本发明提供一种显示面板及装置,该显示面板包括:第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间。本发明的显示面板及装置,能够提高生产效率。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示面板及装置。
【背景技术】
液晶显示面板是目前市场上常见的显示器,按照驱动方式可以分为TN、STN、VA以及IPS显示模式,而VA型显示模式相比于其他显示模式来说,具有对比度高、穿透率高等优势,然而其在大视角下容易出现色偏,从而降低了显示效果。
色偏产生的主要一个原因就是R、G、B在侧视和正视下亮度的变化不同,比如某些面板会由于R(G或B)在侧视下亮度成分比例高于正视下亮度比例而导致色偏问题。为了解决大视角色偏的问题,目前是通过给主像素区和子像素区施加不同的电压来使液晶的偏转角度不同,从而降低侧视角和正视角的亮度差异,或者通过更改像素的结构来实现不同液晶偏转角度差异从而降低色偏,然而上述方式需要对像素结构进行改进,导致制程工艺较复杂,从而降低了生产效率。
因此,有必要提供一种显示面板及装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示面板及装置,能够简化制程工艺,提高生产效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板,包括:
第一基板;
第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;
液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述任意一种显示面板。
本发明的显示面板及装置,包括第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间;由于纳米颗粒可以将特定波长的光散射,从而降低正视角和侧视角中三色光的亮度差异性,进而改善色偏,由于不需要对像素结构进行改进,简化制程工艺,提高生产效率。

请参照图1,本发明实施例一提供的显示面板,包括:第一基板10、第二基板20以及液晶层30。
在一实施方式中,所述第一基板10包括第一衬底基板11和开关阵列层12,开关阵列层12设于第一衬底基板11上,开关阵列层12可以包括多个薄膜晶体管,其截面结构可以包括栅极、源极漏极以及半导体层等,在其他实施方式中,所述第一基板10还可以包括色阻层13,所述色阻层13设于开关阵列层12上,所述色阻层13包括多个第一色阻131、多个第二色阻132以及多个第三色阻133,其中在一实施方式中,第一色阻131以及第二色阻132、第三色阻133分别为红色色阻、绿色色阻、蓝色色阻。
第二基板20与所述第一基板10相对设置,所述第二基板20设于所述第一基板10上,所述第二基板20包括第二衬底基板21和偏光膜22,偏光膜22设于所述第二基板20的顶部,所述偏光膜22包括有机层222,所述有机层222位于所述第二衬底基板21上,所述有机层22中掺杂有纳米颗粒23。其中有机层可以采用显示面板中常用的有机材料,如PVA(聚乙烯醇层)等。
在一实施方式中,为了更好地改善色偏,所述纳米颗粒23为球形纳米颗粒,所述纳米颗粒23的壳的直径范围为0nm~200nm,所述纳米颗粒23的核的直径范围为0nm~400nm,由于纳米颗粒的尺寸位于此范围内时,能够降低整体正视角的亮度,增加侧视的亮度,进而更好地改善色偏。在一实施方式中,为了更好地改善色偏,所述纳米颗粒23的核的材料可包括Ag和Au中的至少一种。所述纳米颗粒23的壳的材料可包括SnO2、MnO2、CrO以及ZnO中的至少一种。
以Ag@TiO2纳米颗粒为例,比如,在具体制备过程中,可以将Ag@TiO2纳米颗粒溶解在IPA(异丙醇)中,再加入到PVA溶液中搅拌处理,使纳米颗粒均匀溶解在PVA中,然后将该溶液通过旋涂的方法涂覆在相应的膜层上,之后对其低温干燥处理后,得到掺杂有纳米颗粒的有机层。
该纳米颗粒的原材料通过选择不同的核壳尺寸可以分别散射掉R,G,B三原色的光,壳的尺寸为0~200nm,核的尺寸为0~400nm,核可以选择Ag,Au等金属,壳可以选择SnO2、MnO2、CrO、ZnO等过渡金属氧化物。
在一实施方式中,所述偏光膜22还包括偏光层221和保护层223,其中保护层223位于偏光层221的上方,有机层222位于所述偏光层221和保护层223之间。当然有机层222的设置方式不限于此,该有机层222可以放置在偏光膜中的任意位置,如设置在偏光膜的保护层(剥离保护层)的上方等等。
液晶层30设于所述第一基板10与所述第二基板20之间。
请参照图2和图3,本发明实施例二提供的显示面板包括与上一实施例的区别在于:
如图2和图3所示,本实施例中的有机层25设于第二衬底基板21的下方,也即在所述第二基板20靠近所述液晶层30的一侧。其中在一实施方式中,第二基板20还可包括第二配向膜26,所述有机层25位于所述第二衬底基板21和所述第二配向膜26之间。
可以理解的,显示面板的结构不限于以上结构,比如在其他实施例中,第二基板上设置有色阻层,有机层还可以设置在色阻层的上方,即光线先通过色阻层后再通过有机层射出。另外说明该有机层不适合放置在电极(ITO)的上方或者下方,避免影响其导电性能。
由于本明中在上基板上设置掺杂有纳米颗粒的有机层,其中纳米颗粒具有局域表面等离子体共振(localized surface plasmon resonance,LSPR)的功能,因此可以将特定波长的光散射,如散射掉透过基板的红光(G、B光),从而可以降低红光(G、B)的正视角亮度和侧视角亮度的差异性以及正视角和侧视角中R、G、B三色光的亮度差异性,进而改善色偏。且由于不需要对像素结构进行改进,简化制程工艺,提高生产效率。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述任意一种显示面板,此外显示装置还可包括背光模块。
本发明的显示面板及装置,包括第一基板;第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间;由于纳米颗粒可以将特定波长的光散射,从而降低正视角和侧视角中三色光的亮度差异性,进而改善色偏,由于不需要对像素结构进行改进,简化制程工艺,提高生产效率。

1.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
第一基板;
第二基板,与所述第一基板相对设置,所述第二基板设于所述第一基板上,其中所述第一基板或者所述第二基板中设置有色阻层,所述第二基板包括设于所述色阻层上方的有机层,所述有机层中掺杂有纳米颗粒;
液晶层,设于所述第一基板与所述第二基板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述第二基板还包括设于所述第二基板顶部的偏光膜,所述有机层位于所述偏光膜内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述偏光膜包括偏光层和设于所述偏光层上的保护层,所述有机层设于所述保护层上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述色阻层设于所述第一基板上,所述有机层设置在所述第二基板靠近所述液晶层的一侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述第二基板还包括第二衬底基板和设于所述第二衬底基板下的第二配向膜,所述有机层位于所述第二衬底基板和所述第二配向膜之间。

8.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述纳米颗粒的核的材料包括Ag和Au中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,
所述纳米颗粒的壳的材料包括SnO2、MnO2、CrO以及ZnO中的至少一种。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任一所述的显示面板。
