为了实现圆角部2113位置以及长轴边2111位置的折环部211厚度为外厚内薄,可以将位于圆角部2113的折环内壁相对2115短轴边2112的折环内壁2115减薄,使得其厚度小于位于短轴边2112的折环内壁2115的厚度,而位于圆角部2113的折环外壁2114的厚度与位于短轴边2112的折环外壁2114的厚度相同。同样地,可以将位于长轴边2111的折环内壁2115减薄,使得其厚度小于位于短轴边2112的折环内壁2115的厚度,而位于长轴边2111的折环外壁2114的厚度与位于短轴边2112的折环外壁2114的厚度相同。在本实施方式中,将位于圆角部2113的折环外壁2114加厚,使得其厚度大于位于短轴边2112的折环外壁2114的厚度,而位于圆角部2113上的折环内壁2115的厚度与位于短轴边2112的折环内壁2115的厚度相同。同样地,将位于长轴边2111的折环外壁2114加厚,使得其厚度大于位于短轴边2112的折环外壁2114的厚度,而位于长轴边2111的折环内壁2115的厚度与位于短轴边2112的折环内壁2115的厚度相同。圆角部2113和长轴边2111分别通过折环内壁2115减薄或者折环外壁2114加厚实现折环外壁2114厚度比折环内壁2115厚度大的方式可以根据实际的需求进行选择。本实施例中,折环内壁2115与顶壁2116平滑过渡连接,折环外壁2114与顶壁2116平滑过渡连接,位于圆角部2113的顶壁2116的厚度(图8中示出的H3)自连接折环外壁2114的一端到连接折环内壁2115的一端逐渐减小,位于长轴边2111的顶壁2116的厚度(图6中示出的H6)自连接折环外壁2114的一端到连接折环内壁2115的一端逐渐减小。也就是说,圆角部2113上的折环外壁2114与圆角部2113上的折环内壁2115的厚度通过圆角部2113上的顶壁2116以渐变的方式过渡,长轴边2111上的折环外壁2114的厚度与长轴边2111上的折环内壁2115的厚度通过长轴边2111上的顶壁2116以渐变的方式过渡,而具体厚度尺寸的变化范围以及起始点位置等不做限定,可根据实际需求调整。
本实施例的振膜21还包括位于折环部211靠近球顶212一侧并与折环部211连接的固定部214,固定部214设有开口2141,球顶212覆盖开口2141并与固定部214固定连接。在其他实施方式中,折环部211和球顶212也可以是一体结构。本实施例的振膜21材料为高分子材料,具体的,可以为硅胶、橡胶、PEEK材料或TPU材料。
本实用新型实施例还提供一种扬声器,如图2和图3所示,该扬声器包括盆架10、固定于盆架10的振动系统20和磁路系统30,振动系统20包括固定于盆架10顶部的振膜21,振膜21为上述技术方案中的振膜21。振动系统20还包括连接于振膜21一侧并驱动振膜21振动的音圈22、连接在音圈22远离振膜21一端的弹性件23以及与振膜21相对应的两个下音膜24,盆架10与振膜21之间通过粘胶固定。具体的,弹性件23为柔性线路板,音圈22与弹性件23电连接,一方面可用于提供对音圈22的支撑,另一方面为音圈22引入外部电信号,避免了通过引线为音圈22引入外部电信号时容易断线的问题,提高其可靠性。本实施例的扬声器设有相对的两个弹性件23,双弹性件23的对称结构使得对音圈22的支撑效果更稳定,更好的防止音圈22的横向摆动,提高振动系统20振动的可靠性。
另外,磁路系统30则包括主磁钢31、位于主磁钢31相对两侧的副磁钢32以及贴设在主磁钢31上的极芯33,副磁钢32间隔设置在主磁钢31两侧,并与主磁钢31形成磁间隙,音圈22固定设置在磁间隙中,磁路系统30还包括用于固设主磁钢31和副磁钢32的磁轭35以及与磁轭35相对的导磁板36,导磁板36嵌设固定于盆架10上。主磁钢31与极芯33之间、主磁钢31与磁轭35之间、副磁钢32与磁轭35之间以及副磁钢32与导磁板36之间通过粘胶固定。贴附在主磁钢31和副磁钢32表面的极芯33以及导磁板36能够起到导磁作用,汇聚磁场,使磁路系统30的磁力线尽可能多的被音圈22切割,以形成更大的驱动力。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例的振膜21,其位于圆角部2113位置以及长轴边2111位置的折环部211厚度设计为外厚内薄,能够显著提高圆角部2113以及长轴边2111处振膜21的刚度,提升圆角部2113和长轴边2111外侧的结构强度,改善振膜21上下振动时外侧容易打折的问题,并同步改善振动系统20的平衡性及稳定性,平衡折环部211长轴边2111强度不够的问题,改善产品纯音。并且由于只是局部改变折环部211的厚度,不会过分改变振膜21整体的重量,保证共振频率、声压级等性能变化较小;不仅如此,还能抬高产品上振幅,抑制下振幅,同步优化上下振幅最高点左右偏移不对称的问题,改善产品摇摆,降低失真。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种振膜,包括位于中央位置的球顶、环绕设置在所述球顶外侧的折环部以及环绕设置在所述折环部外侧的连接部,所述折环部包括相对设置的两个长轴边、相对设置的两个短轴边以及连接相邻的所述长轴边和所述短轴边的圆角部,其特征在于,所述折环部包括靠近所述球顶的折环内壁、与所述折环内壁相对且与所述连接部连接的折环外壁以及连接所述折环内壁与所述折环外壁的顶壁,位于所述圆角部的所述折环外壁的厚度大于位于所述圆角部的所述折环内壁的厚度,位于所述长轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度大于位于所述长轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,位于所述短轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度与位于所述短轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于,位于所述圆角部的所述折环外壁的厚度与位于所述短轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度相同,位于所述圆角部的所述折环内壁的厚度小于位于所述短轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度;和/或,位于所述长轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度与位于所述短轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度相同,位于所述长轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度小于位于所述短轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于,位于所述圆角部的所述折环外壁的厚度大于位于所述短轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度,位于所述圆角部的所述折环内壁的厚度与位于所述短轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度相同;和/或,位于所述长轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度大于位于所述短轴边的所述折环外壁的厚度,位于所述长轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度与位于所述短轴边的所述折环内壁的厚度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述折环内壁与所述顶壁平滑过渡连接,所述折环外壁与所述顶壁平滑过渡连接,位于所述圆角部的所述顶壁的厚度自连接所述折环外壁的一端到连接所述折环内壁的一端逐渐减小,位于所述长轴边的所述顶壁的厚度自连接所述折环外壁的一端到连接所述折环内壁的一端逐渐减小。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述折环部和所述球顶为一体结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜还包括位于所述折环部靠近所述球顶一侧并与所述折环部连接的固定部,所述固定部设有开口,所述球顶覆盖所述开口并与所述固定部固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜材料为高分子材料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜材料为硅胶、橡胶、PEEK材料或TPU材料。
  10. 一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架顶部的振膜,其特征在于,所述振膜为如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的振膜。
