背景技术
纺纱原就属于一项非常古老的活动,自史前时代以起,人类便懂得将一些较短的纤维纺成长纱,然后再将其织成布。 所谓的纺纱,乃是取动物或植物性纤维运用加捻的方式使其抱合成为一连续性无限延伸的纱线,以便适用于织造的一种行为,纱本身的捻度会使纤维自然而紧密的抱合在一起,因而非常有利织造或针织。其中纱的捻度与纱的直径有关,测量的方式是由每一吋纱中有几转来决定,并以低、中或高来表示,通常捻度愈高即纱的转数越多的,表示纱的强度愈好。低捻纱常用来制造平滑,光泽或柔软无光的织物;反之,具皱摺感或表面粗硬的织物则需要高捻纱来制造。纺纱过程一般包括原料准备、开松、梳理、除杂、混和、牵伸、并合、加捻以及卷绕等作用,有些作用是经过多次的反复来实现的,其中将半成品或者成品卷绕成一定的形式,以便于储存、运输和下一道工序的加工,该过程称卷绕。卷绕过程应该在不影响产品产量、质量的基础上连续地进行,应该努力实现各工序之间的连续化生产,尽可能地减少卷绕过程造成的质量问题,但是单单靠人工手动来操作绕卷的话费时费力,效率低,不能满足生产的需要,因此,为了提高工作效率,减低人工成本,科研人员研制出了一款能够自动将纺纱线收卷的设备。
但是现有的纺纱用收线装置存在以下问题:
1、收线筒固定不方便固定在装置上。
2、收线时,纺纱线在收线筒上缠绕时,直径会越来越大需要人手工调整收线位置,比较麻烦且容易造成收线筒上的纺纱线缠绕较松,容易脱卷。

现有的纺纱用收线装置存在以下问题:
1、收线筒固定不方便固定在装置上。
2、收线时,纺纱线在收线筒上缠绕时,直径会越来越大需要人手工调整收线位置,比较麻烦且容易造成收线筒上的纺纱线缠绕较松,容易脱卷。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种纺纱用收线装置,包括设备主体,所述设备主体正面设置有控制器,所述设备主体内侧表面中心处设置有轴承,所述轴承内表面设置有电动推杆,所述电动推杆一端设置有顶杆,所述顶杆一端外表面设置有橡胶固定圈,所述电动推杆另一端设置有连接杆,所述连接杆一端设置有从动轮,所述从动轮外表面设置有传动皮带,所述传动皮带底端设置有主动轮,所述主动轮一侧设置有一号电机,所述设备主体内侧表面上侧设置有位移杆,所述位移杆中部下侧设置有导向环,所述位移杆一端设置有摇杆,所述摇杆一端底部设置有转轮,所述转轮底端设置有二号电机。
作为本实用新型的一种优选技术方案,所述轴承内表面与电动推杆外表面固定连接。

1、该一种纺纱用收线装置,通过设置在设备主体内侧中部的轴承内表面与电动推杆外表面的固定连接,将电动推杆固定在设备主体内侧中部,通过对称设置的两组轴承与电动推杆、顶杆、橡胶固定圈,可以将收线筒套在其中一组橡胶固定圈的外表面,通过电动推杆推动顶杆,两组顶杆相对运动将收线筒两端皆套在橡胶固定圈外表面,即可完成对收线筒的固定。
2、该一种纺纱用收线装置,通过设置在设备主体内侧上部的位移杆将导向环固定在位移杆中部下侧,将纺纱线穿过导向环缠绕在收线筒上,通过控制器打开一号电机与二号电机,一号电机驱动主动轮转动,主动轮通过传动皮带带动从动轮,从动轮通过连接杆带动电动推杆与轴承转动,电动推杆带动顶杆与橡胶固定圈表面的收线筒转动,将纺纱线缠绕在收线筒上,同时二号电机驱动转轮转动,转轮通过连接轴拉动摇杆,摇杆拉动位移杆,通过位移杆两端与设备主体的滑动连接,带动位移杆中部下侧的导向环随之移动并带动导向环内部的纺纱线移动,纺纱线移动缠绕在收线筒表面,可以防止纺纱线缠绕的位置直径越来越大而导致收线筒上的纺纱线缠绕较松,容易脱卷的问题。
