一种用于制冷装置的门体、制冷装置及装配方法,门体(100)包括门板(10)及环绕门板(10)的门框(20),还包括:装配盒(30),装配盒(30)设置于门板(10)的内侧,装配盒(30)与门板(10)的内侧之间限定容置腔;开口(211),开口(211)设置于门框(20)的纵向边框(21),开口(211)与容置腔相通;显示组件(40),显示组件(40)配置成沿纵向自开口(211)插入容置腔中;以及封盖(50),封盖(50)卡合于开口(211)。显示组件(40)被配置为沿纵向插入门板(10)与装配盒(30)限定的容置空间中,缩短了显示组件(40)装配移动路径,使得组装难度降低,提高了组装良率及效率。

Description

制冷装置及用于制冷装置的门体、装配方法 技术领域
本发明涉及制冷技术领域,特别涉及一种制冷装置及用于制冷装置的门体。
背景技术
为了满足人们的需求,现有的冰箱、冷柜等一些制冷装置的门体上装有具备触控功能的液晶显示器便于用户获取冰箱相关信息。用户可以用手触摸液晶显示器所在的门体玻璃来操作制冷装置的设置和获取信息。
一般情况下,具备触控功能的液晶显示器是通过装配在塑料结构固定件上形成显示屏总成,再装配到制冷装置的门体的容置腔中。而制冷装置的门体在在预装和发泡过程中会出现不可控制造偏差,导致显示屏总成与门体装配时往往会出现装配过紧或者装配后与门体外侧的玻璃之间存在闪缝,显示屏总成的不能与门体外侧的剥离贴合,从而导致显示屏触摸失效的问题。
此外,现有技术中,具备触控功能的显示屏往往装配于门体的中间,导致显示屏总成进入门体内的容置腔需要移动的路径过长,导致组装难度大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服上述显示屏与门体装配后,门体外侧玻璃与显示屏之间的闪缝导致的触控失效的问题。
本发明的目的之另一在于改善上述显示屏与门体装配时,移动路径过长导致的组装难度大的问题。
本发明一种用于制冷装置的门体,该门体包括门板及环绕该门板的门框,还包括:装配盒,该装配盒设置于该门板的背侧,该装配盒与该门板的背侧之间限定容置腔;开口,该开口设置于该门框的纵向边框,该开口与该容置腔相通;显示组件,该显示组件配置成沿纵向自该开口插入该容置腔中;以及;封盖,该封盖卡合于该开口。
作为可选的技术方案,该装配盒包括底板及围绕该底板且朝向该底板的第一侧延伸的第一裙边,该第一裙边与该底板限定容置空间,该容置空间用以安装该显示组件。
作为可选的技术方案,该显示组件包括一对凸耳,该第一裙边包括朝向该容置空间中延伸的第一卡勾与第二卡勾,该第一卡勾与该第二卡勾分别卡合该一对凸耳。
作为可选的技术方案,该装配盒还包括第二裙边以及台阶部,该台阶部设置于该底板与该第二裙边之间,该第二裙边朝向该底板的第二侧延伸,该第二侧与该第一侧相背,其中,该第二裙边与该纵向边框21固定连接。
作为可选的技术方案,该封盖卡合于该第二裙边与该台阶部。
作为可选的技术方案,该第二裙边包括第一凸块与第一凹槽,该封盖上设置第二凹槽与第三卡勾,该第一凸块卡入该第二凹槽中,该第三卡勾卡入该第一凹槽中,使得该封盖与该第二裙边相互卡合。
作为可选的技术方案,该台阶部包括相互连接的第一板片与第二板片,该第二板片位于该第一板片与该底板之间,该第一板片上设置第三凹槽,对应该第三凹槽,该封盖上设置第四卡勾,该第四卡勾卡合于该第三凹槽中,使得该封盖与该台阶部相互卡合。
作为可选的技术方案,该第一裙边与该第二裙边构成L型结构。
本发明还提供一种制冷装置,该制冷装置包括门体,该门体为如上所述的门体。
本发明又提供一种门体的装配方法,该装配方法包括:
步骤S1,提供门体,所述门体包括门板、门框、装配盒、显示组件及封盖,所述门框包括纵向侧边,所述纵向侧边上设置开口;所述装配盒的一侧连接于所述门框,所述装配盒与所述门体的门板限定容置腔,所述容置腔与所述开口相互连通;
步骤S2,将所述装配盒倾斜插入所述开口,并推入所述容置腔中;
步骤S3,转动所述显示组件,使得所述显示组件的凸耳与所述装配盒的第一卡勾与第二卡勾相互卡合;以及
步骤S4,卡合所述封盖于所述开口中,且所述封盖与所述装配盒、所述显示组件相互卡合;
其中,所述门体为如上所述的门体。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的应用于制冷装置的门体,于门体的纵向边框上设置开口,装配盒的一侧与纵向边框相互连接,显示组件被配置为沿纵向插入门板与装配盒限定的容置空间中,缩短了显示组件装配移动路径,使得组装难度降低,提高了组装良率及效率。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1为本发明提供的门体的示意图;图2为本发明提供的门体的分解示意图。
如图1与图2所示,本发明提供一种应用于制冷装置的门体100,制冷装置例如是冰箱(未图示)。门体100为具有显示组件40的门体,较佳的,显示组件50被配置为沿纵向插入门体100中进行转配。其中,显示组件40位于门体100的门板10的背侧,门板10的前侧对应显示组件40设置触控显示区域11,使用者通过触控显示区域11对制冷装置进行触控操作。
本发明中定义,“背侧”为远离使用者一侧,“前侧”为靠近使用者一侧。
门体100包括门板10,门板10上设置触控显示区域11,较佳的,触控显示区域11靠近门板10的长边12设置,其中,触控显示区域 11与长边12相邻的侧边到长边12的距离小于等于1.5厘米。通过将触控显示区域11移动到与门板10的长边相邻的区域,以缩减显示组件50插入到门体10中的路径,降低组装的难度。
在本发明其他实施例中,可将触控显示区域设置于门板顶部的短边方向,其中,触控显示区域与短边相邻的侧边到短边的距离小于等于1.5厘米。此时,显示单元可配置为沿横向插入门体中进行装配,缩减显示组件插入门体中的路劲,降低组装难度。
本发明中,所述“沿纵向”和“沿横向”是指,显示组件50沿着门体100的纵向方向或者横向方向插入门体100内部进行装配。其中,门体100的纵向方向垂直制冷装置放置的地面,门体100的横向方向平行制冷装置放置的地面;或者,门体100的纵向为制冷装置的高度方向,门体100的横向为制冷装置的宽度方向。
如图1与图2所示,门体100还包括门框20,门框20环绕门板10设置,门框20的纵向边框21上设置开口211。装配盒30设置于门板10的后侧,装配盒30与门板10之间限定容置腔,容置腔与开口211相互连通,显示组件40自开口211插入所述容置腔中。封盖50卡合于开口211中。
本实施例中,由于将门板10上的触控显示区域11移动到靠近长边12的区域,使得装配显示组件40的装配盒30朝向长边12移动,进而装配盒30的一侧可预先固定于门框20的纵向边框21上。
图3为图2中装配盒、封盖及显示组件的示意图;图4为图2中封盖另一视角示意图;图5为图2中装配盒与显示组件的组装示意图;图6为图2中装配盒与显示组件的分解示意图。
如图3至图6所示,装配盒30包括底板31,第一裙边301与第二裙边302,第一裙边301朝向底板31的第一侧延伸,第二裙边302朝向底板31第二侧延伸,第一侧与第二侧相背。
第一裙边301大致上呈U型,围绕底板31设置,第一裙边301与底板31限定出容置空间32,容置空间32的一侧与开口211相互连通。容置空间32用于安装显示组件40。第一裙边301包括相对的上侧壁311与下侧壁312,其中,上侧壁311朝向容置空间32中延伸出上第一卡勾313,下侧壁321朝向容置空间32中延伸出第二卡勾314,第一卡勾313与第二卡勾314分别卡合显示组件40的固定件44顶部与底部上的一对凸耳445(如图5所示)。
第二裙边302大致上呈U型,第二裙边302与底板31之间设置台阶部,且第二裙边302围绕所述台阶部设置并与第一裙边301相连接。其中,台阶部包括大致相互垂直的第一板片3024与第二板片3025,第二板片3025相对的两侧分别连接底板31与第一板片3024,第一板片3024相对的两侧分别连接第二裙边302与第二板片3025。台阶部的设置为封盖50的固定提供了卡合部,使得封盖50与装配盒30之间组装更简便,且通过封盖50卡合装配盒30,装配盒30在门体100中的稳定性有所提高。
第二裙边302包括相对设置的第一凸块3021与第一凹槽3022,第一凸块3021朝向容置空间32一侧突出,第一凹槽3022朝向第二裙边302凹陷;对应第一凸块3021,封盖50设置第二凹槽501;对应第一凹槽3022,封盖50上设置第三卡勾502;第一凸块3021卡入第二凹槽501中,第三卡勾502卡入第一凹槽3022中,使得封盖50与第二裙边302及台阶部相互卡合。
需要说明的是,本发明中为了说明封盖50与装配盒30之间的卡合关系,将装配盒30区分为底板31、第一裙边301、第二裙边302以及台阶部,但不以此为限。
第一板片3024上设置另外的第三凹槽3023,对应第三凹槽3023,封盖50设置第四卡勾503,第四卡勾503卡入第三凹槽3023中,使得封盖50与台阶部相互卡合。
继续参照图1、图3与图4,第三卡勾502、第四卡勾503以及第二凹槽501分别自封盖50一侧朝向安装盒30延伸。
本实施例中第一裙边301的U型开口与第二裙边302的U型开口相互连接,第一裙边301与第二裙边302大致相互垂直构成L型结构。L型结构使得装配盒30同时与门框20的侧边21以及门板10固定时更加方便,且装配的完成度较高。
图7A与图7B为显示组件在不同视角下的分解示意图;图8为显示组件的第一截面示意图;图9为显示组件的第二截面示意图。
如图7A与图7B所示,显示组件40包括依次叠置的显示屏41、支架42、弹性件43及固定件44,显示屏41靠近或者贴合于门板10的背侧,且正对门板10上显示触控区域11;支架42用以卡合固定显示屏41;弹性件43夹设于支架42与固定件44之间;固定件44靠近装配盒30的底板31。其中,弹性件43弹性推抵支架42,使得固定于支架42中的显示屏41能够与门板10紧密贴合,以克服显示组件40与门体100组装后因存在缝隙而导致触控显示异常等问题。
如图7A、图7B及图9所示,支架42包括第一本体421,第一本体421的前侧设置多个卡勾部424,多个卡勾部424用于卡合固定位于第一本体421的前侧的显示屏41;第一本体421的背侧设置第一限位部422,弹性件43的第一端容置于第一限位部422中。本实施例中,第一限位部422例如是自第一本体421的背侧突出第一限位凹槽,第一限位凹槽的槽壁423突出于第一本体421的背侧表面而朝向固定件44延伸。其中,弹性件43的第一端容置于第一限位凹槽中,且弹性推抵第一本体421的背侧。
固定件44包括第二本体441,第二本体441的前侧设置第二限位部442,第二限位部442与第一限位部422相互对应。本实施例中,第二限位部442例如是自第二本体441的前侧朝向背侧凹陷的第二限位凹槽,弹性件43相对的第二端容置于第二限位凹槽中。为了增加弹性件43在第二限位部442中装配稳定性,第二限位部442设置限位柱443,限位柱443位于第二限位凹槽中,弹性件43套设于限位柱443外侧并容置于第二限位凹槽中。
如上所述,当弹性件43夹设于固定件44与支架42之间,弹性件43的第一端容置于第一本体421背侧的第一限位凹槽中,弹性件43的第二端套设于第二本体441前侧的限位柱443上并容置于第二限位凹槽中。第一限位凹槽、第二限位凹槽及限位柱443共同限位弹性件43,使得弹性件43不易脱出。
在一较佳的实施方式中,弹性件43例如是压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧在支架42与固定件44之间处于压缩状态,因此,能够持续的弹性推抵支架42,使得显示屏41能够与门板10相互贴合。
进一步,支架42与固定件43之间通过卡合固定的方式连接。
如图7A、图7B与图8所示,支架42的背侧设置多个第一卡合部425,多个第一卡合部425例如是朝向固定件44延伸的卡勾;固定件44设置多个第二卡合部446以及多个第三卡合部444,多个第二卡合部446与多个第一卡合部425相互对应,多个第二卡合部446例如贯穿第二本体441的开槽,所述卡勾卡入所述开槽中,使得支架42与固定件44相互卡合固定。此外,多个第三卡合部444例如设置于第二本体441前侧的多个卡勾,多个卡勾用于卡合支架42的边缘,增加支架42与固定件44之间卡合的稳定性。
此外,固定件44的第二本体441的背侧还设置多个卡合凸部4401,多个卡合凸部4401与封盖50上的卡合槽504相对应,使得封盖50能够与显示组件40相互固定,增加装配稳定性。
本实施例中,于显示组件40安装至装配盒30中,显示组件40倾斜插入门框20的纵向边框21上的开口211,将显示组件40推入容置空间32中,转动显示组件40,显示组件40与装配盒30相互平行,并使显示组件40的固定件44的顶部与底部的一对凸耳445分别与第一裙边301的第一卡勾313与第二卡勾314相互卡合。为了增加显示组件40与装配盒30的固定稳定性,凸耳445及装配盒30中分别设置相互对应的锁固孔,锁固件插入锁固孔中,将固定件44与装配盒30锁紧。
结合图3与图6,显示组件40斜向上倾斜插入开口211中,推动显示组件40进入容置空间32中,显示组件40的固定件44的一侧抵靠第一裙边301,使得显示组件40的固定件44上的凸耳445与装配盒30的第二卡勾314结合,并以此为支点,转动显示组件40使得另一个凸耳445与第一卡勾313相互卡合,进而显示组件40安装于装配盒30中。或者,显示组件40斜向下倾斜插入开口211中,推动显示组件40进入容置空间32中,显示组件40的固定件44的一侧抵靠第一裙边301,显示组件40的固定件44上的凸耳445与装配盒30的第一卡勾313结合,并以此为支点,转动显示组件40使得另一凸耳445与第二卡勾314相互卡合,进而显示组件40安装于装配盒30中。
结合图5可知,显示组件40装配至装配盒30中,显示组件40的固定件44的第二本体441与安装盒30的底板31之间存在间隙S(如图5所示),即,第二本体441与底板31之间存在上述间隙S而不互相接触,其中,间隙S用以应对门体100的门板10与门框20 在制造及组装过程中引入的偏差。具体来讲,装配盒30的第二裙边302预先与门框30的纵向侧壁相互结合,经过与门板、门衬的装配过程,再经发泡制程形成门体,在此过程中往往会引入较大的装配及制程误差,导致装配盒30与门板10之间的预留的容置腔的尺寸发生变化,使得显示组件40不能顺利装配至上述容置腔中。
本实施例中,在装配盒30与显示组件40之间预留间隙S,通过间隙S吸收上述容置腔的尺寸变化,使得显示组件40能顺利的装配至装配盒30中。其中,弹性件43一方面可使得显示屏41贴合于门板10背侧,另一方向,弹性件43推抵固定件44使得固定件44顶部与底部的一对凸耳445分别与装配盒30中的第一卡勾313、第二卡勾314稳定卡合。
本发明还提供一种制冷装置,所述制冷装置包括如上所述的门体100。
图10为本发明的显示组件与门体的装配方法的流程图。
如图10所示,显示组件与门体的装配方法200包括:
步骤S1,提供门体、显示组件及封盖,所述门体包括门框及装配盒,所述门框包括纵向侧边,所述纵向侧边上设置开口;所述装配盒的一侧连接于所述门框,所述装配盒与所述门体的门板限定容置腔,所述容置腔与所述开口相互连通;
步骤S2,将所述装配盒倾斜插入所述开口,并推入所述容置腔中;
步骤S3,转动所述显示组件,使得所述显示组件的凸耳与所述装配盒的第一卡勾与第二卡勾相互卡合;
步骤S4,卡合所述封盖于所述开口中,且所述封盖与所述装配盒、所述显示组件相互卡合。
综上,本发明提供一种适用于制冷装置的门体、制冷装置及装配方法,显示组件沿纵向插入门框上的开口进入装配盒与门板之间的容置腔中,由于将门板上的触控显示区域移动至靠近门框的位置,对应的装配盒的侧边连接至门框的内侧使得显示组件插入装配盒中的路径显著缩减,降低了组装难度,提高了组装效率。进一步,显示组件的固定件与支架之间设置弹性件,弹性件弹性推抵支架,以及,显示组件的固定件与装配盒之间预设间隙S,共同保证显示屏与玻璃始终紧密贴合,在一定程度内不受制造误差对显示屏触摸效果的影响。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于制冷装置的门体,该门体包括门板及环绕该门板的门框,其特征在于,还包括:
    装配盒,该装配盒设置于该门板的背侧,该装配盒与该门板的背侧之间限定容置腔;
    开口,该开口设置于该门框的纵向边框,该开口与该容置腔相通;
    显示组件,该显示组件配置成沿纵向自该开口插入该容置腔中;以及;
    封盖,该封盖卡合于该开口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该装配盒包括底板及围绕该底板且朝向该底板的第一侧延伸的第一裙边,该第一裙边与该底板限定容置空间,该容置空间用以安装该显示组件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该显示组件包括一对凸耳,该第一裙边包括朝向该容置空间中延伸的第一卡勾与第二卡勾,该第一卡勾与该第二卡勾分别卡合该一对凸耳。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该装配盒还包括第二裙边以及台阶部,该台阶部设置于该底板与该第二裙边之间,该第二裙边朝向该底板的第二侧延伸,该第二侧与该第一侧相背,其中,该第二裙边与该纵向边框21固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该封盖卡合于该第二裙边与该台阶部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该第二裙边包括第一凸块与第一凹槽,该封盖上设置第二凹槽与第三卡勾,该第一凸块卡入该第二凹槽中,该第三卡勾卡入该第一凹槽中,使得该封盖与该第二裙边相互卡合。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该台阶部包括相互连接的第一板片与第二板片,该第二板片位于该第一板片与该底板之间,该第一板片上设置第三凹槽,对应该第三凹槽,该封盖上设置第四卡勾,该第四卡勾卡合于该第三凹槽中,使得该封盖与该台阶部相互卡合。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的用于制冷装置的门体,其特征在于,该第一裙边与该第二裙边构成L型结构。
  9. 一种制冷装置,该制冷装置包括门体,其特征在于,该门体为如权利要求1-8中所述的门体。
  10. 一种门体的装配方法,其特征在于,该装配方法包括:
    步骤S1,提供门体,所述门体包括门板、门框、装配盒、显示组件及封盖,所述门框包括纵向侧边,所述纵向侧边上设置开口;所述装配盒的一侧连接于所述门框,所述装配盒与所述门体的门板限定容置腔,所述容置腔与所述开口相互连通;
    步骤S2,将所述装配盒倾斜插入所述开口,并推入所述容置腔中;
    步骤S3,转动所述显示组件,使得所述显示组件的凸耳与所述装配盒的第一卡勾与第二卡勾相互卡合;以及
    步骤S4,卡合所述封盖于所述开口中,且所述封盖与所述装配盒、 所述显示组件相互卡合;
    其中,所述门体为如权利要求1-8中任一一项所述的门体。
