具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,包括第一装饰板1、面板单元2以及用于固定在建筑物固定单元上并安装第一装饰板1以及面板单元2的第一安装模组3,第一安装模组3上设有面板单元安装槽以及装饰板安装槽5,第一安装模组3包括隔热材料制成的第一安装条6以及连接第一安装条6与固定单元上的连接型材组,第一安装条6为塑 木制件,塑木材料机械性能好,且耐火、耐潮以及保温,第一装饰板1优选为铝合金板,表面可进行多种处理以展示不同的外观效果,面板单元可以选用玻璃面板,增加透光率,也可以选用其他面板。在固定单元上设置两组第一安装模组3,第一装饰板1覆盖在固定单元的表面且第一装饰板1的两端分别设在两组第一安装模组3的装饰板安装槽5中,可以有效对固定单元的外表面的第一装饰板1进行固定,且固定单元从两个方向上设置有面板单元2,与相邻的两固定单元进行连接形成墙体,面板单元2的边缘位置设有减震垫80并安装在面板单元安装槽中。在本实施例中,墙体固定单元分为外墙中间立柱7、外墙边缘立柱8、楼板横梁9以及室内立柱,作为承重部分,固定单元为钢型材,钢型材强度高,无需再进行混凝土浇筑。
如图2所示,在外墙中间立柱7处,两组第一安装模组3分别设在外墙中间立柱7室外侧的两个边角处,第一安装条6内侧形成截面为L形的安装部,第一安装条6通过安装部抵靠在外墙中间立柱7的边角处,第一装饰板1覆盖在外墙中间立柱7的室外侧且与外墙中间立柱7的外表面间隔设置,面板单元安装槽的槽口朝向第一安装模组3远离外墙中间立柱7一侧。
为进一步提高外墙中间立柱7室内侧的装饰效果,外墙中间立柱7后端两边角处设置有第二安装模组10,第二安装模组10包括第二安装条11和两个第三直角型材12,两第三直角型材12分别设在第二安装条11的两端边缘位置,第三直角型材12的一端与外墙中间立柱7固定,第三直角型材12的伸出端形成第三压板并将第二安装条11压设在外墙中间立柱7上,也以在第三压板的端部向内折形成内插板,进一步提高连接强度;第二安装模组10与相邻的第一安装模组3之间以及两相邻的第二安装模组10之间设有第二装饰板13,第二装饰板13覆盖在外墙中间立柱7的表面,位于第二安装模组10与第一安装模组3之间的第二装饰板13,其两端分别固定在第二安装模组10与第一安装模组3上,位于两第二安装模组10之间的第二装饰板13,其两端分别固定在两第二安装模组10上,此处可以采用紧固件固定,第二安装条44相对外墙中间立柱的另一侧卡接有第二挡条90,用于覆盖在第二安装条11的外表面,并且挡住紧固件,提高美观性采用上述技术方案,对外墙中间立柱7的其余三个侧面覆盖第二装饰板13形成断桥隔热结构,能够进一步提高保温性能,增加外墙中间立柱7内侧的美观性。采用上述技术方案,对外墙中间立柱7的其余三个侧面覆盖第二装饰板13形成断桥隔热结构,能够进一步提高保温性能,同时增加外墙中间立柱7内侧的美观性。
如图3所示,在外墙边缘立柱8处,两组第一安装模组3分别设在外墙边缘立柱8 室外侧处于对角位置的两个边角处,第一装饰板1覆盖在外墙边缘立柱8的室外侧,第一装饰板1采用拐角设计,面板单元安装槽的槽口朝向第一安装模组3远离外墙边缘立柱8一侧。
作为另外一种形式的外墙边缘立柱8,如图7所示,外墙边缘立柱8包括柱体50和平行于柱体50设置且截面为L形的柱板组件,柱板组件包括相互垂直的两柱板51,两柱板51分别与柱体50靠近室内的两个侧面相贴;两组第一安装模组3分别设在两柱板51相互远离的一端,面板单元2垂直于其所靠近的柱板51,第一装饰板1截面为L形,第一装饰板1的两端分别设在两第一安装模组3的装饰板安装槽5中并与柱板组件形成矩形的封闭空间;柱板组件位于室内一侧覆盖有第六装饰板52,第六装饰板52平行于柱板组件,两柱板51连接处的室内侧设有第三安装条53,第六装饰板52在转角处支撑在第三安装条53上,第六装饰板52的两端分别封挡住两第一安装条6上的紧固件。第一装饰板1以及第六装饰板52具有装饰和隔热的作用。
如图5所示,在楼板横梁9处,楼板横梁9包括梁体54和分别包裹梁体54上部和下部的上梁板组件以及下梁板组件,上梁板组件包括覆盖在梁体54上表面的第一梁板55、覆盖在梁体54内侧面的第二梁板56以及连接在第二梁板56底端并向内水平延伸的第三梁板57,第二梁板56和第三梁板57之间为混凝土楼板浇筑区58;下梁板组件包括分别与第一梁板55、第二梁板56以及第三梁板57上下对称设置的第四梁板59、第五梁板60以及第六梁板61;第一梁板55和第二梁板56连接的边角处、第四梁板59和第五梁板60连接的边角处、第五梁板60和第六梁板61连接的边角处、以及第六梁板61远离第五梁板60一端分别设有第三安装模组62、第四安装模组63、第五安装模组64以及第六安装模组65,楼板横梁9的室外侧的上下两边角处分别设有第一安装模组3,楼板横梁9的室外侧面覆盖有第一装饰板1,第一装饰板1的上下两端分别插入到两第一安装模组3的装饰板安装槽5中,第一安装模组3与第三安装模组62之间设有第三装饰板66,第一安装模组3、第四安装模组63以及第五安装模组64之间设有第四装饰板67,第五安装模组64与第六安装模组65之间设有第五装饰板68。采用上述技术方案,在楼板横梁9的室外端安装隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,第一装饰板1覆盖在楼板横梁9的室外侧,提高外墙的美观性,第一装饰板1与楼板横梁9的外表面间隔设置,形成隔热断桥结构,或者在之间设置隔层,提高隔热能力。在楼板横梁9的室内端的上下两侧则分别覆盖有第三装饰板66、第四装饰板67以及第五装饰板68,避免楼板横梁9裸露,提高内在的美观性。隔层还能有效隔绝空气,防止钢型材的固定单元腐蚀。
第三装饰板66位于第三安装模组62的一端延伸到第三安装模组62的室内侧面并向 下延伸伸入到混凝土楼板浇筑区58中;第四装饰板67一端通过紧固件固定在第五安装模组64上,第四装饰板67的另一端覆盖在,第四装饰板67覆盖在第四安装模组63的外表面以及第一安装模组3上固定板的外侧;第五装饰板68的两端分别通过紧固件固定在第一安装模组3以及第六安装模组65上,第五安装模组64包括第五安装条69和卡接在第五安装条69外侧的第五挡条70,第六安装模组65包括第六安装条71和卡接在第六安装条71外侧的第六挡条72,第五挡条70和第六挡条72分别封挡住第五安装条69和第六安装条71上的紧固件。上述提出了固定第三装饰板66、第四装饰板67以及第五装饰板68的解决方案。
如图6所示,在两楼板横梁9之间设有中间梁73,楼板横梁9安装的面板单元2另一端固定在中间梁73上,中间梁73外周覆盖有隔热层74,隔热层74通过紧固件与中间梁73固定,中间梁73顶部和底部分别设有面板单元2,隔热层74上设有面板单元2安装位,另外,隔热层74的外侧还卡接有第七挡条75,起到装饰作用。
在外墙边缘立柱8、外墙中间立柱7、楼板横梁9以及中间梁73之间安装面板单元2,形成整体式的外墙结构,具有美观、施工方便以及无需混凝土浇筑工序的特点,节约施工成本。
本发明的隔热防腐蚀装饰结构不仅可以应用于建筑外墙,还可以应用于建筑内墙起隔断和装饰作用,比如在室内立柱处安装上述第一安装模组3、面板单元2以及第一装饰板1,并可根据实际情况看是否需带隔热功能。
第一安装模组3具体结构如下:
如图2、3所示,第一安装模组3包括第一安装条6以及连接型材组,连接型材组包括第一直角型材15、第二直角型材16以及插接条17,插接条17一端与固定单元焊接固定,插接条17的另一端伸出到固定单元外侧形成插板18,第一安装条6的内侧设有插接槽,插接板插入到插接槽中,第一直角型材15和第二直角型材16分别设在第一安装条6的两端边缘位置,第一直角型材15以及第二直角型材16的一端与固定单元焊接固定,第一直角型材15以及第二直角型材16的伸出端分别形成第一压板22以及第二压板23,第一压板22抵住第一安装条6并将第一安装条6压设在固定单元上;第一安装条6对应第二压板23设有压板安装槽,第二压板23插入压板安装槽中。第一安装条6相对于固定单元的另一侧卡接有第一挡条20,第一挡条20向第一直角型材15一侧伸出形成挡板21,挡板21的内侧与第一安装条6的外侧之间形成装饰板安装槽5,第一装饰板1的一端设在第一安装模组3的装饰板安装槽5中;第一安装条6的外侧对应第二压板23一端设有固定条24,固定条24包括固定板26与侧挡板25,紧固件依次穿过固定板26、第一安装条6并与第二压板23螺纹紧固, 第一安装条6上设有与侧挡板25相对设置的侧挡部27,侧挡板25与侧挡部27形成面板单元安装槽。固定单元都是建筑的承重结构,壁厚较厚,钻孔攻牙麻烦,采用上述技术方案,第一安装模组3与固定单元的固定不需要钻孔攻牙锁螺丝紧固,第一安装模组3固定方便,具体为插板18先插入第一安装条6的插接槽中,然后第二直角型材16插入压板安装槽并与固定单元焊接固定,最后第一直角型材15压在第一安装条6外表面并与固定单元焊接固定,插接条17、第一直角型材15以及第二直角型材16与固定单元通过焊接固定,固定牢固,安装方便,第一安装模组3上设置装饰板安装槽5和面板单元安装槽,第一装饰板1用于覆盖固定单元的外表面,提高美观性。面板单元2安装在两固定单元之间,用于形成墙体的一部分。另外,第二直角型材16还具有固定固定条24的作用,避免了在固定单元上打孔来固定固定条24,方便面板单元2的安装。
上述隔热防腐蚀装饰结构的节能方式如下:
第一装饰板1通过紧固件固定在第一安装条6上,第一装饰板1与固定单元之间填充有隔层,隔层为聚氨酯层;或第一装饰板1通过紧固件固定在第一安装条6上,第一装饰板1与固定单元之间形成断桥隔热层。通过上述可知,隔热方式有两种,一种是形成断桥隔热层,另一种是在第一装饰板1与固定单元之间设置隔层,同时具备美观与节能的效果。隔层还能有效隔绝空气,防止钢型材的固定单元腐蚀。
本实施例中固定单元的截面为矩形,也可以采用其他的截面形式,比如图4所示的工字型。
综上所述,因为在建筑采用钢制立柱和横梁的情况下,为了提高强度,钢制立柱和横梁常常采用较厚的型材件,钻孔攻牙比较麻烦,后续安装孔位也难以对准,本发明的隔热防腐蚀装饰结构避免了在钢制立柱、横梁上钻孔固定,因此安装固定方便,同时具有美观节能的优点。
另外,如图8所示,本发明还提供了一种建筑物钢制中间横梁的隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,中间横梁应用在室内,其顶部两侧分别设有楼板成型区115,底部为下一层的室内空间。
中间横梁包括中间梁体101、覆盖在中间梁体101下部的两组第一梁板组件以及覆盖在中间梁体101上部的两组第二梁板组件。第一梁板组件包括覆盖在中间梁体101下表面的第一中间梁板102,覆盖在中间梁体101一侧的第二中间梁板103以及设在第二中间梁板103远离第一中间梁板102一端并水平设置的第三中间梁板104,两组第一梁板组件左右对称设置,两组第一梁板组件中的第一中间梁板102的端部相抵;
两组第二梁板组件分别与两组第一梁板组件上下对称设置,第二梁板组件包括覆盖在中间梁 体101一侧的第四中间梁板105,第四中间梁板105与第二中间梁板103上下对称设置且第四中间梁板105的端部与第二中间梁板103的端部相抵;
隔热防腐蚀装饰结构包括两组隔热防腐蚀装饰模块以及天花装饰板组,两组隔热防腐蚀装饰模块分别设在两组第一梁板组件的底部且左右对称设置;隔热防腐蚀装饰模块包括设在第一中间梁板102与第二中间梁板103连接的边角处的第七安装条106、设在第二中间梁板103与第三中间梁板104连接的边角处的第八安装条107以及设在第三中间梁板104远离第二中间梁板103一端的第九安装条108,第七安装条106、第八安装条107以及第九安装条108采用隔热型材制成并通过第四直角型109材固定在第一梁板组件上;
天花装饰板组固定在两隔热防腐蚀装饰模块远离第一梁板组件一端。采用上述方案,天花装饰板组设在中间横梁的底部遮挡中间横梁,起到装饰作用,两者之间设置有由隔热材料制成的安装条,天花装饰板组与中间横梁之间间隔设置,形成断桥隔热结构,具有隔热效果,因此具有节能隔热以及装饰美观的功能。
天花装饰板组的具体结构如下,天花装饰板组包括第一天花装饰板111和分别设在第一天花装饰板111两侧的两第二天花装饰板112,第一天花装饰板111平行于中间梁体101的下表面,第一天花装饰板111的两端顶面分别与第七安装条106的底面相贴并向第八安装条107一侧延伸形成第三天花装饰板113,第三天花装饰板113与第一天花装饰板111一体成型并通过紧固件连接在第八安装条107上;
第二天花装饰板112的两端顶面分别与第八安装条107以及第九安装条108的底面相贴,第二天花装饰板112的一端与第三天花装饰板113接触并通过紧固件与第八安装条107固定,第二天花装饰板112的另一端向上方延伸形成第四天花装饰板114,第四天花装饰板114与第二天花装饰板112一体成型并通过紧固件连接在第九安装条108上。

  1. 一种建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:包括第一装饰板、面板单元以及用于固定在建筑物固定单元上并安装所述第一装饰板以及面板单元的的第一安装模组,所述第一安装模组上设有面板单元安装槽以及装饰板安装槽;
    所述第一安装模组包括隔热材料制成的第一安装条以及连接所述第一安装条与固定单元上的连接型材组,所述连接型材组包括第一直角型材、第二直角型材以及插接条,所述插接条一端与固定单元焊接固定,所述插接条的另一端伸出到固定单元外侧形成插板,所述第一安装条的内侧设有插接槽,所述插接板插入到插接槽中,第一直角型材和第二直角型材分别设在第一安装条的两端边缘位置,所述第一直角型材以及第二直角型材的一端与固定单元焊接固定,所述第一直角型材以及第二直角型材的伸出端分别形成第一压板以及第二压板,所述第一压板以及第二压板的内侧抵住第一安装条并将所述第一安装条压设在固定单元上;
    所述第一安装条相对于固定单元的另一侧卡接有第一挡条,所述第一挡条向第一直角型材一侧伸出形成挡板,所述挡板的内侧与第一安装条的外侧之间形成所述装饰板安装槽,第一装饰板的一端设在第一安装模组的装饰板安装槽中;
    所述第一安装条的外侧对应第二压板一端设有固定条,所述固定条包括固定板与侧挡板,所述固定板通过紧固件与第二压板固定,所述第一安装条上设有与侧挡板相对设置的侧挡部,所述侧挡板与侧挡部形成所述面板单元安装槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述固定单元为金属件,所述固定单元上设置有两组第一安装模组,所述第一装饰板覆盖在固定单元的表面且第一装饰板的两端分别设在两组第一安装模组的装饰板安装槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述固定单元为外墙中间立柱,两组第一安装模组分别设在外墙中间立柱室外侧的两个边角处,所述第一安装条内侧形成截面为L形的安装部,所述第一安装条通过安装部抵靠在外墙中间立柱的边角处,所述第一装饰板覆盖在外墙中间立柱的室外侧且与外墙中间立柱的外表面间隔设置,所述面板单元安装槽的槽口朝向第一安装模组远离外墙中间立柱一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述固定单元为外墙边缘立柱,两组第一安装模组分别设在外墙边缘立柱室外侧处于对角位置的两个边角处,所述第一装饰板覆盖在外墙边缘立柱的室外侧,所述面板单元安装槽的槽口朝向第一安装模组远离外墙边缘立柱一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述外墙边缘立柱包括柱体和平行于柱体设置且截面为L形的柱板组件,所述柱板组件包括相互垂直的两柱板, 两柱板分别与柱体靠近室内的两个侧面相贴;
    两组第一安装模组分别设在两柱板相互远离的一端,所述面板单元垂直于其所靠近的柱板,所述第一装饰板截面为L形,所述第一装饰板的两端分别设在两第一安装模组的装饰板安装槽中并与柱板组件形成矩形的封闭空间;
    所述柱板组件位于室内一侧覆盖有第六装饰板,第六装饰板平行于柱板组件,两柱板连接处的室内侧设有第三安装条,所述第六装饰板在转角处支撑在第三安装条上,第六装饰板的两端分别封挡住两第一安装条上的紧固件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述第一安装条对应第二压板设有压板安装槽,所述第二压板插入压板安装槽中,所述紧固件依次穿过固定板、第一安装条并与第二压板螺纹紧固。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:还包括两组设在外墙中间立柱后端两边角处的第二安装模组,所述第二安装模组包括第二安装条和两个第三直角型材,两第三直角型材分别设在第二安装条的两端边缘位置,所述第三直角型材的一端与外墙中间立柱固定,所述第三直角型材的伸出端形成第三压板并将第二安装条压设在外墙中间立柱上;所述第二安装条相对外墙中间立柱的另一侧卡接有第二挡条;
    第二安装模组与相邻的第一安装模组之间以及两相邻的第二安装模组之间设有第二装饰板,所述第二装饰板覆盖在外墙中间立柱的表面,位于第二安装模组与第一安装模组之间的第二装饰板,其两端分别固定在第二安装模组与第一安装模组上,位于两第二安装模组之间的第二装饰板,其两端分别固定在两第二安装模组上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述第一装饰板通过紧固件固定在第一安装条上,所述第一装饰板与固定单元之间填充有隔层;
    或所述第一装饰板通过紧固件固定在第一安装条上,所述第一装饰板与固定单元之间形成断桥隔热层。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述第一安装条为塑木制件,所述隔层为聚氨酯层。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述固定单元为楼板横梁,所述楼板横梁包括梁体和分别包裹所述梁体上部和下部的上梁板组件以及下梁板组件,所述上梁板组件包括覆盖在梁体上表面的第一梁板、覆盖在梁体内侧面的第二梁板以及连接在所述第二梁板底端并向内水平延伸的第三梁板,所述第二梁板和第三梁板之间为混凝土楼板浇筑区;所述下梁板组件包括分别与第一梁板、第二梁板以及第三梁板上下对称设置的第 四梁板、第五梁板以及第六梁板;
    所述第一梁板和第二梁板连接的边角处、第四梁板和第五梁板连接的边角处、第五梁板和第六梁板连接的边角处、以及第六梁板远离第五梁板一端分别设有第三安装模组、第四安装模组、第五安装模组以及第六安装模组,所述楼板横梁的室外侧的上下两边角处分别设有所述第一安装模组,楼板横梁的室外侧面覆盖有第一装饰板,第一装饰板的上下两端分别插入到两第一安装模组的装饰板安装槽中,第一安装模组与第三安装模组之间设有第三装饰板,第一安装模组、第四安装模组以及第五安装模组之间设有第四装饰板,第五安装模组与第六安装模组之间设有第五装饰板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的建筑物隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述第三装饰板位于第三安装模组的一端延伸到第三安装模组的室内侧面并向下延伸伸入到混凝土楼板浇筑区中;所述第四装饰板一端通过紧固件固定在第五安装模组上,所述第四装饰板的另一端覆盖在,所述第四装饰板覆盖在第四安装模组的外表面以及第一安装模组上固定板的外侧;所述第五装饰板的两端分别通过紧固件固定在第一安装模组以及第六安装模组上,所述第五安装模组包括第五安装条和卡接在第五安装条外侧的第五挡条,第六安装模组包括第六安装条和卡接在第六安装条外侧的第六挡条,所述第五挡条和第六挡条分别封挡住第五安装条和第六安装条上的紧固件。

  13. 一种建筑物钢制中间横梁的隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述中间横梁包括中间梁体、覆盖在所述中间梁体下部的两组第一梁板组件以及覆盖在所述中间梁体上部的两组第二梁板组件,所述第一梁板组件包括覆盖在中间梁体下表面的第一中间梁板,覆盖在中间梁体一侧的第二中间梁板以及设在第二中间梁板远离第一中间梁板一端并水平设置的第三中间梁板,两组第一梁板组件左右对称设置,两组第一梁板组件中的第一中间梁板的端部相抵;两组第二梁板组件分别与两组第一梁板组件上下对称设置,所述第二梁板组件包括覆盖在中间梁体一侧的第四中间梁板,所述第四中间梁板与第二中间梁板上下对称设置且第四中间梁板的端部与第二中间梁板的端部相抵;

  14. 根据权利要求13所述的建筑物钢制中间横梁的隔热防腐蚀装饰结构,其特征在于:所述天花装饰板组包括第一天花装饰板和分别设在第一天花装饰板两侧的两第二天花装饰板,所述第一天花装饰板平行于中间梁体的下表面,所述第一天花装饰板的两端顶面分别与第七安装条的底面相贴并向第八安装条一侧延伸形成第三天花装饰板,所述第三天花装饰板与第一天花装饰板一体成型并通过紧固件连接在第八安装条上;
    所述第二天花装饰板的两端顶面分别与第八安装条以及第九安装条的底面相贴,所述第二天花装饰板的一端与第三天花装饰板接触并通过紧固件与第八安装条固定,所述第二天花装饰板的另一端向上方延伸形成第四天花装饰板,所述第四天花装饰板与第二天花装饰板一体成型并通过紧固件连接在第九安装条上。
