如图1-图2所示,本发明的可自动升降的拐杖包括本体1、调节轮组2和控制组件,调节轮组2为两个,两个调节轮组2间隔分布在本体1的底部,每个调节轮组2均包括第一驱动件21、驱动轴22、连杆23、第二驱动件24和滚轮25,第一驱动件21连接在本体1的底壁上,驱动轴22与第一驱动件21相连,第一驱动件21能够驱动驱动轴22转动,连杆23的一端穿设在驱动轴22上,第二驱动件24连接在连杆23的另一端,滚轮25与第二驱动件24相连,第二驱动件24能够驱动滚轮25转动。控制组件与第一驱动件21及第二驱动件24电连接以调整第一驱动件21和第二驱动件24的工作状态。
可以理解的是,两个调节轮组2的滚轮25的之间的间距越小,说明连杆23与竖直方向的夹角就越小,与之对应的整个可自动升降的拐杖的高度就越高。反之,两个调节轮组2的滚轮25之间的间距越大,所述连杆23与竖直方向的夹角就越大,与之对应的整个可自动升降的拐杖的高度就越矮。
在实际使用过程中,当需要升高拐杖时,控制组件朝向两个第一驱动件21发出信号,两个第一驱动件21驱动两个连杆23朝向靠近彼此的方向转动,与此同时第二驱动件24驱动滚轮25朝向与其对应设置的连杆23转动方向相同的方向转动。这样在连杆23与滚轮25同步转动下能够确保连杆23朝向靠近彼此的方向运动,也就是说两个调节轮组2的滚轮25之间的间距缩小,拐杖的整体高度升高。当需要降低拐杖时,两个第一驱动件21驱动两个连杆23朝向远离彼此的方向转动,与此同时第二驱动件24驱动滚轮25朝向与其对应设置的连杆23转动方向相同的方向转动。这样在连杆23与滚轮25同步转动下能够确保连杆23朝向靠近彼此的方向运动,也就是说两个调节轮组2的滚轮25之间的间距增大,拐杖的整体高度减小。此外,在平时使用的过程中,第二驱动件24还可以单独驱动滚轮25转动,实现拐杖自动行进辅助使用者行走。
本发明实施例的可自动升降的拐杖,由于具有驱动连杆23转动的第一驱动件21和驱动滚轮25转动的第二驱动件24,实现了第一驱动件21和第二驱动件24同步工作改变两个滚轮25之间的间距以自动调整拐杖高度的功能,较好地满足了使用者在坐下和站立两种姿态转换时拐杖高度需要自动调整的需要。此外,第二驱动件24还可以单独驱动滚轮25转动,实现拐杖自动行进辅助使用者行走。
这里需要额外说明的是,在本发明的实施例中,控制组件选用现有技术的单片机即可,在此无需对控制组件的具体型号和类型做出具体说明。本领域技术人员可以根据现有的自动控制相关知识选择控制组件。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,本体1包括手柄11、支撑杆12和底座组件13,支撑杆12的两端分别与手柄11及底座组件13相连。可以理解的是,由于本体1既要便于使用者握持,又要有足够的安装面安装调节轮组2。采用手柄11、支撑杆12和底座组件13的三段式结构,手柄11能够方便使用者握持,底座组件13提供了足够的安装面安装调节轮组2,支撑杆12起到了中间连接的作用,使得整个本体1具有一定的高度。当然,这里需要说明的是,手柄11、支撑杆12以及底座组件13的形状均可以根据实际需要选择。
在一些可选的实施例中,如图1所示,底座组件13包括第一底板131和第二底板132,第一底板131与支撑杆12相连,第二底板132与第一底板131间隔设置,第一底板131和第二底板132之间设有多个弹性件133。由此,弹性件133能够抵消第一驱动件21和第二驱动件24运动时带来的振动,使得握持本体1的使用者基本感觉不到振动,提升了用户使用满意度。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,每个调节轮组2内的连杆23、第二驱动件24及滚轮25均为多个,多个连杆23沿驱动轴22的轴向间隔分布。由此,能够较好地保证本体1的稳定性,从而避免由于每个调节轮组2内仅含有一个滚轮25导致的本体1不稳的现象。
优选的,连杆23、第二驱动件24及滚轮25均为两个。这样既能够保证本体1的稳定性,又能无冗余的连杆23、第二驱动件24以及滚轮25,简化了整个可自动升降的拐杖的结构。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,连杆23包括主杆231和分杆232,主杆231的一端套设在驱动轴22上,主杆231的另一端与分杆232的一端连接,分杆232的为L型,分杆232的两个分支上均配合有与第二驱动件24和第二驱动件24相连的滚轮25。可以理解的是,由于连杆23包括主杆231和分杆232,这样一个连杆23上就能够连接两个滚轮25。由此,既能保证在自动调节高度时能够实现稳定地自我调整,又能在实际使用时提高整个可自动升降的拐杖的的稳定性。
这里需要补充说明的是,在有的实施例中,多个驱动轮组中一部分驱动轮组的连杆23形成为主杆231和分杆232的分体结构,另一部分驱动轮组的连杆23为整体结构。在有的实施例中,多个驱动轮组中全部驱动轮组的连杆23均形成为主杆231和分杆232的分体结构。在有的实施例中,多个驱动轮组中全部驱动轮组的连杆23均形成整体结构。
在一些实施例中,第一驱动件21包括第一电机,第一电机连接在本体1上;减速器,减速器的输入端与第一电机的电机轴相连,减速器的输出端与驱动轴22相连。可以理解的是,由此,采用电机驱使驱动轴22转动,既能较好地保证滚轮25的转动,又能简化整个可自动升降的拐杖的控制程序。此外,增设的减速器能够实现降低驱动轴22的转速,从而使得本体1的升降较为缓慢避免本体1升降速度过快造成的事故。
在一些实施例中,第二驱动件24包括第二电机,第二电机的电机轴与滚轮25相连。由此,采用电机驱动滚轮25转动,既能较好地保证滚轮25的转动,又能简化整个可自动升降的拐杖的控制程序。这里需要说明的是,在实际实用过程中,第二电机可以根据实际需要选择步进电机、伺服电机等,也可以采用旋转气缸等其他转动驱动件。
在一些实施例中,连杆23的一端与驱动轴22过盈配合。可以理解的是,根据前文所述在调节本体1高度的过程时需要第一驱动件21驱动连杆23转动,第二驱动件24驱动滚轮25转动二者配合使用才能完成本体1的调节。连杆23和驱动轴22采用过盈配合能够一定程度上避免连杆23相对驱动轴22转动,从而保证了本体1能够稳定地自动调节高度。当然,在本发明的其他实施例中,连杆23和驱动轴22之间也可以采用键连接等及其他连接方式。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,调节轮组2还包括支撑座26,支撑座26为多个,每个支撑座26连接在本体1的底壁上,驱动轴22穿设在支撑座26上。由此,能够保证驱动轴22稳定性,避免了驱动轴22上配合有多个连杆23时驱动轴22发生弯曲的现象,从而延长了驱动轴22的使用寿命。
在一些可选的实施例中,滚轮25的周面上设有防滑层。可以理解的是,在实际使用时,滚轮25与地面接触,如果滚轮25的周面较为光滑可能会造成使用者滑倒的现象。而在本实施例中,由于滚轮25的周面上设有防滑层,这样增大了滚轮25与地面之间的摩擦力,从而较好地避免了使用者滑倒的现象发生。
下面参考图1-图2描述本发明一个具体实施例的可自动升降的拐杖的结构。
如图1-图2所示,本发明的可自动升降的拐杖包括本体1、调节轮组2和控制组件,调节轮组2为两个,两个调节轮组2间隔分布在本体1的底部。
本体1包括手柄11、支撑杆12和底座组件13,支撑杆12的两端分别与手柄11及底座组件13相连。底座组件13包括第一底板131和第二底板132,第一底板131与支撑杆12相连,第二底板132与第一底板131间隔设置,第一底板131和第二底板132之间设有多个弹性件133。
其中一个调节轮组2包括第一驱动件21、驱动轴22、两个连杆23、两个第二驱动件24和两个滚轮25,第一驱动件21连接在本体1的底壁上,驱动轴22与第一驱动件21相连,第一驱动件21能够驱动驱动轴22转动,两个连杆23沿驱动轴22的轴向间隔分布,每个连杆23的一端穿设在驱动轴22上,另一端连接有第二驱动件24,第二驱动件24的与滚轮25相连以驱动滚轮25转动。
另一个调节轮组2包括第一驱动件21、驱动轴22、两个连杆23、四个第二驱动件24和四个滚轮25,第一驱动件21连接在本体1的底壁上,驱动轴22与第一驱动件21相连,第一驱动件21能够驱动驱动轴22转动,两个连杆23沿驱动轴22的轴向间隔分布,每个连杆23包括主杆231和分杆232,主杆231的一端套设在驱动轴22上,主杆231的另一端与分杆232的一端连接,分杆232的为L型,分杆232的两个分支上均配合有与第二驱动件24和第二驱动件24相连的滚轮25。控制组件与第一驱动件21及第二驱动件24电连接以调整第一驱动件21和第二驱动件24的工作状态。
本实施例的可自动升降的拐杖,通过第一驱动件21和第二驱动件24按一定方向和不同转速的旋转达到调整滚轮25间距从而改变拐杖高度的目的,在坐下或站起来的时候,使用者可以控制拐杖,通过自动增大轮子间距的方式降低拐杖高度,方面了使用者操作,避免了手动调整拐杖高度可能出现的事故。此外,在平时行走时,第二驱动件24驱动滚轮25转动能够拐杖的自动行进,实现了帮助使用者行进的功能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,包括:
    本体(1);
    调节轮组(2),所述调节轮组(2)为两个,两个所述调节轮组(2)间隔分布在所述本体(1)的底部,每个所述调节轮组(2)均包括:
    第一驱动件(21),所述第一驱动件(21)连接在所述本体(1)的底壁上;
    驱动轴(22),所述驱动轴(22)与所述第一驱动件(21)相连,所述第一驱动件(21)能够驱动所述驱动轴(22)转动;
    连杆(23),所述连杆(23)的一端穿设在所述驱动轴(22)上;
    第二驱动件(24),所述第二驱动件(24)连接在所述连杆(23)的另一端;
    滚轮(25),所述滚轮(25)与所述第二驱动件(24)相连,所述第二驱动件(24)能够驱动所述滚轮(25)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述本体(1)包括手柄(11)、支撑杆(12)和底座组件(13),所述支撑杆(12)的两端分别与所述手柄(11)及所述底座组件(13)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述底座组件(13)包括:
    第一底板(131),所述第一底板(131)与所述支撑杆(12)相连;
    第二底板(132),所述第二底板(132)与所述第一底板(131)间隔设置,所述第一底板(131)和所述第二底板(132)之间设有多个弹性件(133)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,每个所述调节轮组(2)内的所述连杆(23)、所述第二驱动件(24)及所述滚轮(25)均为多个,多个所述连杆(23)沿所述驱动轴(22)的轴向间隔分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述连杆(23)包括主杆(231)和分杆(232),所述主杆(231)的一端套设在所述驱动轴(22)上,所述主杆(231)的另一端与所述分杆(232)的一端连接,所述分杆(232)的为L型,所述分杆(232)的两个分支上均配合有与所述第二驱动件(24)和所述滚轮(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述第一驱动件(21)包括:
    第一电机,所述第一电机连接在所述本体(1)上;
    减速器,所述减速器的输入端与所述第一电机的电机轴相连,所述减速器的输出端与所述驱动轴(22)相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述第二驱动件(24)包括第二电机,所述第二电机的电机轴与所述滚轮(25)相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述连杆(23)的一端与所述驱动轴(22)过盈配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述调节轮组(2)还包括支撑座(26),所述支撑座(26)为多个,每个所述支撑座(26)连接在所述本体(1)的底壁上,所述驱动轴(22)穿设在所述支撑座(26)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可自动升降的拐杖,其特征在于,所述滚轮(25)的周面上设有防滑层。
