Abstract

Description

一种呼叫方法及装置
本申请要求于2019年11月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201911209344.2、申请名称为“一种呼叫方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种呼叫方法及相关装置。
背景技术
随着通信技术的不断发展,除智能手机外越来越多种类的设备可加入通信链,例如智能音箱,智能电视,平板电脑,智能手表,摄像头和车载设备等。
在音视频通话场景下,多个设备可以与一个账号关联。在该账号作为呼叫账号时,该账号关联的多个设备均会收到寻呼并输出来电提示。例如,手机号作为账号可与手机、手表、智能音箱和智能电视关联,当该手机号作为呼叫账号时,手机、手表和智能音箱均为输出来电提示。
然而,对于智能音箱、智能电视这些不易随身携带的设备来说,当输出来电提示,但持有账号关联的手机的用户并不在这些设备附近时,该来电提示易对其他人造成干扰,或者导致本次来电提示被其他人误接。这样,降低了寻呼多个设备的便利性。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种呼叫方法及装置。该呼叫方法中,第一账号关联多个被呼叫方设备。呼叫方设备可通过该第一账号寻呼这多个被呼叫方设备。智能音箱、智能电视这些不易随身携带的被呼叫方设备可接收寻呼。只有当与个人设备(例如智能手表、手机)之间的距离小于或等于一个设定阈值,智能音箱才输出来电提示,可减少智能音箱输出来电提示但用户并不在智能音箱附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰的情况,并减少来电提示被其他人误接的情况。从而,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种呼叫方法,该方法基于呼叫系统,该呼叫系统包括第一电子设备、第二电子设备、服务器和家居设备,该第二电子设备安装有家居设备对应的第一应用,该第一应用通过第一账号登陆,该第一应用用于响应用户操作,使得该第二电子设备向该服务器发送该第一账号与该家居设备的标识、该第一电子设备的标识的关联关系;该方法包括:该第一电子设备从该服务器获取该第一账号与该家居设备的标识、该第一电子设备的标识的关联关系;该第一电子设备根据该关联关系显示呼叫界面,在该呼叫界面接收用于寻呼该第一账号的第一用户操作;响应于该第一用户操作,该第一电子设备向该服务器发送用于寻呼该第二电子设备的寻呼请求和用于寻呼该家居设备的寻呼请求;该服务器分别向该第二电子设备和该家居设备发起寻呼,该寻呼携带共振标识;该第二电子设备输出来电提示;当检测到该寻呼上携带该共振标识时,该家居设备确定与该家居设备之间距离小于或等于设定阈值的设备;该家居设备检测该距离小于或等于设定阈值 的设备中是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,其中,该同一账号为该第一账号,该特定设备包含该第二电子设备;若是,该家居设备输出来电提示。
实施第一方面提供的方法,智能音箱、智能电视这些不易随身携带的被呼叫方设备可接收寻呼。只有当与个人设备(例如智能手表、手机)之间的距离小于或等于一个设定阈值,家居设备才输出来电提示,可减少家居设备输出来电提示但用户并不在家居设备附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰的情况,并减少来电提示被其他人误接的情况。从而,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。
本申请实施例中,家居设备确定与该家居设备之间距离小于或等于设定阈值的设备,可通过短距离无线搜索,例如Wi-Fi搜索、蓝牙搜索。具体实现为以下方式:
1、根据周围设备发送广播的RSSI确定搜索到的设备
家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与该家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备。之后家居设备可从该服务器获取同一账号下的特定设备的设备标识,并检测该设定阈值内的设备的设备标识是否包含该特定设备的设备标识。
2、根据周围设备连接的Wi-Fi的SSID确定搜索到的设备
该家居设备获得与该家居设备连接在同一Wi-Fi下的设备。同一Wi-Fi下的设备即为与该家居设备之间距离小于或等于设定阈值的设备。其中,同一Wi-Fi下的设备是指,连接到SSID相同的Wi-Fi下。
本申请实施例中,除上述方式示出家居设备进行短距离无线搜索外,还可以是个人设备执行短距离无线搜索。例如手机(即第二电子设备)或者智能手表搜索设备。具体的,以手机搜索设备为例,服务器可向手机发起的寻呼中也可携带共振标识。手机在接收到服务器发起的寻呼时,可进行短距离无线搜索,例如通过Wi-Fi搜索近场设备。手机可对搜索到的近场设备进行受信鉴权,并检测鉴权通过的设备中是否有同账号的智能音箱。如果存在,手机可通知该智能音箱,智能音箱可根据该通知输出来电提示。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二电子设备还可在接收到寻呼时,向服务器上报定位信息,家居设备接收服务器发起的寻呼,当检测到该寻呼携带该共振标识时,该家居设备从该服务器获取与该家居设备在同一账号下的特定设备的定位信息,该同一账号为第一账号,该特定设备包含第二电子设备,家居设备根据该特定设备的定位信息,确定该家居设备与该特定设备之间的距离是否在设定阈值内;若是,该家居设备输出来电提示。
可选的,第二电子设备在接收到寻呼时,向服务器上报定位信息,家居设备在接收到寻呼时,也可向服务器上报定位信息。服务器可根据家居设备的定位信息和第二电子设备的定位信息确定该家居设备与该第二电子设备之间的距离是否在设定阈值内。服务器可通知家居设备,该家居设备与特定设备(例如该第二电子设备)之间的距离是否在设定阈值内,若是,家居设备输出来电提示。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种呼叫方法,该方法包括:家居设备接收服务器发起的寻呼,该寻呼携带共振标识;当检测到该寻呼携带该共振标识时,该家居设备检测与该家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备;当该设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的该特定设备时,该家居设备输出来电提示。

其中,设备的标识可以是设备的MAC地址,也可以是根据MAC地址生成的标识符,也可以是其他唯一标识被呼叫方设备的标识符,本申请实施例对设备的标识的具体类型不作限定,服务器可根据该设备标识向被呼叫方设备寻址,并发起寻呼。
在一种可能的实现中,第一账号可以是华为账号,该华为账号由手机号码注册得到。

结合第二方面,在一些实施例中,该家居设备检测与该家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,包括:该家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与该家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备的信息。
其中,短距离无线搜索的一种方式是,家居设备通过Wi-Fi搜索周围设备发送的广播,检测周围设备发送广播的RSSI和广播携带的MAC地址。具体的,家居设备可根据周围设备的MAC地址和RSSI来确定在一定距离范围内的设备,即为家居设备搜索到的设备。该一定距离范围例如是与家居设备距离10米范围内。
在另一些实施例中,短距离无线搜索的一种方式是,家居设备通过Wi-Fi搜索周围设备发送的广播,检测与家居设备连接的Wi-Fi的SSID相同的设备。即家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与该家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备信息,包括:该家居设备获取与该家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备的信息,将该与该家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备确定为与该家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备。

结合第二方面,在一些实施例中,该家居设备对应的第一应用在该第二电子设备上安装,该第一应用通过该第一账号登陆;该第二电子设备还安装有该智能手表对应的第二应用,该第二应用通过该第一账号登陆。
第二电子设备与第一账号的关联关系,可以是同家居设备与第一账号的关联关系一起发送给服务器的。即第一账号关联第二电子设备和家居设备,第二电子设备将该关联关系发送给服务器。第一账号与家居设备的关联关系,可以是家居设备在第二电子设备上对应的应用(例如华为穿戴APP)上响应用户操作生成,然后发送给服务器的。
在本申请的一些实施例中,服务器还可以存储被呼叫方设备的通信ID,该通信ID可用于服务器建立与被呼叫方设备之间的通话通路。被呼叫方设备可包含第一账号关联的设备。具体的,服务器可根据该被呼叫方设备的通信ID向被呼叫方设备寻址,并发起寻呼。
结合第二方面,在一些实施例中,该家居设备连接到数据网络,使得该家居设备与该服务器建立通信连接。例如该家居设备开启运营商数据开关。
在另一些实施例中,该家居设备通过局域网连接到该数据网络。例如该家居设备开启Wi-Fi开关,并连接到Wi-Fi上,通过该Wi-Fi连接到数据网络上。
其中,家居设备可通过设备标识区分特定设备(例如用户随身携带的个人设备)和不易随身携带的设备。
本申请实施例中,家居设备只要检测到与特定设备(包含智能手表、第二电子设备)中的一个或多个之间的距离在设定阈值内时,就可输出来电提示。例如,家居设备检测到与特定设备中的智能手表之间的距离在设定阈值内时,可输出来电提示。再例如,家居设备检测到与特定设备中的第二电子设备之间的距离在设定阈值内时,可输出来电提示。又例如,家居设备检测到与特定设备中的第二电子设备之间的距离在设定阈值内,且与特定设备中的智能手表之间的距离在设定阈值内时,也可输出来电提示。
在另一些实施例中,服务器向家居设备发起寻呼的时间可晚于向第二电子设备发起寻呼的时间。这样,服务器获得第二电子设备的定位信息的时间可早于家居设备从服务器获取第二电子设备的定位信息的时间。

实施第三方面提供的方法,第二电子设备在接收到寻呼时,可向服务器发送自身的定位信息。智能音箱、智能电视这些不易随身携带的家居设备可接收寻呼。只有当家居设备根据特定设备的定位信息,检测到与同一账号下的特定设备(例如智能手表、第二电子设备)之间的距离小于或等于一个设定阈值,家居设备才输出来电提示。这样,可减少家居设备输出来电提示但用户并不在家居设备附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰,或者来电提示被其他人误接的情况。从而,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。
结合第三方面,在一些实施例中,该当检测到该寻呼携带该共振标识时,第二电子设备将该第二电子设备的定位信息发送给该服务器之前,该方法还包括:该第二电子设备显示该第一应用的第一用户界面,该第一用户界面包含第二提示信息和允许控件,该第二提示信息指示是否允许该第二电子设备上报该定位信息;响应于作用在该允许控件上的用户操作,该第二电子设备允许向该服务器发送该第二电子设备的定位信息。第二电子设备允许向该服务器发送该第二电子设备的定位信息后,第二电子设备才能将该第二电子设备的定位信息发送给该服务器。

实施第四方面提供的家居设备,智能音箱、智能电视这些不易随身携带的家居设备可接收寻呼。只有当与同一账号下的特定设备(例如第二电子设备)之间的距离小于或等于一个设定阈值,家居设备才输出来电提示,可减少家居设备输出来电提示但用户并不在家居设备附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰,或者来电提示被其他人误接的情况。从而,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。

下面将结合附图对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清除、详尽地描述。其中,在本申 请实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“/”表示或的意思,例如,A/B可以表示A或B;文本中的“和/或”仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况,另外,在本申请实施例的描述中,“多个”是指两个或多于两个。
以下,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为暗示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征,在本申请实施例的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
下面介绍本申请实施例提供的一种系统架构。
请参见图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种呼叫系统的架构示意图。如图1所示,该呼叫系统可包括:呼叫方设备,即第一电子设备100;被呼叫方设备,包含第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300和第四电子设备400;服务器500。
其中,第一电子设备100,可用于通过第一账号来呼叫被呼叫方设备。该第一账号可关联被呼叫方设备,即第一账号关联的设备包含:第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300和第四电子设备400。该关联关系可存储在服务器500上。
第一电子设备100可查询服务器500上与该第一账号关联的设备,例如包含第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300和第四电子设备400。当第一电子设备100通过第一账号进行呼叫时,第一电子设备100可分别对第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300和第四电子设备400发起寻呼。
被呼叫方设备,可包含:第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300和第四电子设备400。被呼叫方设备可在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,作出响应。例如,第二电子设备200可以是手机,在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可根据当前手机所处的情景模式震动、响铃,并在手机上显示来电界面。第三电子设备300可以是智能手表,在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,也可根据当前智能手表所处的情景模式震动或者响铃,并在智能手表上显示来电界面。第四电子设备400可以是智能音箱,在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可根据该服务器500发起的寻呼输出语音提示,例如输出语音“家人来电,请选择接听或挂断……”。
服务器500,可用于存储账号和关联的设备的对应关系。例如,服务器500存储有第一账号和第一账号关联的设备:第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300和第四电子设备400。具体的,服务器500可存储第一账号,第一账号对应的设备标识:第二电子设备200的设备标识、第三电子设备300的设备标识和第四电子设备400的设备标识。服务器500还可以存储被呼叫方设备的通信ID,该通信ID可用于服务器500建立与被呼叫方设备之间的通话通路。
本申请实施例中,通信ID例如是产品序列号(serial number,SN)或者通用唯一识别码(universally unique identifier,UUID),本申请实施例中,通信ID不限于上述举例,还可以是其他标识号,或者根据标识号生成的序列。
示例性的,如图1所示,服务器500可存储第一账号“136********”和其他账号,例如账号“155********”。服务还可存储每个账号对应的设备标识。例如第一账号“136********” 对应手机200的设备标识、手表300的设备标识和音箱400的设备标识。账号“155********”对应手机210的设备标识、手表310的设备标识、电视320的设备标识和音箱410的设备标识,手机210、手表310、电视320和音箱410在图1中未示出。
下面介绍呼叫方设备、被呼叫方设备和服务器500之间的通信连接。第一电子设备100可与服务器500建立通信连接。第一电子设备100与服务器500之间的通信连接可用于第一电子设备100从服务器500获取账号关联的设备,还可用于向服务器500发送寻呼请求。
服务器500可与被呼叫方设备建立通信连接,该通信连接可用于向被呼叫方设备寻址。
下面介绍呼叫方设备寻呼被呼叫方设备的过程。第一电子设备100可分别经由服务器500,寻呼被呼叫方设备。如图1所示,第一电子设备100可分别向服务器500发送用于寻呼第二电子设备200、第三电子设备300、第四电子设备400的寻呼请求。以寻呼第二电子设备200为例,寻呼请求可携带第二电子设备200的设备标识。服务器500可根据携带第二电子设备200的设备标识得到第二电子设备200的通信ID,并根据该通信ID向第二电子设备200寻址,向第二电子设备200发起寻呼。寻呼第三电子设备300、第四电子设备400的过程可类比第一电子设备100寻呼第二电子设备200的过程。
本申请实施例中,呼叫方设备可连接到数据网络(例如运营商数据网络)或者通过局域网连接到数据网络,从而呼叫方设备与服务器500建立通信连接。被呼叫方设备也可连接到数据网络或者通过局域网连接到数据网络,从而服务器500可与被呼叫方设备建立通信连接,该通信连接用于向被呼叫方设备寻址。当被呼叫方设备未连接到数据网络且未连接到局域网时,服务器500向被呼叫方设备寻址失败。则服务器500不能向被呼叫方设备发起寻呼,导致呼叫方设备寻呼被呼叫方设备失败。当呼叫方设备未连接到数据网络且未连接到局域网时,呼叫方设备向服务器500发送寻呼请求失败,导致呼叫方设备寻呼被呼叫方设备失败。
本申请实施例中,第二电子设备200可通过与服务器500之间的通信连接上报定位信息,第四电子设备400可通过与服务器500之间的通信连接查询第二电子设备200的定位信息,并根据该定位信息确定第二电子设备200是与第四电子设备400在同一区域,即第二电子设备200与第四电子设备400之间的距离是否在设定范围(例如20米范围)内。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备300不限于智能手表,还可以是手环等可穿戴设备。第四电子设备400不限于智能音箱,还可以是笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、平板电脑、智能电视、便携式媒体播放设备、车载媒体播放设备等终端设备。
图2A是本申请实施例提供的第二电子设备200的结构示意图。
下面以第二电子设备200进行具体说明。应该理解的是,图2A所示第二电子设备200仅是一个范例,并且第二电子设备200可以具有比图2A中所示的更多的或者更少的部件,可以组合两个或多个的部件,或者可以具有不同的部件配置。图中所示出的各种部件可以在包括一个或多个信号处理和/或专用集成电路在内的硬件、软件、或硬件和软件的组合中实现。
第二电子设备200可以包括:处理器110,外部存储器接口120,内部存储器121,通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口130,充电管理模块140,电源管理模块141, 电池142,天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,传感器模块180,按键190,马达191,指示器192,摄像头193,显示屏194,以及用户标识模块(subscriber identification module,SIM)卡接口195等。其中传感器模块180可以包括压力传感器180A,陀螺仪传感器180B,气压传感器180C,磁传感器180D,加速度传感器180E,距离传感器180F,接近光传感器180G,指纹传感器180H,温度传感器180J,触摸传感器180K,环境光传感器180L,骨传导传感器180M等。
处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
其中,控制器可以是第二电子设备200的神经中枢和指挥中心。控制器可以根据指令操作码和时序信号,产生操作控制信号,完成取指令和执行指令的控制。
处理器110中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。
在一些实施例中,处理器110可以包括一个或多个接口。接口可以包括集成电路(inter-integrated circuit,I2C)接口,集成电路内置音频(inter-integrated circuit sound,I2S)接口,脉冲编码调制(pulse code modulation,PCM)接口,通用异步收发传输器(universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter,UART)接口,移动产业处理器接口(mobile industry processor interface,MIPI),通用输入输出(general-purpose input/output,GPIO)接口,用户标识模块(subscriber identity module,SIM)接口,和/或通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口等。
I2C接口是一种双向同步串行总线,包括一根串行数据线(serial data line,SDA)和一根串行时钟线(derail clock line,SCL)。
I2S接口可以用于音频通信。在一些实施例中,处理器110可以包含多组I2S总线。处理器110可以通过I2S总线与音频模块170耦合,实现处理器110与音频模块170之间的通信。
PCM接口也可以用于音频通信,将模拟信号抽样,量化和编码。在一些实施例中,音频模块170与无线通信模块160可以通过PCM总线接口耦合。
UART接口是一种通用串行数据总线,用于异步通信。该总线可以为双向通信总线。它将要传输的数据在串行通信与并行通信之间转换。在一些实施例中,UART接口通常被用于连接处理器110与无线通信模块160。
MIPI接口可以被用于连接处理器110与显示屏194,摄像头193等外围器件。MIPI接口包括摄像头串行接口(camera serial interface,CSI),显示屏串行接口(display serial interface,DSI)等。
GPIO接口可以通过软件配置。GPIO接口可以被配置为控制信号,也可被配置为数据信号。在一些实施例中,GPIO接口可以用于连接处理器110与摄像头193,显示屏194, 无线通信模块160,音频模块170,传感器模块180等。GPIO接口还可以被配置为I2C接口,I2S接口,UART接口,MIPI接口等。
USB接口130是符合USB标准规范的接口,具体可以是Mini USB接口,Micro USB接口,USB Type C接口等。
可以理解的是,本发明实施例示意的各模块间的接口连接关系,只是示意性说明,并不构成对第二电子设备200的结构限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,第二电子设备200也可以采用上述实施例中不同的接口连接方式,或多种接口连接方式的组合。
充电管理模块140用于从充电器接收充电输入。其中,充电器可以是无线充电器,也可以是有线充电器。在一些有线充电的实施例中,充电管理模块140可以通过USB接口130接收有线充电器的充电输入。
电源管理模块141用于连接电池142,充电管理模块140与处理器110。电源管理模块141接收电池142和/或充电管理模块140的输入,为处理器110,内部存储器121,外部存储器,显示屏194,摄像头193,和无线通信模块160等供电。
第二电子设备200的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
天线1和天线2用于发射和接收电磁波信号。第二电子设备200中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。不同的天线还可以复用,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可以将天线1复用为无线局域网的分集天线。在另外一些实施例中,天线可以和调谐开关结合使用。
移动通信模块150可以提供应用在第二电子设备200上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块150可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块150可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块150还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器110中。
调制解调处理器可以包括调制器和解调器。其中,调制器用于将待发送的低频基带信号调制成中高频信号。解调器用于将接收的电磁波信号解调为低频基带信号。随后解调器将解调得到的低频基带信号传送至基带处理器处理。低频基带信号经基带处理器处理后,被传递给应用处理器。应用处理器通过音频设备(不限于扬声器170A,受话器170B等)输出声音信号,或通过显示屏194显示图像或视频。在一些实施例中,调制解调处理器可以是独立的器件。在另一些实施例中,调制解调处理器可以独立于处理器110,与移动通信模块150或其他功能模块设置在同一个器件中。
无线通信模块160可以提供应用在第二电子设备200上的包括无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),BR/EDR,BLE,全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块160可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块160经由天线2接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将 处理后的信号发送到处理器110。无线通信模块160还可以从处理器110接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
在一些实施例中,第二电子设备200的天线1和移动通信模块150耦合,天线2和无线通信模块160耦合,使得第二电子设备200可以通过无线通信技术与网络以及其他设备通信。所述无线通信技术可以包括全球移动通讯系统(global system for mobile communications,GSM),通用分组无线服务(general packet radio service,GPRS),码分多址接入(code division multiple access,CDMA),宽带码分多址(wideband code division multiple access,WCDMA),时分码分多址(time-division code division multiple access,TD-SCDMA),长期演进(long term evolution,LTE),BR/EDR(Basic Rate/Enhanced Data Rate),GNSS,WLAN,NFC,FM,和/或IR技术等。所述GNSS可以包括全球卫星定位系统(global positioning system,GPS),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GLONASS),北斗卫星导航系统(beidou navigation satellite system,BDS),准天顶卫星系统(quasi-zenith satellite system,QZSS)和/或星基增强系统(satellite based augmentation systems,SBAS)。
第二电子设备200通过GPU,显示屏194,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏194和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器110可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。
显示屏194用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏194包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode的,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Miniled,MicroLed,Micro-oLed,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。
第二电子设备200可以通过ISP,摄像头193,视频编解码器,GPU,显示屏194以及应用处理器等实现拍摄功能。
ISP用于处理摄像头193反馈的数据。例如,拍照时,打开快门,光线通过镜头被传递到摄像头感光元件上,光信号转换为电信号,摄像头感光元件将所述电信号传递给ISP处理,转化为肉眼可见的图像。
摄像头193用于捕获静态图像或视频。物体通过镜头生成光学图像投射到感光元件。感光元件可以是电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)或互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor,CMOS)光电晶体管。感光元件把光信号转换成电信号,之后将电信号传递给ISP转换成数字图像信号。ISP将数字图像信号输出到DSP加工处理。DSP将数字图像信号转换成标准的RGB,YUV等格式的图像信号。在一些实施例中,第二电子设备200可以包括1个或N个摄像头193,N为大于1的正整数。
数字信号处理器用于处理数字信号,除了可以处理数字图像信号,还可以处理其他数字信号。例如,当第二电子设备200在频点选择时,数字信号处理器用于对频点能量进行傅里叶变换等。
视频编解码器用于对数字视频压缩或解压缩。第二电子设备200可以支持一种或多种视频编解码器。这样,第二电子设备200可以播放或录制多种编码格式的视频,例如:动 态图像专家组(moving picture experts group,MPEG)1,MPEG2,MPEG3,MPEG4等。
NPU为神经网络(neural-network,NN)计算处理器,通过借鉴生物神经网络结构,例如借鉴人脑神经元之间传递模式,对输入信息快速处理,还可以不断的自学习。通过NPU可以实现第二电子设备200的智能认知等应用,例如:图像识别,人脸识别,语音识别,文本理解等。
外部存储器接口120可以用于连接外部存储卡,例如Micro SD卡,实现扩展第二电子设备200的存储能力。外部存储卡通过外部存储器接口120与处理器110通信,实现数据存储功能。例如将音乐,视频等文件保存在外部存储卡中。
内部存储器121可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器110通过运行存储在内部存储器121的指令,从而执行第二电子设备200的各种功能应用以及数据处理。内部存储器121可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储第二电子设备200使用过程中所创建的数据(比如音频数据,电话本等)等。此外,内部存储器121可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。
第二电子设备200可以通过音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
音频模块170用于将数字音频信息转换成模拟音频信号输出,也用于将模拟音频输入转换为数字音频信号。音频模块170还可以用于对音频信号编码和解码。在一些实施例中,音频模块170可以设置于处理器110中,或将音频模块170的部分功能模块设置于处理器110中。
扬声器170A,也称“喇叭”,用于将音频电信号转换为声音信号。第二电子设备200可以通过扬声器170A收听音乐,或收听免提通话。
受话器170B,也称“听筒”,用于将音频电信号转换成声音信号。当第二电子设备200接听电话或语音信息时,可以通过将受话器170B靠近人耳接听语音。
麦克风170C,也称“话筒”,“传声器”,用于将声音信号转换为电信号。当拨打电话或发送语音信息时,用户可以通过人嘴靠近麦克风170C发声,将声音信号输入到麦克风170C。第二电子设备200可以设置至少一个麦克风170C。
耳机接口170D用于连接有线耳机。耳机接口170D可以是USB接口130,也可以是3.5mm的开放移动终端平台(open mobile terminal platform,OMTP)标准接口,美国蜂窝电信工业协会(cellular telecommunications industry association of the USA,CTIA)标准接口。
压力传感器180A用于感受压力信号,可以将压力信号转换成电信号。在一些实施例中,压力传感器180A可以设置于显示屏194。压力传感器180A的种类很多,如电阻式压力传感器,电感式压力传感器,电容式压力传感器等。电容式压力传感器可以是包括至少两个具有导电材料的平行板。当有力作用于压力传感器180A,电极之间的电容改变。第二电子设备200根据电容的变化确定压力的强度。当有触摸操作作用于显示屏194,第二电子设备200根据压力传感器180A检测所述触摸操作强度。第二电子设备200也可以根据 压力传感器180A的检测信号计算触摸的位置。在一些实施例中,作用于相同触摸位置,但不同触摸操作强度的触摸操作,可以对应不同的操作指令。
陀螺仪传感器180B可以用于确定第二电子设备200的运动姿态。在一些实施例中,可以通过陀螺仪传感器180B确定第二电子设备200围绕三个轴(即,x,y和z轴)的角速度。陀螺仪传感器180B可以用于拍摄防抖。
气压传感器180C用于测量气压。在一些实施例中,第二电子设备200通过气压传感器180C测得的气压值计算海拔高度,辅助定位和导航。
磁传感器180D包括霍尔传感器。第二电子设备200可以利用磁传感器180D检测翻盖皮套的开合。在一些实施例中,当第二电子设备200是翻盖机时,第二电子设备200可以根据磁传感器180D检测翻盖的开合。进而根据检测到的皮套的开合状态或翻盖的开合状态,设置翻盖自动解锁等特性。
加速度传感器180E可检测第二电子设备200在各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小。当第二电子设备200静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向。还可以用于识别终端姿态,应用于横竖屏切换,计步器等应用。
距离传感器180F,用于测量距离。第二电子设备200可以通过红外或激光测量距离。在一些实施例中,拍摄场景,第二电子设备200可以利用距离传感器180F测距以实现快速对焦。
接近光传感器180G可以包括例如发光二极管(LED)和光检测器,例如光电二极管。发光二极管可以是红外发光二极管。第二电子设备200通过发光二极管向外发射红外光。第二电子设备200使用光电二极管检测来自附近物体的红外反射光。当检测到充分的反射光时,可以确定第二电子设备200附近有物体。当检测到不充分的反射光时,第二电子设备200可以确定第二电子设备200附近没有物体。第二电子设备200可以利用接近光传感器180G检测用户手持第二电子设备200贴近耳朵通话,以便自动熄灭屏幕达到省电的目的。接近光传感器180G也可用于皮套模式,口袋模式自动解锁与锁屏。
环境光传感器180L用于感知环境光亮度。第二电子设备200可以根据感知的环境光亮度自适应调节显示屏194亮度。环境光传感器180L也可用于拍照时自动调节白平衡。环境光传感器180L还可以与接近光传感器180G配合,检测第二电子设备200是否在口袋里,以防误触。
指纹传感器180H用于采集指纹。第二电子设备200可以利用采集的指纹特性实现指纹解锁,访问应用锁,指纹拍照,指纹接听来电等。
温度传感器180J用于检测温度。在一些实施例中,第二电子设备200利用温度传感器180J检测的温度,执行温度处理策略。例如,当温度传感器180J上报的温度超过阈值,第二电子设备200执行降低位于温度传感器180J附近的处理器的性能,以便降低功耗实施热保护。在另一些实施例中,当温度低于另一阈值时,第二电子设备200对电池142加热,以避免低温导致第二电子设备200异常关机。在其他一些实施例中,当温度低于又一阈值时,第二电子设备200对电池142的输出电压执行升压,以避免低温导致的异常关机。
触摸传感器180K,也称“触控面板”。触摸传感器180K可以设置于显示屏194,由触摸传感器180K与显示屏194组成触摸屏,也称“触控屏”。触摸传感器180K用于检测作用 于其上或附近的触摸操作。触摸传感器可以将检测到的触摸操作传递给应用处理器,以确定触摸事件类型。可以通过显示屏194提供与触摸操作相关的视觉输出。
骨传导传感器180M可以获取振动信号。在一些实施例中,骨传导传感器180M可以获取人体声部振动骨块的振动信号。骨传导传感器180M也可以接触人体脉搏,接收血压跳动信号。在一些实施例中,骨传导传感器180M也可以设置于耳机中,结合成骨传导耳机。音频模块170可以基于所述骨传导传感器180M获取的声部振动骨块的振动信号,解析出语音信号,实现语音功能。应用处理器可以基于所述骨传导传感器180M获取的血压跳动信号解析心率信息,实现心率检测功能。
按键190包括开机键,音量键等。按键190可以是机械按键。也可以是触摸式按键。第二电子设备200可以接收按键输入,产生与第二电子设备200的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。
马达191可以产生振动提示。马达191可以用于来电振动提示,也可以用于触摸振动反馈。例如,作用于不同应用(例如拍照,音频播放等)的触摸操作,可以对应不同的振动反馈效果。作用于显示屏194不同区域的触摸操作,马达191也可对应不同的振动反馈效果。不同的应用场景(例如:时间提醒,接收信息,闹钟,游戏等)也可以对应不同的振动反馈效果。触摸振动反馈效果还可以支持自定义。
指示器192可以是指示灯,可以用于指示充电状态,电量变化,也可以用于指示消息,未接来电,通知等。
SIM卡接口195用于连接SIM卡。SIM卡可以通过插入SIM卡接口195,或从SIM卡接口195拔出,实现和第二电子设备200的接触和分离。第二电子设备200可以支持1个或N个SIM卡接口,N为大于1的正整数。SIM卡接口195可以支持Nano SIM卡,Micro SIM卡,SIM卡等。同一个SIM卡接口195可以同时插入多张卡。所述多张卡的类型可以相同,也可以不同。SIM卡接口195也可以兼容不同类型的SIM卡。SIM卡接口195也可以兼容外部存储卡。第二电子设备200通过SIM卡和网络交互,实现通话以及数据通信等功能。在一些实施例中,第二电子设备200采用eSIM,即:嵌入式SIM卡。eSIM卡可以嵌在第二电子设备200中,不能和第二电子设备200分离。
第二电子设备200的软件系统可以采用分层架构,事件驱动架构,微核架构,微服务架构,或云架构。本发明实施例以分层架构的Android系统为例,示例性说明第二电子设备200的软件结构。
图2B是本申请实施例的第二电子设备200的软件结构框图。
分层架构将软件分成若干个层,每一层都有清晰的角色和分工。层与层之间通过软件接口通信。在一些实施例中,将Android系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序层,应用程序框架层,安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库,以及内核层。
应用程序层可以包括一系列应用程序包。
如图2B所示,应用程序包可以包括相机,图库,日历,通话,地图,导航,WLAN,蓝牙,音乐,视频,短信息等应用程序。
应用程序框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming  interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。
如图2B所示,应用程序框架层可以包括窗口管理器,内容提供器,视图系统,电话管理器,资源管理器,通知管理器等。
窗口管理器用于管理窗口程序。窗口管理器可以获取显示屏大小,判断是否有状态栏,锁定屏幕,截取屏幕等。
内容提供器用来存放和获取数据,并使这些数据可以被应用程序访问。所述数据可以包括视频,图像,音频,拨打和接听的电话,浏览历史和书签,电话簿等。
视图系统包括可视控件,例如显示文字的控件,显示图片的控件等。视图系统可用于构建应用程序。显示界面可以由一个或多个视图组成的。例如,包括短信通知图标的显示界面,可以包括显示文字的视图以及显示图片的视图。
电话管理器用于提供第二电子设备200的通信功能。例如通话状态的管理(包括接通,挂断等)。
资源管理器为应用程序提供各种资源,比如本地化字符串,图标,图片,布局文件,视频文件等等。
通知管理器使应用程序可以在状态栏中显示通知信息,可以用于传达告知类型的消息,可以短暂停留后自动消失,无需用户交互。比如通知管理器被用于告知下载完成,消息提醒等。通知管理器还可以是以图表或者滚动条文本形式出现在系统顶部状态栏的通知,例如后台运行的应用程序的通知,还可以是以对话窗口形式出现在屏幕上的通知。例如在状态栏提示文本信息,发出提示音,电子设备振动,指示灯闪烁等。
Android Runtime包括核心库和虚拟机。Android runtime负责安卓系统的调度和管理。
核心库包含两部分:一部分是java语言需要调用的功能函数,另一部分是安卓的核心库。
应用程序层和应用程序框架层运行在虚拟机中。虚拟机将应用程序层和应用程序框架层的java文件执行为二进制文件。虚拟机用于执行对象生命周期的管理,堆栈管理,线程管理,安全和异常的管理,以及垃圾回收等功能。
系统库可以包括多个功能模块。例如:表面管理器(surface manager),媒体库(Media Libraries),三维图形处理库(例如:OpenGLES),2D图形引擎(例如:SGL)等。
表面管理器用于对显示子系统进行管理,并且为多个应用程序提供了2D和3D图层的融合。
媒体库支持多种常用的音频,视频格式回放和录制,以及静态图像文件等。媒体库可以支持多种音视频编码格式,例如:MPEG4,H.264,MP3,AAC,AMR,JPG,PNG等。
三维图形处理库用于实现三维图形绘图,图像渲染,合成,和图层处理等。
2D图形引擎是2D绘图的绘图引擎。
内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。内核层至少包含显示驱动,摄像头驱动,音频驱动,传感器驱动。
本申请实施例中,第一电子设备100的硬件结构和软件系统可参考图2A和图2B所示出的第二电子设备200的硬件结构和软件系统,这里不再赘述。
图3是本申请实施例提供的第四电子设备400的结构示意图。第四电子设备400可以是智能音箱。
下面对第四电子设备400进行具体说明。应该理解的是,图3所示第四电子设备400仅是一个范例,并且第四电子设备400可以具有比图3中所示的更多或更少的部件,可以组合两个或多个的部件,或者可以具有不同的部件配置。图中所示出的各种部件可以在包括一个或多个信号处理和/或专用集成电路在内的硬件、软件、或硬件和软件的组合中实现。
如图3所示,第四电子设备400可以包括:处理器201A,存储器202A,通信模块203A,天线204A,电源开关205A,USB通信处理模块206A,音频模块207A。其中:
处理器201A可用于读取和执行计算机可读指令。具体实现中,处理器201A可主要包括控制器、运算器和寄存器。其中,控制器主要负责指令译码,并为指令对应的操作发出控制信号。运算器主要负责保存指令执行过程中临时存放的寄存器操作数和中间操作结果等。具体实现中,处理器201A的硬件架构可以是专用集成电路(ASIC)架构、MIPS架构、ARM架构或者NP架构等等。
在一些实施例中,处理器201A可以用于解析通信处理模块203A接收到的信号,如第一电子设备100发送的寻呼请求,等等。处理器201A可以用于根据解析结果进行处理操作,如调用音频模块输出语音提示,例如输出语音“家人来电,请选择接听或挂断……”,等等。
存储器202A与处理器201A耦合,用于存储各种软件程序和/或多组指令。具体实现中,存储器202A可包括高速随机存取的存储器,并且也可包括非易失性存储器,例如一个或多个磁盘存储设备、闪存设备或其他非易失性固态存储设备。存储器202A可以存储操作系统,例如uCOS,VxWorks、RTLinux等嵌入式操作系统。存储器202A还可以存储通信程序,该通信程序可用于与第一电子设备100,服务器500,或其他设备进行通信。
通信模块203A可以提供应用在第四电子设备400上的包括WLAN(如Wi-Fi网络),BR/EDR,BLE,GNSS,FM等无线通信的解决方案。在一些实施例中,通信模块203A、可以监听到其他设备(如第一电子设备100)发射的信号,如探测请求等等,并可以发送响应信号等,使得其他设备(如第一电子设备100)可以发现第四电子设备400,通过Wi-Fi与其他设备(如第一电子设备100)进行通信。
在另一些实施例中,通信模块203A也可以发射信号,使得其他设备(如第一电子设备100)可以发现第四电子设备400,并通过蓝牙或Wi-Fi与其他设备(如第一电子设备100)进行通信。
第四电子设备400的无线通信功能可以通过天线204A,通信模块203A,调制解调处理器等实现。
天线204A可用于发射和接收电磁波信号。第四电子设备400中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。
在一些实施例中通信模块203A的天线可以有一个或多个。
电源开关205可用于控制电源向第四电子设备400的供电。
USB通信处理模块206可用于通过USB接口(未示出)与其他设备进行通信。
音频模块26可用于通过音频输出接口输出音频信号。音频模块还可用于通过音频输入 接口接收音频数据。第四电子设备400可以为智能音箱等媒体设备。
不限于智能音箱,在一些实施例中,第四电子设备400还可以为平板电脑、智能电视等,此时第四电子设备400还可以包括显示屏(未示出),其中,该显示屏可用于显示图像,提示信息等。显示屏可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED)显示屏,有源矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode,AMOLED)显示屏,柔性发光二极管(flexible light-emitting diode,FLED)显示屏,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)显示屏等等。
第四电子设备400还可以为平板电脑、智能电视等时,在一些实施例中,第四电子设备400还可以包括RS-232接口等串行接口。该串行接口可连接至其他设备,如智能音箱等音频外放设备,使得第四电子设备400和音频外放设备协作播放音视频。
可以理解的是图3示意的结构并不构成对第四电子设备400的具体限定。在本申请另一些实施例中,第四电子设备400可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或组合某些部件,或者拆分某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。图示的部件可以以硬件,软件或软件和硬件的组合实现。
本申请实施例中,第三电子设备300的结构示意图可参考图3所示出的第四电子设备400的结构示意图的描述,并包含比图3所描述附图更多或更少的部件,这里不再赘述。
为提高呼叫的便利性,本申请实施例提供一种呼叫方法。该呼叫方法中,第一账号关联多个被呼叫方设备。呼叫方设备可通过该第一账号寻呼这多个被呼叫方设备。智能音箱、智能电视这些不易随身携带的被呼叫方设备在接收到寻呼时,可检测与智能手表、手机之间的距离是否小于一个距离阈值,即设定阈值。若是,则智能音箱、智能电视可输出来电提示。若否,则智能音箱、智能电视忽略接收到的寻呼,针对于寻呼不作响应。
智能手表、手机一般情况下为用户随身携带的设备,因此智能手表、手机的位置信息可代表用户所在的位置信息。而智能音箱、智能电视往往不会被用户随身携带。这样,当检测到智能手表、手机与智能音箱之间距离在一定范围内时,智能音箱才输出来电提示,可减少智能音箱输出来电提示但用户并不在智能音箱附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰,或者来电提示被其他人误接的情况。从而,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。
下面结合用户界面介绍账号关联设备的过程。本申请实施例以第一账号关联被呼叫方设备,即第一账号关联第二电子设备200(例如Rachel的手机)、第三电子设备300(例如智能手表)和第四电子设备400(例如智能音箱)为例进行介绍。
本申请实施例中,第一账号例如为华为账号,该华为账号可以对应第二电子设备200所安装的SIM卡对应的手机号“136********”。第二电子设备200可安装智能音箱对应的音箱应用(application,APP)。第二电子设备200上的AI音箱应用可以登陆第一账号,第二电子设备200在音箱应用对应的用户界面上响应用户操作,将第一账号与智能音箱关联。
第二电子设备200还可以安装智能手表对应的华为穿戴APP。第二电子设备200上的华为穿戴APP也可以登陆该第一账号,第二电子设备200在华为穿戴APP对应的用户界面 上响应用户操作,将该第一账号也与该智能手表关联。
本申请实施例中,以第一账号“136********”关联用户Rachel的手机、音箱和手表为例进行介绍。
首先,介绍第一账号关联第四电子设备400(智能音箱)所涉及的用户界面。请参阅图4A~图4J,图4A~图4J是本申请实施例提供的一些用户界面示意图。如图4A所示,第二电子设备200(即Rachel的手机)可以显示主屏幕界面10。该界面10包括应用程序图标101、状态栏102以及导航栏103。其中:
应用程序图标101可以包含例如微信(Wechat)的图标、推特(Twitter)的图标、脸书(Facebook)的图标、微博(Sina Weibo)的图标、QQ(Tencent QQ)的图标、优兔(YouTube)的图标、图库(Gallery)的图标、华为穿戴APP的图标1012和AI音箱应用的图标1011等,还可以包含其他应用的图标,本申请实施例对此不作限定。任一个应用的图标可用于响应用户的操作,例如触摸操作,使得第一电子设备100启动图标对应的应用。
状态栏102中可以包括运营商的名称(例如中国移动)、时间、WI-FI图标、信号强度和当前剩余电量。状态栏102中还可以包含蓝牙图标1021。
导航栏103可以包括:返回按键1031、主界面(home screen)按键1032、呼出任务历史按键1033等系统导航键。其中,主屏幕界面10为第一电子设备100在任何一个用户界面检测到作用于主界面按键1032的用户操作后显示的界面。当检测到用户点击返回按键1031时,第一电子设备100可显示当前用户界面的上一个用户界面。当检测到用户点击主界面按键1052时,第二电子设备200可显示主屏幕界面10。当检测到用户点击呼出任务历史按键1033时,第二电子设备200可显示用户最近打开过的任务。各导航键的命名还可以为其他,比如,1031可以叫Back Button,1032可以叫Home button,1033可以叫Menu Button,本申请对此不做限制。导航栏103中的各导航键不限于虚拟按键,也可以实现为物理按键。
第二电子设备200可以接收作用在AI音箱应用的图标1011的用户操作,例如触摸操作。响应于该用户操作,第一电子设备100可显示用户界面20,如图4B所示,用户界面20可包含账号指示201、提示202和控件203。其中:
账号指示201,可提示该AI音箱应用登陆的账号,例如,登陆第一账号“136********”。本申请实施例中,AI音箱应用即为第一应用。前后文中的华为穿戴APP即为第二应用。
该第一账号例如是华为账号。当第二电子设备200中已有应用登陆该华为账号时,第二电子设备200可在AI音箱应用登陆该华为账号。该第一账号对应账号服务器。第二电子设备200向账号服务器注册该第一账号,还可以在注册过程中设定该第一账号对应的登陆密码。注册完成后,用户可在第二电子设备200的AI音箱应用的应用界面上输入第一账号和对应的登陆密码。第二电子设备200可向账号服务器请求登陆。账号服务器接收到请求后验证第一账号和对应的登陆密码,验证成功后允许第一账号在第二电子设备200的AI音箱应用登陆。
提示202,可提示需对智能音箱进行的操作,例如,如图4B所示,提示:长按音箱静音键,直到橙色灯闪烁,完成联网准备。
控件203,可包含提示“橙色灯已经闪烁,开始联网”。
用户可按照用户界面20中提示202,对智能音箱(即第四电子设备400)操作,即长按智能音箱上静音键,直到橙色灯闪烁。之后,响应于作用在控件203的用户操作,例如触摸操作,第二电子设备200可扫描智能音箱400。
例如使用蓝牙扫描功能进行扫描。具体的,第二电子设备200可通过蓝牙扫描智能音箱400广播的信号。在扫描到智能音箱400后,如图4C所示,第二电子设备200显示用户界面30。智能音箱400广播的信号可包含自身的MAC地址。该MAC地址可用于第二电子设备200将联网信息传输到智能音箱400,该联网信息可包含Wi-Fi名称和对应的密码。
用户界面30可包含WLAN名称输入框301、WLAN密码输入框302、记住密码选项303和下一步控件304。
WLAN名称输入框301、WLAN密码输入框302,可分别用于输入Wi-Fi名称“101房间”和对应的密码。该Wi-Fi名称可以是Wi-Fi热点的服务集标识(service set identifier,SSID)。
响应于作用在记住密码选项303的用户操作,例如触摸操作,记住密码选项303显示为选中状态。后续在使用名称“101房间”的Wi-Fi时,无需用户输入,电子设备即可获取对应的密码。
响应于作用在下一步控件304的用户操作,例如触摸操作,第二电子设备200将联网信息发送给智能音箱400。示例性的,第二电子设备200可根据智能音箱400的广播携带的MAC地址,将联网信息发送给智能音箱400。联网信息例如包含上述Wi-Fi名称和对应的密码。第二电子设备200可连接到名称为“101房间”的Wi-Fi上。智能音箱400也可根据上述联网信息连接到名称为“101房间”的Wi-Fi上,以建立第二电子设备200与智能音箱400之间的Wi-Fi连接。如图4D所示,完成第二电子设备200与智能音箱400之间的Wi-Fi连接后,第二电子设备200可显示用户界面40,该用户界面40上包含联网成功提示401和完成控件402。
本申请实施例以第二电子设备200与智能音箱400之间建立Wi-Fi连接为例进行介绍,可以理解的,不限于Wi-Fi连接,还可以是其他无线短距离连接,例如蓝牙连接等。上述通过蓝牙广播和Wi-Fi来建立第二电子设备200和智能音箱400之间的短距离无线通信连接的过程仅用于解释本申请实施例,不应构成限定。
在第二电子设备200与智能音箱400建立Wi-Fi连接之后,第一账号可以和智能音箱400的关联。下面具体介绍第一账号可以和智能音箱400的关联的过程。
如图4D和4E所示,第二电子设备200与智能音箱400建立Wi-Fi连接之后,响应于作用在完成控件402的用户操作,第二电子设备200可显示用户界面50。用户界面50可包含:菜单控件(“音乐有声”501、“技能”502、“智能家居”503、“我的”504)、音箱标识505、内容显示区506。不同菜单控件对应的内容显示区中的显示的内容不同。图4E示出的当前选择的菜单种类为技能502。即内容显示区506中显示的内容是技能502菜单下的内容。其中:
“我的”504对应的内容显示区中可包含音箱应用所登陆账号。所登陆账号例如是第一账号“136********”。
音箱标识505,可用于指示智能音箱400的标识和当前与第二电子设备200的连接状态。例如,图4E示出的智能音箱的标识和连接状态为“我的音箱-在线”。
内容显示区506可以显示功能列表。功能列表包括:热门功能列表5061和其他功能列表5062。其中:
热门功能列表5061:可包含多个功能选项。例如,图4E示出的热门功能列表5061包含亲情通话选项5061a、天气选项5061b。热门功能列表5061还可以包含更多选项5061c。
亲情通话选项5061a,可响应于用户操作,例如作用于亲情通话选项5061a的触摸操作,设置用于在智能音箱400上通话的用户信息。用户信息例如是用户名、号码、角色等。具体可参考图4F~图4G的描述。
天气选项5061b,可响应于用户的操作,设置用于在智能音箱400上查询天气的信息。查询天气的信息例如是定位地点、自动播报天气的时间点等。
更多选项5061c,用于响应于用户的操作显示更多的热门功能选项。

可选的,响应于用户对其他功能列表5062的触摸滑动操作,第二电子设备200可显示更多功能选项。
第二电子设备200可在图4F~图4G所示出的用户界面上,响应于用户操作,将第一账号和智能音箱进行关联。具体的,响应于作用在亲情通话选项5061a的用户操作,例如触摸操作,第二电子设备200可显示用户界面60。用户界面60可包含音箱名称输入框601、角色选项区602、下一步控件603和返回控件604。
其中:音箱名称输入框601,可用于设置音箱名称,例如:HUAWEI AI音箱。角色选项区602可包含多个角色选项,例如:“爸爸”选项、“妈妈”选项……和“不设置”选项6021。示例性的,如图4F所示,多个角色选项中,“不设置”选项6021显示为选中状态。返回控件604,用于返回上一级界面,例如,响应于作用在返回控件604的用户操作,第二电子设备200显示用户界面50。
响应于作用在下一步控件603的用户操作,第二电子设备200显示用户界面70。如图4G所示,用户界面70可包含手机号输入框701,完成控件702和返回控件703。
其中:账号输入框701,用于输入智能音箱400所关联的第一账号,例如,该第一账号为“136********”。响应于作用在完成控件702的用户操作,智能音箱400或者第二电子设备200可存储该第一账号和智能音箱400的设备标识之间的关联关系。返回控件703,用于返回上一级界面。
该第一账号和智能音箱400的设备标识之间的关联关系可由第二电子设备200或者智能音箱400发送给服务器500,本申请实施例对向服务器500发送该关联关系的时机不作限制。在一种示例中,响应于作用在完成控件702的用户操作,智能音箱400或者第二电子设备200可将该第一账号和智能音箱400的设备标识之间的关联关系发送给服务器500,也可以把第一账号和第二电子设备200的设备标识之间的关联关系发送给服务器500。在另一种示例中,第二电子设备200可以在检测到AI音箱应用登陆该第一账号时,将该第一账号与智能音箱400的设备标识、第二电子设备200的设备标识关联关系发送给服务器500。
在第一账号与智能音箱400建立关联关系后,第二电子设备200可显示用户界面80。 如图4H所示,用户界面80可包含亲友通讯录选项卡和通话记录选项卡。亲友通讯录选项卡下,可包含“我的音箱”列表、“音箱联系人”列表和“手机联系人”列表。这些列表用于显示智能音箱400的联系人,智能音箱的联系人可通过添加联系人803控件添加,添加的联系人可存储在智能音箱400对应的服务器上,智能音箱400可在接收到寻呼请求(例如用于寻呼的语音信号)时,根据服务器上存储的联系人进行寻呼。在第一账号与智能音箱400建立关联关系后,如图4H所示,“我的音箱”列表可包含音箱选项801和拨号控件802。拨号控件,可用于向智能音箱400发起寻呼。
添加联系人控件803,用于添加音箱联系人和手机联系人。添加音箱联系人和手机联系人后,智能音箱400可向添加的音箱联系人和手机联系人发起寻呼,或者接收音箱联系人和手机联系人发起的寻呼。具体的,添加的联系人可存储在智能音箱400对应的服务器上,智能音箱400可在接收到寻呼请求(例如用于寻呼的语音信号)时,根据服务器上存储的联系人进行寻呼。
用户界面80还可以包含返回控件801,用于返回用户界面80的上一级界面。
响应于作用在音箱选项801的用户操作,第二电子设备200可显示用户界面90。如图4I所示,用户界面90可包含拨号控件901、来电同步控件902、通话记录和返回控件903。其中:
拨号控件901,用于第二电子设备200向智能音箱400发起寻呼。返回控件903用于返回用户界面90的上一级界面。
来电同步控件902,可包含打开和关闭两种状态,来电同步控件902可处于关闭状态,响应于作用在来电同步控件902上的用户操作,第二电子设备200可将来电同步控件902显示为打开状态。第二电子设备200和智能音箱400的关联关系可存储在服务器500上。当来电同步控件902处于打开状态时,如果第二电子设备200对应的账号(例如手机号)被寻呼,第二电子设备200和智能音箱400均提示,例如,第二电子设备200根据情景模式振铃并显示来电界面。智能音箱400输出语音“某某来电,请选择接听或挂断……”。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可通过Wi-Fi能力检测与第二电子设备200之间的距离是否在预设范围之内;或者检测第二电子设备200可是否与智能音箱400连接在同一局域网,若是,智能音箱400和第二电子设备200均输出来电提示。故,第二电子设备200可在用户界面90上显示提示“当手机与音箱均打开Wi-Fi时,手机的通话来电可在音箱上同步提示”。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,来电同步控件902处于打开状态,第二电子设备200和第三电子设备300在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可将自身的定位信息上报给服务器500。则在上报定位信息之前,第二电子设备200可在用户界面90上显示提示“手机的通话来电在音箱上同步提示”。如图4J所示,响应于作用在来电同步控件902的触摸操作,第二电子设备200可显示提示框903,提示框903可包含提示9031、允许控件9032和拒绝控件9033。其中,提示9031用于提示“来电同步服务将获取您的位置信息”。允许控件9032,可用于第二电子设备200响应于用户操作,允许第二电子设备200在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,向服务器500上报定位信息。拒绝控件9033,可用于拒绝第二电子设备200在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,向服务器500上报定位信息。
其中,提示框903即为本申请实施例的第一用户界面,提示9031即为本申请实施例的第二提示信息,该第二提示信息指示是否允许该第二电子设备上报该定位信息。
在本申请一种可能的实施例中,智能手表300与第一账号关联关系,可在第二电子设备200上华为穿戴APP上响应用户操作生成。具体的,第三电子设备(智能手表)300登陆的账号与第二电子设备200登陆的账号相同,例如均为第一账号,且智能手表300与第一账号关联,则智能手表300和第一账号的关联关系可存储在服务器500上。其中,该华为穿戴APP的图标1012可参考图4A所示。第二电子设备200上华为穿戴APP登陆第一账号并使得第一账号与智能手表关联所涉及的用户界面可类比图4A~图4G,即第一账号关联智能手表300在第二电子设备200上所涉及的用户界面。
在本申请的另一种可能的实施例中,智能手表300和第一账号的关联关系还可以通过开通“一号双终端”得到。“一号双终端”例如是第二电子设备200与智能手表使用相同的第一账号,例如136********。具体的,用户可在运营商为手机号码注册“一号双终端”,例如注册一个SIM卡关联的智能设备,如智能手表300。该智能手表300与第二电子设备200共享电话号码、通话和套餐流量等。该电话号码被寻呼时,第二电子设备200和智能手表300都会作出提示。注册过程可在运营商指定的应用(例如联通手机营业厅应用)实现,也可线下在营业厅实现,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
本申请实施例中,第一账号与智能音箱400、智能手表300关联之后,该关联关系可存储在服务器500上。该关联关系可被呼叫方设备和被呼叫方设备从服务器500获取。呼叫方设备即第一电子设备100可获取服务器500上的该关联关系,并在呼叫界面上显示寻呼入口。以呼叫方设备为Lisa的手机为例进行用户界面介绍。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请实施例提供的一种用户界面的示意图。如图5所示,该呼叫界面1100可包含号码条目1101、亲情通话条目1102、音箱条目1103和手表条目1104。号码条目1101可包含号码选项1101a、视频选项1101b和消息选项1101c。其中,号码选项1101a用于对该号码对应的设备,例如号码136********对应的第一电子设备100进行语音寻呼。视频选项1101b用于对该号码对应的设备,例如号码136********对应的手机100进行视频寻呼。消息选项1101c用于对该号码对应的设备,例如号码136********对应的手机100发送消息。
亲情通话条目1102可包含选项1102a、视频选项1102b和消息选项1102c,用于对号码“136********”关联的多个设备进行语音寻呼、视频寻呼和发送消息。例如响应于作用在选项1102a的触摸操作,第一电子设备100对手机200、智能手表300和智能音箱400发起语音寻呼。本申请实施例中,第一用户操作包含作用在选项1102a的触摸操作。当第一账号关联手机200、智能音箱400时,响应于该第一用户操作,第一电子设备向服务器发送用于寻呼手机200的寻呼请求和用于寻呼智能音箱400的寻呼请求。
音箱条目1103可包含语音选项1103a和消息选项1103b,分别用于对号码“136********”关联的智能音箱400进行语音寻呼和发送消息。
手表条目1104可包含语音选项1104a和消息选项1103b,分别用于对号码“136********” 关联的智能手表300进行语音寻呼和发送消息。
呼叫界面1100还可包含收藏控件1104、编辑控件1105和更多控件1106,用于分别对该呼叫界面1100进行收藏、编辑和其他操作。
当呼叫方设备向多个被呼叫方设备发起寻呼时,被呼叫方设备中的智能音箱、智能电视可在与手机、智能手表之间距离小于或等于设定阈值时,才输出来电提示。在智能音箱与手机、智能手表之间距离大于设定阈值时,对寻呼请求不作任何响应。具体的,按照前例中通过Lisa的手机寻呼Rachel的手机、手表和音箱为例进行介绍。请参阅图6A和图6B,图6A和图6B分别是本申请实施例提供的一种呼叫场景示意图。
在本申请实施例一种可能的场景中,Rachel不在家中,随身携带的手机和手表也不在家中,例如在公司。当Lisa在自己手机的呼叫界面1100(参考图5)上触摸亲情通话选项1102a,响应于该用户操作,Lisa的手机可通过服务器向Rachel的手机、手表和音箱发起寻呼。如图6A所示,Lisa的手机可显示亲情通话寻呼界面。
本申请实施例中,Lisa手机可从服务器查询得到第一账号与Rachel的手机、手表和音箱的关联关系,并根据该关联关系显示呼叫界面1100,具体可参考图9所描述呼叫方法中步骤S104的描述。
Rachel的手机和手表在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可输出来电提示。具体的,Rachel的手机接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可根据当前手机所处的情景模式震动、响铃,并在手机上显示来电界面,来电界面可参考图7A所示的来电界面1000。Rachel的手表,在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,也可根据当前智能手表所处的情景模式震动或者响铃,并在智能手表上显示来电界面,来电界面可参考图7B所示的来电界面1200。
由于Rachel不在家中,Rachel的音箱与随身携带的手机、智能手表之间距离均大于或等于设定阈值。Rachel的音箱对接收到的服务器500发起的寻呼不作任何响应。
在本申请实施例另一种可能的场景中,Rachel在家中。Lisa在自己手机通过服务器向Rachel的手机、手表和音箱发起寻呼。
如图6B所示,Rachel的手机和手表在接收到寻呼时,可输出来电提示。由于Rachel在家中,Rachel的音箱与随身携带的手机、智能手表之间距离均小于或等于设定阈值。如图6B所示,Rachel的音箱可根据接收到的寻呼输出语音提示,例如输出语音“Lisa来电,请选择接听或挂断……”。
根据图6A和图6B所描述的场景,当检测到智能手表、手机与智能音箱之间距离在一定范围内时,才输出来电提示,可减少智能音箱输出来电提示但用户并不在智能音箱附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰,或者来电提示被其他人误接的情况。从而,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。
当第二电子设备200,即Rachel的手机接收到经由服务器发送的第一电子设备100的寻呼时,可显示来电界面1000。如图7A所示,来电界面1000可包含来电号码、录音控件、等待控件、添加通话控件、视频通话控件、静音控件、联系人控件、接听控件1001、挂断控件1002和亲情通话提示1003。
响应于作用在接听控件1001的用户操作,例如触摸操作,第二电子设备200可接通与 对端(来电号码所对应终端)之间的通话通路。挂断控件1002,用于结束本次来电提示。
亲情通话提示1003,可提示“亲情通话来电”。
当智能手表300,即Rachel的手表接收到经由服务器500发起的第一电子设备100(Lisa的手机)的寻呼时,如果Rachel的音箱与随身携带的手机、智能手表之间距离小于或等于设定阈值,智能手表300可显示来电界面1200。如图7B所示,智能手表300的来电界面1200可包含来电提示1201、接听控件1202和挂断控件1203。来电提示1201可提示来电联系人“Lisa”。接听控件1202,用于接通通话通路。挂断控件1203,用于挂断本次来电。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可通过Wi-Fi能力检测与第二电子设备200之间的距离是否在预设范围之内。则智能音箱400和第二电子设备200的Wi-Fi模块均需要处于工作状态。对于智能音箱400来说,Wi-Fi模块可一直处于工作状态,或者是响应与作用在特定按钮的用户操作,使得智能音箱400的Wi-Fi模块处于工作状态。该特定按钮的用户操作,例如是作用在该特定按钮上的按压操作。
对于第二电子设备200为手机等设备来说,Wi-Fi开关处于打开状态,则第二电子设备200的Wi-Fi模块处于工作状态。不限于Wi-Fi能力检测与第二电子设备200之间的距离,还可以是其他短距离无线通信能力,例如蓝牙能力。则智能音箱400和第二电子设备200的蓝牙模块均需要处于工作状态。对于第二电子设备200来说,蓝牙开关处于打开状态,则第二电子设备200的蓝牙模块处于工作状态。
具体的,请参阅图8,图8是本申请实施例提供的一种用户界面示意图。如图8所示,第二电子设备200的蓝牙开关和Wi-Fi开关可包含在窗口菜单91。第二电子设备200可以接收作用在图4A所描述的主屏幕界面10上状态栏102的滑动操作(例如,从状态栏102位置处往下滑动),响应于该作用在状态栏102的滑动操作,第二电子设备200可以显示如图8所示的窗口菜单91。
如图8所示,该窗口菜单91中可以包含一些功能的开关控件(例如,Wi-Fi开关911、蓝牙开关912、手电筒开关、提醒方式切换控件、自动旋转开关、华为分享开关、飞行模式开关、移动数据开关、定位开关、截屏开关、护眼模式开关、热点开关、屏幕录制开关、大屏投射、NFC开关等)。响应于作用在Wi-Fi开关911的用户操作,第二电子设备200可将Wi-Fi开关的状态在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换显示。Wi-Fi开关打开后,第二电子设备200可通过局域网连接到数据网络,例如通过名称为“101房间”的局域网连接到数据网络。则第二电子设备200可以在窗口菜单91中的Wi-Fi开关911提示已连接的局域网的名称,即“101房间”,并通过该局域网连接到数据网络。类似地,响应于作用在蓝牙开关912的用户操作,第二电子设备200可将蓝牙开关912的状态在打开状态和关闭状态之间切换显示。
本申请实施例中,Wi-Fi开关和蓝牙开关不限于包含在图8所示的窗口菜单91中,还可以在其他用户界面上,例如设置界面,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
下面介绍本申请实施例提供的一种呼叫方法,该呼叫方法中,第一电子设备100可通过第一账号寻呼多个被呼叫方设备:第二电子设备200、智能手表300和智能音箱400。智能音箱在接收到呼叫请求时,可通过短距离无线能力检测与智能手表300、第二电子设备 200之间的距离是否小于一个距离阈值,即设定阈值。若是,则智能音箱400可输出来电提示。请参阅图9,图9是本申请实施例提供的一种呼叫方法的流程示意图。如图9所示,以第一电子设备100为手机A,第二电子设备200为手机B为例,该呼叫方法可包含步骤S101~S116。

其中,设备标识可以是设备的MAC地址,也可以是根据MAC地址生成的标识符,也可以是其他唯一标识被呼叫方设备的标识符,本申请实施例对设备标识的具体类型不作限定,服务器500可根据该设备标识向被呼叫方设备寻址,并发起寻呼。
在本申请的一些实施例中,服务器500还可以存储被呼叫方设备的通信ID,该通信ID可用于服务器500建立与被呼叫方设备之间的通话通路。具体的,服务器500可根据该被呼叫方设备的通信ID向被呼叫方设备寻址,并发起寻呼。
下面对本申请实施例所涉及的寻呼过程进行介绍。本申请实施例中,对于呼叫方设备来说,在第一电子设备100开启数据网络(例如开启运营商数据开关)或者已通过局域网连上数据网络时,第一电子设备100才可以通过这些网络将寻呼请求发送给服务器500。对于被呼叫方设备来说,被呼叫方设备开启数据网络(例如开启运营商数据开关)或者已通过局域网连接到数据网络时才可以被服务器500寻址并接收到服务器500发起的寻呼。其中,运营商数据开关例如是图8所描述窗口菜单91中的移动数据开关。当第二电子设备200已通过局域网连接上数据网络时,第二电子设备200可以在窗口菜单91中的Wi-Fi开关911提示已连接的局域网的名称,即“101房间”。
本申请实施例中,第一电子设备100连接的局域网和第二电子设备200所连接的局域网可以相同,也可以不同,本申请实施例对此不作限定。
本申请实施例中,第一电子设备100向第二电子设备200发起寻呼所采用的协议可以是会话初始协议(session initiation protocol,SIP),也可以是其他自定义的协议,本申请实施例对此不作限定。发起寻呼并建立通话通路的具体过程可以是:以被呼叫方设备为第二电子设备200为例,第一电子设备100将携带被呼叫方设备的设备标识的寻呼请求发送给服务器500,服务器500可根据设备标识向第二电子设备200寻址并发起寻呼。第二电子设备200在接收到寻呼后输出来电提示,第二电子设备200接收用于接听来电的用户操作。第二电子设备200向服务器500发送呼叫响应,服务器500建立起第一电子设备100与第二电子设备200之间的通话通路。

具体的,智能手表300、手机B与智能音箱400可连接在相同或不同的局域网上,再通过该局域网连接到数据网络。智能音箱400可检测周围设备发送的信号的接收的信号强度指示(received signal strength indication,RSSI)并获得周围设备的媒体存取控制(media access control,MAC)地址。短距离无线搜索的一种方式是,智能音箱400通过Wi-Fi搜索周围设备发送的广播,检测周围设备发送广播的RSSI和广播携带的MAC地址。智能音箱400可根据周围设备的MAC地址和RSSI来确定在一定距离范围内的设备,即为智能音箱400搜索到的近场设备。该一定距离范围例如是与智能音箱400距离10米范围内。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,与智能音箱400连接在相同的局域网下的设备可以作为智能音箱400搜索到的设备。即短距离无线搜索的一种方式是,家居设备通过Wi-Fi搜索周围设备发送的广播,检测与家居设备连接的Wi-Fi的SSID相同的设备。即家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备信息,包括:家居设备获取与家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备的信息,将与家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备确定为与家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备。
例如,智能手表300、手机B与智能音箱400的Wi-Fi模块均打开。智能手表300和手机B可广播Wi-Fi信号,Wi-Fi信号中携带自身的MAC地址。智能音箱400可扫描Wi-Fi广播信号,将RSSI大于设定阈值的Wi-Fi广播信号对应的设备作为搜索到设备。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可对搜索到的设备进行受信鉴权。具体的,可通过非对称加密技术进行受信鉴权。例如,受信的设备存储有智能音箱400的公钥。智能音箱400可存储与该公钥对应的私钥。智能音箱400可根据MAC地址向搜索到的设备发送该私钥的签名。受信的设备,可通过存储的智能音箱400的公钥验证该私钥的签名,并返回给智能音箱400鉴权结果,指示鉴权通过。其他未存储智能音箱400公钥的设备,返回错误的鉴权结果,指示鉴权未通过。智能音箱400通过该鉴权结果可从搜索到的设备中筛选出鉴权通过的设备。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400对鉴权通过的设备才检测是否包含同一账号下的特定设备。从而,提高了寻呼多个设备的安全性。
本申请实施例中,当智能音箱400和手机B、智能手表300在同一区域内,例如图6B所描述场景,手机B、智能手表300被智能音箱400搜索到后,智能音箱400可对手机B、智能手表300进行受信鉴权。智能手表300向智能音箱400返回鉴权结果。手机B向智能音箱400返回鉴权结果。
S114、智能音箱400检测近场鉴权通过的设备中是否有同账号的手机或智能手表。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可检测鉴权通过的设备中是否有智能音箱400同账号的手机或智能手表。例如,智能音箱400可从鉴权通过的设备获得设备标识。智能音箱400还可以根据自身的设备标识,从服务器500获得与智能音箱400同账号的手机B的设备标识、智能手表300的设备标识。其中,同账号的设备的设备标识,可以是根据账号与设备标识的关联关系获得的。智能音箱400可检测鉴权通过的设备标识中是否包含同账号的手机B的设备标识或者同账号的智能手表300的设备标识。如果鉴权通过的设备标识中包含手机B的设备标识或者智能手表300的设备标识,则表明鉴权通过的设备中包含有与智能音箱400同账号的手机或智能手表。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,手机B、智能手表300可从服务器500获取同账号的智能音箱400的设备标识。手机B、智能手表300可根据同账号的设备标识将自身的设备标识发送给智能音箱300,智能音箱300可检测鉴权通过的设备标识中是否包含同账号的手机B的设备标识或智能手表300的设备标识。如果鉴权通过的设备标识中包含手机B的设备标识或者智能手表300的设备标识,则表明鉴权通过的设备中包含有与智能音箱400同账号的手机或智能手表。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可区分个人设备(例如手机B和智能手表300)和不易随身携带的智能音箱、智能电视,例如智能音箱通过设备标识区分个人设备和不易随身携带的设备。只有当检测到鉴权通过的设备标识中包含同账号的个人设备的标识,智能音箱400才执行步骤S115。而当检测到鉴权通过的设备标识中包含同账号的音箱、智能电视的标识,不包含同账号的个人设备的标识,智能音箱400不进行响应。即本申请实施例中,特定设备是指例如手机B、智能手表300等这些个人设备。
S115、近场中有同账号的手机或智能手表,则智能音箱400输出来电提示。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400输出的来电提示可以是语音提示,例如输出语音“Lisa来电,请选择接听或挂断……”。步骤S115的描述可具体参考图6B所描述场景。
本申请实施例中,该来电提示不限于应用在语音通话和视频通话场景,还可以是语音消息的场景。例如,手机A向手机B、智能手表300和智能音箱400发送文本信息,例如短信。智能音箱400输出的来电提示可以是将该文本信息转换为语音,并播放。
S116、近场中没有同账号的手机和智能手表,则智能音箱400忽略服务器500发起的寻呼。
智能音箱400忽略服务器500发起的寻呼,即智能音箱400对该寻呼不作任何响应。步骤S116的描述可具体参考图6A所描述场景。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤S112中,服务器500向智能音箱400发起的寻呼可携带共振标识,该共振标识指示多个设备被寻呼,这多个设备包含智能音箱400。智能音箱400在检测到服务器500发起的寻呼携带该共振标识时,才执行步骤S113。
图9所描述的呼叫方法中,智能音箱400在接收到寻呼时,可通过Wi-Fi能力检测近场中是否有与智能音箱400关联同一账号的设备。如果有,智能音箱400才输出来电提示。由于智能手表、手机B这些个人设备一般会被用户随身携带,当通过Wi-Fi检测智能手表、手机与智能音箱400之间距离在一定范围内时,才输出来电提示,可减少智能音箱400输出来电提示但用户并不在智能音箱400附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰,或者来电提 示被其他人误接的情况。这样,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,不限于步骤S113~S115中智能音箱400搜索近场设备,还可以是个人设备执行短距离无线搜索,例如手机B或者智能手表300搜索近场设备。具体的,以手机B搜索近场设备为例,服务器500向手机B发起的寻呼中也可携带共振标识。手机B在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可搜索近场设备,例如通过Wi-Fi搜索近场设备,搜索过程参考步骤S113。手机B可对搜索到的近场设备进行受信鉴权,并检测鉴权通过的设备中是否有同账号的智能音箱400。如果存在,手机B可通知该智能音箱400,智能音箱400可根据该通知输出来电提示。
可以理解的,本申请实施例以个人设备为手机B、智能手表300为例进行介绍,但是本申请实施例对此不作限定,个人设备还可以包含其他设备,例如智能手环等。在步骤S105中智能音箱400还可以仅检测鉴权通过的设备中是否包含手机B,或者检测鉴权通过的设备中是否包含智能手表300。
在本申请的一些实施例中,服务器存储第一账号与所述家居设备的标识,与,第二电子设备的标识,与,智能手表的标识的关联关系。该关联关系例如是图1所示示例中表格中示出的账号“136********”与设备标识之间的关联关系。第二电子设备上第一应用和第二应用被卸载之后,该关联关系可仍然存储在服务器上。当第二电子设备以外的电子设备(例如第三电子设备)上安装的AI音箱应用和可穿戴设备APP登陆第一账号时,第三电子设备、智能手表和智能音箱可依然被第一电子设备通过第一账号寻呼。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,第二电子设备上第一应用和第二应用被卸载之后,第二电子设备也可通知服务器删除该关联关系。
下面介绍本申请实施例提供的另一种呼叫方法,该呼叫方法中,第一电子设备100可通过第一账号寻呼多个被呼叫方设备:手机B、智能手表300和智能音箱400。手机B和智能手表300在接收到寻呼时,可向服务器500上报定位信息。智能音箱400在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可从服务器500获取同账号的手机B和智能手表300的定位信息。智能音箱400可根据手机和智能手表300的定位信息检测与智能手表300、第二电子设备200之间的距离是否小于某一距离阈值,即设定阈值。若是,则智能音箱400可输出来电提示。请参阅图10,图10是本申请实施例提供的另一种呼叫方法的流程示意图。如图10所示,以第一电子设备100为手机A,第二电子设备200为手机B为例,该呼叫方法可包含步骤S201~S218。
本申请实施例中步骤S201~S209的描述可参考图9所描述实施例中步骤S101~S109,这里不再赘述。
S210.手机B向服务器500上报定位信息。
本申请实施例中,手机B的用户界面90上的来电同步控件处于打开状态,并且在提示框903接收到作用在允许控件9032的用户操作,手机B接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,才向服务器500上报定位信息。提示框903和用户界面90可参考图4I和图4J的描述。
本申请实施例对手机B定位得到定位信息所采用的方法不作限定,可通过GPS、Wi-Fi、蓝牙等中的一个或多个来实现。在本申请的一些实施例中,手机A在检测到多个设备参与 寻呼时,向服务器500发送的寻呼请求中可携带共振标识,该共振标识指示多个设备被寻呼。服务器500可向手机B、智能手表300和智能音箱400发起寻呼时也携带该共振标识。手机B在接收到的服务器500发起的寻呼中携带共振标识时,才向服务器500上报定位信息。
S211.服务器500向智能手表300寻址并发起寻呼。
S212.智能手表300根据情景模式振铃并显示来电界面。
步骤S211和步骤S212可参考图9所描述呼叫方法中步骤S110和S111的描述。
S213.智能手表300向服务器500上报定位信息。
本申请实施例中,服务器500向智能音箱400发起寻呼的时间可晚于向智能手表300、手机B发起寻呼的时间。这样,服务器500获得智能手表300、手机A的定位信息的时间可早于智能音箱400从服务器500获取智能手表300、手机A的定位信息的时间。
S214.服务器500向智能音箱400寻址并发起寻呼。
S215.智能音箱400从服务器500获取同账号的设备的定位信息。
同账号的设备例如包含在第一账号关联的设备,第一账号关联的设备包含:手机B、智能手表300和智能音箱400。则与智能音箱400同账号的设备可包含手机B和智能手表300。
S216.智能音箱400检测与同账号的设备之间的距离是否小于或等于设定阈值。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可执行定位得到自身定位信息。智能音箱400可根据自身定位信息和从服务器获得的智能手表300的定位信息,检测智能音箱400和智能手表300之间的距离是否小于设定阈值,例如20米。不限于与智能手表300之间的距离,智能音箱400还可检测与以下任一个或两个之间的距离:手机B、智能手表300,并检测距离是否小于或等于该设定阈值。
S217.当与同账号的设备之间的距离小于或等于设定阈值时,智能音箱400输出来电提示。
本申请实施例中,智能音箱400可区分个人设备(例如手机B和智能手表300)和不易随身携带的智能音箱、智能电视。只有当检测到鉴权通过的设备标识中包含同账号的个人设备的标识,智能音箱400才执行步骤S217。而当检测到鉴权通过的设备标识中包含同账号的音箱、智能电视的标识,不包含同账号的个人设备的标识,智能音箱400不进行响应。
S218.当与同账号的设备之间的距离大于设定阈值时,近场中没有同账号的手机和智能手表,则智能音箱400忽略服务器500发起的寻呼。
关于来电提示和忽略寻呼,可参考图9所描述呼叫方法中步骤S115~S116的描述,这里不再赘述。
在本申请的另一些实施例中,当智能音箱400接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,智能音箱400还可以上报自身的定位信息。服务器500可根据智能音箱400、智能手表300和手机B各自的定位信息判断智能音箱400与手机B、智能手表300是否在同一区域,例如距离是否小于设定阈值。然后服务器500可将判断结果通知智能音箱400。当判断结果指示智能音箱400与手机B、智能手表300在同一区域时,智能音箱400输出来电提示。当 判断结果指示智能音箱400与手机B、智能手表300不在同一区域时,智能音箱400忽略服务器500发起的寻呼。
图10所描述的呼叫方法中,在多个被呼叫设备被寻呼时,服务器500向手机B、智能手表300和智能音箱400发起的寻呼中可携带共振标识。手机B和智能手表300在接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可向服务器500上报自身的定位信息。智能音箱400接收到服务器500发起的寻呼时,可从服务器500获得相同账号的智能手表300、手机B的定位信息。智能音箱400可根据自身的定位信息和智能手表300、手机B的定位信息,确定与同账号的设备之间的距离是否小于设定阈值。如果是,智能音箱400才输出来电提示。由于智能手表、手机B这些个人设备一般会被用户随身携带,当检测到智能手表、手机与智能音箱400之间距离在一定范围内时,才输出来电提示,可减少智能音箱400输出来电提示但用户并不在智能音箱400附近时,来电提示对其他人造成干扰,或者来电提示被其他人误接的情况。这样,可以提高寻呼多个设备的便利性。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种呼叫方法,所述方法基于呼叫系统,所述呼叫系统包括第一电子设备、第二电子设备、服务器和家居设备,其特征在于,
    所述第二电子设备安装有所述家居设备对应的第一应用,所述第一应用通过第一账号登陆,所述第一应用用于响应用户操作,使得所述第二电子设备向所述服务器发送所述第一账号与所述家居设备的标识,与,所述第二电子设备的标识的关联关系;
    所述方法包括:
    所述第一电子设备从所述服务器获取所述第一账号与所述家居设备的标识、所述第一电子设备的标识的关联关系;
    所述第一电子设备根据所述关联关系显示呼叫界面,在所述呼叫界面接收用于寻呼所述第一账号的第一用户操作;
    响应于所述第一用户操作,所述第一电子设备向所述服务器发送用于寻呼所述第二电子设备的寻呼请求和用于寻呼所述家居设备的寻呼请求;
    所述服务器分别向所述第二电子设备和所述家居设备发起寻呼,所述寻呼携带共振标识;
    当接收到所述寻呼时,所述第二电子设备输出来电提示;
    当检测到所述寻呼携带所述共振标识时,所述家居设备确定与所述家居设备之间的距离在设定阈值内的设备;
    所述家居设备根据所述关联关系,检测所述设定阈值内的设备中是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,其中,所述同一账号为所述第一账号,所述特定设备包含所述第二电子设备;
    若是,所述家居设备输出来电提示。
  2. 一种呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    家居设备接收服务器发起的寻呼,所述寻呼携带共振标识;
    当检测到所述寻呼携带所述共振标识时,所述家居设备检测与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备;
    当所述设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的所述特定设备时,所述家居设备输出来电提示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备检测与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述家居设备对所述设定阈值内的设备进行受信鉴权,得到鉴权通过的设备;
    所述家居设备检测所述设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,包括:
    所述家居设备检测所述鉴权通过的设备是否包含所述同一账号下的特定设备;
    当所述鉴权通过的设备包含所述同一账号下的特定设备时,所述设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的所述特定设备。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备检测与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,包括:
    所述家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与所述家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备的信息;
    所述家居设备检测所述设定阈值内的设备的信息是否包含同一账号下的特定设备的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与所述家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备信息,包括:
    所述家居设备获取与所述家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备的信息,将所述与所述家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备确定为与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备检测与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,包括:
    所述家居设备从所述服务器获取同一账号下的特定设备的标识;
    所述家居设备检测所述设定阈值内的设备的设备标识是否包含所述特定设备的标识;
    当所述设定阈值内的设备的标识包含所述特定设备的标识时,所述设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的特定设备。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备检测与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备,包括:
    所述家居设备从所述服务器获取与所述家居设备在同一账号下的特定设备的定位信息,所述特定设备的定位信息由所述特定设备在接收到寻呼时发送给所述服务器;
    所述家居设备根据所述特定设备的定位信息,确定所述家居设备与所述特定设备之间的距离是否在设定阈值内。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述同一账号为第一账号,所述特定设备包含第二电子设备;
    其中,所述第一账号与所述家居设备的标识,与,所述第二电子设备的标识的关联关系存储在所述服务器上,所述寻呼是根据所述关联关系向所述家居设备和所述第二电子设备发起的。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述特定设备包含智能手表,所述服务器还存储所述第一账号与所述智能手表的标识的关联关系,所述智能手表接收所述服务器发起的寻呼。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备对应的第一应用在 所述第二电子设备上安装,所述第一应用通过所述第一账号登陆;所述第二电子设备还安装有所述智能手表对应的第二应用,所述第二应用通过所述第一账号登陆。
  11. 根据权利要求2至10任一项所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述家居设备连接到数据网络或者通过局域网连接到所述数据网络,使得所述家居设备与所述服务器建立通信连接。
  12. 一种家居设备,其特征在于,所述家居设备包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    以及一个或多个计算机程序,其中所述一个或多个计算机程序被存储在所述存储器中,所述一个或多个计算机程序包括指令,当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,使得所述家居设备执行以下步骤:
    接收服务器发起的寻呼,所述寻呼携带共振标识;
    当检测到所述寻呼携带所述共振标识时,检测与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备是否包含同一账号下的特定设备;
    当所述设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的所述特定设备时,输出来电提示。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的家居设备,其特征在于,当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,所述家居设备还执行以下步骤:
    对所述设定阈值内的设备进行受信鉴权,得到鉴权通过的设备;
    当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,使得所述家居设备具体执行以下步骤:
    检测所述鉴权通过的设备是否包含所述同一账号下的特定设备;
    当所述鉴权通过的设备包含所述同一账号下的特定设备时,所述设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的所述特定设备。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的家居设备,其特征在于,当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,使得所述家居设备具体执行以下步骤:
    所述家居设备通过短距离无线搜索,获得与所述家居设备的距离在设定阈值内的设备的信息;
    所述家居设备检测所述设定阈值内的设备的信息是否包含同一账号下的特定设备的信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12至14任一项所述的家居设备,其特征在于,当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,使得所述家居设备具体执行以下步骤:
    获取与所述家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备的信息,将所述与所述家居设备处于同一Wi-Fi网络下的设备确定为与所述家居设备之间距离在设定阈值内的设备。
  16. 根据权利要求12至15任一项所述的家居设备,其特征在于,当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,使得所述家居设备具体执行以下步骤:
    从所述服务器获取同一账号下的特定设备的标识;
    检测所述设定阈值内的设备的设备标识是否包含所述特定设备的标识;
    当所述设定阈值内的设备的标识包含所述特定设备的标识时,所述设定阈值内的设备包含同一账号下的特定设备。
  17. 根据权利要求12或13所述的家居设备,其特征在于,当所述指令被所述家居设备执行时,使得所述家居设备具体执行以下步骤:
    从所述服务器获取与所述家居设备在同一账号下的特定设备的定位信息,所述特定设备的定位信息由所述特定设备在接收到寻呼时发送给所述服务器;
    根据所述特定设备的定位信息,确定所述家居设备与所述特定设备之间的距离是否在设定阈值内。
  18. 根据权利要求12至17任一项所述的家居设备,其特征在于,所述同一账号为第一账号,所述特定设备包含第二电子设备;
    其中,所述第一账号与所述家居设备的标识,与,所述第二电子设备的标识的关联关系存储在所述服务器上,所述寻呼是根据所述关联关系向所述家居设备和所述第二电子设备发起的。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的家居设备,其特征在于,所述特定设备包含智能手表,所述服务器还存储所述第一账号与所述智能手表的标识的关联关系,所述智能手表接收所述服务器发起的寻呼。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的家居设备,其特征在于,所述家居设备对应的第一应用在所述第二电子设备上安装,所述第一应用通过所述第一账号登陆;所述第二电子设备还安装有所述智能手表对应的第二应用,所述第二应用通过所述第一账号登陆。
  21. 根据权利要求12至20任一项所述的家居设备,其特征在于,所述家居设备连接到数据网络或者通过局域网连接到所述数据网络,使得所述家居设备与所述服务器建立通信连接。
