Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'ajustement de type bouton pour raccordement de tuyau, l'appareil comprenant : un corps de tube de raccordement comprenant une étape d'assise et une étape de montage qui sont formées successivement pour être étagées sur la surface circonférentielle interne de celui-ci ; une partie de bague de serrage configurée pour soutenir la surface circonférentielle externe d'un tuyau en utilisant une pièce d'accrochage faisant saillie à partir de la surface circonférentielle interne de l'extrémité de côté arrière de celui-ci ; un soutien de support qui empêche la séparation de la partie de bague de serrage ; un élément d'emballage logé dans l'étape d'assise du corps de tube de raccordement ; et un élément de guidage pour supporter l'élément d'emballage et guider la partie d'extrémité de côté arrière de la partie de bague de serrage, dans laquelle la pièce de capture est positionnée, pour être ouverte lorsque la partie de bague de serrage est déplacée par mise sous pression. Par conséquent, la présente invention permet à un tuyau d'être connecté de manière stable et détaché sans à-coups sans endommager la surface extérieure du tuyau ou endommager l'appareil de montage lorsque le tuyau est détaché.
