This visual appearance and the accurate control during flight of the hunting behaviour of the robotic bird ensure that live birds recognize it as their natural enemy and flee in a controlled manner; merely using a drone is not sufficient as birds get habituated rapidly.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un oiseau robotisé qui comprend : - un corps, s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal entre une tête et une queue, - deux ailes fixes, reliées au corps sur des côtés opposés du corps, chaque aile ayant une forme de section transversale verticale le long de l'axe longitudinal du corps, qui se transforme progressivement dans une direction s'éloignant du corps, d'une première forme qui est convexe au niveau d'un côté supérieur et concave au niveau d'un côté inférieur à une seconde forme qui est convexe au niveau d'un côté supérieur et convexe au niveau d'un côté inférieur.
