本实用新型涉及声电设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种辅料揭纸。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,辅料揭纸的运用也越来越广泛,例如辅料揭纸经常用于将两个或多个零部件进行连接或用于保护零部件。
相关技术的辅料揭纸包括揭纸本体,设置在于所述揭纸本体上的辅料层以及由所述揭纸本体向外延伸的手柄,所述揭纸本体在所述辅料层所在平面的正投影与所述辅料层重合。
技术问题

优选的,所述揭纸本体呈矩形结构,所述手柄包括第一手柄和第二手柄,所述第一手柄由所述揭纸本体长边的一端沿其短轴方向向外延伸形成,所述第二手柄由所述揭纸本体短边的一端沿其长轴方向向外延伸形成。
优选的,所述第一手柄和第二手柄均有贯穿其上的通孔。
优选的,所述缺口部开设于所述揭纸本体的长边且与所述第一手柄连接和/或所述缺口部开设于所述揭纸本体的短边且与所述第二手柄连接。
优选的,其特征在于,所述揭纸本体、所述缺口部以及所述手柄为一体成型结构。

请参考图1-4所示,本实用新型提供一种揭纸10,包括辅料层1和粘贴盖设于所述辅料层1的揭纸2。
所述辅料层1是具有粘性的物质,可以是单面胶或双面胶等;用于粘结零件,当然也可以用于保护零件;本实施例中,所述辅料层1为双面胶,所述辅料层包括沿厚度方向相对设置的第一表面和第二表面(图未示),所述揭纸粘贴与所述第一表面。
所述揭纸2包括揭纸本体21、手柄22和缺口部23,且为一体成型结构。
所述揭纸本体21盖设于所述辅料层2,具体的,所述揭纸本体21向所述辅料层2的正投影与所述辅料层2重合,本实施例中,所述揭纸本体21和所述辅料层2呈矩形结构,当然也可以根据实际需要设置为其他结构。
所述手柄22由所述揭纸本体21向外延伸形成,本实施例中,所述手柄22包括第一手柄221和第二手柄222。
所述第一手柄221由所述揭纸本体21长边的一端沿其短轴方向向外延伸形成,所述第二手柄222由所述揭纸本体21短边的一端沿其长轴方向向外延伸形成。当然所述手柄22的设置并不限于此,可以将第一手柄221和所述第二手柄222均沿所述长轴方向向外延伸,也可以将第一手柄221和所述第二手柄222均沿所述短轴方向向外延伸。所述第一手柄221和所述第二手柄222均设有贯穿其上的通孔,所述通孔的设置,便于人们对所述手柄22操作时进行定位。
本实施例中,所述缺口部23沿所述揭纸本体21的周缘设置;所述缺口部23开设于所述揭纸本体21的长边,且与所述第一手柄221邻接。。
因所述缺口部23这一结构的存在,使得所述揭纸本体21与所述辅料层1的粘合面积变小,即减小了所述揭纸本体21与所述辅料层1之间的粘力;当人们分离所述接揭纸2和所述辅料层1时,对所述手柄22施加作用力,因其粘力的减小,人们可以快速从所述辅料层1分离所述揭纸本体21;防止撕开所述揭纸本体21时因粘力太强而带起所述辅料层1的粘性物质。
请参图5所示,本实用新型还提供一种发声器件100,包括用于发声的壳体20和粘贴于所述壳体20表面的辅料揭纸10。
所述辅料揭纸10与所述壳体20通过所述辅料层1进行粘贴连接,人们使用时,对其手柄22施加作用力揭开所述揭纸2;由于所述缺口部23和所述手柄22的通孔设置,可以快速揭开所述揭纸2,使用效果更好。

其中一所述缺口部23”开设于所述揭纸本体的长边,且所述缺口部23”与所述第一手柄221”连接;另一所述缺口部23”开设于所述揭纸本体的短边,且另一所述缺口部23”与所述第二手柄222”连接。
请参图9所示,本实用新型还提供一种发声器件400,包括用于发声的壳体20和粘贴于所述壳体20表面的辅料揭纸40。
当然所述缺口部的结构和数量并不限于此,可以根据实际需要设计。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的辅料揭纸,其特征在于,所述揭纸本体向所述辅料层的正投影与所述辅料层重合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的辅料揭纸,其特征在于,所述揭纸本体呈矩形结构,所述手柄包括第一手柄和第二手柄,所述第一手柄由所述揭纸本体长边的一端沿其短轴方向向外延伸形成,所述第二手柄由所述揭纸本体短边的一端沿其长轴方向向外延伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的辅料揭纸,其特征在于,所述第一手柄和第二手柄均有贯穿其上的通孔。
