为了解决已有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决已有技术中室内侧冷媒管路的接头易拆卸的问题。本发明一实施例提供一种防拆卸管接头,包括接管螺母和接管螺栓,所述接管螺栓包括连接部和装卸部,所述接管螺母套设在所述连接部的外表面且与所述连接部固定连接,所述接管螺母和装卸部的外表面均为光滑曲面,所述接管螺母和装卸部中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件,所述装卸件可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述装卸件为设置在所述接管螺母的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述装卸件为设置在所述装卸部的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述装卸件包括设置在所述接管螺母的外表面的凸起或凹槽以及设置在所述装卸部的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述装卸件的数量为多个,多个所述装卸件沿所述管接头的周向均匀分布。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述光滑曲面为圆柱面、圆锥面或椭圆柱面。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述接管螺母的内表面设有内螺纹,所述装卸部的外表面设有外螺纹,所述接管螺母和接管螺栓通过所述内螺纹和外螺纹的配合连接固定。
如上所述的防拆卸管接头,可选地,所述接管螺栓上还设有管道连接部,所述管道连接部位于所述装卸部朝向所述接管螺母的一侧,所述管道连接部的外表面呈锥面,且所述锥面的小直径端背离所述装卸部;所述接管螺母的内表面设有与所述管道连接部相适配的锥面段。
本发明另一实施例提供一种防拆卸管接头组件,包括第一冷媒连接管、第二冷媒连接管以及如上任一所述的防拆卸管接头,所述第一冷媒连接管和第二冷媒连接管通过所述防拆卸管接头固定连接。
本发明再一实施例提供一种空调,包括空调外机和空调内机,所述空调内机和空调外机采用如上所述的防拆卸管接头组件互相连接。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明提供的防拆卸管接头、防拆卸管接头组件及空调,该防拆卸管接头包括接管螺母和接管螺栓,接管螺栓包括连接部和装卸部,接管螺母套设在连接部的外表面且与连接部固定连接,接管螺母和装卸部的外表面均为光滑曲面,接管螺母和装卸部中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件,装卸件可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸。通过上述设置,由于接管螺母和装卸部的外表面均为光滑曲面,因此采用已有技术中的扳手将无法受力,从而达到防拆卸的目的,避免误拆卸造成冷媒泄漏而带来的危害;接管螺母和装卸部中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件,装卸件可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸,由此可以保证管接头的正常安装以及日常检修维护的需求。

在本发明实施例的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“内”、“外”、“上”、“底”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或者位置关系(若有的话)为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或者暗示所指的装置或者元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面阐述本发明实施例提供的一种空调内机及空调的优选技术方案。
实施例一
图1是本发明一实施例提供的防拆卸管接头的示意图;图2是图1的A-A向剖视图;请参照图1-图2。
本实施例提供一种防拆卸管接头,包括接管螺母100和接管螺栓200,接管螺栓200包括连接部210和装卸部220,接管螺母100套设在连接部210的外表面且与连接部210固定连接,接管螺母100和装卸部220的外表面均为光滑曲面,接管螺母100和装卸部220中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件300,装卸件300可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸。
具体的,本实施例的防拆卸管接头可用于空调中冷媒管路之间的连接,本领域技术人员清楚的是,本实施例的防拆卸管接头还可以用于其他需要设置防拆卸功能的管路之间的连接。
防拆卸管接头包括接管螺母100和接管螺栓200,接管螺母100的一端和接管螺栓200的一端均连接一条冷媒连接管,接管螺母100的另一端与接 管螺栓200的另一端固定连接,从而实现两条冷媒连接管之间的连通,以使冷媒能够在两个不同的部件中实现交替循环。
接管螺栓200包括连接部210和装卸部220,其中,连接部210位于接管螺栓200靠近接管螺母100的一侧。接管螺母100套设在连接部210的外表面且与连接部210固定连接,具体的固定连接方式可以采用螺纹连接,例如,可以在接管螺母100的内表面设有内螺纹,可以在装卸部220的外表面设有外螺纹,接管螺母100和接管螺栓200通过内螺纹和外螺纹的配合连接固定。内螺纹具体可以设置在接管螺母100内表面的螺纹段110上,螺纹段110设置在接管螺母100靠近接管螺栓200的一侧。
接管螺母200与接管螺栓200连接固定后,装卸部220位于接管螺纹200的外侧,接管螺母200的外表面和装卸部220的外表面均暴露在外界环境中。本实施例中,接管螺母100和装卸部220的外表面均为光滑曲面,从而使得已有技术中的扳手等工具无法在接管螺母100和装卸部220的外表面上找到受力面,进而无法对管接头进行安装和拆卸,从而使本实施例的管接头不易拆卸,以达到防拆卸的目的。
进一步地,为了保证管接头的正常安装和日常维护的拆卸需求,可以在接管螺母100和装卸部220中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件300,装卸件300可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸。装卸件300具体可以是设置在光滑曲面上的凹槽或凸起等结构。
本实施例的管接头在使用时,可以先将接管螺母100和接管螺栓200与对应的冷媒连接管连接固定,然后将接管螺栓200上的连接部210插入接管螺母100的内部,利用专用的安装拆卸工具对准接管螺母100和/或装卸部220外表面的装卸件300,以使安装拆卸工具能够将力传递至接管螺母100和/或装卸部220上,转动安装拆卸工具使得接管螺母100与接管螺栓200螺纹连接固定。当需要拆卸时,可以让专业的维修人员利用特定的安装拆卸工具对管接头进行拆卸。
通过上述描述可知,本实施例管接头由于需要使用专用的配套安装工具进行安装和拆卸,因此在专业人员安装固定后能够起到防止意外拆卸或恶意紧固的效果,从而降低了冷媒泄漏的风险。此外,本实施例的管接头无需设置外部防护罩等零件即可实现防拆卸,结构简单,成本低。
本实施例提供一种防拆卸管接头,包括接管螺母100和接管螺栓200,接管螺栓200包括连接部210和装卸部220,接管螺母100套设在连接部210的外表面且与连接部210固定连接,接管螺母100和装卸部220的外表面均为光滑曲面,接管螺母100和装卸部220中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件300,装卸件300可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸。通过上述设置,由于接管螺母100和装卸部220的外表面均为光滑曲面,因此采用已有技术中的扳手将无法受力,从而达到防拆卸的目的,避免误拆卸造成冷媒泄漏而带来的危害;接管螺母100和装卸部220中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件300,装卸件300可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸,由此可以保证管接头的正常安装以及日常检修维护的需求。
在一个可选地实施方式中,本实施例的装卸件300可以为设置在接管螺母100的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
在本实施方式中接管螺母100的外表面设有凸起或凹槽,装卸部220的外表面仍为光滑曲面。当需要将接管螺母100与接管螺栓200连接固定或拆卸时,可以利用专用的安装拆卸工具与接管螺母100上的凹槽或凸起相配合,以使安装拆卸工具施加的力能够传递至接管螺母100上,可以用手或其他工具将接管螺栓200夹持固定,以防止其转动,向安装拆卸工具施加作用力直至接管螺母100与接管螺栓200连接到位或完全分离。
在另一个可选地实施方式中,装卸件300为设置在装卸部220的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
在本实施方式中装卸部220的外表面设有凸起或凹槽,接管螺母100的外表面仍为光滑曲面。当需要将接管螺母100与接管螺栓200连接固定或拆 卸时,可以利用专用的安装拆卸工具与装卸部220上的凹槽或凸起相配合,以使安装拆卸工具施加的力能够传递至接管螺栓200上,可以用手或其他工具将接管螺母100夹持固定,以防止其转动,向安装拆卸工具施加作用力直至接管螺母100与接管螺栓200连接到位或完全分离。
在再一个可选地实施方式中,装卸件300包括设置在接管螺母100的外表面的凸起或凹槽以及设置在装卸部220的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
在本实施方式中接管螺母100与装卸部220的外表面均设有凸起或凹槽。当需要将接管螺母100与接管螺栓200连接固定或拆卸时,可以利用专用的安装拆卸工具分别与接管螺母100和装卸部220上的凹槽或凸起相配合,以使安装拆卸工具施加的力能够传递至接管螺栓200和装卸部220上,向接管螺母100和装卸部220上的安装拆卸工具分别施加相反的作用力直至接管螺母100与接管螺栓200连接到位或完全分离。与上述两种实施方式相比,本实施方式能够更加快速的完成接管螺母100和接管螺栓200的安装或拆卸。
进一步可选的,本实施例中的装卸件220的数量可以为多个,多个装卸件沿管接头的周向均匀分布,这样可以提高安装拆卸工具与接管螺母100或接管螺栓200的接触面积,从而更加利于安装和拆卸。
在本实施例中,上述光滑曲面可以为圆柱面、圆锥面或椭圆柱面等结构,优选地,光滑曲面可以为圆柱面,圆柱面可以保证表面与安装拆卸工具接触时,在各处的受力情况相等。
进一步地,为便于实现两条冷媒连接管的对接,提高连接后的密封性,本实施例的接管螺栓200上还设有管道连接部230,管道连接部230位于装卸部220朝向接管螺母100的一侧,管道连接部230的外表面呈锥面,且锥面的小直径端背离装卸部220;接管螺母100的内表面设有与管道连接部230相适配的锥面段120。当连接冷媒管道时,管道连接部230的小直径端可插入冷媒管道的开口端,并伸入仅冷媒管道一定的距离,从而保证了连接的密封性。
实施例二
图3是本发明一实施例提供的防拆卸管接头组件的示意图;图4是图3的B-B向剖视图;请参照图3-图4。
本实施例提供一种防拆卸管接头组件,包括第一冷媒连接管400、第二冷媒连接管500以及如上实施例一所述的防拆卸管接头,第一冷媒连接管400和第二冷媒连接管500通过防拆卸管接头固定连接。
具体的,第一冷媒连接管400与接管螺母100固定连接,二者的固定连接方式可以采用螺纹连接、焊接等;第二冷媒连接管500与接管螺栓200固定连接,二者的固定连接方式可以采用螺纹连接、焊接等;防拆卸管接头的具体结构以及连接方式已在上述实施例一中做出了详细描述,此处不再赘述。
通过上述设置,本实施例的防拆卸管接头组件能够起到防止意外拆卸或恶意紧固的效果,从而降低了冷媒泄漏的风险。此外,本实施例的防拆卸管接头组件无需设置外部防护罩等零件即可实现防拆卸,结构简单,成本低。
实施例三
本发明再一实施例提供一种空调,包括空调外机和空调内机,空调内机和空调外机采用如上实施例二所述的防拆卸管接头组件互相连接。
具体的,本实施例的空调包括设置在空调外机内的压缩机、冷凝器以及设置在空调内机内的蒸发器等零部件,冷凝器与蒸发器之间在空调室内侧通过上述实施例二所述的防拆卸管接头组件互相连接,从而实现冷媒在空调内的循环。
通过上述设置,本实施例的空调中连接冷凝器与蒸发器的管接头能够起到防止意外拆卸或恶意紧固的效果,从而降低了冷媒泄漏的风险。此外,本实施例无需设置外部防护罩等零件即可实现防拆卸,结构简单,成本低。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通 技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,包括接管螺母和接管螺栓,所述接管螺栓包括连接部和装卸部,所述接管螺母套设在所述连接部的外表面且与所述连接部固定连接,所述接管螺母和装卸部的外表面均为光滑曲面,所述接管螺母和装卸部中至少一个的外表面上设有装卸件,所述装卸件可与配套的拆装工具连接以实现管接头的安装和拆卸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述装卸件为设置在所述接管螺母的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述装卸件为设置在所述装卸部的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述装卸件包括设置在所述接管螺母的外表面的凸起或凹槽以及设置在所述装卸部的外表面的凸起或凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述装卸件的数量为多个,多个所述装卸件沿所述管接头的周向均匀分布。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述光滑曲面为圆柱面、圆锥面或椭圆柱面。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述接管螺母的内表面设有内螺纹,所述装卸部的外表面设有外螺纹,所述接管螺母和接管螺栓通过所述内螺纹和外螺纹的配合连接固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防拆卸管接头,其特征在于,所述接管螺栓上还设有管道连接部,所述管道连接部位于所述装卸部朝向所述接管螺母的一侧,所述管道连接部的外表面呈锥面,且所述锥面的小直径端背离所述装卸部;所述接管螺母的内表面设有与所述管道连接部相适配的锥面段。
  9. 一种防拆卸管接头组件,其特征在于,包括第一冷媒连接管、第二冷媒连接管以及如权利要求1-8中任一所述的防拆卸管接头,所述第一冷媒连接管和第二冷媒连接管通过所述防拆卸管接头固定连接。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括空调外机和空调内机,所述空调内机和空调外机采用如权利要求9所述的防拆卸管接头组件互相连接。
