Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a baby clothing having bottom opening/closing line and side opening/closing line. More specifically, the present invention relates to a baby garment including a bottom opening/closing line integrally formed in a lower surface of the lower portion of a body part so as to be openable/closable from the end of one pant leg to the end of the other pant leg via a crotch portion and a side opening/closing line integrally formed so as to be operable/closable from the end of the underside of one sleeve to the end of one pant leg via an armpit portion and a side portion. According to the present invention, when the bottom opening/closing line is opened in one direction, the side opening/closing line is opened in one direction, and the front portion of one leg portion, in which both the bottom opening/closing line and the side opening/closing line are formed, is bent in the oblique direction, a diaper may be easily changed by partial opening without taking off the garment.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • In general, since babies do not have enough cognitive ability to be toilet-trained, parents put a diaper on their babies to prevent feces and urine from being released to the outside.
  • Depending on baby's developmental stages and bowel movements, about 10 diapers need to be changed per day.
  • When parents confirm feces or urine in a diaper, they replace the existing diaper with a new diaper. However, when going out or in winter, babies wear underwear or pants on their diapers while wearing the diapers. Accordingly, once discharge of feces or urine in diapers is confirmed, parents should change diapers after undressing their babies. In addition, when going out, parents should take off their babies' shoes when changing diapers.
  • Meanwhile, Korean Patent No. 1212077; “BABY GARMENT” (hereinafter referred to as a related art), which is a related art literature, was disclosed on Dec. 13, 2012.
  • The related art relates to a baby garment including a crotch portion having a transparent portion. According to the related art, the transparent portion is formed using soft vinyl paper, transparent cloth, or mesh paper. Accordingly, when a baby wears the baby garment, contamination of a diaper worn by the baby can be quickly checked.
  • According to the related art, it can be confirmed through the transparent portion whether the color of a diaper has been changed by feces or urine. However, when changing diapers after checking for feces or urine, a user should remove the baby's pants or jumpsuit. Thus, in this respect, the related art is the same as conventional baby clothes.
  • Therefore, to solve the inconvenience of conventional jumpsuits in which the top and bottom are integrally formed, there is a need for a baby garment having a structure in which change of diapers and undressing are easily performed.
  • DISCLOSURE Technical Problem
  • Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is one object of the present invention to provide a baby garment having an integrally-formed top and bottom. According to the present invention, opening/closing lines are formed in the baby garment, and members including zippers and buttons are attached along the opening/closing lines. With this configuration, the baby garment may be partially opened/closed. Therefore, when using the baby garment, a user may easily change diapers.
  • Technical Solution
  • In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, provided is a baby garment including a body part integrally formed to surround the upper and lower parts of a baby; a head protecting part extending upward from the neckline of the body part to protect the head of the baby; arm-receiving parts provided on opposite sides of the body part and responsible for receiving a pair of arms; leg-receiving parts provided at lower portions of the body part and responsible for receiving a pair of legs; a bottom opening/closing line integrally formed in a lower surface of the lower portion of the body part to extend from the end of one pant leg to the end of the other pant leg via a crotch portion and openable/closable using an opening/closing means including a zipper or a button; and a side opening/closing line formed so as to extend from the end of the underside of one sleeve to the end of one pant leg via an armpit portion and a side portion and openable/closable from the end of the sleeve to the end of the pant leg using an opening/closing means including a zipper or a button.
  • In addition, the baby garment may further include a stopper formed by performing a finishing process of melting and pressing one end of the side opening/closing line and one end of the bottom opening/closing line and responsible for preventing complete opening when the side opening/closing line and the bottom opening/closing line are opened using the opening/closing means; and anti-slip pads attached to knee portions located at the front of each of the leg-receiving parts and elbow portions located at the back of each of the arm-receiving parts and responsible for absorbing impact.
  • In addition, when the bottom opening/closing line is opened in one direction and the side opening/closing line is opened in one direction, the front side fabric of one leg portion, in which both the bottom opening/closing line and the side opening/closing line are formed, may be allowed to be bent in the oblique direction, so that a portion of a front portion of a baby including both legs and the lower abdomen on which a diaper is put may be exposed and change of diapers may be allowed without completely removing a garment.
  • Advantageous Effects
  • As apparent from the foregoing, the present invention advantageously provides a baby garment including a bottom opening/closing line integrally formed in a lower surface of the lower portion of a body part so as to be openable/closable from the end of one pant leg to the end of the other pant leg via a crotch portion and a side opening/closing line integrally formed so as to be openable/closable from the end of the underside of one sleeve to the end of one pant leg via an armpit portion and a side portion. According to the present invention, when the bottom opening/closing line is opened in one direction, the side opening/closing line is opened in one direction, and the front portion of one leg portion, in which both the bottom opening/closing line and the side opening/closing line are formed, is bent in the oblique direction, a diaper can be easily changed by partial opening without taking off the garment.

In addition, in the following description of the present invention, a detailed description of known functions and configurations incorporated herein will be omitted when it may make the subject matter of the present invention unclear. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following preferred examples. However, these examples are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the scope and spirit of the present invention. In addition, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
  • FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a baby clothing having bottom opening/closing line and side opening/closing line according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of a baby clothing having bottom opening/closing line and side opening/closing line according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a front perspective view of a baby clothing having bottom opening/closing line and side opening/closing line according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is viewed from another angle, and FIG. 4 illustrates a baby clothing having bottom opening/closing line and side opening/closing line according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is in an opened state.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a baby garment 100 having a bottom opening/closing line and a side opening/closing line according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a body part 10 integrally formed to surround the upper and lower parts of a baby, a head protecting part 20 extending upward from the neckline of the body part 10 to protect a head of the baby, arm-receiving parts 30 provided on both sides of the body part 10 and responsible for receiving a pair of arms, and leg-receiving parts 40 provided at lower portions of the body part 10 and responsible for receiving a pair of legs.
  • The body part 10 and the head protecting part 20 are integrally formed. The head protecting part 20 is sewn along a neckline to surround a head, and a finishing process of inserting the head protecting part 20 into the inside of sewn outer cloth is performed.
  • The baby garment 100 includes a bottom opening/closing line 50 integrally formed in a lower surface of the lower portion of the body part 10 so as to be openable/closable from the end of one pant leg to the end of another pant leg via a crotch portion and a side opening/closing line 60 formed so as to extend from the end of the underside of one sleeve to the end of one pant leg via an armpit portion and a side portion and openable/closable from the end of the sleeve to the end of the pant leg.
  • Accordingly, using an opening/closing means including a zipper or a button attached to one end of the bottom opening/closing line 50, the bottom opening/closing line 50 may be opened/closed from the end of one pant leg to the end of the other pant leg via a portion corresponding to the crotch of a baby. In this case, by simply opening the bottom opening/closing line 50, a user may check whether a diaper has been changed.
  • In addition, the opening/closing means including a zipper or a button attached to one end of the side opening/closing line 60 is configured so that the side opening/closing line 60 is opened/closed from the end of one sleeve to the end of one pant leg.
  • Anti-slip pads 70 may be attached to knee portions located at the front of each of the leg-receiving parts 40 and elbow portions located at the back of each of the arm-receiving parts 30 to minimize impact on a baby when the baby falls.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates the baby garment 100 having a bottom opening/closing line and a side opening/closing line according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is in an opened state. Referring to FIG. 4, when the bottom opening/closing line 50 is opened in one direction, the front portion of the garment is opened and a front portion of a baby including both legs and the lower abdomen on which a diaper is put is exposed, so that the condition of the diaper may be checked when the baby is lying or standing.
  • In particular, in the case of a conventional jumpsuit in which the top and bottom are integrally formed, a crotch portion is formed in a sealed state, which makes it difficult to check the state of a diaper. In addition, since it is cumbersome for a user to wear or remove a baby's garment, changing diapers may be inconvenient.
  • In addition, when the side opening/closing line 60 is opened in a state wherein the bottom opening/closing line 50 is opened, the front side fabric of one leg portion, in which both the side opening/closing line 60 and the bottom opening/closing line 50 are formed, may be bent in the oblique direction. When the front side fabric is bent in the oblique direction, a front portion of a baby including both legs and the lower abdomen on which a diaper is put may be exposed, and the diaper may be easily changed without taking off the garment.
  • In addition, after changing a diaper, the bottom opening/closing line 50 and the side opening/closing line 60 may be closed using zippers or buttons. Thus, the present invention has an advantage in that the garment may be easily opened and closed.
  • In addition, although not shown, the baby garment 100 may further include a stopper (not shown) formed by performing a finishing process of melting and pressing one end of a predetermined length of the side opening/closing line 60 and one end of a predetermined length of the bottom opening/closing line 50 and responsible for preventing complete opening when the side opening/closing line 60 and the bottom opening/closing line 50 are opened using the opening/closing means including a zipper or a button.
