一种医用口腔磨削装置,包括装置本体(1),装置本体(1)内设置有气体管道(2)、夹持机构(3)、磨削机构(4);气体管道(2)包括进气管道(21)、出气管道(22)和U型连接管道(23),出气管道(22)上端口处连接有消音器(5);气体管道(2)所在平面与夹持机构(3)所在平面垂直,气体管道(2)下方设置磨削机构(4)。医用口腔磨削装置通过气体管道(2)内的高压气体带动磨削机构(4)的运行,避免在脆弱的口腔环境中使用电力装置而产生漏电的隐患;通过夹持机构(3)固定钢丝,保证磨削的安全性。装置结构简单、可操纵性强、适用于口腔内金属牙套或主钢丝切口的磨削。

Description

一种医用口腔磨削装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种医用口腔磨削装置。
背景技术
牙套又称齿列矫正器或牙箍,是齿列矫正所使用的一种装置,用来校准牙齿至适当的咬合位置。被用来改善咬合不良,包括戽斗、龅牙、哨牙错咬、开咬、牙齿弯曲或其他各式各样的齿颚方面的缺陷等等,其目的是美容或是牙齿结构上的调整,通常会配合其他齿列矫正的装置,可用来拉大上颚或下颚,制造牙齿间的空间;或是改变齿颚的外观。现有的牙套种类大致可以分为:普通钢牙套、舌侧牙套(隐形牙套)、陶瓷牙套、无托槽牙套、自锁牙套(钢自锁、陶瓷自锁)等。其中钢性牙套因其性价比高,使用最为普遍。但是在使用钢性牙套时,一般会配合使用钢丝来紧固刚性牙套,但是钢丝的切口过于锋利,并且难以处理,在口腔中使用时非常容易伤到口腔内部软组织,对口腔造成一定的伤害。
因此为了解决这一问题,发明一种用于打磨金属牙套或主钢丝切口的医用口腔磨削装置具有积极的意义。而关于这种医用口腔磨削装置目前还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题而提供一种医用口腔磨削装置,解决因金属牙套或主钢丝切口处过于锋利,而导致口腔软组织损伤的问题,通过对切口进行磨削从而避免口腔内部软组织二次损伤的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种医用口腔磨削装置,包括装置本体,上述装置本体内部为中空结构,上述装置本体上端面对称设置有两个开孔、下端面为开口设计;上述装置本体内设置有气体管道、夹持机构、磨削机构,上述夹持机构的夹持端口通过装置本体下端的开口伸出装置本体外,上述磨削机构位于上述装置本体内部下端开口处;上述装置本体内设置有气体管道、夹持机构、磨削机构;上述气体管道包括进气管道、出气管道和U型连接管道,上述进气管道和出气管道的下端口分别与U型连接管道的两个端口固定连接、上端口分别穿过装置本体上端面开孔伸出上述装置本体外;上述出气管道上端口处为外螺纹并螺纹连接有消音器;上述气体管道所在平面与夹持机构所在平面垂直;上述磨削机构包括转动设于U型连接管道内部的涡轮扇和与其传动相连的 多个打磨头;上述各打磨头均位于U型连接管道下方;当上述夹持机构进行待磨削切口部分夹持时,其夹持端口与打磨头位置相对应。
上述消音器包括内管道和外管道,上述内管道与上述外管道一体而成,上述内管道包括进气口I和管道I,上述外管道包括进气口II、管道II和出气口,上述管道I通过上述进气口II插入上述管道II内;上述管道I上设有多个气孔,多个气孔连通上述内管道的内部和上述外管道的内部;上述管道I的外径与上述进气口II的内径相适配,上述进气口I的内径大于上述进气口II的内径;上述进气口I为内螺纹,上述内螺纹与上述出气管道上端口处外螺纹相适配。
上述夹持机构包括夹持部、与夹持部固定连接的活动部,上述夹持部包括夹体I、夹体II及铰接轴,上述铰接轴穿过上述夹体I及上述夹体II的一端,上述铰接轴两端固定在上述装置本体内壁上;上述活动部包括活动杆I、活动杆II,上述活动杆I下端固定连接上述夹体I,上述活动杆II下端固定连接上述夹体II;上述活动杆I和活动杆II上端均固定连接有穿过并伸出装置本体的推动杆;上述活动杆I和活动杆II之间通过弹簧弹性连接。
上述夹体I与铰接轴连接的一端设置有凸块,上述夹体II与铰接轴连接的一端设置有与上述凸块相适配的凹槽;上述凸块上设置有通孔I,上述凹槽两侧壁上对应设置有通孔II;上述夹体I和夹体II配合安装时,上述通孔I与上述通孔II同轴,上述铰接轴穿过上述通孔I和通孔II且铰接轴两端固定在装置本体内壁上;上述铰接轴上固定设置有限位块,上述限位块位于上述夹体II上凹槽的两侧;上述限位块口径大于上述通孔II口径。
上述夹体I和夹体II远离铰接轴的一端端口均为弧形,上述端口弧形内侧设置有弹性体,上述弹性体为海绵或橡胶;弹簧自然状态下使得上述夹体I与上述夹体II相互靠近;上述夹体I及上述夹体II均为弧形,上述夹体I与上述夹体II闭合时呈环形;上述夹体I及上述夹体II对称设置;上述夹体I与上述夹体II闭合时,上述夹体I和夹体II远离铰接轴的端口闭合形成椭圆或圆形通孔。
上述铰接轴位于上述U型连接管道的U型开口内,上述夹体I和夹体II远离铰接轴的一端位于上述U型连接管道的下方。
上述磨削机构包括涡轮扇、齿轮传动组件、多个打磨头;上述涡轮扇可转动设置在上述U型连接管道内底部,上述涡轮扇下方连接有主转轴,上述主转轴 下端穿过上述U型连接管道连接上述齿轮传动组件;上述齿轮传动组件包括齿轮I、与上述齿轮I啮合并沿齿轮I周侧均匀分布的两个齿轮II、两个锥齿轮I以及通过固定杆固定在装置本体内并分别与锥齿轮I啮合的两个锥齿轮II,上述齿轮I上端连接上述主转轴、下端固定连接有转杆,上述转杆底端固定安装有打磨头I,上述打磨头I为内凹型磨头,上述打磨头I设有蓄尘孔;上述各齿轮II下端均通过转轴连接上述锥齿轮I,上述锥齿轮I与上述锥齿轮II啮合,上述锥齿轮II一端与固定在装置本体内的固定杆转动连接、另一端固定连接有磨头杆,上述磨头杆顶端设置有打磨头II,上述打磨头II顶端半径小于其根部半径,上述打磨头II顶端设有蓄尘孔;上述打磨头II位于上述打磨头I下方0.2-0.5mm处。
上述转杆的中心轴与上述转轴的中心轴平行,上述转轴的中心轴与相对应的上述磨头杆的中心轴之间形成60-80°的夹角。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种医用口腔磨削装置,通过进入气体管道的高压气体带动涡轮扇旋转,为齿轮传动组件提供动力,带动磨头的工作,避免在脆弱的口腔环境中使用电力装置而产生漏电的隐患;在使用本发明装置时通过夹持机构固定钢丝,保证磨削的安全性,实现精准磨削;内凹型打磨头I和多个打磨头II可以有效去除不同方向的钢丝切口上的锋利断面,保护使用人员的口腔健康;气体经出气管道流出时,需经过管道I上均匀分布的气孔流出至外管道的内部,气孔的设置对进入管道I内的气流的流向产生紊流作用,避免气流产生激速流,使噪音大大减少。本发明结构简单、可操纵性强、适用于口腔内金属牙套或主钢丝切口的磨削。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供的一种医用口腔磨削装置,如图1、2所示包括装置本体1,装置本体1内部为中空结构,装置本体1上端面对称设置有两个开孔、下端面为开口设计;装置本体1内设置有气体管道2、夹持机构3、磨削机构4,磨削机构4设置于气体管道2下方,气体管道2与磨削机构4处于同一平面内并与夹持机构3所处平面垂直;气体管道2包括进气管道21、出气管道22和U型连接管道23,进气管道21和出气管道22的下端口分别与U型连接管道23的两个端口固定连接、上端口分别穿过装置本体1上端面的对应开孔伸出装置本体1外;出气管道22上端口处设有外螺纹并通过螺纹连接有消音器5;消音器5包括内管道51和外管道52,内管道51与外管道52一体成型,内管道51包括相连的进气口I511和管道I512,外管道52包括相连的进气口II521、管道II522和出气口523,进气口II521呈扩口状,前端开口处内径小于进气口I511的外径且大于管道I512的外径;管道I512头端与进气口I511相通,尾端密闭;管道I512通过进气口II521插入管道II522内;管道I512上设有多个气孔,通过多个气孔连通内管道51的内部和外管道52的内部;管道I512的外径与进气口II521的内径相适配,进气口I511的内径大于进气口II521的内径;进气口I511上设有内螺纹,内螺纹与出气管道22上端口处外螺纹相适配。气流从进气管道21经U型连接管道23后从出气管道22端口进入消音器5,气流从内管道51的进气口I511进入管道I512后,沿着管道I512上的多个气孔流出至外管道52的管道II522内部后,从外管道52的出气口523流出,气流经过管道I512上均匀分布的气孔后,噪音大大减少,对进入内管道51的管道I512内的气流的流向产生紊流作用,避免气流产生 激速流,使得消音效果好。
夹持机构3包括夹持部、与夹持部固定连接的活动部,夹持部包括夹体I31、夹体II32及铰接轴33,铰接轴33穿过夹体I31及夹体II32的一端,铰接轴33两端固定在装置本体1内壁上;夹体I31与铰接轴33连接的一端设置有凸块,夹体II32与铰接轴33连接的一端设置有与凸块相适配的凹槽;凸块上设置有通孔I,凹槽两侧壁上对应设置有通孔II;夹体I31和夹体II32配合安装时,通孔I与通孔II同轴,铰接轴33穿过通孔I和通孔II且铰接轴33两端固定在装置本体1内壁上;铰接轴33上固定设置有限位块331,限位块331位于夹体II32上凹槽的两侧,起到固定夹持机构位置的作用,防止夹体I31、夹体II32在铰接轴33上的滑动;夹体I31和夹体II32远离铰接轴33的一端端口均为弧形,且此夹体I31和夹体II32端口通过装置本体1下端的开口伸出装置本体外,弧形端口内侧设置有弹性体,弹性体为海绵或橡胶;夹体I31及夹体II32均为弧形,夹体I31与夹体II32闭合时整体呈环形;夹体I31及夹体II32对称设置,且夹体I31和夹体II32远离铰接轴33的弧形端口闭合形成椭圆或圆形通孔,通过椭圆或圆形通孔内侧的弹性体固定钢丝,保证在使用装置时的安全性;铰接轴33位于U型连接管道23的U型开口内,夹体I31和夹体II32远离铰接轴33的一端位于U型连接管道23的下方;活动部包括活动杆I34、活动杆II35,活动杆I34下端固定连接夹体I31,活动杆II35下端固定连接夹体II32;活动杆I34和活动杆II35上端均固定连接有穿过并伸出装置本体1的推动杆36;活动杆I34和活动杆II35中部之间通过弹簧37弹性连接;弹簧37自然状态下使得夹体I31与夹体II32相互靠近;手握装置本体1,通过按压推动杆36,使得夹体I31与夹体II32相互分离,用于夹紧钢丝,此时弹簧37处于压缩状态,夹住钢丝后,松开推动杆36,弹簧37恢复自然状态,夹体I31与夹体II32相互靠近夹紧钢丝。
磨削机构4包括涡轮扇41、齿轮传动组件、多个打磨头;装置本体1内设置有固定磨削机构4的固定板;涡轮扇41可转动设置在U型连接管道23内底部,涡轮扇41下方连接有主转轴411,主转轴411下端穿过U型连接管道23和固定板连接齿轮传动组件;齿轮传动组件包括齿轮I42、与齿轮I42啮合并沿齿轮I42周侧均匀分布的两个齿轮II43、两个锥齿轮I44以及通过固定杆6固定在装置本体1内并分别与锥齿轮I44啮合的两个锥齿轮II45,齿轮I42上端连接主 转轴411、下端固定连接有转杆421,转杆421底端固定安装有打磨头I,打磨头I为内凹型磨头,打磨头I设有蓄尘孔;各齿轮II43上端转动固定在所述固定板上、下端均通过转轴431连接锥齿轮I44,锥齿轮I44与锥齿轮II45啮合,锥齿轮II45一端与固定在装置本体1内的固定杆6转动连接、另一端固定连接有磨头杆451,磨头杆451顶端设置有打磨头II,打磨头II顶端半径小于其根部半径,打磨头II顶端设有蓄尘孔;打磨头II位于打磨头I下方0.2-0.5mm处;转杆421的中心轴与转轴431的中心轴平行,转轴431的中心轴与相对应的磨头杆451的中心轴之间形成60-80°的夹角。通过高压气体带动涡轮扇41的转动,通过主转轴411与涡轮扇41连接的齿轮I42运行,齿轮I42的运行带动转杆421的转动,固定安装在转杆421底端的打磨头I开始磨削工作;同时与齿轮I42啮合的两个齿轮II43均开始转动,齿轮II43下端通过转轴431连接的锥齿轮I44也开始运行,与此同时,与锥齿轮I44啮合的锥齿轮II45运行,锥齿轮II45的运行带动与其固定连接的磨头杆451的转动,设置在磨头杆451顶端的打磨头II开始磨削工作。
本发明一种医用口腔磨削装置在使用时,将高压气体与进气管道21连接,手握装置本体1,通过按压推动杆36,使得夹体I31与夹体II32相互分离,用于夹紧带有切口的钢丝,此时弹簧37处于压缩状态,夹住钢丝后,松开推动杆36,弹簧37恢复自然状态,夹体I31与夹体II32相互靠近夹紧钢丝;通过高压气体带动U型连接管道23内的涡轮扇41的运行,通过主转轴411与涡轮扇41连接的齿轮I42运行,齿轮I42的运行带动转杆421的转动,固定安装在转杆421底端的打磨头I开始磨削工作;同时与齿轮I42啮合的两个齿轮II43均开始转动,齿轮II43下端通过转轴431连接的锥齿轮I44也开始运行,与此同时,与锥齿轮I44啮合的锥齿轮II45运行,锥齿轮II45的运行带动与其固定连接的磨头杆451的转动,设置在磨头杆451顶端的打磨头II开始磨削工作;通过对带有切口的钢丝进行磨削使其光滑,避免了过于锋利而导致口腔软组织损伤的问题。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:包括装置本体(1),所述装置本体(1)内部为中空结构,所述装置本体(1)上端面对称设置有两个开孔、下端面为开口设计;所述装置本体(1)内设置有气体管道(2)、夹持机构(3)、磨削机构(4),所述夹持机构(3)的夹持端口通过装置本体(1)下端的开口伸出装置本体(1)外,所述磨削机构(4)位于所述装置本体(1)内部下端开口处;所述气体管道(2)包括进气管道(21)、出气管道(22)和U型连接管道(23),所述进气管道(21)和出气管道(22)的下端口分别与U型连接管道(23)的两个端口固定连接、上端口分别穿过装置本体(1)上端面开孔伸出所述装置本体(1)外;所述出气管道(22)上端口处为外螺纹并螺纹连接有消音器(5);所述气体管道(2)所在平面与夹持机构(3)所在平面垂直;所述磨削机构(4)包括转动设于U型连接管道(23)内部的涡轮扇(41)和与其传动相连的多个打磨头;所述各打磨头均位于U型连接管道(23)下方;当所述夹持机构(3)进行待磨削切口部分夹持时,其夹持端口与打磨头位置相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述消音器(5)包括内管道(51)和外管道(52),所述内管道(51)与所述外管道(52)一体而成,所述内管道(51)包括进气口I(511)和管道I(512),所述外管道(52)包括进气口II(521)、管道II(522)和出气口(523),所述管道I(512)通过所述进气口II(521)插入所述管道II(522)内;所述管道I(512)上设有多个气孔,多个气孔连通所述内管道(51)的内部和所述外管道(52)的内部;所述管道I(512)的外径与所述进气口II(521)的内径相适配,所述进气口I(511)的内径大于所述进气口II(521)的内径;所述进气口I(511)为内螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述出气管道(22)上端口处外螺纹相适配。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述夹持机构(3)包括夹持部、与夹持部固定连接的活动部,所述夹持部包括夹体I(31)、夹体II(32)及铰接轴(33),所述铰接轴(33)穿过所述夹体I(31)及所述夹体II(32)的一端,所述铰接轴(33)两端固定在所述装置本体(1)内壁上;所述活动部包括活动杆I(34)、活动杆II(35),所述活动杆I(34)下端固定连接所述夹体I(31),所述活动杆II(35)下端固定连接所述夹体II(32);所述活动杆I(34)和活动杆II(35)上端均固定连接有穿过并伸出装置本体(1)的推动杆(36);所述活动杆 I(34)和活动杆II(35)之间通过弹簧(37)弹性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述夹体I(31)与铰接轴(33)连接的一端设置有凸块,所述夹体II(32)与铰接轴(33)连接的一端设置有与所述凸块相适配的凹槽;所述凸块上设置有通孔I,所述凹槽两侧壁上对应设置有通孔II;所述夹体I(31)和夹体II(32)配合安装时,所述通孔I与所述通孔II同轴,所述铰接轴(33)穿过所述通孔I和通孔II且铰接轴(33)两端固定在装置本体(1)内壁上;所述铰接轴(33)上固定设置有限位块(331),所述限位块(331)位于所述夹体II(32)上凹槽的两侧;所述限位块(331)口径大于所述通孔II口径。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述夹体I(31)和夹体II(32)远离铰接轴(33)的一端端口均为弧形,所述端口弧形内侧设置有弹性体,所述弹性体为海绵或橡胶;弹簧(37)自然状态下使得所述夹体I(31)与所述夹体II(32)相互靠近;所述夹体I(31)及所述夹体II(32)均为弧形,所述夹体I(31)与所述夹体II(32)闭合时呈环形;所述夹体I(31)及所述夹体II(32)对称设置;所述夹体I(31)与所述夹体II(32)闭合时,所述夹体I(31)和夹体II(32)远离铰接轴(33)的端口闭合形成椭圆或圆形通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述铰接轴(33)位于所述U型连接管道(23)的U型开口内,所述夹体I(31)和夹体II(32)远离铰接轴(33)的一端位于所述U型连接管道(23)的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述磨削机构(4)包括涡轮扇(41)、齿轮传动组件、多个打磨头;所述涡轮扇(41)可转动设置在所述U型连接管道(23)内底部,所述涡轮扇(41)下方连接有主转轴(411),所述主转轴(411)下端穿过所述U型连接管道(23)连接所述齿轮传动组件;所述齿轮传动组件包括齿轮I(42)、与所述齿轮I(42)啮合并沿齿轮I(42)周侧均匀分布的两个齿轮II(43)、两个锥齿轮I(44)以及通过固定杆(6)固定在装置本体(1)内并分别与锥齿轮I(44)啮合的两个锥齿轮II(45),所述齿轮I(42)上端连接所述主转轴(411)、下端固定连接有转杆(421),所述转杆(421)底端固定安装有打磨头I,所述打磨头I为内凹型磨头,所述打磨头I设有蓄尘孔;所述各齿轮II(43)下端均通过转轴(431)连接所述锥齿轮I(44),所述锥齿轮I(44) 与所述锥齿轮II(45)啮合,所述锥齿轮II(45)一端与固定在装置本体(1)内的固定杆(6)转动连接、另一端固定连接有磨头杆(451),所述磨头杆(451)顶端设置有打磨头II,所述打磨头II顶端半径小于其根部半径,所述打磨头II顶端设有蓄尘孔;所述打磨头II位于所述打磨头I下方0.2-0.5mm处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种医用口腔磨削装置,其特征在于:所述转杆(421)的中心轴与所述转轴(431)的中心轴平行,所述转轴(431)的中心轴与相对应的所述磨头杆(451)的中心轴之间形成60-80°的夹角。
