Description

샤워용 하의 방수복
본 발명은 샤워용 하의 방수복에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 샤워 시 하의가 젖지 않도록 사용자가 착용하는 샤워용 하의 방수복에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 여름에 폭염으로 날씨가 더울 때 하체보다 상체가 먼저 땀이 나고 더위도 상체에 더 많이 느낀다. 그래서 예전부터 여름에는 상체를 벗고 엎드린 자세에서 등목을 하곤 했다.
상체만 샤워를 하는 등목을 할 경우 하의를 입은 상태에서 사용자가 엎드린 상태에서만 등목이 가능하며, 사용자가 엎드린 자세를 조금만 변경하여도 사용자의 하의가 젖게 되는 문제점이 발생함으로써 등목은 사용자 혼자가 할 수 없고 다른 사람의 도움이 받아서 진행하게 된다.
최근에는 등목 대신 전신 샤워를 많이 하나, 전신 샤워는 상의와 하의를 모두 벗어야 하므로 라커룸이 필요하고 전신이 나체이므로 몸을 가려야 할 샤워장도 필요하며, 샤워 후 전신을 수건으로 닦아야 하므로 번거롭고 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점이 발생하였다.
따라서, 등록을 해줄 사람이 없거나 하의를 입은 상태로 상체의 땀을 쉽게 물로 씻고 싶을 경우 하의를 물에 젖지 않게 하면서 간편하게 상체만 샤워 가능한 목욕 용품이 필요한 실정으로 이러한 목욕 용품에 대한 연구개발이 진행되고 있는 실정이다.
본 발명의 배경이 되는 기술은 한국 등록특허 제10-1519103호(2015.05.04. 등록)에 개시되어 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 실정에 부합하기 위해 창출된 것으로서, 하의를 착용한 상태에서 본체를 착용한 후 상체만 간편하게 샤워를 실시할 수 있고, 상체를 샤워 시 착용한 하의가 본체에 의해 물에 젖지 않도록 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 샤워 시 하체가 물에 젖는 것을 방지하기 위해 착용하는 샤워용 하의 방수복에 관한 것으로, 상단 둘레부가 사용자의 허리를 감싸며, 사용자의 하체가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하는 방수재질의 본체; 및 상기 본체의 상단 둘레부에 구비되며, 상기 상단 둘레부를 사용자의 허리에 밀착시켜 사용자가 샤워 시 물이 본체의 내부로 흘러내리는 것을 방지하는 흘러내림방지수단을 포함하되, 상기 흘러내림방지수단은 밴드 또는 벨트 형태로서 상기 흘러내림방지수단의 내측에는 하나 이상의 수평핀이 상기 밴드의 길이방향으로 돌출 구비되고,상기 하나 이상의 수평핀은 사용자의 등골자가 곡면부 또는 등골자기 곡면부 및 밴드 내측 전체에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복을 제공한다.

싱기 흘러내림방지수단(1200)은 밴드 형태 또는 벨트 형태일 수 있으며, 상기 흘러내림방지수단(1200)이 밴드 형태일 경우에는 밴드(1210)의 탄성력에 의해 사용자의 허리에 탄력적으로 밀착되고, 벨트 형태일 경우에는 외력에 의해 벨트(1220)의 길이가 조절되면서 사용자의 허리에 밀착되게 된다.
도 5를 참조하면, 상기 흘러내림방지수단(1200)이 밴드 형태일 경우 상기 본체(1100)의 상단 둘레부(1100a)에는 밴드(1210)가 일단 또는 다단으로 배치될 수 있으며, 상기 밴드(1210)에는 보형물(1210a)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 밴드(1210)가 다단으로 배치되면 일단이 배치되는 것에 비해 더 높은 방수성능을 제공할 수 있다.
상기 밴드(1210)가 사용자의 허리에 탄력적으로 밀착됨에 따라 사용자의 등 부위에서는 상기 밴드(1210)는 사용자의 등 부위에 밀착되지 않아 상기 밴드(1210)와 사용자의 등골자기 사이에 공간이 발생하고, 발생된 공간을 통해 상기 본체(1100)의 내부로 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 밴드(1210)에는 보형물(1210a)이 일체로 형성된다.
상기 보형물(1210a)은 사용자의 등 부위, 더욱 상세하게는 등골자기에 밀착되는 상기 밴드(1210)에 일체로 형성되며, 상기 보형물(1210a)의 일측면은 사용자의 등골자기 부위에 대응되는 곡면을 가지도록 돌출되어 돌출부위가 상기 밴드(1210)와 사용자의 등골자기 사이의 공간을 밀폐시켜 공간으로 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기 보형물은(1210a)은 탄성을 가지는 재질을 가지는 것이 바람직하며, 상기 밴드(1210)와 사용자의 등골자기 사이의 공간이 일정하지 않기 때문에 사용자의 등골자기에 밀착 시 변형되어 공간을 밀폐시키는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 밴드(1210)의 내측에는 하나 이상의 수평핀(1210b)이 상기 밴드(1210)의 길이방향으로 띠 형상을 가지도록 돌출되게 구비될 수 있으며, 상기 하나 이상의 수평핀(1210b)은 사용자의 등골자기 곡면부 또는 등골자기 곡면부와 밴드 내측 전체에 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 밴드(1210)의 내측에 하나 이상의 수평핀(1210b)이 상기 밴드(1210)의 길이방향으로 띠 형상을 가지도록 돌출되게 구비됨으로써 상기 밴드(1210)의 수밀성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 상기 수평핀(1210b)의 단면 형상을 다양한 형상으로 변형될 수 있으며, 상기 수평핀(1210b)은 탄성을 가지는 재질로 제작되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 6 및 도 7을 참조하면, 상기 흘러내림방지수단(1200)이 벨트 형태일 경우에는 상기 본체(1100)의 상단 둘레부(1100a)에는 복수개의 벨트 고리(1100b)가 등간격으로 이격되게 구비되며, 상기 복수개의 벨트 고리(1100b)에 상기 흘러내림방지수단(1200)인 벨트(1220)가 상기 본체(1100)의 상단 둘레부(1100a)가 견고하게 장착되게 된다.
상기 벨트(1220)에는 샤워 시 사용자의 등쪽으로 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하는 방수판(1230)이 장착되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 방수판(1230)은 사용자의 등 부위에 밀착되는 일측면은 사용자의 등 부위에 대응되는 곡면형상을 가지도록 돌출되고, 전단 둘레면과 후단 둘레면에는 상기 벨트(1220)가 관통하는 관통홀(1232)이 형성된다. 상기 벨트(1220)가 상기 관통홀(1232)로 삽입됨으로써 상기 방수판(1230)이 상기 벨트(1220)에 이동가능하게 장착되어 사용자의 등 부위에 밀착되어 상기 벨트(1220)와 사용자의 등골자기 사이의 공간을 밀폐시켜 공간으로 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하게 된다.
따라서, 사용자의 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 샤워용 하의 방수복(1000)을 착용함으로써 하의를 입은 상태로 간편하게 상체 샤워를 실시할 수 있어 샤워를 위해 옷을 탈의하는 시간을 단축시킬 수 있고, 샤워 시 밴드(1210) 및 보형물(1220) 또는 벨트(1220) 및 방수판(1230)이 본체(1100)의 내부로 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하여 하의가 물에 젖는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시 예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 다른 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 샤워 시 하체가 물에 젖는 것을 방지하기 위해 착용하는 샤워용 하의 방수복에 관한 것으로,
    상단 둘레부가 사용자의 허리를 감싸며, 사용자의 하체가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하는 방수재질의 본체; 및
    상기 본체의 상단 둘레부에 구비되며, 상기 상단 둘레부를 사용자의 허리에 밀착시켜 사용자가 샤워 시 물이 본체의 내부로 흘러내리는 것을 방지하는 흘러내림방지수단을 포함하되,
    상기 흘러내림방지수단은 밴드 또는 벨트 형태로서,
    상기 흘러내림방지수단의 내측에는 하나 이상의 수평핀이 상기 밴드의 길이방향으로 돌출 구비되고,상기 하나 이상의 수평핀은 사용자의 등골자가 곡면부 또는 등골자기 곡면부 및 밴드 내측 전체에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체는,
    치마 형태 또는 바지 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 본체는,
    상기 치마 형태의 치마단 또는 상기 바지 형태의 바지단의 길이를 조절하는 길이조절부재를 포함하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 길이조절부재는,
    상기 치마단 또는 상기 바지단의 중앙부에 상기 치마단 또는 상기 바지단의 길이방향으로 구비되는 루프 테이프와,
    일단은 상기 치마단 또는 상기 바지단의 하단부에 연결되며 타단은 상기 치마단 또는 상기 바지단에서 돌출되는 연결단과,
    상기 연결단의 일면에 구비되며 상기 루프 테이프와 접착되는 후크 테이프를 포함하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  5. 청구항 3에 있어서,
    상기 본체가 바지 형태일 경우,
    상기 바지단의 끝단은 사용자의 발이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 밀폐되게 연장되어 장화형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 흘러내림방지수단이 밴드 형태일 경우,
    상기 상단 둘레부에 상기 밴드가 일단 또는 다단으로 배치되며,
    사용자의 등쪽에 밀착되는 상기 밴드에는 내측으로 라운드지게 삽입되는 사용자의 등 부위에 대응하여 곡면형상으로 돌출되는 보형물이 일체로 형성되는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 흘러내림방지수단이 벨트 형태일 경우,
    상기 상단 둘레부에는 상기 벨트가 장착되는 복수개의 벨트 고리가 이격되게 구비되며,
    상기 벨트에는 샤워 시 사용자의 등쪽으로 물이 흘러내리는 것을 방지하는 방수판이 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
  8. 청구항 7에 있어서,
    상기 방수판은,
    사용자의 등 부위에 밀착되는 일측면은 사용자의 등 부위에 대응되는 곡면형상을 가지고, 상기 벨트가 관통하는 관통홀이 대응되는 전단 둘레면과 후단 둘레면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샤워용 하의 방수복.
