本发明公开了一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法,首先在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈外侧面上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来增加弹簧的高度;同样,在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈内侧面上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来减小弹簧的间隙,这样便可保持弹簧其它因素或条件不变的情况下来调整弹簧的高度或间隙,从而实现影响给定载荷下弹簧高度变化的试验。本发明通过粘贴或填充的方式只改变间隙大小或高度的操作极其简便,能够保证其它不调整的因素与原来的一致,从而达到在同一件弹簧上只改变几个因素中的其中一个因素的目的,提高试验结果的准确性。

Description

一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法,属于弹簧试验技术领域。
背景技术
弹簧间隙大小与高度增加对弹簧在给定载荷下高度影响的试验通常是通过测量多件弹簧的相关参数后,汇总结果并综合分析。这种方法最大的弊端是:给定载荷下的高度受很多因素(比如:间隙大小、刚度大小、高度变化)的影响,试验中不能排除其它因素的影响,实际分析中只能假设其它因素或条件不变,但实际试验中不同的弹簧以上几个因素也是存在差异(也就是同时在变化)。现有技术中通过重新生产试样件来改变其中的一个因素,但是很难保证其它因素与原来的一致;也有通过重新生产试样件调整间隙或高度来达到改变其中的一个因素,但是这种操作非常的复杂,而且很难保证其它不调整的因素与原来的一致。所以,假设的其它因素或条件不变几乎不可做到,从而导致试验结果不够准确。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种操作简单、试验结果可靠和提高试验效率的用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法,以克服现有技术中的不足。
本发明的技术方案:一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法,首先在同一件弹簧发楔形结构支承圈外侧面上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来增加弹簧的高度;同样,在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈内侧面上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来减小弹簧的间隙,这样便可保持弹簧其它因素或条件不变的情况下来调整弹簧的高度或间隙,从而实现在同一件弹簧上实现性能影响因素关系的试验。
进一步,所述垫片的厚度为1~5mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过粘贴或填充的方式只改变弹簧间隙大小或高度的操作极其简便,能够保证其它不调整的因素与原来的一致,从而达到在同一件弹簧上只改变几个因素中的其中一个因素的目的,解决了不能实现弹簧两端间隙大小、弹簧刚度大小和弹簧高度变化这三个因素只变化其中之一的问题,让其与给定载荷下高度形成一一对应关系,提高试验结果的准确性。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明的实施例:参见图1,本发明的一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验 方法,首先在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈外侧面1上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来增加弹簧的高度;同样,在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈内侧面2上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来减小弹簧的间隙,这样便可保持弹簧其它因素或条件不变的情况下来调整弹簧的高度或间隙,从而实现影响给定载荷下弹簧高度变化的试验。所述垫片的厚度为1~5mm。
综上所述,本发明通过粘贴或填充的方式只改变间隙大小或高度的操作极其简便,能够保证其它不调整的因素与原来的一致,从而达到在同一件弹簧上只改变几个因素中的其中一个因素的目的,解决了不能实现弹簧两端间隙大小、弹簧刚度大小和弹簧高度变化这三个因素只变化其中之一的问题,让其与给定载荷下高度形成一一对应关系,提高试验结果的准确性。

  1. 一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法,其特征在于:在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈外侧面(1)上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来增加弹簧的高度;同样,在同一件弹簧的楔形结构支承圈内侧面(2)上粘贴不同厚度的垫片来减小弹簧的间隙,这样便可保持弹簧其它因素或条件不变的情况下来调整弹簧的高度或间隙,从而实现在同一件弹簧上实现性能影响因素关系的试验。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于判定弹簧性能影响因素关系的试验方法,其特征在于:所述垫片的厚度为1~5mm。
