Description
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板及装置。
液晶显示面板是目前市场上常见的显示器,按照驱动方式可以分为TN、STN、VA以及IPS显示模式,而VA型显示模式相比于其他显示模式来说,具有对比度高、穿透率高等优势,然而其在大视角下容易出现色偏,从而降低了显示效果。
色偏产生的主要一个原因就是R、G、B在侧视和正视下亮度的变化不同,比如某些面板会由于R(G或B)在侧视下亮度成分比例高于正视下亮度比例而导致色偏问题。为了解决大视角色偏的问题,目前是通过给主像素区和子像素区施加不同的电压来使液晶的偏转角度不同,从而降低侧视角和正视角的亮度差异,或者通过更改像素的结构来实现不同液晶偏转角度差异从而降低色偏,然而上述方式需要对像素结构进行改进,导致制程工艺较复杂,从而降低了生产效率。
因此,有必要提供一种显示面板及装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。

以Ag@TiO2纳米颗粒为例,比如,在具体制备过程中,可以将Ag@TiO2纳米颗粒溶解在IPA(异丙醇)中,再加入到PVA溶液中搅拌处理,使纳米颗粒均匀溶解在PVA中,然后将该溶液通过旋涂的方法涂覆在相应的膜层上,之后对其低温干燥处理后,得到掺杂有纳米颗粒的有机层。
该纳米颗粒的原材料通过选择不同的核壳尺寸可以分别散射掉R,G,B三原色的光,壳的尺寸为0~200nm,核的尺寸为0~400nm,核可以选择Ag,Au等金属,壳可以选择SnO
2、MnO
2、CrO、ZnO等过渡金属氧化物。
在一实施方式中,所述偏光膜22还包括偏光层221和保护层223,其中保护层223位于偏光层221的上方,有机层222位于所述偏光层221和保护层223之间。当然有机层222的设置方式不限于此,该有机层222可以放置在偏光膜中的任意位置,如设置在偏光膜的保护层(剥离保护层)的上方等等。
液晶层30设于所述第一基板10与所述第二基板20之间。
请参照图2和图3,本发明实施例二提供的显示面板包括与上一实施例的区别在于:
如图2和图3所示,本实施例中的有机层25设于第二衬底基板21的下方,也即在所述第二基板20靠近所述液晶层30的一侧。其中在一实施方式中,第二基板20还可包括第二配向膜26,所述有机层25位于所述第二衬底基板21和所述第二配向膜26之间。
可以理解的,显示面板的结构不限于以上结构,比如在其他实施例中,第二基板上设置有色阻层,有机层还可以设置在色阻层的上方,即光线先通过色阻层后再通过有机层射出。另外说明该有机层不适合放置在电极(ITO)的上方或者下方,避免影响其导电性能。
由于本明中在上基板上设置掺杂有纳米颗粒的有机层,其中纳米颗粒具有局域表面等离子体共振(localized surface plasmon
resonance,LSPR)的功能,因此可以将特定波长的光散射,如散射掉透过基板的红光(G、B光),从而可以降低红光(G、B)的正视角亮度和侧视角亮度的差异性以及正视角和侧视角中R、G、B三色光的亮度差异性,进而改善色偏。且由于不需要对像素结构进行改进,简化制程工艺,提高生产效率。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述任意一种显示面板,此外显示装置还可包括背光模块。
本发明的显示面板及装置,包括第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间;由于纳米颗粒可以将特定波长的光散射,从而降低正视角和侧视角中三色光的亮度差异性,进而改善色偏,由于不需要对像素结构进行改进,简化制程工艺,提高生产效率。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (19)
- 一种显示面板,其中,包括:第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间;其中,所述第二基板还包括设于所述第二基板顶部的偏光膜,所述有机层位于所述偏光膜内;所述纳米颗粒为球形纳米颗粒,所述纳米颗粒的壳的直径范围为0nm~200nm,所述纳米颗粒的核的直径范围为0nm ~400nm。
- 一种显示面板,其中,包括:第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二基板还包括设于所述第二基板顶部的偏光膜,所述有机层位于所述偏光膜内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述偏光膜包括偏光层和设于所述偏光层上的保护层,所述有机层设于所述保护层上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述色阻层设于所述第一基板上,所述有机层设置在所述第二基板靠近所述液晶层的一侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其中,所述第二基板还包括第二衬底基板和设于所述第二衬底基板下的第二配向膜,所述有机层位于所述第二衬底基板和所述第二配向膜之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一基板包括第一衬底基板和设于所述第一衬底基板上的开关阵列层,所述色阻层设于所述开关阵列层上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,所述纳米颗粒为球形纳米颗粒,所述纳米颗粒的壳的直径范围为0nm~200nm,所述纳米颗粒的核的直径范围为0nm ~400nm。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中,所述纳米颗粒的核的材料包括Ag和Au中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示面板,其中,所述纳米颗粒的壳的材料包括SnO 2、MnO 2、CrO以及ZnO中的至少一种。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括显示面板;所述显示面板包括:第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二基板还包括设于所述第二基板顶部的偏光膜,所述有机层位于所述偏光膜内。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述偏光膜包括偏光层和设于所述偏光层上的保护层,所述有机层设于所述保护层上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述色阻层设于所述第一基板上,所述有机层设置在所述第二基板靠近所述液晶层的一侧。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二基板还包括第二衬底基板和设于所述第二衬底基板下的第二配向膜,所述有机层位于所述第二衬底基板和所述第二配向膜之间。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一基板包括第一衬底基板和设于所述第一衬底基板上的开关阵列层,所述色阻层设于所述开关阵列层上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述纳米颗粒为球形纳米颗粒,所述纳米颗粒的壳的直径范围为0nm~200nm,所述纳米颗粒的核的直径范围为0nm ~400nm。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述纳米颗粒的核的材料包括Ag和Au中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述纳米颗粒的壳的材料包括SnO 2、MnO 2、CrO以及ZnO中的至少一种。
