Description

一种用于双锥干燥筒的端盖 技术领域
本发明涉及干燥领域,特别涉及一种用于双锥干燥筒的端盖。
背景技术
在使用双锥干燥机干燥物料时,因为物料的性质不同,如果物料在含有水分的情况下,粘稠度高,在旋转的过程中,会附着在端盖和筒壁上,筒壁上的物料通过加热溶解水分变成干料,但黏着在端盖上的物料无法很好的受到夹套内热媒加热效果,经过一个工作时间还未能变成干料,出料过程中干料流转到下一道工序,粘在盖子上的料只能作为废料被清洗掉,换下一批物料,造成了不必要的浪费。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,公开了一种用于双锥干燥筒的端盖,包括盖本体、铰链、耳座、滑动杆、限位挡板和重锤,所述盖本体通过所述铰链与所述双锥干燥筒转动连接,通过所述耳座将所述盖本体与所述双锥干燥筒固定连接,所述滑动杆竖直设置在所述盖本体上,所述重锤滑动设置在所述滑动杆上,并且所述限位挡板设置在所述滑动杆端部以限制所述重锤滑出所述滑动杆。
在一实施例中,所述重锤上设置滑孔,所述滑孔内壁为磨砂结构。
在一实施例中,所述滑动杆侧壁上设置光滑部和磨砂部,所述光滑部与所述盖本体连接。
在一实施例中,还包括缓冲板和弹簧,所述滑动杆的一端延伸设置缓冲滑动部,所述缓冲板和所述弹簧设置在所述缓冲滑动部上,并且所述弹 簧设置在所述缓冲板与所述限位挡板之间。
在一实施例中,所述耳座设置四个,四个所述耳座设置在所述盖本体的周边。
在一实施例中,所述滑动杆垂直设置在所述盖本体上。
本发明取得的有益效果:
本发明通过加装滑动杆与重锤,利用双锥干燥筒自身的转动,驱动重锤不断的敲击盖本体,使粘附在盖本体上的物料落入双锥干燥筒内,进而保证物料的干燥率,减少物料的浪费。在滑动杆上增加缓冲机构,避免重锤直接撞击限位挡板,提高限位挡板的使用寿命;另外,本装置结构简单,制造成本低,通配性高,适用于任何双锥干燥机上。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种用于双锥干燥筒的端盖,如图1-2及图9所示,所示,包括盖本体1、铰链2、耳座3、滑动杆4、限位挡板5和重锤6,盖本体1通过铰链2与双锥干燥筒7转动连接,实现双锥干燥筒7的打开和闭合。通过耳座3将盖本体1与双锥干燥筒7固定连接,滑动杆4竖直设置在盖本体1上,重锤6滑动设置在滑动杆4上,并且限位挡板5设置在滑动杆4端部以限制重锤6滑出滑动杆4。在使用时,双锥干燥筒7匀速转动,使得物料在筒内翻滚,当盖本体1旋转至最低点的过程中,重锤6顺着滑动杆4下滑至与限位挡板5贴合;继续转动,在该过程中,当重锤6经过9点钟位置时,滑动杆4变为倾斜状态,由于重锤6与滑动杆4之间存在滑动摩擦,当重力大于滑动摩擦时,重锤6顺着滑动杆4下滑,进而对撞击盖本体1,使得盖本体1上的物料落下。
为了重锤6与滑动杆4之间的摩擦力,如图1-3所示,重锤6上设置滑孔,滑孔内壁为磨砂结构。进而减少重锤6转动至12点钟位置前下滑的距离,以增加重锤对盖本体1的撞击力。
在一实施例中,如图1-4所示,滑动杆4侧壁上设置光滑部41和磨砂部42,光滑部41与盖本体1连接。重锤6位于磨砂部42时摩擦力大,而重锤6位于光滑部41摩擦力小。
可见,在上述实施例中配合重锤6的滑孔内壁为磨砂结构,通过磨砂部与滑孔配合,在重锤6转动至12点钟位置前下滑的距离,当重锤6滑落至光滑部42时,因重锤6与滑动杆4之间摩擦力减小,增加重锤6下滑速度,进而增加对盖本体1的撞击力。另外,在重锤6向最低点转动时,中翅6滑动至磨砂部42,重锤6与滑动杆4之间的摩擦力增大,能够降低重锤6的下滑速度,进而减小对限位挡板5的冲击力,提高限位挡板5的使用寿命。
在一实施例中,如图1-6所示,还包括缓冲板8和弹簧9,滑动杆4的一端延伸设置缓冲滑动部43,缓冲板8和弹簧9设置在缓冲滑动部43上,并且弹簧9设置在缓冲板8与限位挡板5之间。当重锤6转至最低点时,重锤6撞击缓冲板8,通过弹簧9吸收撞击力,进而减少对限位挡板5的撞击。
在上述实施例中,滑动杆4可以通过焊接的方式固定在盖本体1上。
本发明在使用时,如图7所示,当重锤6从12点钟开始顺时针转动,超过3点钟位置时,重锤6顺着滑动杆4向下滑动,到达如图8所示位置,继续转动,直至与缓冲板8贴合,到达图9所示位置;继续转动,当超过9点钟位置时,重锤6顺着滑动杆4向盖本体1滑动,到达图10所示位置;继续转动再次到达图7所示位置,撞击盖本体1,使得盖本体1上的物料掉落至双锥干燥筒7内进行干燥。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种用于双锥干燥筒的端盖,其特征在于,包括盖本体、铰链、耳座、滑动杆、限位挡板和重锤,所述盖本体通过所述铰链与所述双锥干燥筒转动连接,通过所述耳座将所述盖本体与所述双锥干燥筒固定连接,所述滑动杆竖直设置在所述盖本体上,所述重锤滑动设置在所述滑动杆上,并且所述限位挡板设置在所述滑动杆端部以限制所述重锤滑出所述滑动杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双锥干燥筒的端盖,其特征在于,所述重锤上设置滑孔,所述滑孔内壁为磨砂结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双锥干燥筒的端盖,其特征在于,所述滑动杆侧壁上设置光滑部和磨砂部,所述光滑部与所述盖本体连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双锥干燥筒的端盖,其特征在于,还包括缓冲板和弹簧,所述滑动杆的一端延伸设置缓冲滑动部,所述缓冲板和所述弹簧设置在所述缓冲滑动部上,并且所述弹簧设置在所述缓冲板与所述限位挡板之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双锥干燥筒的端盖,其特征在于,所述耳座设置四个,四个所述耳座设置在所述盖本体的周边。
