Description

塑胶管体的扩口输送机构及自动扩口机 技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶管材生产领域,特别是涉及一种塑胶管体的扩口输送机构及自动扩口机。
背景技术
随着塑料管材应用领域的不断扩大,塑料管材的品种也在不断增加,除了早期开发的供、排PVC管材、化工管材、农田排灌管材、燃气用聚乙烯管材外,近几年后增加了PVC芯层发泡管材、PVC、PE、双壁波纹管材、铝塑复合管材、交联PE管材、塑钢复合管材、聚乙烯硅心管等等。
在对塑料管材生产的过程中,由于需要对塑料管材进行扩管操作,从而需要实现自动化的操作,然后现有的设备中,并没有自动上料的装置,因此,如何设计一种自动对塑料管体进行上料和下料,方便对塑料管体进行扩管操作,提高自动化生产的效率,这是企业的研发人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种塑胶管体的扩口输送机构及自动扩口机,可以自动对塑料管体进行上料和下料,方便对塑料管体进行扩管操作,提高自动化生产的效率。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,包括:固定装置、塑胶管材上料装置及塑胶管材下料装置,所述塑胶管材上料装置和所述塑胶管材下料装置分别设置于所述固定装置上;
所述塑胶管材上料装置包括塑胶管材上料安装架、堆叠放置上料组件及塑胶管材输送组件,所述塑胶管材上料安装架设置于所述固定装置上,所述堆叠放置上料组件和所述塑胶管材输送组件分别设置于所述塑胶管材上料安装架 上;
所述塑胶管材上料安装架包括上料底座、第一上料固定架和第二上料固定架,所述上料底座设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述上料底座、所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架共同围成上料区;
其中,所述塑胶管材上料安装架包括第一插接限位凸柱和第二插接限位凸柱,所述第一插接限位凸柱设置于所述第一上料固定架上,所述第二插接限位凸柱设置于所述第二上料固定架上,所述第一插接限位凸柱用于插入塑胶管体的一端,所述第一插接限位凸柱用于插入塑胶管体的另一端,以使塑胶管体限位于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架之间;
所述堆叠放置上料组件包括第一放置挡板、第二放置挡板、第一上料斜面板和第二上料斜面板,所述第一放置挡板和所述第二放置挡板分别设置于所述上料底座上,所述第一上料斜面板容置于所述上料区内,所述第一上料斜面板的两端分别设置于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架上,并且所述第一上料斜面板的一端抵接于所述第一放置挡板上,所述第一上料斜面板的另一端与所述第二放置挡板之间设置有第一上料通道,所述第二上料斜面板容置于所述上料区内,所述第二上料斜面板的两端分别设置于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架上,并且所述第二上料斜面板的一端抵接于所述第二放置挡板上,所述第二上料斜面板的另一端与所述第一放置挡板之间设置有第二上料通道;
所述塑胶管材输送组件包括管材上料倾斜板、第一管材输送挡板及第二管材输送挡板,所述管材上料倾斜板的第一端设置于所述第一放置挡板上,所述管材上料倾斜板的第二端用于与管材定位扩口装置连接,所述第一管材输送挡板设置于所述管材上料倾斜板的一侧边上,所述第二管材输送挡板设置于所述管材上料倾斜板的另一侧边上;
其中,所述第一上料斜面板上开设有第一上料滑槽,所述第二上料斜面板上开设有第二上料滑槽,所述第一上料通道分别与所述第一上料滑槽和所述第二上料滑槽连通,所述管材上料倾斜板上开设有管材输出滑槽,所述第二上料 通道分别与所述第二上料滑槽和所述管材输出滑槽连通;
所述塑胶管材下料装置包括管材下料固定架、第一管材下料组件和第二管材下料组件,所述管材下料固定架设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一管材下料组件和所述第二管材下料组件分别设置于所述管材下料固定架上;
所述第一管材下料组件包括管材下料板、第一管材下料侧板和第二管材下料侧板,所述管材下料板、所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述管材下料板的一端用于连接管材定位扩口装置,所述管材下料板还分别与所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板连接,所述管材下料板位于所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板的中间;
所述第二管材下料组件包括第一下料支撑杆、第二下料支撑杆及收料斜槽,所述第一下料支撑杆和所述第二下料支撑杆的一端设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一下料支撑杆和所述第二下料支撑杆的另一端设置于所述收料斜槽上,所述收料斜槽的槽口朝向所述管材下料板的输出端设置。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一上料固定架包括两个第一上料固定板,两个所述第一上料固定板之间设置有间隔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二上料固定架包括两个第二上料固定板,两个所述第二上料固定板之间设置有间隔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一上料斜面板、所述第二上料斜面板和所述管材上料倾斜板共同组成“Z”字结构。
在其中一个实施例中,所述扩口输送机构还包括控制装置,所述控制装置设置于所述固定装置上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述控制装置包括控制箱体及蜂鸣器,所述控制箱体设置于所述固定装置上,所述控制箱体与所述蜂鸣器电连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述管材下料板上开设有多个下料避位槽,各所述下料避位槽之间分别设置于间隔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一管材下料侧板具有棱角结构。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二管材下料侧板具有棱角结构。
本发明还公开一种自动扩口机,包括以上任意一项所述的扩口输送机构,还包括管材定位扩口装置,所述管材定位扩口装置设置于所述固定装置上。

本发明为一种塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,通过设置固定装置、塑胶管材上料装置及塑胶管材下料装置,可以自动对塑料管体进行上料和下料,方便对塑料管体进行扩管操作,提高自动化生产的效率。

需要说明的是,所述固定装置10用于固定塑胶管材上料装置20、塑胶管材下料装置30及管材定位扩口装置40;所述塑胶管材上料装置20用于对塑胶管材进行上料;所述塑胶管材下料装置30用于对塑胶管材进行下料;所述管材定位扩口装置40用于对塑胶管材进行扩口操作。
请参阅图1,所述塑胶管材上料装置20包括塑胶管材上料安装架21、堆叠放置上料组件22及塑胶管材输送组件23,所述塑胶管材上料安装架设置于所述固定装置上,所述堆叠放置上料组件和所述塑胶管材输送组件分别设置于所述塑胶管材上料安装架上。需要说明的是,所述塑胶管材上料安装架21用于固定堆叠放置上料组件22及塑胶管材输送组件23;所述堆叠放置上料组件22用于进行上料。所述塑胶管材输送组件23用于将塑胶管材输送至管材定位扩口装置40中。
请参阅图1,所述塑胶管材上料安装架21包括上料底座211、第一上料固定架212和第二上料固定架(图中未示出),所述上料底座设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述上料底座、所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架共同围成上料区。
需要说明的是,为了防止多个塑胶管材重叠在上料区域中,避免出现塑胶管材扩口的顺序错乱,在一实施方式中,所述塑胶管材上料安装架包括第一插接限位凸柱和第二插接限位凸柱,所述第一插接限位凸柱设置于所述第一上料 固定架上,所述第二插接限位凸柱设置于所述第二上料固定架上,所述第一插接限位凸柱用于插入塑胶管体的一端,所述第一插接限位凸柱用于插入塑胶管体的另一端,以使塑胶管体限位于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架之间。具体地,所述第一插接限位凸柱和第二插接限位凸柱可以由外部的驱动机构进行驱动,当发现多个塑胶管材堆叠在一起的时候,需要对塑胶管材限位,使得下面的塑胶管材先进行扩口,则需要挡住上部的塑胶管材,因此,通过设置第一插接限位凸柱和第二插接限位凸柱分别插入塑胶管材的两个端口上,进而可以使得对塑胶管材进行限位,避免多个塑胶管材堆叠在上料区域中,避免出现塑胶管材扩口的顺序错乱。
请参阅图2,所述堆叠放置上料组件22包括第一放置挡板221、第二放置挡板222、第一上料斜面板223和第二上料斜面板224,所述第一放置挡板和所述第二放置挡板分别设置于所述上料底座上,所述第一上料斜面板容置于所述上料区内,所述第一上料斜面板的两端分别设置于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架上,并且所述第一上料斜面板的一端抵接于所述第一放置挡板上,所述第一上料斜面板的另一端与所述第二放置挡板之间设置有第一上料通道225,所述第二上料斜面板容置于所述上料区内,所述第二上料斜面板的两端分别设置于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架上,并且所述第二上料斜面板的一端抵接于所述第二放置挡板上,所述第二上料斜面板的另一端与所述第一放置挡板之间设置有第二上料通道226。
请参阅图2,所述塑胶管材输送组件23包括管材上料倾斜板231、第一管材输送挡板232及第二管材输送挡板(图中未示出),所述管材上料倾斜板的第一端设置于所述第一放置挡板上,所述管材上料倾斜板的第二端与所述管材定位扩口装置连接,所述第一管材输送挡板设置于所述管材上料倾斜板的一侧边上,所述第二管材输送挡板设置于所述管材上料倾斜板的另一侧边上。
由于现有的生产厂区的面积较小,而不能将整个塑胶管体生产线进行长条形设计,而且即使设计成长条的流水线,不利于企业的生产,因此,在一实施方式中,所述第一上料斜面板上开设有第一上料滑槽227,所述第二上料斜面板上开设有第二上料滑槽228,所述第一上料通道分别与所述第一上料滑槽和所述 第二上料滑槽连通,所述管材上料倾斜板上开设有管材输出滑槽233,所述第二上料通道分别与所述第二上料滑槽和所述管材输出滑槽连通。如此,通过设置第一上料滑槽227、第一上料通道225、第二上料滑槽228、第二上料通道226及管材输出滑槽233顺序连通,从而可以使得第一上料斜面板223、第二上料斜面板224和管材上料倾斜板231堆叠起来,节省了生产的空间,在更小的占地面积上进行自动上料,从而可以自动对塑料管体进行上料,方便对塑料管体进行扩管操作,提高自动化生产的效率。
请参阅图3,所述管材定位扩口装置40包括管材扩口固定架41、塑胶管材定位组件42及塑胶管材扩口组件43,所述管材扩口固定架设置于所述固定装置上,所述塑胶管材定位组件和所述塑胶管材扩口组件分别设置于所述管材扩口固定架上。需要说明的是,所述管材扩口固定架41用于固定塑胶管材定位组件42及塑胶管材扩口组件43;所述塑胶管材定位组件42用于对塑胶管材进行定位,进而方便对塑胶管材进行扩口操作;所述塑胶管材扩口组件43用于对对塑胶管材进行扩口操作。
请参阅图2和图3,所述管材扩口固定架包括第一扩口固定板和第二扩口固定板,所述第一扩口固定板和所述第二扩口固定板分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一扩口固定板和所述第二扩口固定板之间设置有管材扩口区域。所述第一扩口固定板和第二扩口固定板起到固定的作用。
请参阅图3,所述塑胶管材定位组件42包括管材定位固定座421、管材定位板422、管材顶持驱动件423及塑胶管材顶持件424,所述管材定位固定座设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,所述管材定位板和所述管材顶持驱动件分别设置于所述管材定位固定座上,所述管材定位板开设有第一管材定位槽422a及第一顶持长孔,所述第一管材定位槽用于放置塑胶管材,所述第一顶持长孔与所述第一管材定位槽连通,所述塑胶管材顶持件设置于所述管材顶持驱动件上,并且所述管材顶持驱动件驱动所述塑胶管材顶持件向上移动。需要说明的是,所述管材定位固定座421用于固定管材定位板422和管材顶持驱动件423;所述管材定位板422用于对塑胶管体进行定位;所述管材顶持驱动件423用于驱动塑胶管材顶持件424向上移动,进而使得管材定位板的塑胶管体进入到下料工位 中的同时,使得管材上料倾斜板上的待扩口的塑胶管体进入到管材定位板中,从而可以实现塑胶管体的交换。
请参阅图3,所述管材定位板422上还开设有多个管材扩口避位槽422b,各所述管材扩口避位槽分别与所述第一管材定位槽连通。如此,通过设置管材扩口避位槽422b,可以实现释放塑胶管体在扩口时的压力,避免出现管体破裂的情况。
请参阅图4,所述管材顶持驱动件包括管材顶持驱动部、管材顶持输出杆及管材顶持连接块,所述管材顶持驱动部设置于所述管材定位固定座上,所述管材顶持输出杆的第一端设置于所述管材顶持驱动部上,所述管材顶持输出杆的第二端设置于所述管材顶持连接块上。
请参阅图4,所述塑胶管材顶持件424包括顶持安装板424a、第一管材顶持块424b及第二管材顶持块424c,所述顶持安装板设置于所述管材顶持驱动件上,所述第一管材顶持块和所述第二管材顶持块分别设置于所述顶持安装板上,所述塑胶管材上料装置的管材上料倾斜板上开设有第二顶持长孔,所述第一管材顶持块穿设所述第一顶持长孔内,所述第二管材顶持块穿设所述第二顶持长孔内,所述管材顶持驱动件驱动所述顶持安装板向上移动,以使所述第一管材顶持块向上顶持所述管材上料倾斜板上的塑胶管材,同时使得所述第二管材顶持块向上顶持所述管材定位板上的塑胶管材进行下料。
需要说明的是,所述顶持安装板424a在管材顶持驱动件423的驱动作用下,带动第一管材顶持块424b及第二管材顶持块424c进行向上做顶持运动,即通过设置第一管材顶持块424b穿过第一顶持长孔,使得第一管材顶持块424b可以将第一管材定位槽422a内的塑胶管材顶起,进而使得塑胶管材进入到下料工位中,同时,通过第二管材顶持块424c穿设管材上料倾斜板的第二顶持长孔,可以使得第二管材顶持块424c顶起管材上料倾斜板上的塑胶管材进入到第一管材定位槽422a中,从而可以实现已经完成扩口的管体进行下料,而待扩口的管体进行上料。
请参阅图5,所述塑胶管材扩口组件43包括管材扩口驱动件431、管材扩口杆体432、下压管材驱动件433及管材下压定位板434,所述管材扩口驱动件 设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,所述管材扩口杆体设置于所述管材扩口驱动件上,所述管材扩口杆体远离所述管材扩口驱动件的一端具有阶梯状圆台结构,所述管材扩口驱动件驱动所述管材扩口杆体移动,以使所述阶梯状圆台结构插入塑胶管体内,进而以使所述塑胶管体扩口。需要说明的是,所述管材扩口驱动件431用于驱动管材扩口杆体432移动和旋转,以实现对管体进行扩口的操作;所述管材扩口杆体432用于对塑胶管体进行扩口;所述下压管材驱动件433用于驱动管材下压定位板434下压,所述管材下压定位板434用于进一步对塑胶管体进行定位。
请参阅图5,所述下压管材驱动件设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,所述管材下压定位板设置于所述下压管材驱动件上,所述管材下压定位板上开设有第二管材定位槽,所述第二管材定位槽和所述第一管材定位槽共同围成管材定位扩口腔体,所述管材定位扩口腔体用于对塑料管体进行定位,所述下压管材驱动件用于驱动所述管材下压定位板下压,以使所述管材下压定位板贴合于所述管材定位板上,进而使得所述第一管材定位槽和所述第二管材定位槽连通;
请参阅图5,所述管材扩口驱动件431包括管材扩口驱动部、第一扩口引导杆、第二扩口引导杆及扩口驱动安装板,所述管材扩口驱动部设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,所述扩口驱动安装板与所述管材扩口驱动部的输出端连接,所述第一扩口引导杆和所述第二扩口引导杆分别设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,并且所述第一扩口引导杆和所述第二扩口引导杆共同引导所述扩口驱动安装板移动,所述管材扩口杆体设置于所述扩口驱动安装板上。
请参阅图5,所述下压管材驱动件434包括下压管体驱动部、第一下压引导杆、第二下压引导杆及下压驱动安装板,所述下压管体驱动部设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,所述下压驱动安装板与所述下压管体驱动部的输出端连接,所述第一下压引导杆和所述第二下压引导杆分别设置于所述管材扩口固定架上,并且所述第一下压引导杆和所述第二下压引导杆共同引导所述下压驱动安装板移动,所述管材下压定位板设置于所述下压驱动安装板上。
可以理解,通过设置管材扩口驱动件431和下压管材驱动件434,可以为扩口进行提供必要的作用力,一个是提供扩口的动力,另一个是提供下压定位的 作用力,如此,可以将塑胶管体进行扩口操作,使得方便连接另一根管体,从而可以提高管体连接的密闭性。
请参阅图5和图6,所述塑胶管材下料装置30包括管材下料固定架31、第一管材下料组件32和第二管材下料组件33,所述管材下料固定架设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一管材下料组件和所述第二管材下料组件分别设置于所述管材下料固定架上。需要说明的是,所述管材下料固定架31用于固定第一管材下料组件32和第二管材下料组件33,所述第一管材下料组件32用于将扩口后的塑胶管材进行下料;所述第二管材下料组件33用于对下料后的塑胶管材进行收料,方便进行整理。
请参阅图6,所述第一管材下料组件32包括管材下料板321、第一管材下料侧板322和第二管材下料侧板323,所述管材下料板、所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述管材下料板的一端用于连接管材定位扩口装置,所述管材下料板还分别与所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板连接,所述管材下料板位于所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板的中间。
请参阅图6,所述第二管材下料组件33包括第一下料支撑杆331、第二下料支撑杆332及收料斜槽333,所述第一下料支撑杆和所述第二下料支撑杆的一端设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一下料支撑杆和所述第二下料支撑杆的另一端设置于所述收料斜槽上,所述收料斜槽的槽口朝向所述管材下料板的输出端设置。
如此,通过设置管材下料固定架31、第一管材下料组件32和第二管材下料组件33,可以自动对塑料管体进行下料,方便对塑料管体进行扩管操作,提高自动化生产的效率。
需要说明的是,请参阅图6,所述管材扩口固定架还包括管材扩口固定横板213,所述管材扩口固定横板的第一端设置于所述第一扩口固定板上,所述管材扩口固定横板的第二端设置于所述第二扩口固定板上。所述下压管材驱动件设置于所述管材扩口固定横板上。如此,通过设置管材扩口固定横板213,可以固定下压管材驱动件433。
需要说明的是,所述管材顶持驱动部为电机结构。所述第一管材顶持块设置有两个,两个所述第一管材顶持块分别设置于所述顶持安装板上。所述第二管材顶持块设置有两个,两个所述第二管材顶持块分别设置于所述顶持安装板上。所述管材扩口驱动部为电机结构。所述下压管体驱动部为电机结构。如此,可以提高整个设备的结构稳定性和可靠性。
需要说明的是,所述第一管材顶持块的上端设置一倾斜面。如此,通过设置倾斜面,方便将第一管材定位槽422a内的塑胶管材进行顶出,并且顺着倾斜面进行下料,方便快捷。
需要说明的是,请参阅图5,所述管材定位扩口装置40还包括管材穿入定位组件44,所述管材穿入定位组件44包括穿入定位板441及穿入定位杆442,所述穿入定位板设置于所述第二扩口固定板上,所述穿入定位杆设置于所述穿入定位板上,所述穿入定位杆用于插入待扩口的塑胶管体内。如此,通过设置穿入定位板441及穿入定位杆442,可以使得另一端的塑胶管材被固定住,使得对塑胶管材进行扩口时更稳定。
需要说明的是,所述第一上料固定架包括两个第一上料固定板,两个所述第一上料固定板之间设置有间隔。所述第二上料固定架包括两个第二上料固定板,两个所述第二上料固定板之间设置有间隔。如此,可以提高结构稳定性。
需要说明的是,所述第一上料斜面板、所述第二上料斜面板和所述管材上料倾斜板共同组成“Z”字结构。如此,通过设置“Z”字结构的上料方式,可以节省生产线的占地面积,充分利用高度的优势,增大放料的数量。
需要说明的是,请参阅图1和图6,所述自动扩口设备还包括控制装置50,所述控制装置设置于所述固定装置上。所述控制装置50包括控制箱体51及蜂鸣器52,所述控制箱体设置于所述固定装置上,所述控制箱体与所述蜂鸣器电连接。如此,通过设置控制箱体51及蜂鸣器52,可以控制自动扩口设备的工作和起到警报的作用。
需要说明的是,所述管材下料板上开设有多个下料避位槽,各所述下料避位槽之间分别设置于间隔。所述第一管材下料侧板具有棱角结构。所述第二管材下料侧板具有棱角结构。如此,可以提高自动扩口设备的结构稳定性。
本发明相比于现有技术的优点及有益效果如下:
本发明为一种塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,通过设置固定装置、塑胶管材上料装置及塑胶管材下料装置,可以自动对塑料管体进行上料和下料,方便对塑料管体进行扩管操作,提高自动化生产的效率。
以上所述实施方式仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,包括:固定装置、塑胶管材上料装置及塑胶管材下料装置,所述塑胶管材上料装置和所述塑胶管材下料装置分别设置于所述固定装置上;
    所述塑胶管材上料装置包括塑胶管材上料安装架、堆叠放置上料组件及塑胶管材输送组件,所述塑胶管材上料安装架设置于所述固定装置上,所述堆叠放置上料组件和所述塑胶管材输送组件分别设置于所述塑胶管材上料安装架上;
    所述塑胶管材上料安装架包括上料底座、第一上料固定架和第二上料固定架,所述上料底座设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述上料底座、所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架共同围成上料区;
    其中,所述塑胶管材上料安装架包括第一插接限位凸柱和第二插接限位凸柱,所述第一插接限位凸柱设置于所述第一上料固定架上,所述第二插接限位凸柱设置于所述第二上料固定架上,所述第一插接限位凸柱用于插入塑胶管体的一端,所述第一插接限位凸柱用于插入塑胶管体的另一端,以使塑胶管体限位于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架之间;
    所述堆叠放置上料组件包括第一放置挡板、第二放置挡板、第一上料斜面板和第二上料斜面板,所述第一放置挡板和所述第二放置挡板分别设置于所述上料底座上,所述第一上料斜面板容置于所述上料区内,所述第一上料斜面板的两端分别设置于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架上,并且所述第一上料斜面板的一端抵接于所述第一放置挡板上,所述第一上料斜面板的另一端与所述第二放置挡板之间设置有第一上料通道,所述第二上料斜面板容置于所述上料区内,所述第二上料斜面板的两端分别设置于所述第一上料固定架和所述第二上料固定架上,并且所述第二上料斜面板的一端抵接于所述第二放置挡板上,所述第二上料斜面板的另一端与所述第一放置挡板之间设置有第二上料通道;
    所述塑胶管材输送组件包括管材上料倾斜板、第一管材输送挡板及第二管 材输送挡板,所述管材上料倾斜板的第一端设置于所述第一放置挡板上,所述管材上料倾斜板的第二端用于与管材定位扩口装置连接,所述第一管材输送挡板设置于所述管材上料倾斜板的一侧边上,所述第二管材输送挡板设置于所述管材上料倾斜板的另一侧边上;
    其中,所述第一上料斜面板上开设有第一上料滑槽,所述第二上料斜面板上开设有第二上料滑槽,所述第一上料通道分别与所述第一上料滑槽和所述第二上料滑槽连通,所述管材上料倾斜板上开设有管材输出滑槽,所述第二上料通道分别与所述第二上料滑槽和所述管材输出滑槽连通;
    所述塑胶管材下料装置包括管材下料固定架、第一管材下料组件和第二管材下料组件,所述管材下料固定架设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一管材下料组件和所述第二管材下料组件分别设置于所述管材下料固定架上;
    所述第一管材下料组件包括管材下料板、第一管材下料侧板和第二管材下料侧板,所述管材下料板、所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板分别设置于所述固定装置上,所述管材下料板的一端用于连接管材定位扩口装置,所述管材下料板还分别与所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板连接,所述管材下料板位于所述第一管材下料侧板和所述第二管材下料侧板的中间;
    所述第二管材下料组件包括第一下料支撑杆、第二下料支撑杆及收料斜槽,所述第一下料支撑杆和所述第二下料支撑杆的一端设置于所述固定装置上,所述第一下料支撑杆和所述第二下料支撑杆的另一端设置于所述收料斜槽上,所述收料斜槽的槽口朝向所述管材下料板的输出端设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述第一上料固定架包括两个第一上料固定板,两个所述第一上料固定板之间设置有间隔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述第二上料固定架包括两个第二上料固定板,两个所述第二上料固定板之间设置有间隔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述第 一上料斜面板、所述第二上料斜面板和所述管材上料倾斜板共同组成“Z”字结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述扩口输送机构还包括控制装置,所述控制装置设置于所述固定装置上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括控制箱体及蜂鸣器,所述控制箱体设置于所述固定装置上,所述控制箱体与所述蜂鸣器电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述管材下料板上开设有多个下料避位槽,各所述下料避位槽之间分别设置于间隔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述第一管材下料侧板具有棱角结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的塑胶管体的扩口输送机构,其特征在于,所述第二管材下料侧板具有棱角结构。
  10. 一种自动扩口机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的扩口输送机构,还包括管材定位扩口装置,所述管材定位扩口装置设置于所述固定装置上。
