Description

音圈、扬声器及音圈的制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及扬声器产品技术领域,更具体的,涉及一种音圈、扬声器及音圈的制作方法。
背景技术
扬声器是一种能够将电信号转化为声音信号的器件,广泛应用于手机、平板电脑等电子设备中。其主要由磁铁、振膜、音圈等部件组成。其中音圈是扬声器振动系统的振动源,其对扬声器的灵敏度和频率响应有着非常重要的影响。
音圈通常由一漆包线围设堆叠而成,且一端与振膜相连接,扬声器在工作时,会有变化的电流通过音圈的漆包线,音圈在电磁场的作用下做活塞式运动,从而带动振膜做往复运动,进而推动周围的空气运动发出声波。
现有音圈一般采用从内向外的方式绕制,绕线结束后,始线出线位置5’必须从音圈本体7’的上方或下方引出,这样在纵向高度方向上多出一根始线的线径高度,使音圈总高度变高,如附图3、4所示。而目前很多电子产品适用的微型扬声器总高度约为2-4mm,音圈、磁路、振膜组件、胶层等在微小的空间中紧密布置,音圈的振动空间为0.4-0.8mm左右,但扬声器的一根漆包线线径的高度就为0.05mm-0.2mm,占据了振动空间的10-20%,使得振动空间减小,容易发生擦碰,引发声学性能不良。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种音圈、扬声器及音圈的制作方法,其能够解决现有绕线方式中始线出线的问题,减少绕线对振动空间的占用,提升扬声器的声学效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种音圈,音圈包括由漆包线绕制而成的音圈本体、始线端和末线端,音圈本体上设置有始线出线位置和末线出线位置,所述始线端从始线出线位置引出,所述末线端从末线出线位置引出,所述始线出线位置和所述末线出线位置位于音圈本体中间任意位置,所述音圈本体的高度形成为音圈高度。
可选地,漆包线的始线出线位置和末线出线位置位于同一平面。

在另一实施例中,漆包线的始线出线位置5和末线出线位置3位于不同平面,各自的出线位置可根据扬声器的内部结构进行合理布置。
优选实施例中,音圈至少设置两层,确保了漆包线能够从音圈高度中间位置引出,相邻两层音圈的圈数不同,相邻两层音圈可采用插空排列的方式;音圈圈数既可以以奇数层偶数层相差一圈的方式交替设置,也可由内向外逐渐递减。

反之,若保持振动空间不发生变化,中间出线的方式较两端出线,音圈线圈缠绕的圈数更多,音圈整体的线长增加,同时磁铁的厚度因始线出线空间占用问题的消除,可进一步增厚,线圈与磁铁之间的相互作用增强,使得扬声器机电耦合因子BL(x)得到提升,同时音圈线长的增长,磁铁厚度的增加,扬声器整体重量也随之增加,共振频率F0降低,扬声器的低频表现得到提升。在更为具体的实施例中,音圈在两端出线方式下,其由内向外采用7圈、6圈交替排布的方式形成音圈本体,而采用中间出线方式,其可由内向外可采用8圈、7圈交替排布的结构,当层数为均为6层时,排布方式的差异使得BL(x)提升了14%。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,所述振动系统设置有至少两组音圈。
  10. 一种音圈的制作方法,所述音圈由漆包线绕制而成,漆包线设置有始线端和末线端,具体采用如下步骤进行绕制:
    A.绕线开始前,始线端预先保留一部分长度,然后设定音圈的绕线起始位置;
    B.始线端从绕线起始位置开始绕制,直至完成第一层音圈,第一层音圈的绕线结束位置记为绕线末端位置;
    C.始线端和末线端各自在绕线起始位与绕线末端位置之间往复堆叠形成音圈本体,始线端最终从始线出线位置引出;末线端最终从末线出线位置引出,所述始线出线位置和所述末线出线位置位于音圈本体中间任意位置,所述音圈本体的高度形成为音圈高度,从而完成音圈的制作。
