可选地,所述内壳组件包括:金属板,所述金属板靠近所述内门的表面为所述外门内表面;环形塑料件,固定于所述金属板背离所述内门的表面;且每个所述固定口包括开设于所述金属板的金属板固定口以及开设于所述环形塑料件的塑料件固定口。
可选地,所述门体可枢转地设置于所述箱体的横向一侧;且所述瓶座位于所述箱体的横向另一侧的侧壁为弧面形侧壁,以在所述外门枢转时避免与所述内门碰撞。
本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括:箱体,其内限定出具有前向开口的储物间室;根据上述任一项所述的门体。
本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的门体及具有其的冰箱,冰箱包括限定出具有前向开口的储物间室的箱体。门体包括内门、外门、至少一个连接组件以及瓶座。内门设置于箱体前侧与前向开口对应的位置,内门开设有沿前后方向延伸的内门开口,内门用于打开或部分封闭前向开口。外门设置于内门前侧与内门开口对应的位置,用于打开或封闭内门开口。具有这种门体的冰箱可以减少冷量的泄露。外门内表面为平面,使得外门具有较好的外观,且便于外门的生产加工。该至少一个连接组件固定于外门内表面,并凸出于外门内表面。瓶座固定于该至少一个连接组件。现有的具有内门以及外门的门体一般是在外门的内表面设置门衬,这种门体结构复杂,且生产效率不高。而本发明的门体的外门以及连接组件可以分别生产,生产完了组装即可,从而提高了生产效率。
进一步的,外门包括外壳以及位于外壳后侧并与外壳连接的内壳组件,外壳与内壳组件限定出发泡空间,内壳组件靠近内门的表面为外门内表面,内壳组件与每个连接组件对应的区域开设有固定口,且每个连接组件包括固定架,固定架具有设置于发泡空间的固定部以及与固定部连接并凸出于对应的固定口的凸出部。这种设置方式使得连接组件更加牢固地固定于外门,从而这种门体结构更加稳定。

具体实施方式
本实施例首先提供了一种用于冰箱10的门体200,冰箱10包括限定出具有前向开口的储物间室110的箱体100。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱10的侧面剖视图;图2是根据本发明一个实施例的门体200的爆炸图;图3是根据本发明一个实施例的门体200的内壳组件223、连接组件300以及瓶座400的爆炸图;图4是图3所示区域A的局部放大图。
门体200包括内门210、外门220、至少一个连接组件300以及瓶座400。内门210设置于箱体100前侧与前向开口对应的位置,内门210开设有沿前后方向(即由内门210背离储物间室110的一侧向靠近储物间室110的一侧的方向,也就是内门210部分封闭前向开口时内门开口211的方向沿前后方向)延伸的内门开口211,内门210用于打开或部分封闭前向开口(由于内门210具有内门开口211,因此内门210只能部分封闭前向开口)。
外门220设置于内门210前侧与内门开口211对应的位置,用于打开或封闭内门开口211。具有这种门体200的冰箱10可以减少冷量的泄露,具有这种门体200的冰箱10通常也叫做门中门冰箱。
外门内表面221为平面,使得外门220具有较好的外观,且便于外门220的生产加工。
该至少一个连接组件300固定于外门内表面221,并凸出于外门内表面221。瓶座400固定于该至少一个连接组件300。现有的具有内门以及外门的门体一般是在外门的内表面设置门衬,这种门体结构复杂,且生产效率不高。而本发明的门体200的外门220以及连接组件300可以分别生产,生产完了组装即可,从而提高了生产效率。
外门220可以包括外壳222以及位于外壳222后侧并与外壳222连接的内壳组件223,将外门220分为外壳222以及内壳组件223可以便于外门220的生产,提高生产效率。
外壳222与内壳组件223限定出发泡空间224,发泡空间224可以用于 填充发泡材料,从而提升冰箱10的保温效果。内壳组件223靠近内门210的表面为外门内表面221。
内壳组件223与每个连接组件300对应的区域开设有固定口225,且每个连接组件300包括固定架310,固定架310具有设置于发泡空间224的固定部311以及与固定部311连接并凸出于对应的固定口225的凸出部312。这种设置方式使得连接组件300更加牢固地固定于外门220,从而这种门体200结构更加稳定。
内壳组件223靠近发泡空间224的表面与固定部311对应的区域形成有定位凸起(图中未示出,具体地,定位凸起可以向发泡空间224内部延伸)。
固定部311可以包括定位结构313,定位结构313与对应的定位凸起相适配,用于对固定部311定位。这种定位结构313与定位凸起的结构便于在固定架310安装时找准固定架310的安装位置,从而提高生产效率。
每个连接组件300还可以包括保持架320,保持架320固定于固定架310,保持架320的外表面形成有固定凸起321,将连接组件300设置成包括固定架310以及保持架320可以便于对连接组件的部分结构(保持架320)的拆卸以及维修。
且瓶座400与固定凸起321对应的区域形成有固定槽410,固定凸起321卡接于对应的固定槽410。
这种通过固定凸起321与对应的固定槽410的配合以实现瓶座400与连接组件300固定的方式不仅结构简单、成本较低,还固定牢固。
保持架320可以限定有容纳腔322,凸出部312设置于容纳腔322。且凸出部312开设有卡槽314,容纳腔322的壁面与卡槽314对应的区域形成有设置于卡槽314的卡扣(由于在容纳腔322内,图中并未示出)。
这种通过卡槽314以及卡扣的配合以实现保持架320与固定架310固定的方式结构简单、成本较低,还固定牢固。
该至少一个连接组件300可以包括沿横向方向布置的第一连接组件330以及第二连接组件340,第一连接组件330以及第二连接组件340用于共同固定瓶座400。
通过这种布置方向的第一连接组件330以及第二连接组件340共同固定瓶座400使得瓶座400的固定效果更加牢固。
第一连接组件330的固定凸起321设置于第一连接组件330的保持架 320朝向第二连接组件340的外表面,这种设置方式不仅便于对瓶座400固定,还提高了门体200的美观性。
第二连接组件340的固定凸起321设置于第二连接组件340的保持架320朝向第一连接组件330的外表面,这种设置方式不仅便于对瓶座400固定,还提高了门体200的美观性。
第一连接组件330的保持架320形成有第一保持架螺纹孔,第一连接组件330的固定架310与第一保持架螺纹孔对应的区域开设有第一固定架螺纹孔。
第二连接组件340的保持架320形成有第二保持架螺纹孔,第二连接组件340的固定架310与第二保持架螺纹孔对应的区域开设有第二固定架螺纹孔。
门体200还可以包括第一连接螺钉以及第二连接螺钉240,第一连接螺钉用于连接第一保持架螺纹孔以及第一固定架螺纹孔,第二连接螺钉240用于连接第二保持架螺纹孔以及第二固定架螺纹孔。
通过第一连接螺钉以及第二连接螺钉240来固定保持架320以及固定架310不仅连接牢固,且便于拆卸维修。
内壳组件223可以包括金属板227以及环形塑料件228。
金属板227靠近内门210的表面为外门内表面221,金属板227可以由不锈钢材质制成,以提高触感,并防止变形。
环形塑料件228固定于金属板227背离内门210的表面,环形塑料件228便于将内壳组件223固定于外壳222。
且每个固定口225包括开设于金属板227的金属板固定口以及开设于环形塑料件228的塑料件固定口,定位凸起可以形成于环形塑料件228。环形塑料件228便于加工,因此,将定位凸起形成于环形塑料件228。
门体200可枢转地设置于箱体100的横向一侧,枢转的方式便于用户的操作,且瓶座400位于箱体100的横向另一侧的侧壁420为弧面形侧壁,以在外门220枢转时避免与内门210碰撞。
本实施例还提供了一种冰箱10,冰箱10包括箱体100以及根据上述任一项门体200。箱体100内限定出具有前向开口的储物间室110。
其中,储物间室110可以包括冷藏间室、冷冻间室、变温间室,如本领域技术人员所熟知的,冷藏间室内的温度一般处于2℃至10℃之间,优先为 4℃至7℃。冷冻间室内的温度范围一般处于-22℃至-14℃。变温间室可随意调到-18℃至8℃。不同种类的物品的最佳存储温度并不相同,适宜存放的位置也并不相同,例如果蔬类食物适宜存放于冷藏间室,而肉类食物适宜存放于冷冻间室。门体200可以为用于开闭冷藏间室的冷藏间室门体、用于开闭冷冻间室的冷冻间室门体或用于开闭变温间室的变温间室门体。
在一些实施例中,储物间室110可以为冷藏间室,冷藏间室的冷藏间室门体可以为左右对开门门体,其中门体200可以为左右对开门门体的其中一个门体,例如,右门体。
制冷系统配置成向储物间室110提供冷量。制冷系统可为由压缩机、冷凝器、节流装置和蒸发器等构成的制冷循环系统,也可以为半导体制冷系统,由于冰箱10的制冷原理是本领域技术人员所习知的,在此不做赘述。
本实施例一种用于冰箱10的门体200及具有其的冰箱10,冰箱10包括限定出具有前向开口的储物间室110的箱体100。门体200包括内门210、外门220、至少一个连接组件300以及瓶座400。内门210设置于箱体100前侧与前向开口对应的位置,内门210开设有沿前后方向延伸的内门开口211,内门210用于打开或部分封闭前向开口。外门220设置于内门210前侧与内门开口211对应的位置,用于打开或封闭内门开口211。具有这种门体200的冰箱10可以减少冷量的泄露,具有这种门体20的冰箱10通常也叫做门中门冰箱。外门内表面221为平面,使得外门220具有较好的外观,且便于外门220的生产加工。
该至少一个连接组件300固定于外门内表面221,并凸出于外门内表面221。瓶座400固定于该至少一个连接组件300。现有的具有内门以及外门的门体一般是在外门的内表面设置门衬,这种门体结构复杂,且生产效率不高。而本发明的门体200的外门220以及连接组件300可以分别生产,生产完了组装即可,从而提高了生产效率。
外门220可以包括外壳222以及位于外壳222后侧并与外壳222连接的内壳组件223,将外门220分为外壳222以及内壳组件223可以便于外门220的生产,提高生产效率。外壳222与内壳组件223限定出发泡空间224,发泡空间224可以用于填充发泡材料,从而提升冰箱10的保温效果。内壳组件223靠近内门210的表面为外门内表面221。内壳组件223与每个连接组件300对应的区域开设有固定口225,且每个连接组件300包括固定架310, 固定架310具有设置于发泡空间224的固定部311以及与固定部311连接并凸出于对应的固定口225的凸出部312。这种设置方式使得连接组件300更加牢固地固定于外门220,从而这种门体200结构更加稳定。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的门体,所述冰箱包括限定出具有前向开口的储物间室的箱体,所述门体包括:
    内门,设置于所述箱体前侧与所述前向开口对应的位置,所述内门开设有沿前后方向延伸的内门开口,所述内门用于打开或部分封闭所述前向开口;
    外门,设置于所述内门前侧与所述内门开口对应的位置,用于打开或封闭所述内门开口,所述外门内表面为平面;
    至少一个连接组件,固定于所述外门内表面,并凸出于所述外门内表面;
    瓶座,固定于所述至少一个连接组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,所述外门包括外壳以及位于所述外壳后侧并与所述外壳连接的内壳组件,所述外壳与所述内壳组件限定出发泡空间,所述内壳组件靠近所述内门的表面为所述外门内表面,所述内壳组件与每个所述连接组件对应的区域开设有固定口,且每个所述连接组件包括:
    固定架,具有设置于所述发泡空间的固定部以及与所述固定部连接并凸出于对应的所述固定口的凸出部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,所述内壳组件靠近所述发泡空间的表面与所述固定部对应的区域形成有定位凸起,所述固定部包括:
    定位结构,与对应的所述定位凸起相适配,用于对所述固定部定位。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,每个所述连接组件还包括:
    保持架,固定于所述固定架,所述保持架的外表面形成有固定凸起;且
    所述瓶座与所述固定凸起对应的区域形成有固定槽,所述固定凸起卡接于对应的所述固定槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的门体,其中,
    所述保持架限定有容纳腔,所述凸出部设置于所述容纳腔;且
    所述凸出部开设有卡槽,所述容纳腔的壁面与所述卡槽对应的区域形成有设置于所述卡槽的卡扣。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门体,其中,所述至少一个连接组件包括沿横向方向布置的第一连接组件以及第二连接组件,所述第一连接组件以及所述第二连接组件用于共同固定所述瓶座,且
    所述第一连接组件的固定凸起设置于所述第一连接组件的保持架朝向所述第二连接组件的外表面;
    所述第二连接组件的固定凸起设置于所述第二连接组件的保持架朝向所述第一连接组件的外表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的门体,其中,所述第一连接组件的保持架形成有第一保持架螺纹孔,所述第一连接组件的固定架与所述第一保持架螺纹孔对应的区域开设有第一固定架螺纹孔,所述第二连接组件的保持架形成有第二保持架螺纹孔,所述第二连接组件的固定架与所述第二保持架螺纹孔对应的区域开设有第二固定架螺纹孔,所述门体还包括:
    第一连接螺钉,用于连接所述第一保持架螺纹孔以及所述第一固定架螺纹孔;
    第二连接螺钉,用于连接所述第二保持架螺纹孔以及所述第二固定架螺纹孔。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的门体,其中,所述内壳组件包括:
    金属板,所述金属板靠近所述内门的表面为所述外门内表面;
    环形塑料件,固定于所述金属板背离所述内门的表面;且
    每个所述固定口包括开设于所述金属板的金属板固定口以及开设于所述环形塑料件的塑料件固定口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的门体,其中,
    所述门体可枢转地设置于所述箱体的横向一侧;且
    所述瓶座位于所述箱体的横向另一侧的侧壁为弧面形侧壁,以在所述外门枢转时避免与所述内门碰撞。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    箱体,其内限定出具有前向开口的储物间室;
    根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的门体。
