Definitions
- the present invention relates to a power supply connector with a cable.
- the present application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2019-212195 filed in Japan on November 25, 2019, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a terminal in which a refrigerant flow path is formed in a terminal body portion.
- the above terminals have inlets and outlets of the refrigerant flow path open to the side of the terminal body. Cooling tubes are connected to the inlet and outlet. By the way, the cooling tube may vibrate, twist, or be pulled due to the operation of inserting and removing terminals. Then, a load is applied to the connection portion between the terminal and the cooling tube, which may cause refrigerant leakage.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a power supply connector with a cable that can reduce the load applied to the connection portion between the terminal and the cooling tube.
- the power supply connector with a cable includes a terminal, a cooling tube that is connected to the terminal and supplies refrigerant to the terminal and has flexibility, a terminal grip portion that grips the terminal, and the terminal.
- a holder having a tube grip portion for gripping the cooling tube is provided. According to this configuration, the holder grips both the terminal and the cooling tube, makes the cooling tube follow the movement of the terminal, and keeps the positional relationship between the terminal and the cooling tube constant, so that the connection portion between the terminal and the cooling tube is maintained. The load on the engine can be reduced. This makes it possible to prevent the refrigerant from leaking from the connection portion between the terminal and the cooling tube.
- the holder is an assembly formed by combining a first divided body having a divided surface and a second divided body facing the first divided body via the divided surface.
- the position of the divided surface may overlap with the terminal gripping portion and the tube gripping portion when viewed from the direction in which the terminal gripping portion and the tube gripping portion are lined up. According to this configuration, the holder can be easily assembled to the terminal and the cooling tube.
- the tube grip portion may have a straight portion extending parallel to the central axis of the terminal.
- the cooling tube can be arranged so that the trajectory of the cooling tube does not expand with respect to the terminal, and it becomes easy to incorporate the cooling tube into a narrow space such as inside the case of the power supply connector.
- the tube grip portion may have a curved portion that curves along the cooling tube. According to this configuration, the cooling tube can be gripped and the load applied to the cooling tube can be reduced without forcibly bending the cooling tube at a position near the connection portion between the cooling tube and the terminal.
- the cooling tube is curved at a position rearward from the tube grip portion, and the curvature of the curved portion is higher than the curvature rate of the cooling tube at a position rearward from the tube grip portion.
- the curvature may be small. According to this configuration, a load is less likely to be generated at the connection portion between the terminal and the cooling tube, and the occurrence of refrigerant leakage can be prevented.
- the power supply connector with a cable may include a non-slip member interposed between the tube grip portion and the cooling tube. According to this configuration, the cooling tube can be firmly gripped by the tube gripping portion via the non-slip member. In addition, this makes it difficult for the cooling tube to be twisted.
- the terminal may have a constricted portion, and the holder may have a fitting portion that fits into the constricted portion. According to this configuration, the holder cannot be pulled out in the axial direction with respect to the terminal, and the fitting between the terminal and the holder is strengthened.
- the load applied to the connection portion between the terminal and the cooling tube can be reduced.

Abstract
