在一实施例中,在第二显示界面还呈现有结束图标,在第二显示界面接收对结束图标的预定时间的按压操作时实现停止呈现呼吸的节拍图像,并在呼吸训练时间未达到有效训练时间时提示训练数据未被记录。
在一实施例中,在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像时,在第二显示界面的除结束图标之外的其他图标接收到用户的操作时不实现相应的操作。
在一实施例中,在第二显示界面还呈现声音图标,接收对该声音图标的操作实现对声音的播放或停止,所述声音包括呼吸的节拍声音,所述呼吸的节拍声音用不同声音提示呼和吸动作。

根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置,包括处理器、收发器及显示器,其中,所述处理器被配置为:控制所述收发器接收在第一显示界面输入的第一数据,所述第一数据包括呼吸训练时间数据;以及控制所述显示器基于所述第一数据在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像,所述呼吸的节拍图像用交替图形提示呼动作和吸动作。
在一实施例中,所述处理器还被配置为:控制所述显示器还在第二显示界面呈现结束图标,在第二显示界面接收对结束图标的预定时间的按压操作时实现停止呈现呼吸的节拍图像,并在呼吸训练时间未达到有效训练时间时提示训练数据未被记录。

为了使本技术领域人员更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图和实施方法对本发明作进一步的详细描述,需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
如图1所示,本发明的实施例的提供用于呼吸训练的信息的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)在第一显示界面接收输入的第一数据,所述第一数据包括呼吸训练时间数据;
2)在第二显示界面呈现输出数据,所述输出数据包括呼吸的节拍图像,所述呼吸的节拍图像是用交替图形提示呼动作和吸动作。
根据本发明实施例的提供用于呼吸训练的信息的方法,在显示界面上呈现用于呼吸的节拍图像来指导用户进行呼吸训练,因此该方法简单、便捷。
另外,根据本发明的实施例,提供了包括第一显示界面和第二显示界面的多个显示界面,这样有利于将内容清晰地呈现给用户并有利于用户操作。
根据本发明的实施例,第一显示界面和第二显示界面可以是不同时显示的不同界面。但是本发明不限于此,第一显示界面和第二显示界面可以位于同时显示的同一显示界面上,然而在该同一显示界面的不同部分进行显示。
其中,所述呼吸训练时间数据包括每次呼吸的时长数据,例如6秒、7.5秒、9秒等。例如,所述呼吸训练时间数据包括呼吸训练的总时长数据,例如10分钟、15分钟、20分钟、25分钟、不限时等等,用于限定训练时间。基于每次呼吸的时长确定所述节拍声音、节拍图像的每一节拍的时长。基于呼吸训练的总时长数据,确定所述节拍声音、节拍图像的总时长。在另外的方案中,并不输入呼吸训练的总时长数据,而是默认设定一个总时长,例如30分钟,在第二显示界面实时展现训练时长的进度。
所述训练呼吸时间数据可直接输入,例如输入具体的时间数值,也可以为对推荐呼吸时间数据多种方案的选择,例如在界面上显示多个时间,或者以滑动或滚动方式显示时间上下限,在其中进行选择。
例如,如图4所示,呼吸的节拍图像的每一节拍的时长可以通过气泡图标进行呈现,并且在第一显示界面上呈现有可滑动的多个气泡图标,所述多个气泡图标呈现不同的时长以供用户进行选择。例如,不同的气泡图标分别呈现6秒、7.5秒和9秒,并且气泡图标可以滑动以供用户进行选择,其中当前选定的时长放大显示。这里,通过气泡图标呈现的供用户选择的每一节拍的时长可以是根据实验确定的通过该时长的呼吸训练可有效降低血压的时长。
另外,如图4和图7所示,呼吸训练的时长数据可以通过时间条图标呈现在第一显示界面和第二显示界面上,时间条图标可以动态地呈现呼吸训练的时长,并且呈现有呼吸训练的有效时长、最佳时长和自动停止时间。这样,有利于直观地向用户呈现呼吸训练的时长,提示用户进行有效时长和最佳时长的呼吸训练。其中有效时长是指高于该时长的呼吸训练才是有效的,图中以10分钟为例,最佳时长是指呼吸训练的最佳时长,图中以20分钟为例,自动停止是指超过指定时间后程序自动停止,例如30分钟,超过该时长的训练时不推荐的,并且可能会发生用户睡着的情况。
其中,所述显示输出可以是呼吸字符的提示,也可以是呼吸动作图像的提示。例如,在呼气时界面显示“呼”或“呼气”,在吸气时界面显示“吸”或“吸气”;再比如,在呼气时界面显示呼气的图像,在吸气时界面显示吸气的图像,例如通过卡通人物的面部形状变化,或者图形显示气体方向等。可选方案中,在提示呼吸动作同时,所述显示输出还包括时间的变化,例如每次呼吸的倒计时读秒,正或倒计时提示训练经过时长的分钟数等,或者以进度条的方式训练时间的变化,或者进度条与时间的组合,如图7所示。
根据实施例,如图7所示,在第二显示界面还呈现有结束图标(即,图标“长按结束”),在第二显示界面接收对结束图标的预定时间的按压操作时实现停止呈现呼吸的节拍图像,并在呼吸训练时间未达到有效训练时间时提示训练数据未被记录。预定时间可以大于等于3秒,然而本发明不限于此,例如,预定时间可以大于等于1秒或2秒,大于或等于4秒、5秒、7秒等等。
根据实施例,如图7所示,在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像时,在第二显示界面的除结束图标之外的其他图标接收到用户的操作时不能实现相应的操作,从而有利于用户更加专注地进行训练。
根据实施例,在第二显示界面还呈现声音图标,接收对该声音图标的操作实现对声音的播放或停止,所述声音包括呼吸的节拍声音,所述呼吸的节拍声音是用不同声音提示呼和吸动作,所述声音图标在图4中为喇叭图标。
其中,所述呼吸的节拍声音例如为发出“呼”、“吸”的读音,或者模仿呼吸的声音、或者其他能够让用户区分出呼和吸的声音。例如,也可以在固定时间间隔,例如每分钟,发出特殊响动提示用户,例如报时间分钟数等(声音要小到不至于影响呼吸节拍声音)。
例如,所述显示输出与语音输出同时存在时,呼吸的节拍声音和节拍图像的节奏同步。
采用上述技术方案,用户可以根据节拍图像和/或节拍声音提供的节拍进行呼吸的训练,并且用户可以自行确定呼吸训练的模式,并且通过节拍图像能够帮助用户精确控制呼吸的节奏和时长,使得呼吸训练更为有效。并且辅助以声音提醒的方式可以即使不看图像也能精确控制呼吸的节奏和时长。
另一方案中,所述方法还包括在第三显示界面呈现构建训练环境数据,用于提示用户找到能到达最优训练效果的要素,所述要素包括房间、体位、放松、呼吸动作等数据,例如“安静的房间”、“最佳体位为斜坐在椅子上”、“平静呼吸一分钟”、“采用腹式呼吸”等。
在另一方案中,如图2所示,所述第一数据还包括历史记录调取命令或帮助命令中的至少一个。
所述历史记录调取命令,用于调取用户的历史记录数据,并以语音和/或显示方式输出,可选地,也可以结合历史记录数据对用户的训练效果进行评估,评估之后生成评估报告,并将评估报告以声音和/或显示方式提供给用户,更进一步,还将下一步训练的建议以显示和/或声音方式提供给用户。采用这样的方案,可以方便地对用户之前的训练效果进行评估,并且给用户的下一步训练提出指导意见。
所述帮助命令,用于给用户提供训练相关的帮助,例如文字、语音、视频帮助,包括训练动作引导语音、视频,注意事项、相关内容的文字、语音等等。采用这样的方案,用户可以在训练前及时获取想要的帮助,例如,界面操作引导、呼吸动作示例等等,可以避免错误的训练或者提高训练效率和效果。
同时,所述方法还包括在第六显示界面呈现训练效果评估数据,所述效果评估数据可以以评估报告的形式呈现;所述方法还包括在第七显示界面呈现帮助内容数据,所述第二显示界面、第六显示界面、第七显示界面之间并无特定的先后顺序。
根据实施例,如图2所示,所述方法还包括在第四显示界面接收训练前血压数据、在第五显示界面接收训练后血压数据。训练前血压数据为用户在呼吸训练前测量的数据,所述数据可以为手动输入,可以是检测设备(例如血压计等)的自动输入。训练后血压数据为用户在呼吸训练后测量的数据,所述数据可以为手动输入,也可以是测量设备的自动输入。其中所述第四显示界面在第二显示界面的呼吸训练开始之前呈现,所述第五显示界面在第二显示界面的呼吸训练完成之后呈现。通过比对训练前后的血压数据,进而可以对本次呼吸训练的效果以及历史训练效果进行综合评估。
根据实施例,如图6和图8所示,在所述血压数据为检测设备的自动输入的情况下,在第四显示界面和第五显示界面呈现有搜索检测设备的搜索图标,以在接收到对搜索图标进行的操作时搜索检测设备。
根据实施例,在第一显示界面接收输入的第一数据之前,还包括根据输入的用户身份数据确认用户身份的步骤,其中所述用户身份数据,包括但不限于,密码数据、指纹数据、面部识别数据等。并且在确认用户身份的步骤之后,还包括读取该用户身份对应的数据,例如默认的呼吸训练时间数据、历史记录数据等。所述默认的呼吸训练时间数据可以是根据大部分人的规律初定的一个时间数据,也可以是根据用户上次训练的时间数据确定。
根据实施例,第一界面还呈现声音开关,用于打开或关闭声音,所述声音可以是 界面背景音,或者是对用户的提示音等。
根据实施例,所述方法还包括在第二显示界面呈现的同时或之前,接收输入的背景数据,所述背景数据可以是人为设定的,例如对不同亮度的白天模式、夜间模式、背景颜色等行选择,以及对背景图案等进行设定,所述背景数据也可以是根据检测到的环境光因素自动输入,即自动调整。
根据实施例,所述方法还包括在第二显示界面呈现的同时,接收呼吸检测数据。例如,在用户正在进行呼吸训练时,接收用户的诸如每个呼吸节拍的呼气时长、每个呼吸节拍的吸气时长以及每个呼吸节拍的总时长的呼吸检测数据。根据本发明的实施例,呼吸检测数据可以通过例如穿戴于用户胸前的可检测以上呼吸检测数据的呼吸传感器来感测并且进行输入。根据本发明的实施例,所述方法还包括将所述呼吸检测数据与界面呈现的输出数据进行比对,当存在偏差或者偏差达到一定阈值后,对用户发出提醒或警告。例如,可以将呼吸传感器感测到的用户的每个呼吸节拍的呼气时长、每个呼吸节拍的吸气时长和/或每个呼吸节拍的总时长与在第二显示界面呈现的呼吸的节拍图像的呼气时长、吸气时长和/或呼吸和吸气的总时长分别进行比较,并在它们之间存在偏差或偏差达到一定阈值后,对用户发出提醒或警告。采用这样的方案可以实时监测用户是否在按照正确训练方式训练,如果没有则及时提醒进行纠正,以保证训练效果。
上述接收各项数据的输入中提及了多个界面,但是可以知道,部分输入可以汇总到一个界面进行或者部分界面内容可以分成多个界面呈现,比如训练前血压数据可以在第一显示界面呈现,比如帮助命令、历史记录调取命令可以单独作为其他界面呈现。
根据实施例,所述声音输出还包括语音引导,语音引导用于通过语音提示用户进行相应的动作,比如体位,动作以及一些注意事项等等。语音引导还可以提供对用户进行鼓励性的用语,以提高用户的坚持时长。
所述显示输出还包括时间显示和/或背景显示,时间显示可以通过正计时或倒计时的方式显示用户的训练时间或剩余时间。背景显示可以根据接收的输入调整背景光线的强弱,例如白天模式,夜景模式。所述背景显示也可以调整背景的颜色或者图像,以适应不同人的需求。
例如,所述方法还包括将数据存储到存储器中和/或从存储器中调取数据的步骤。例如,将每次训练数据存储到历史记录的数据库中,当需要查看历史数据时,从所述数据库调取。还比如,帮助命令相关的视频、文字、语音等数据也存储在数据库中,根据需要进行调取和输出。
根据实施例,所述方法还包括对用户进行训练提醒,所述训练提醒可以是在进入主页后出现,或者在后台生成后以应用通知的方式出现,所述提醒形式可以是弹窗、条幅、短信等方式。
并且,还可以在第六界面对评估报告进行分享,例如,通过微信、微博或者其它 应用分享给亲友。
下面结合附图3-9说明本发明的具体实施方案:
1)进入主页后,可选择接收呼吸时间数据或者历史记录调取命令或者帮助命令(参见图4界面,对应第一显示界面)。在当前界面可以接收呼吸训练的总时间,以及每次呼吸的时间,每次呼吸的时间有9.9秒、7.5秒、6秒三种供选择,当前选择每次呼吸时间为6秒,总训练时间为30分钟,界面中还提示10分钟之上才为有效时长,20分钟为最佳时长,到30分钟自动停止。
2)如果接收的是历史记录调取命令,可以经过处理后,将历史记录数据以声音和/或显示的方式输出,然后结束。或者,可选地,还可以将历史记录数据进行分析,进行效果评估之后生成评估报告,再进行声音和/或显示输出(参见图9界面,对应第六显示界面),之后结束操作或者返回开始步骤;其中,图9示例性显示了报告中包括已经训练次数、各种训练模式(不同呼吸时长)的次数、总训练时长、达到最佳时长的次数(例如到达20分钟及以上)及血压数据等,并且根据预设的数据,判断上述数据是否正常,例如血压偏高、次数偏少等。并且,可选方案中可以基于上述数据给出下一步建议训练方案等。
如果接收的是帮助命令,则将相关的帮助内容以声音和/或显示的方式输出,之后结束操作或者返回开始步骤;
如果接收的是呼吸时间数据,则进入第3)步。
3)对训练环境数据进行构建呈现(如图5界面,对应第三显示界面),此时图中示例性提示“安静无打扰的房间”、“最佳体位为斜坐在椅子上”、“平静呼吸一分钟”、“采用腹式呼吸”,准备好了则可以进行下一步,或者返回上一步。
4)可选,进行训练前血压数据的接收,所述接收可以是手动或者血压计自动输入(参见图6界面,对应第四显示界面),此界面可以选择不同的血压计(例如蓝牙血压计),控制开始测试并获取相关数据,也可以手动输入血压数据,然后可以选择进入下一步或返回上一步。
5)呼吸训练开始,通过声音节拍和/或显示节拍对用户进行呼吸时长、频率的训练,并通过其他声音/显示手段对用户进行激励、提示等(参见图7界面,对应第二显示界面),图中,采用文字对呼气、吸气进行提示,并且采用读秒倒计时显示当前呼气剩余时间,并且可以在界面操作结束训练。
6)训练完毕后,可选接收训练后血压数据(参见图8界面,对应第五显示界面),其界面呈现与步骤4相同。结束后可将本次记录自动存储。或者可以进行效果评估(可参见图9),再通过显示和/或语音输出结果,之后结束操作。
其中所述呼吸时间数据、环境数据和训练前血压数据的输入并不限定于上述顺序,可以同时输入或者调整为其他先后顺序。
本发明还提供一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置100,其包括:
1)数据接收模块101,用接收输入的第一数据,所述第一数据包括呼吸训练时间数据;
2)数据呈现模块,用于通过显示的方式输出数据,所述输出数据包括呼吸的节拍图像,所述呼吸的节拍图像是用交替图形提示呼动作和吸动作。
例如,数据接收模块101还用于接收用户身份数据、背景数据、呼吸检测数据、训练前血压数据、训练后血压数据、历史记录调取命令、帮助命令等中的至少一个或多个。所述输入方式可以为手动或自动,例如通过设备无线传输或者检测后自动输入。例如,所述数据接收模块101包括检测模块,所述检测模块包括用户身份检测模块、环境光检测模块、呼吸检测模块、血压检测模块等等。其中,用户身份检测模块用于检测用户的身份,例如通过指纹、面部数据等,呼吸检测模块用于检测用户实际的呼吸数据,环境光检测模块用于检测环境光线的强弱,血压检测模块用于检测用户的血压。
例如,数据接收模块101还包括处理模块,用于对所接收的各项数据进行处理,并将处理后的数据提供给数据呈现模块102。其中,所述处理模块优选还包括存储模块和调取模块,分别用于将数据存储到数据库中,和从数据库中调取数据。
数据呈现模块102,用于通过显示的方式,对处理后的数据进行输出。可选地在,在显示输出同时,还进行声音输出,具体包括呼吸的节拍声音、语音引导和语言激励中的至少一个,其中语音引导用于通过语音提示用户进行相应的动作,比如体位,动作以及一些注意事项等等。语言激励用于提供对用户进行鼓励性用语,以提高用户的坚持时长。所述数据呈现模块102还呈现包括时间显示和背景显示的至少一个。所述节拍显示可以是呼吸字符的提示,也可以是呼吸动作图像的提示。时间显示可以通过正计时或倒计时的方式显示用户的训练时间或剩余时间。背景显示可以根据接收的输入调整背景光线的强弱,例如白天模式,液晶模式。所述背景显示也可以调整背景的颜色或者图像,以适应不同人的需求。
本发明还可以将呼吸训练方法集成于App中,用户打开呼吸降压训练应用程序,首次使用播放引导视频,播放完成后收起到帮助,后续可在帮助中观看。该App可用在个人智能终端,如手机、Pad、电脑中,也可部署在公众健康基础设施中,作为全民健康服务的一种。
下面参考图11,其示出了适于用来实现本发明实施例的装置的电子设备1100的结构示意图。
如图11所示,电子设备1100包括中央处理单元(CPU)1101,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1102中的程序或者从存储部分1108加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1103中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 1103中,还存储有系统1100操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 1101、ROM 1102以及RAM 1103通过 电路1104彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1105也连接至电路1104。
以下部件连接至I/O接口1105:包括触摸屏输入部分1106;包括诸如液晶显示面板(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分1107;包括硬盘等的存储部分1108;以及包括诸如天线、调制解调器等的网络接口的通信部分1109。通信部分1109经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器1110也根据需要连接至I/O接口1105。可拆卸介质1111,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器1110上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分1108。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图图1-9描述的方法和流程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在机器可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分1109从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质1111被安装。在该计算机程序被中央处理单元(CPU)1101执行时,执行本公开的系统中限定的上述功能。
参见图12,本发明还提供了另外一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置1200,该装置1200包括处理器1201、收发器1202及显示器1203,处理器1201被配置为:控制收发器1202接收在第一显示界面输入的第一数据,第一数据包括呼吸训练时间数据;以及控制显示器1203基于第一数据在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像,呼吸的节拍图像用交替图形提示呼动作和吸动作。
根据实施例,处理器1201还被配置为:控制显示器1203还在第二显示界面呈现结束图标,在第二显示界面接收对结束图标的预定时间的按压操作时实现停止呈现呼吸的节拍图像,并在呼吸训练时间未达到有效训练时间时提示训练数据未被记录。
根据实施例,处理器1201还被配置为:控制显示器1203还在第二显示界面呈现提示信息,以提示用户在进行训练时保持在第二显示界面并避免其他操作。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为:控制显示器1203还在第二显示界面呈现声音图标,接收对该声音图标的操作实现对声音的播放或停止,声音包括呼吸的节拍声音,呼吸的节拍声音用不同声音提示呼和吸动作。
根据实施例,第一数据还包括历史记录调取命令、帮助命令中的至少一个。
根据实施例,声音还包括语音引导,语音引导用于通过语音提示用户进行相应的动作。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为:控制显示器1203还在第二显示界面呈现时间显示和/或背景显示,时间显示通过正计时或倒计时的方式显示用户的训练时间或剩余时间;背景显示可调整背景的光线强度、颜色或者图像。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为:在第三显示界面呈现构建训练环境数据,用于向用户提示训练环境。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为:控制收发器1202接收在第四显示界面输入的训练 前血压数据、在第五显示界面输入的训练后血压数据,血压数据为手动输入或检测设备的自动输入。
根据实施例,在血压数据为检测设备的自动输入的情况下,在第四显示界面和第五显示界面呈现有搜索检测设备的搜索图标,以在接收到对搜索图标进行的操作时搜索检测设备。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为:根据历史记录数据生成评估报告,并控制显示器1203在第六显示界面将评估报告内容呈现。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为:控制显示器1203呈现第二显示界面的同时,控制收发器1202接收呼吸检测数据,并将呼吸检测数据与节拍图像的数据进行比对,当存在偏差或者偏差达到一阈值后,对用户发出提醒或警告。
根据实施例,呼吸训练时间数据包括每次呼吸的时长数据和呼吸训练的时长数据中的至少一种。
根据实施例,呼吸的节拍图像的每一节拍的时长通过气泡图标进行呈现,并且在第一显示界面上呈现有可滑动的多个气泡图标,所述多个气泡图标呈现不同的时长以供用户进行选择。
根据实施例,呼吸训练的时长数据通过时间条图标呈现在第二显示界面上,时间条图标动态地呈现呼吸训练的时长,并且呈现有呼吸训练的有效时长和最佳时长。
根据实施例,处理器1201被配置为在控制收发器1202接收在第一显示界面输入的第一数据之前:控制收发器1202接收输入的用户身份数据,并根据用户身份数据确认用户身份。
本发明还提供一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的系统,其包括了上述的电子设备,同时还包括血压计,所述血压计用于向所述电子设备提供血压数据,具体包括训练前用户血压和训练后用户血压。根据实施例,所述系统还包括呼吸检测装置,用于检测用户的呼吸数据,并提供给所述电子设备,所述系统可以根据检测的呼吸数据与电子设备中提供的数据进行比对,监测用户是否按照规定动作进行训练,当呼吸时长、节奏等存在偏差或者偏差达到一定阈值后,对用户发出提醒或警告。
需要说明的是,本公开所示的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是但不限于—电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程 序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

描述于本公开实施例中所涉及到的单元或模块可以通过软件的方式实现,也可以通过硬件的方式来实现。所描述的单元或模块也可以设置在处理器中,例如,可以描述为:一种处理器包括数据接收模块101以及数据呈现模块102。其中,这些单元或模块的名称在某种情况下并不构成对该单元或模块本身的限定,例如,数据接收模块101还可以被描述为“用于接收数据的模块”。
作为另一方面,本公开还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质可以是上述实施例中描述的电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中的。上述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当上述前述程序被一个或者一个以上的处理器用来执行描述于本公开的配置方法。
采用本发明的方案,可以方便用户进行呼吸训练,且通过节拍图像和/或节拍声音可精准确定呼吸的频率时长,非常好的提高了用户体验和训练效果。并且,通过将训练前后血压数据的引入,可以直观展示训练效果。并且通过调取历史记录生成评估报告的方式可以全面展示用户的阶段性训练效果,并可对下一步训练提供建议。另外,通过呼吸检测装置的引入,可以实时检测用户实际呼吸数据与界面展示的呼吸数据相比对,进而判断用户是否按照指示剂进行训练,并可对用户进行提示,提高了训练的效果。
以上描述仅为本申请的较佳实施例以及对所运用技术原理的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,本申请中所涉及的公开范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖在不脱离前述公开构思的情况下,由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的(但不限于) 具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案。
Claims (32)
- 一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的方法,包括如下步骤:在第一显示界面接收输入的第一数据,所述第一数据包括呼吸训练时间数据;基于所述第一数据在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像,所述呼吸的节拍图像用交替图形提示呼动作和吸动作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在第二显示界面还呈现有结束图标,在第二显示界面接收对结束图标的预定时间的按压操作时实现停止呈现呼吸的节拍图像,并在呼吸训练时间未达到有效训练时间时提示训练数据未被记录。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像时,在第二显示界面的除结束图标之外的其他图标接收到用户的操作时不能实现相应的操作。
- 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的方法,其中,在第二显示界面还呈现声音图标,接收对该声音图标的操作实现对声音的播放或停止,所述声音包括呼吸的节拍声音,所述呼吸的节拍声音用不同声音提示呼和吸动作。
- 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一数据还包括历史记录调取命令、帮助命令中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述声音还包括语音引导,所述语音引导用于通过语音提示用户进行相应的动作。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第二显示界面还呈现时间显示和/或背景显示,时间显示通过正计时或倒计时的方式显示用户的训练时间或剩余时间;背景显示可调整背景的光线强度、颜色或者图像。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括在第三显示界面呈现构建训练环境数据,用于向用户提示训练环境。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括在第四显示界面接收训练前血压数据、在第五显示界面接收训练后血压数据,所述血压数据为手动输入或检测设备的自动输入。
- 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,在所述血压数据为检测设备的自动输入的情况下,在第四显示界面和第五显示界面呈现有搜索检测设备的搜索图标,以在接收到对搜索图标进行的操作时搜索检测设备。
- 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括根据历史记录数据生成评估报告,在第六显示界面将所述评估报告内容呈现。
- 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括在第二显示界面呈现的同时,接收呼吸检测数据,并将所述呼吸检测数据与节拍图像的数据进行比对,当存在偏差或者偏差达到一阈值后,对用户发出提醒或警告。
- 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的方法,其中,所述呼吸训练时间数据包括每次呼 吸的时长数据和呼吸训练的时长数据。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,呼吸的节拍图像的每一节拍的时长通过气泡图标进行呈现,并且在第一显示界面上呈现有可滑动的多个气泡图标,所述多个气泡图标呈现不同的时长以供用户进行选择。
- 根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其中,呼吸训练的时长数据通过时间条图标呈现在第一显示界面和/或第二显示界面上,时间条图标动态地呈现呼吸训练的时长,并且呈现有呼吸训练的有效时长和最佳时长。
- 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括,在第一显示界面接收输入的第一数据之前:接收输入的用户身份数据,并根据用户身份数据确认用户身份。
- 一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置,包括处理器、收发器及显示器,其中,所述处理器被配置为:控制所述收发器接收在第一显示界面输入的第一数据,所述第一数据包括呼吸训练时间数据;以及控制所述显示器基于所述第一数据在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像,所述呼吸的节拍图像用交替图形提示呼动作和吸动作。
- 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还被配置为:控制所述显示器还在第二显示界面呈现结束图标,在第二显示界面接收对结束图标的预定时间的按压操作时实现停止呈现呼吸的节拍图像,并在呼吸训练时间未达到有效训练时间时提示训练数据未被记录。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其中,所述处理器还被配置为:控制所述显示器在第二显示界面呈现呼吸的节拍图像时,在第二显示界面的除结束图标之外的其他图标接收到用户的操作时不实现相应的操作。
- 根据权利要求17-19任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理器被配置为:控制所述显示器还在第二显示界面呈现声音图标,接收对该声音图标的操作实现对声音的播放或停止,所述声音包括呼吸的节拍声音,所述呼吸的节拍声音用不同声音提示呼和吸动作。
- 根据权利要求17-20任一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理器被配置为:在第三显示界面呈现构建训练环境数据,用于向用户提示训练环境。
- 根据权利要求17-21任一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理器被配置为:控制所述收发器接收在第四显示界面输入的训练前血压数据、在第五显示界面输入的训练后血压数据,所述血压数据为手动输入或检测设备的自动输入。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,在所述血压数据为检测设备的自动输入的情况下,在第四显示界面和第五显示界面呈现有搜索检测设备的搜索图标,以在接收到对搜索图标进行的操作时搜索检测设备。
- 根据权利要求17-23任一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理器被配置为:根据历史记录数据生成评估报告,并控制所述显示器在第六显示界面将所述评估报告内容呈现。
- 根据权利要求17-24任一项所述的装置,其中,所述处理器被配置为:控制所述显示器呈现第二显示界面的同时,控制所述收发器接收呼吸检测数据,并将所述呼吸检测数据与节拍图像的数据进行比对,当存在偏差或者偏差达到一阈值后,对用户发出提醒或警告。
- 根据权利要求17-25任一项所述的装置,其中,所述呼吸训练时间数据包括每次呼吸的时长数据和呼吸训练的时长数据中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求26所述的装置,其中,呼吸的节拍图像的每一节拍的时长通过气泡图标进行呈现,并且在第一显示界面上呈现有可滑动的多个气泡图标,所述多个气泡图标呈现不同的时长以供用户进行选择。
- 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其中,呼吸训练的时长数据通过时间条图标呈现在第一显示界面和/或第二显示界面上,时间条图标动态地呈现呼吸训练的时长,并且呈现有呼吸训练的有效时长和最佳时长。
- 一种提供用户呼吸训练的信息的装置,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现权利要求1-16中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种提供用于呼吸训练的信息的系统,包括权利要求29所述的提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置以及血压计,所述血压计用于向所述提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置提供血压数据。
- 根据权利要求30所述的系统,其中,所述系统还包括呼吸检测装置,用于检测用户的呼吸数据,并提供给所述提供用于呼吸训练的信息的装置。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-16中任一项所述的方法。
