本实用新型涉及灯具领域,特别涉及一种室内照明灯具安装结构。
背景技术
目前市面上大多安装于龙骨的灯具是面板灯,它们有体积大,质量大,结构强度低等特点,造成了此类产品的一些硬行缺点,如:物流成本高,运输易损坏,安装、拆卸困难等。由于这些原因造成了面板灯产品利润低,风险大,客户体验不太良好。
技术问题
线条灯概念的引入,让越来越多的线条灯走进办公照明。但是线条灯本身价格昂贵,又因为其质量大,同样导致运输成本高。安装后,在天花上也显得十分厚重,影响美观。
除去面板灯和线条灯,还有支架灯和LED T5 灯管,这两种灯具通常的安装方式都是采用螺丝固定或则采用安装锁扣的形式,但安装流程繁琐,且难以实现现代办公照明或其他公共照明的光学要求。
因此,本领域需要一种灯具,其安装于龙骨,安装方式快速、可靠,便于拆卸。此外,出于美观考虑,要求做到多条灯具的无缝拼接。
技术解决方案
本实用新型提供了一种室内照明灯具安装结构,以解决至少一个上述技术问题。
为解决上述问题,作为本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种室内照明灯具安装结构,包括:主体型材、发光组件、卡接件和龙骨,所述发光组件安装在所述主体型材的下侧,所述主体型材上可枢转地安装有所述卡接件,所述主体型材通过所述卡接件与所述龙骨连接。
优选地,所述室内照明灯具安装结构还包括滑块,所述滑块与所述主体型材可滑动地连接,所述卡接件可枢转地安装在所述滑块上。
优选地,所述发光组件包括由上至下依次设置的光源板、透镜、和反光杯。
优选地,所述光源板的下方设置有多个所述反光杯,每个所述反光杯与所述光源板之间均设置有一个所述透镜。
优选地,所述室内照明灯具安装结构还包括侧盖,所述主体型材的两端各安装有一个所述侧盖。
优选地,所述主体型材上安装有两个所述滑块。
优选地,多个所述反光杯连接成一体。
优选地,所述主体型材的上端面设置有滑槽,所述滑块设置于所述滑槽中。
优选地,所述卡接件的左右两侧设置有一个龙骨卡接件扣。
优选地,所述主体型材通过所述卡接件卡接在同一根所述龙骨或交叉设置的两根所述龙骨上。
有益效果
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型中的灯具可稳固安装在通用的T型龙骨上,同时兼容不同尺寸的龙骨宽度,便于安装和拆卸,并实现了灯具的超窄发光面、且光学方案达到办公室照明的要求,安装时也不局限于平行龙骨。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明,但是本实用新型可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
本实用新型的一个方面,提供了一种室内照明灯具安装结构,包括:主体型材1、发光组件、卡接件6和龙骨9,所述发光组件安装在所述主体型材1的下侧,所述主体型材1上可枢转地安装有所述卡接件6,所述主体型材1通过所述卡接件6与所述龙骨9连接。优选地,所述室内照明灯具安装结构还包括滑块5,所述滑块5与所述主体型材1可滑动地连接,所述卡接件6可枢转地安装在所述滑块5上。
优选地,所述室内照明灯具安装结构还包括侧盖8,所述主体型材1的两端各安装有一个所述侧盖8。
优选地,所述发光组件包括由上至下依次设置的光源板2、透镜3、和反光杯4。优选地,所述光源板2的下方设置有多个所述反光杯4,每个所述反光杯4与所述光源板2之间均设置有一个所述透镜3。优选地,多个所述反光杯4连接成一体。
优选地,所述主体型材1上安装有两个所述滑块5。优选地,所述主体型材1的上端面设置有滑槽,所述滑块5设置于所述滑槽中。
请参考图6、图7和图3,组装时,将光源板2、透镜3、反光杯4由上至下依次安装在所述主体型材1的下侧构成光学组件,将滑块5安装到主体型材1上侧,再将侧盖8通过螺丝分别安装到主体型材1的两端,从而将光学组件及滑块安装固定到主体型材1上。卡接件6则通过螺钉安装到滑块5上。其中,透镜3可以每颗对应按压在灯珠上,用于校正光型;再将反光杯4对齐透镜3,反光杯4是用于约束发光角度;最后将这三部分组件一同侧面插入主体型材1。
优选地,所述卡接件6的左右两侧设置有一个龙骨卡接件扣7。优选地,所述主体型材1通过所述卡接件6卡接在同一根所述龙骨9或交叉设置的两根所述龙骨9上。
请参考图5、图8-图10,灯具的安装时,灯具发光面朝下,将两件旋转卡接件逆时针旋转直到卡槽完全旋转出灯体外沿;然后,将灯具金属卡接件一侧贴紧龙骨,让两件金属卡接件的卡槽避开龙骨两翼。接着,旋转卡接件6以使龙骨卡接件扣7卡入龙骨9的两翼,依靠龙骨卡接件扣7的弹性夹紧龙骨9,使其不会退出,即可达到灯具挂装的安全要求。如果需要安装在不同尺寸的龙骨上,只需要替换对应尺寸的卡接件即可。如果要实现无缝拼接,只需要让两灯头尾靠近,都装配到龙骨上之后,横向推动对齐即可。拆卸时,逆时针搓动卡接件,直到可以脱开龙骨,两件卡接件都旋转脱开后灯具就可取下。
在图8-10、图13所示的实施例中,卡接件可以选择固定在相互垂直的两跟龙骨上,这些龙骨可以交叉设置,也可以设置成如图12所示的网状结构。此外,灯具上的两个卡接件不一定要固定在图8-10中的同一跟直条龙骨上,也可以通过滑块横向调整两卡接件之间的位置,避开龙骨交错点,从而设置成图11所示的状态。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型中的灯具可稳固安装在通用的T型龙骨上,同时兼容不同尺寸的龙骨宽度,便于安装和拆卸,并实现了灯具的超窄发光面、且光学方案达到办公室照明的要求,安装时也不局限于平行龙骨。
本实用新型具有以下优点:(1)安装、拆卸便捷,能大大节省人工;(2)体积小,质量轻,外形小巧美观且便于运输;(3)结构简单,制造成本低;(4)灯具间可以进行无缝拼接;(5)灯具可以自由选取龙骨上的两个固定点,实现不平行龙骨的安装。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本实用新型,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,包括:主体型材(1)、发光组件、卡接件(6)和龙骨(9),所述发光组件安装在所述主体型材(1)的下侧,所述主体型材(1)上可枢转地安装有所述卡接件(6),所述主体型材(1)通过所述卡接件(6)与所述龙骨(9)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述室内照明灯具安装结构还包括滑块(5),所述滑块(5)与所述主体型材(1)可滑动地连接,所述卡接件(6)可枢转地安装在所述滑块(5)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括由上至下依次设置的光源板(2)、透镜(3)、和反光杯(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述光源板(2)的下方设置有多个所述反光杯(4),每个所述反光杯(4)与所述光源板(2)之间均设置有一个所述透镜(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述室内照明灯具安装结构还包括侧盖(8),所述主体型材(1)的两端各安装有一个所述侧盖(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述主体型材(1)上安装有两个所述滑块(5)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,多个所述反光杯(4)连接成一体。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述主体型材(1)的上端面设置有滑槽,所述滑块(5)设置于所述滑槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述卡接件(6)的左右两侧设置有一个龙骨卡接件扣(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的室内照明灯具安装结构,其特征在于,所述主体型材(1)通过所述卡接件(6)卡接在同一根所述龙骨(9)或交叉设置的两根所述龙骨(9)上。
