增设有至少一转动组件,该转动组件位于该单向棘轮单元与该传动单元之间;或该转动组件位于该大齿盘传动单元与该单向棘轮单元之间。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的小轮径休闲车之传动机构,其特征在于:该固定座与该齿盘本体之间进一步设有一可拆卸式扣环。
