Abstract
一种具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,灯座(1)底面开设固定槽并且通过此固定槽连接灯盘(4);在灯盘(4)外壁面增设若干弧面,每个弧面固定连接一根侧杆(5)并且每个侧杆(5)垂直于对应的弧面,每根侧杆(5)外端连接一根曲形灯架(6);在每个曲形灯架(6)下方固定设置一个独立灯具(7),从而在灯盘(4)侧面形成由侧杆(5)、曲形灯架(6)、独立灯具(7)组成的若干侧边固定单元,或在灯盘下方形成由下位固定端头(9)、曲形灯架(6)、独立灯具(7)组成的若干下位固定单元。当风扇组件需要进行维护或更换时,无需先将灯具拆下或将整个灯体拆下,独立灯具便于根据不同需求进行拆换,灯具的型号、数量、位置可变更,从而形成多种不同款式风扇灯结构。
Description
本发明涉及一种风扇与吊灯的组合装置,尤其涉及一种具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法。
现有技术中,已有将吊灯的照明及装饰功能、还有吊扇的吹拂功能组合在一起的装置。但是,缺乏悬吊于天花板、为房间营造一种舒适健康的环境、将照明功能、吹拂功能、装饰功能组合为一体的装置。
本案需要重点指出的是,现有的同类风扇灯存在着很多缺陷:
第一,风扇与灯具组件都是相互联系且相互依赖的,无论是吊架、顶盖等组件都是相互依存,若发生故障,则既影响灯具照明,也会影响风扇纳凉,更加影响整个装置的稳定性;
第二,无论风扇与灯具相互独立还是一体结构,由于二者要实现多功能,灯具自身上下位置连接关系都是与风扇主体密不可分的,灯具位置不可协调;
第三,很多灯具采用直接安装在风扇外围、上方、下方等位置,这样当风扇组件需要进行维护或更换时,还要先将灯具拆下或将整个灯体拆下,然后才可对风扇进行维护、清洗或更换,导致效率较低;
第四,由于灯具与灯座的直接连接关系,导致灯具的型号、数量、位置不可变更,影响了使用的灵活度;
第五,目前的风扇灯,其灯具安装位置很容易阻挡叶片的伸缩及转动,阻碍因素还包括弯管组件的形状;
第六,风扇灯的风扇叶片上方缺少安装灯具的位置,不利于作为装饰或主体灯具照明。
因此,针对以上方面,需要对现有技术进行有效创新。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明提供一种使用灵活、采用侧位固定件或下位固定件、有利于灯具的型号与数量变更的具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)首先,将风扇主体顶部固定在上方的风扇吊架上,该风扇主体下方通过吊杆固定安装灯座,该灯座底面开设固定槽并且通过此固定槽连接灯盘,此灯盘采用圆柱体结构,该圆柱体底面开设槽位并且该槽位内部装有中心主灯;在风扇主体的叶片上方增设弯管安装槽位;
(2)然后,进行以下方式二选一:
第一种方式,在灯盘外壁面增设若干弧面,每个弧面固定连接一根侧杆并且每个侧杆垂直于对应的弧面,每根侧杆外端连接一根曲形灯架,该曲形灯架外端向上弯或下弯;
第二种方式,在灯盘底面增设若干凹槽,每个凹槽固定连接一根下位固定端头并且每个下位固定端头垂直于灯盘底面,每根下位固定端头外端连接一根曲形灯架,此曲形灯架与下位固定端头相接处带有固定扣槽;
(3)在每个曲形灯架下方固定设置一个垂直向下的独立灯具,从而在灯盘侧面形成由侧杆、曲形灯架、独立灯具组成的若干侧边固定单元,或在灯盘下方形成由下位固定端头、曲形灯架、独立灯具组成的若干下位固定单元;
(4)最后,将弯管安装槽位与装饰组件或主灯连接。
所述中心主灯外围具有外罩体;曲形灯架与下位固定端头相接处带有固定扣槽。
本发明所述的具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法的有益效果为:
(1)通过设置侧边固定机构或下位固定结构,改变了传统灯具安装在风扇主体区域内的缺陷,当风扇组件需要进行维护或更换时,无需先将灯具拆下或将整个灯体拆下,即可对风扇进行维护、清洗或更换,提高了灵活度;
(2)相比传统同类风扇灯,侧边固定机构或下位固定结构的灯体向下,可避免阻挡叶片的伸缩及转动,曲形灯架向下弯或向上弯,可控制尺寸,也可避免阻挡叶片的伸缩及转动;
(3)独立灯具便于根据不同需求进行拆换,灯具的型号、数量、位置可变更,从而形成多种不同款式的风扇灯结构,每个边灯可做3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、12个灯头;
(4)风扇主体的叶片上方增设弯管安装槽位,弯管安装槽位与装饰组件或主灯连接,便于装饰或作为主体灯具照明。
下面根据附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。

如图1-3所示,本发明实施例所述的具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,主要由以下步骤组成:
(1)首先,将风扇主体3顶部固定在上方的风扇吊架2上,该风扇主体3下方通过吊杆固定安装灯座1,该灯座1底面开设固定槽并且通过此固定槽连接灯盘4,此灯盘4采用圆柱体结构,该圆柱体底面开设槽位并且该槽位内部装有中心主灯8,该中心主灯8外围布置灯罩;所述风扇主体3的叶片上方增设弯管安装槽位;
(2)然后,进行以下方式二选一:
第一种方式,在灯盘4外壁面增设若干弧面,每个弧面固定连接一根侧杆5并且每个侧杆5垂直于对应的弧面,每根侧杆5外端连接一根曲形灯架6;
第二种方式,在灯盘4底面增设若干凹槽,每个凹槽固定连接一根下位固定端头9并且每个下位固定端头9垂直于灯盘4底面,每根下位固定端头9外端连接一根曲形灯架6,曲形灯架6外端向上弯或下弯,此曲形灯架6与下位固定端头9相接处带有固定扣槽;
(3)在每个曲形灯架6下方固定设置一个垂直向下的独立灯具7,从而在灯
盘4侧面形成由侧杆5、曲形灯架6、独立灯具7组成的若干侧边固定单元,或在灯盘4下方形成由下位固定端头5、曲形灯架6、独立灯具7组成的若干下位固定单元;
(4)最后,将弯管安装槽位与装饰组件或主灯连接。
上述对实施例的描述是为了便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能够理解和应用本案技术,熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可轻易对这些实例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其它实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。本案不限于以上实施例,对于本案做出的改进和修改都应该在本案的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
- 一种具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:(1)首先,将风扇主体顶部固定在上方的风扇吊架上,该风扇主体下方通过吊杆固定安装灯座,该灯座底面开设固定槽并且通过此固定槽连接灯盘,此灯盘采用圆柱体结构,该圆柱体底面开设槽位并且该槽位内部装有中心主灯;在风扇主体的叶片上方增设弯管安装槽位;(2)然后,进行以下方式二选一:第一种方式,在灯盘外壁面增设若干弧面,每个弧面固定连接一根侧杆并且每个侧杆垂直于对应的弧面,每根侧杆外端连接一根曲形灯架,该曲形灯架外端向上弯或下弯;第二种方式,在灯盘底面增设若干凹槽,每个凹槽固定连接一根下位固定端头并且每个下位固定端头垂直于灯盘底面,每根下位固定端头外端连接一根曲形灯架,此曲形灯架与下位固定端头相接处带有固定扣槽;(3)在每个曲形灯架下方固定设置一个垂直向下的独立灯具,从而在灯盘侧面形成由侧杆、曲形灯架、独立灯具组成的若干侧边固定单元,或在灯盘下方形成由下位固定端头、曲形灯架、独立灯具组成的若干下位固定单元;(4)最后,将弯管安装槽位与装饰组件或主灯连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,其特征在于:所述中心主灯外围具有外罩体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具备多位安装结构风扇灯具的实现方法,其特征在于:所述曲形灯架与下位固定端头相接处带有固定扣槽。
