本申请实施例提出的基于区块链的资产数字化凭证支付清算方法、装置和计算机可读存储介质,清算装置在接收到预设信息时,获取买方的账户信息,并根据账户信息在区块链业务系统平台中获取账户信息对应的买方以及卖方之间的交易信息以及买方的资产数字化信息,再根据资产数字化信息以及交易信息生成资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书,最后将资产数字凭证与卖方的账户信息关联流转,从而使得买方完成对卖方的交易支付。由于区块链具有多方共识机制、公开可验证账本以及数据不可篡改的特征,使得结算装置从区块链中获取买方的资产数字化信息以及买卖双方的交易信息真实可靠,避免资产数字化信息以及交易信息被篡改导致出现买卖双方的权益得到不到保障,线上交易的安全保障性较高;且买方可以根据资产数字凭证在线上完成对卖方的交易支付,无需银行转账即可实现买卖双方的交易支付,且无需买卖双方线下见面支付,简化了买卖双方的清算流程;在保障买卖双方的权益的前提下,简化了交易双方的清算流程。

清算装置可从区块链业务系统平台进行通信,以在区块链业务系统平台中获取买方账户信息对应的买卖双方的交易信息以及买方的资产数字化信息。具体的,买方可将交易信息以及资产数字化信息与账户信息关联得到关联信息,再将关联信息存储至区块链业务系统平台中,以供买卖双方进行交易支付。交易信息可为买卖双方签订的合同的复印件、电子智能购销合同、买方收货电子对账凭证、卖家发货电子对账凭证、买卖双方电子对账凭证、买方开出增值税专用发票、以及买方购买卖方的货物的金额等。而资产数字化信息指的是用户在银行的存款、固定资产的金额、在银行信用平台类的金融机构的信用额度等,资产数字化信息均经过公证或隔离,以确定资产数字化信息的真实性。此外,资产数字化信息应携带内转拆分转让协议、代付保兑协议、银行类银行额度协议、资产数字化协议以及信托协议等,清算装置在获取资产数字化信息的同时,需同时获取资产数字化信息携带的此类协议;若资产数字化信息携带此类协议,清算装置则有权限对买方的资产数字化信息进行操控;若资产数字化信息未携带此类协议,则清算装置不具备权限对买方的资产数字化信息进行操控,也即买方无法使用资产数字化信息对卖方进行交易支付,此时,清算装置输出提示信息以提示买方提供资产数字化信息托管操控的协议,且终止买卖双方的支付交易。
步骤S30,根据所述资产数字化信息以及所述交易信息生成资产数字凭证和履约承诺书,所述资产数字凭证的资产数字化金额对应的资产被隔离;
清算装置可以根据资产数字化信息以及交易信息生成资产数字凭证和履约承诺书。具体的,清算装置可以根据资产数字化信息确定买方的资金以及买方可贷款的额度,可贷款的额度以及买方的资金之和即为买方的抵质押金额或信托金额或标识隔离金额等。抵质押金额对应的资产被隔离,也即买方无法采用这部分进行线下交易。清算装置还可根据交易信息确定买卖双方的身份标识、支付金额以及支付时间,身份标识可以是买卖双方所在的企业或者买卖双方的名称、身份证等,支付金额即为此次交易中买方需要付给卖方的金额。支付时间可以是当前时间,也可是买方向卖方承诺付款的时间。
清算装置需确定买方的抵质押金额是否大于支付金额,若抵质押金额大于支付金额,清算装置再根据买方的身份标识、卖方的身份标识、支付金额以及支付时间生成资产数字凭证和履约承诺书。可以理解的是,资产数字凭证上包括有付款人、收款人、付款时间以及付款金额等信息。
若抵质押金额小于或等于支付金额,清算装置即可确定买方无法全款的支付卖方。此时,清算装置向买方的终端输出抵押余额不足的提示信息,提示买方新增资产数字化信息以完成此次交易。且清算装置会中断当前的交易。
步骤S40,将所述资产数字凭证以及所述履约承诺书与所述卖方的账户信息关联,并流转给所述卖方,以完成所述买方对所述卖方的交易支付。
清算装置在生成资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书后,将及资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书发送至卖方的账户信息中,从而将资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书与卖方的账户信息关联,以将资产数字凭证流转至卖方,从而完成买方对卖方的交易支付。可以理解的是,卖方的账户信息中关联的资产数字凭证,即可确定卖家持有买家的一部分资产,该部分的资产的金额即为此次交易中买方需要付给卖方的金额。
在本实施例中,区块链业务系统平台中存储的资产数字化信息以及交易信息由交易双方上下游企业、金融机构、类金融机构、银行、服务商多方参与记帐、数据验证、存储、维护和传输等过程,采用纯数学方法建立分布式节点间的信任关系,从而保证区块链业务系统平台中存储的数据真实可靠。且在本实施例中,交易信息和资产数字化信息均从区块链业务系统平台中提取,区块链具有不可篡改,多方记帐,去中心化,共识机制等特征,从而决定了区块链中信息的公开透明和公平可信,使得买卖双方的权益安全性得到保障。
区块链架构平台由以太坊技术构建。区块链架构由物理层、数据层、网络层、共识层、激励层、应用层组成。在应用层开发出区块链业务系统平台、区块链支付平台、区块链清算平台、区块链融资平台、买卖交易业务,通过这些应用平台来实现由交易双方上下游、链条上的每个节点、物流、服务、银行及类金融机构的资金方多方参与的供应链交易双方及实现权益与义务包括付款在内等服务的联盟链。联盟链是区块链的一种,介于公有链和私有链之间,只跟联盟成员,权限及记帐规则都按联盟规则来制定。用于企业级、行业协会、机构间的交易、清结算。区块链的特性是多中心化,共识机制,时序数据,多维护,智能合约,安全可信。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,清算装置在接收到预设信息时,获取买方的账户信息,并根据账户信息在区块链业务系统平台中获取账户信息对应的买方以及卖方之间的交易信息以及买方的资产数字化信息,再根据资产数字化信息以及交易信息生成资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书,最后将资产数字凭证与卖方的账户信息关联流转,从而使得买方完成对卖方的交易支付。由于区块链具有多方共识机制、公开可验证账本以及数据不可篡改的特征,使得结算装置从区块链中获取买方的资产数字化信息以及买卖双方的交易信息真实可靠,避免资产数字化信息以及交易信息被篡改导致出现买卖双方的权益得到不到保障,线上交易的安全保障性较高;且买方可以根据资产数字凭证在线上完成对卖方的交易支付,无需银行转账即可实现买卖双方的交易支付,且无需买卖双方线下见面支付,简化了买卖双方的清算流程;在保障买卖双方的权益的前提下,简化了交易双方的清算流程。
在一实施例中,卖方可以采用账户信息关联的资产数字凭证进行第三方的交易,也即卖方将买方支付给卖方的资产数字凭证拆分、转让给第三方,实现卖方与第三方的交易。因资产数字凭证表征资产,因此,卖方还可则将买方的资产数字凭证进行融资的申请。或者,卖方还可等待当前时间达到资产数字凭证中约定时间,从而得到资产数字凭证的金额。因此,基于资产数字凭证的流通性,卖方与买方的角色可互换。故,在买卖双方交易时,买方可以向卖方提供买方持有的第三方的资产数字凭证,也即买方的资产数字化信息中可含有第三方的资产数字凭证。可以理解的是,买方的资产数字化信息中包括买方自身的资产数字凭证、接收的第三方的资产数字凭证、或者、买方自身的资产数字凭证以及接收的第三方的资产数字凭证。因此,在当卖方的账户信息关联资产数字凭证后,可将该资产数字凭证发送至区块链业务系统平台中,从而使得区块链业务系统平台更新卖家的资产数字化信息。
参照图3,图3为本申请基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法的第二实施例,基于第一实施例,所述步骤S30之后,还包括:
步骤S50,将所述资产数字凭证以及所述履约承诺书在所述区块链支付平台上流转至所述卖方对应的终端,以供所述卖方对所述资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书进行确认;
步骤S60,在接收到基于所述卖方对应的终端发送的确认信息时,执行所述将所述资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书与所述卖家的账户信息关联的步骤。
在本实施中,清算装置在生成资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书时,可将资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书发送至卖方对应的终端。买卖双方即可查看资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书中的支付金额、支付时间、收款人以及付款人等信息是否正确。若无问题,卖方即可基于终端的清算APP向清算装置发送确定信息。
清算装置在接收到卖方发送的确定信息即可确定卖对资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书确认无误,清算装置再将资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书发送至卖方的账户,以将卖方的账户信息与资产数字凭证关联,以完成买方对卖方的交易支付。
若清算装置在预设时长内未接收二者发送的确定信息时,中断买家对卖家的交易支付,并向双方对应的终端输出清算超时的提示信息。
进一步的,检测资产数字化信息是否含有第三方的资产数字凭证;
在所述资产数字化信息中含有第三方的资产数字凭证时,向所述买方的终端输出是否采用第三方的资产数字凭证对卖方进行支付的提示信息;
在接收基于所述提示信息发送的确认信息时,获取所述第三方的身份标识以及所述第三方的资产数字凭证上的支付金额;
根据所述买方的身份标识、所述卖方的身份标识、所述支付金额、所述支付时间、所述第三方的身份标识以及所述第三方的资产数字凭证上的支付金额生成一张金额全额的资产数字凭证或把总金额拆分成多张不同金额的资产数字凭证。
若第三方的资产数字化凭证的支付金额小于支付金额,不足的金额部分根据买方的资产数字化信息开出资产数字凭证和履约承诺书。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,清算装置在生成资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书后,将资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书发送至卖方以供卖方进行确认,避免造成卖方中的财产损失。
参照图4,图4为本申请基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法的第三实施例,基于第一或第二实施例,所述步骤S40之后,还包括:
步骤S70,确定所述资产数字凭证的支付金额;
步骤S80,将所述支付金额以及所述买方的账户信息发送至区块链业务系统平台,以供区块链业务系统平台根据所述支付金额以及所述买方的账户信息更新所述买方的资产数字化信息。
在本实施例中,买方采用资产数字凭证向卖方支付后,买方的账户信息关联的资产数字化信息需要进行更新。具体的,买方向卖方提供资产数字凭证后,买方实则是将一部分资产抵押给卖方,因此,买方的可抵押资金需要减少。故,清算装置确定资产数字凭证的支付金额,再将买方的账户信息以及支付金额发送至区块链业务系统平台,使得区块链业务系统平台根据支付以及账户信息对买方的资产数字化信息进行更新,也即变更资产数字化信息中可抵押的资产,实则是减小资产数字化信息的抵余额,从而使得清算装置能够从区块链业务系统平台中正确的资产数字化信息以完成买方对其他卖方的交易支付。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,清算装置在将资产数字凭证发送至卖方关联后,再将支付金额以及账户信息发送至区块链业务系统平台中,使得区块链业务系统平台对买方的资产数字化信息进行更新,从而使得清算装置能够从区块链业务系统平台中正确的资产数字化信息以完成买方对其他卖方的交易支付。
在一实施例中,清算装置的区块链清算平台在每日终了,会进行收支结算。具体的,在当天结束时,区块链清算平台确定开出的资产数字化凭证,开出的资产数字化凭证可为买方向卖方交付的资产数字化金额。区块链清算平台获取买方基于向卖方交付的资产数字化金额,也即区块链清算平台会向各个开出资产数字化凭证的买方对应的终端发送信息,使得各个买方将开出的资产数字化金额的款项打入区块链清算平台。
当前结束,区块链清算平台还会确定到期的资产数字化凭证,到期的资产数字化凭证为卖方持有。故,区块链清算平台会将到期的资产数字化凭证的数字化金额打入卖方对应的交易账户中,并删除到期的资产数字化凭证,完成区块链清算平台对卖方款项的支付。区块链清算平台可以根据开出的资产数字化凭证的总金额以及支付到期的资产数字化凭证的总金额计算得到当前的轧差。
在本实施例提供的技术方案中,每一天,流转支付装置会将款项打入到期的资产数字化凭证对应的卖方的支付账户中,从而保证卖方的收益。
本申请还提供一种支付清算装置,所述支付清算装置包括区块链构架平台,所述区块链构架平台包括区块链支付平台、区块链融资平台、区块链买卖交易业务平台、区块链业务系统平台以及区块链清算平台,所述清算装置包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器并可在所述处理器上运行的清算程序,所述处理器与所述区块链支付平台、所述区块链融资平台、区块链买卖交易业务平台、所述区块链业务系统平台以及所述区块链清算平台通信连接,所述清算程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法的各个步骤。
本申请还提供一种介质,所述介质存储有清算程序,所述清算程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法的各个步骤。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在如上所述的一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,应用于支付清算装置,其中,所述支付清算装置包括区块链构架平台,所述基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法包括以下步骤:
    所述区块链构架平台的预设平台在接收到预设信息时,获取买方的账户信息,所述预设信息包括清算指令时,所述预设平台为区块链支付平台,所述预设信息包括融资请求时,所述预设平台为区块链融资平台,所述预设信息包括买卖交易业务时,所述预设平台为区块链买卖交易业务平台,所述预设信息包括资产数字凭证的结算清算请求时,所述预设平台为区块链结算平台;
    在区块链业务系统平台中获取所述账户信息对应的买方与卖方之间的交易信息,以及所述买方的资产数字化信息;
    根据所述资产数字化信息以及所述交易信息生成资产数字凭证和履约承诺书,所述资产数字凭证的资产数字化金额对应的资产被隔离;
    将所述资产数字凭证以及所述履约承诺书与所述卖方的账户信息关联,并流转给所述卖方,以完成所述买方对所述卖方的交易支付。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,其中,所述买方的资产数字化信息中包括接收的第三方的资产数字凭证及/或所述买方的资产数字化凭证。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付的清算方法,其中,所述根据所述资产数字化信息以及所述交易信息生成资产数字凭证和履约承诺书的步骤之后,还包括:
    将所述资产数字凭证以及所述履约承诺书在所述区块链支付平台上流转至所述卖方对应的终端,以供所述卖方对所述资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书进行确认;
    在接收到基于所述卖方对应的终端发送的确认信息时,执行所述将所述资产数字凭证以及履约承诺书与所述卖家的账户信息关联的步骤。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,其中,所述将所述资产数字凭证以及所述履约承诺书与所述卖家的账户信息关联的步骤之后,还包括:
    确定所述资产数字凭证的支付金额;
    将所述支付金额以及所述买方的账户信息发送至区块链业务系统平台,以供区块链业务系统平台根据所述支付金额以及所述买方的账户信息更新所述买方的资产数字化信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,其中,所述根据所述资产数字化信息以及所述交易信息生成资产数字凭证和履约承诺书的步骤包括:
    根据所述交易信息确定买方以及卖方的身份标识、支付金额以及支付时间,并根据所述资产数字化信息确定所述买方资产数字化金额,并生成资产数字化凭证,所述资产数字化金额对应的资产被隔离;
    在所述资产数字化金额大于等于所述支付金额时,根据所述买方的身份标识、所述卖方的身份标识、所述支付金额以及所述支付时间开出资产数字凭证和履约承诺书,其信息包括支付金额、到期日期、买卖方身份账户信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,其中,所述根据所述买方的身份标识、所述卖方的身份标识、所述支付金额以及所述支付时间生成资产数字凭证的步骤包括:
    检测所述资产数字化信息是否含有第三方的资产数字凭证;
    在所述资产数字化信息中含有第三方的资产数字凭证时,向所述买方的终端输出是否采用第三方的资产数字凭证对卖方进行支付的提示信息;
    在接收基于所述提示信息发送的确认信息时,获取所述第三方的身份标识以及所述第三方的资产数字凭证上的支付金额;
    根据所述买方的身份标识、所述卖方的身份标识、所述支付金额、所述支付时间、所述第三方的身份标识以及所述第三方的资产数字凭证上的支付金额生成一张金额全额的资产数字凭证或把总金额拆分成多张不同金额的资产数字凭证。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,其中,所述根据所述资产数字化信息确定所述买方的资产数字化金额的步骤之后,还包括:
    在所述资产数字化金额加上收到第三方资产数字凭证金额小于或等于所述支付金额时,向所述买方对应的终端输出资产数字化余额不足的提示信息。
  8. 如权利要求1-7任一项所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法,其中,所述将所述资产数字凭证以及所述履约承诺书与所述卖家的账户信息关联的步骤之后,还包括:
    所述区块链结算平台向各个开出资产数字化凭证的买方的终端发送信息,以使各个所述买方支付资产数字化凭证对应的资产数字化金额;以及
    所述区块链结算平台向各个收到到期的资产数字化凭证对应的卖方的账户信息支付到期的资产数字化凭证对应的资产数字化金额。
  9. 一种支付清算装置,其中,所述支付清算装置包括区块链构架平台,所述区块链构架平台包括区块链支付平台、区块链融资平台、区块链买卖交易业务平台、区块链业务系统平台以及区块链清算平台,所述清算装置包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器并可在所述处理器上运行的清算程序,所述处理器与所述区块链支付平台、所述区块链融资平台、区块链买卖交易业务平台、所述区块链业务系统平台以及所述区块链清算平台通信连接,所述清算程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法的各个步骤。
  10. 一种介质,其中,所述介质存储有清算程序,所述清算程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8任一项所述的基于区块链的资产数字凭证支付清算方法的各个步骤。
