Description
本发明涉及一种包装容器,特别是一种饮料包装瓶的瓶盖。
公开号为“CN106241028A”的专利文献公开了一种拉盖容器,其采用的技术方案是:复合瓶盖包括一卡扣本体,卡扣本体的上边缘一体连接有一上翻盖,上翻盖本体的边缘与卡扣本体的上边缘采用可撕开的薄形边缘相连接,在上翻盖的一侧边缘设有一拉环,在与拉环相对的,另一侧上翻盖的边缘与卡扣本体边缘设有一可翻折的连接条,这种瓶盖采用上翻开盖方式开启,开启后,上翻盖体不会离开卡扣本体,容易重新密封,在打开或关闭上翻盖时,人的手部不用接触出水口,使用方便、卫生,但其存在的问题是:由于连接条具有弹性,在瓶盖打开后,连接条的弹性作用会使上翻盖体向密封方向翻转,不具有翻盖保持功能,上翻盖体会触碰到嘴巴或鼻子,使用不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种使用方便的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,安装在容器的瓶口,包括下盖和上盖,所述下盖和上盖之间设置有撕裂部和连接部,所述上盖与连接部相对的一侧设置有扳手部,所述上盖还设置有卡位部,开盖后,在所述上盖翻转过程的一部分时间内,所述卡位部的前端抵在所述下盖的外壁或抵在所述瓶口的外壁产生反作用力,上盖翻转到一个位置时,卡位部和下盖或瓶口产生的反作用力为一个矢量方向相反的转换点。
所述卡位部由所述上盖的上边缘向外延伸形成。
所述卡位部的顶部与所述上盖的顶部平齐。
所述下盖设置有挡位部,在上盖翻转过程的一部分时间内,所卡位部与所述挡位部接触。
所述挡位部的外侧壁设置有挡位台阶。
瓶盖未开启时,所述挡位部与卡位部构成的夹角介于75度到90度之间。
所述连接部设置有两条,所述挡位部位于两条连接部之间。
所述上盖的底部一体成型有塞入所述下盖内的密封塞。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在上盖增加了卡位部,并在下盖上增加了挡位部,上盖翻转到一个位置时,卡位部和挡位部的产生的反作用力存在一个矢量方向相反的转换点,上盖翻转超过该转换点的角度后,就能够使上盖保持翻开状态,不会由于连接部的弹性自动翻回,确保使用时上盖不会触碰到嘴巴或鼻子,使用方便。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。

图3是瓶盖开启后保持状态的剖视图;
图4是本发明的具备放大图。
参照图1至图4,一种具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,安装在容器(饮料瓶)的瓶口,瓶盖和容器均为塑料材质制成,自身具有一定的弹性。瓶盖包括下盖1和上盖2,所述上盖2的底部一体成型有塞入所述下盖1内的密封塞9。所述下盖1和上盖2之间设置有撕裂部3和连接部4,该撕裂部3可以为薄壁或划痕,也可以为不连续的镂空或切口,连接部4可以为单独的带状结构,也可以在下盖1和上盖2之间设置竖向的撕裂线,开盖后由撕裂线之间的部位形成。所述上盖2与连接部4相对的一侧设置有扳手部5,该扳手部5可以为外凸的片状或台阶,也可以为拉环。
所述上盖2还设置有卡位部6,该卡位部6由所述上盖2的上边缘向外延伸形成,为片状结构,卡位部6的顶部与所述上盖2的顶部平齐,能够提高产品的美观性。
开盖后,在所述上盖2翻转过程的一部分时间内,所述卡位部6的前端抵在所述下盖1的外壁或抵在所述瓶口的外壁产生反作用力,上盖2翻转到一个位置时,卡位部6和下盖1或瓶口产生的反作用力存在一个矢量方向相反的转换点,在该转换点,卡位部6和下盖1或瓶口产生的反作用力是水平的,在该转换点之前卡位部6和下盖1或瓶口产生的反作用力向上的,过该转换点之后,卡位部6和下盖1或瓶口产生的反作用力向下的,在该转换点时,上盖2翻转所需的力大于连接部4的回弹力,必须借助外力才能往回翻转,就可以使上盖保持翻开状态。
在本实施例中,所述下盖1设置有挡位部7,瓶盖未开启时,所述挡位部7与卡位部6 构成的夹角介于75度到90度之间,并在挡位部7的外侧壁设置有挡位台阶8,在上盖2翻转过程的一部分时间内,所卡位部6与所述挡位部7接触,挡位台阶8可以阻挡卡位部6向下滑动,挡位台阶8相当于一个支点,在瓶盖翻转180度左右时为转换点。
在本实施例中,所述连接部4设置有两条,所述挡位部7位于两条连接部4之间,这样使瓶盖受力更加均匀。
以上的实施方式不能限定本发明创造的保护范围,专业技术领域的人员在不脱离本发明创造整体构思的情况下,所做的均等修饰与变化,均仍属于本发明创造涵盖的范围之内。

- 一种具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,安装在容器的瓶口,包括下盖(1)和上盖(2),所述下盖(1)和上盖(2)之间设置有撕裂部(3)和连接部(4),所述上盖(2)与连接部(4)相对的一侧设置有扳手部(5),其特征在于所述上盖(2)还设置有卡位部(6),开盖后,在所述上盖(2)翻转过程的一部分时间内,所述卡位部(6)的前端抵在所述下盖(1)的外壁或抵在所述瓶口的外壁产生反作用力,上盖(2)翻转到一个位置时,卡位部(6)和下盖(1)或瓶口产生的反作用力存在一个矢量方向相反的转换点。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于所述卡位部(6)由所述上盖(2)的上边缘向外延伸形成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于所述卡位部(6)的顶部与所述上盖(2)的顶部平齐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于所述下盖(1)设置有挡位部(7),在上盖(2)翻转过程的一部分时间内,所卡位部(6)与所述挡位部(7)接触。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于所述挡位部(7)的外侧壁设置有挡位台阶(8)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于瓶盖未开启时,所述挡位部(7)与卡位部(6)构成的夹角介于75度到90度之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于所述连接部(4)设置有两条,所述挡位部(7)位于两条连接部(4)之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有翻盖保持功能的瓶盖,其特征在于所述上盖(2)的底部一体成型有塞入所述下盖(1)内的密封塞(9)。
