Description
本发明涉及家具产品领域,特别是一种收纳空间的组合设计结构及具有该结构的柜体或柜子。
在传统家具中,柜子作为主要的一类产品,其具备着收纳、存贮、放置物品的功能。也因此,家具领域中并没有明确的定义柜子的类别划分。大多情况下,柜子的命名或区分根据其收纳功能或收纳对象的不同而进行区别。例如,通常收纳衣物的柜子称之为衣柜,而存放书籍的柜子则称之为书柜。还有一些因为柜子具备其他区别功能而进行的分类,例如移动便捷的柜子称为活动柜,能够凸显存放物的展示柜等等。
无论是哪一种柜子,其主要功能都是“收纳”。而收纳的形式是多种多样的,在同一个柜子上设置多种收纳形式不仅需要考虑整体的美观性,同时还需要其对空间布局作合理化的设计。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:一种收纳空间的组合设计结构,主要体现在空间布局及结构组合上。
该组合设计结构包括多种功能的单元板,具体的可以分为基准板、支撑板、隔断板、层外板等,并基于多种的单元板可以组成本结构的基本空间轮廓。
其中,基准板包括顶板和顶板,其起到了框架的搭建和承载作用。同时也基于基准板的形状决定空间轮廓的外形。当然并不绝对限定基准板与空间轮廓的形状关联,但基于结构制备和外形美观,本方案优选的是“基准板的形状决定空间轮廓的外形”,本发明不排除存可以在基准板的形状与空间轮廓的截面不同的设计方案。
以基准板为基础,具体的为顶板与相对的底板,顶板与底板之间通过结构布置形成了空间轮廓的多个方向上的外立面。承接上一技术点,外立面的朝向可以取决于基准板的侧边朝向,当然并不局限。
更进一步的,若以顶板和底板之间的空间轮廓为一个单元,那么不排出可能存在该形式下单元的叠加组合方案。
在形成上述空间轮廓的框架布置中需要支撑板进行底板与顶板之间的支撑,那么本方案的特点还在于,该支撑板可以将空间轮廓的内部完全分隔成两类区域。即支撑板一侧的封闭式置物区,和其另一侧的开放式置物区。因收纳形式的不同,这两个区域可以通过不同的结构完成收纳功能。
具体的,支撑板顶部与顶板接触,支撑板的底部与底板接触,支撑板作为分界面成为封闭式置物区和开放式置物区的共用板材。同时,该共用板材因其立面的朝向可以设置不同的结构。
因收纳形式的不同,封闭式置物区内设置的是多个收纳单元,本方案中收纳单元为抽屉式的收纳盒。收纳盒所在的主要区域(即收纳区域)是位于该封闭式置物区内的,或者说是被基准板覆盖的。那么,收纳盒的对外侧面则是形成了封闭式置物区处的空间轮廓外立面。
进一步的,若收纳盒的外形轮廓及尺寸与封闭置物区的内部轮廓及尺寸相匹配,则收纳盒的对外侧面可以毫无意外的成为空间轮廓的外立面。因此,不排除可以存在这两者轮廓形状存在不匹配的方案。
基于上述收纳单元的设置特点,可以存在多个收纳盒,多个收纳盒的外侧面在结构延伸的原则下组成封闭式置物区处空间轮廓的整个外立面。
也因此考虑到收纳单元的排列关系,本方案并不限定其排列组合的方式,可以根据设计要求及外形美观的理念进行变换。
开放式置物区的特点是:具有开放的承载区,并可以直接放置物品的敞开区域。本方案中进一步设计为多个层,每一层是由隔断板分隔而成,隔断板作为放置物品的承载板,那么最底层由底板作为承载板。
具体的,每一层都有层外板,层外板就可以作为开放式置物区处的空间轮廓立面。同样,多个层的层外板在结构延伸的原则下组成开放式置物区处空间轮廓的整个外立面。
本方案中,为了增加设计感,和提高使用效果。每一层的外层板上开设敞口,通过该敞口的作用,每一层可以实现储物(并非承载),又可以达到直接取放效果。
基于上述的基础结构,本方案具体方案为:
收纳盒的安装时通过位于封闭式置物区内部的连接件(转轴和反弹器)来实现的,收纳盒并可通过连接件移出封闭式置物区。较为常见的是直轨式的抽屉结构,其可以在封闭式置物区的内壁或者收纳盒的外壁上设置直轨、滑槽或滚轮组件等。
本方案优选的是,通过转轴式抽屉结构进行收纳。
具体的,在封闭式置物区内设置转轴,转轴的上端固定在顶板上,其下端固定在底板上。收纳盒则通过轴承件装配在转轴上,收纳盒以水平面内的旋转可以从封闭式置物区内移出。
进一步的是,转轴在收纳盒上的相对位置是位于侧边处的一个偏心位置。该转轴在封闭式置物区内的相对位置则靠近空间轮廓的边缘,这样才能构成一个较为理想的转动开合状态。
收纳盒的转动开合还需要锁止结构,该锁止结构同时可以提供其脱离原位的触发力。本方案中选用反弹器,每一个收纳盒则对应一个反弹器。
反弹器的设置方向是根据收纳盒的转动方向对应的,反弹器的触发端作用在收纳盒上,收纳盒的打开方向是从封闭式置物区内向封闭式置物区外,因此反弹器的设置的弹射方向与其相同。
进一步的,反弹器是通过装配件固定在封闭式置物区内支撑板的侧壁上,装配件上开设有安装反弹器的槽,反弹器通过紧固件连接在槽内,槽外并设置盖板。
收纳盒在转动闭合后,需要与反弹器锁止,因此在收纳盒上设置有对应反弹器触发端的n型扣槽,n型扣槽的高度与反弹器触发端的最大高度相同,当反弹器的触发端贴着收纳盒表面向上侧转动收起时,触发端会沿着收纳盒表面卡入n型扣槽中,从而达到收纳盒转动锁止的目的。再当反弹器的触发端向外侧弹开时,触发端向下方转动,从而触发端从n型扣槽中脱离,收纳盒解除锁止。
基于收纳盒的转动开合动作,则要求封闭式置物区内的支撑板上预留出一个尺寸避让区,且该尺寸避让区是用于配合收纳盒最大运动轨迹的。
因为,若当转轴设置在收纳盒上的顶角位置时,以转轴作为支点,收纳盒的对角线为半径,这种情况下“力臂”过长,会对轴承件及转轴的承载造成巨大的负担,甚至损坏连接结构。因此,避免上述情况发生,转轴嵌入收纳盒侧边内;在该结构设计下,可以避免上述问题发生,但造成了收纳盒最大运动轨迹的变化,固存在上述的尺寸避让区。
而开放式置物区的结构需要简约、明朗,因此,开放式置物区的形状需要简洁。值得强调的是,同一水平面内,开放式置物区与封闭式置物区的截面形状组合即为整个空间轮廓的截面形状。因此支撑板作为两个区域的公共立面,支撑板的形状也可以决定两个区域的大体形状。
在开放式置物区中可以分为多个层,即收纳层,多个收纳层时由隔断板进行分层。每个收纳层的层外板即为开放式置物区的外侧边界,而支撑板则作为开放式置物区的内 侧边界。值得强调的是,为了增加设计感和使用体验感,开放式置物区的内侧边界即每一收纳层内的支撑板外表面上都贴附一层扪布。
基于上述结构的布置理念,将该布置方式应用在柜体或柜子上:
一种基于上述结构的柜体,该柜体具备开放式收纳和封闭式收纳两种区域。进一步的,在其封闭式置物区内布置电镀金属杆作为转轴;在本方案中考虑的结构重量及制备成本,电镀金属杆优选小氧化处理的金属铝管。在金属铝管上套装塑料杆套,通过塑料杆套增加配合精密度。金属铝管则通过塑料杆套与每个收纳盒上的轴承件配合安装。
同时,为了配合设置在封闭式置物区内的反弹器,对应的在收纳盒上则布置有对应反弹器触发端的n型扣,其可以在收纳盒闭合位置时起到一定的锁止效果,同时在收纳盒打开时与反弹器触发端脱离。
金属铝管的设置位置在收纳盒外侧边的顶角到侧边长的1/3处,优选收纳盒外侧边长1/3位置处。因为,此处不仅可以最大程度的降低收纳盒转动轨迹对支撑板立面的干扰(即回转半径最为合理);而且该位置可以实现的最大转动角度为145°,收纳盒在得到最大程度打开的同时又不会应为最大力臂过长而对轴承件增加承载负担。
一种基于上述结构的柜子,该柜子具备开放式收纳和封闭式收纳两种区域。其中,开放式置物区为分隔的层状结构,而封闭式置物区则为多层布置的转轴抽屉结构。进一步的是,在柜子的底部设置了插拔式的万向轮。
具体的,万向轮包括轮轴、轮体、连接杆。轮体以轮轴为转动中心进行回转运动,在轮轴的外壳上布置竖直的连接杆,连接杆起到竖直的承载或支撑作用。本万向轮的特点是,在连接杆上端设置一个轮帽,该轮帽即为一个承载体,其起到托举效果。轮帽上有一个凸起的圆柱端,该圆柱端与连接杆为同轴心的关系。一般的,在柜子的底板上开设一个安装孔,孔内设置一个孔套,圆柱端可以插接在该孔套内,底板则被托举在轮帽上。
本发明的优点是:
1、该结构改变了传统的收纳理念,采用新颖的布局设计,将空间最大化的合理利用。同时,在单元结构上可以根据使用需要自行更换,可以适应不同年龄群、不同习惯的使用人群。
2、该结构的外形具备设计感,板材及金属配件均为单独设计的材料单元,在直观的视觉上具有耳目一新的感觉。
3、具体的,该结构及该结构的柜体/柜子上设计两种不同形式的收纳盒/层,不仅 扩展了收纳空间也使得收纳方式更具多样性。
4、具体的,设计的L型开放式收纳层可根据需求自由定义柜体的不同高度,收纳层上下处设计有对应的插接结构使之固定,不需要有金属连接件可实现。
5、具体的,设计的反弹器卡槽装配件可以装多个反弹器,让安装更加快捷极大提高了效率。

实施例1:
如附图1和2所示,为一种收纳空间的组合设计结构。
具体包括:顶板1、底板2、支撑板4三种具有不同功能的单元板。顶板1和底板2相对,底板2作为整个结构的载体,顶板1作为封顶。支撑板4的两端分别作用于顶板1和底板2形成中部支撑,从而形成了基的础框架布置。若在顶板1和底板2之间作结构延伸即可形成结构的立面,这些可以形成的立面组合上顶板及底板形成了基础的空间轮廓。
本实施例中,因为顶板1和底板2均为正方形板材,固该结构型材的空间轮廓具有四个不同朝向的立面。本发明所保护的范围也包括其他轮廓形状的该结构,例如三角形 截面、或其他多边形截面。
支撑板为L形状,因此支撑板4将空间轮廓的内部分隔成了一个矩形截面的封闭式置物区、一个L形状截面的开放式置物区。
在该封闭式置物区内配合多个转抽式的收纳盒6,收纳盒6具备一个转动中心,该转动中心即为设置在封闭式置物区内的电镀金属杆7,且电镀金属杆优选小氧化处理的金属铝管。收纳盒6通过轴承件套装在电镀金属杆7上,以电镀金属杆7为转动支点,收纳盒安逆时针方向打开。
本实施例中,封闭式置物区的形状为略大于A4纸规格的放置空间,其可以放置一些文件类物品。
在该开放式置物区由隔断板分隔成三个独立的层,其隔断板即为每一层的承载板,在每一层的层外板上均设置有椭圆形的敞口,其便于收纳一些零散的小物件,例如钥匙、钱包、手机......
实施例2:
如附图1-3所示,为一种收纳空间的组合设计结构。
基于实施例中的空间轮廓布置,封闭式置物区内配合多个转抽式的收纳盒6,开放式置物区由隔断板分隔成三个独立的层。
本实施例中,收纳盒6的组合方式可以与开放式置物区的层进行对应,可以根据收纳需要配套多种高度规格的收纳盒6,对应每一层,可以自主组合收纳盒6。例如附图3中,底层和中层均为两个中尺寸高度的收纳盒6叠加,顶层则为三个小尺寸高度的收纳盒6叠加。
因此,该自主组合方式可以体现设计理念的创新,不仅符合不同使用人群,也可以满足多种收纳要求。
同时,在开放式置物区的层结构,本实施例中采用的是便于安装的层结构。即每一收纳层3是独立预制的,在收纳层3的上表面和下表面上均开设有用插接用的槽口或卡扣,则对应在开放式置物区的顶壁和底壁上设置对应的卡扣或槽口。基于该结构,收纳层3不需要金属连接件就可以安装,而且同样便于自主组合。
同时开放式置物区的内侧边界即每一收纳层内的支撑板外表面上都贴附一层扪布11,可以提高设计感和使用舒适度。
实施例3:
如附图4至6所示,为一种收纳空间的组合设计结构。
基于上述的封闭式置物区内配合多个转抽式的收纳盒6,收纳盒6通过电镀金属杆7安装。电镀金属杆7的布置位置以其在收纳盒6上的相对位置为基础,因为收纳盒6与封闭式置物区的形状大体相似,或至少是处于外立面的对应侧边相似。因此,电镀金属杆7在收纳盒上的相对位置确定后,其在封闭式置物区内的相对位置也大致确定。
本实施例中,电镀金属杆7是配合在收纳盒范围内,因为若配合在收纳盒6侧边外,则力臂加长,对应轴承件的损伤较高。因此,电镀金属杆7在收纳盒6侧边处的相对位置以所在边的顶角至所在边尺寸的1/3长度之间为准,本实施例中优选1/3位置处。经过创造性设计和综合比对后,以该位置为转动支点,收纳盒的最大转动轨迹对于结构影响较小,同时在考量力臂长度、轴承强度、配件使用寿命等因素后,该位置可以提供的开合角度最为理想,其最大开合角度为145°,可以满足大多数物品的存放或拿取。
实施例4:
如附图6和7所示,为一种基于收纳空间组合设计结构的柜体。
基于封闭式置物区内配合多个转抽式的收纳盒6,收纳盒6的锁止和弹出则通过反弹器8来实现。如图6所示,方形的收纳盒对应的封闭式置物区也为方形,为了避免收纳盒6转动的最大轨迹收影响,支撑板上对应区域向开放式置物区方形凹陷形成了一个尺寸避让区。在该尺寸避让区的内角处竖直设置一个棱柱体的装配件9,该装配件9从上向下分布多个用于安装反弹器8的槽,反弹器8紧固在槽内,槽外设置盖板防护。每个反弹器8对应一个收纳盒6。
因为,收纳盒6的移除方向是从封闭式装置区内向外实施的。因此在该结构中,反弹器8的触发方向也是从从封闭式装置区内向外实施。如图7所示,反弹器8的触发端作用在收纳盒6的内侧顶角位置。如图8所示,在该顶角位置上还开设了n型扣槽10,反弹器8的触发端可以卡入其中达到锁止目的。
实施例5:
如附图8所示,为一种基于收纳空间组合设计结构的柜子。
以上述4个实施例为基础,在柜体的底部设置四个万向轮5。每个万向轮上均设置有轮帽12。该轮帽为托举柜体的承载件,其设置在万向轮的连接件上。如图8所示,在竖直的连接件上有一个圆形的轮帽12,在轮帽12的中心设有一个凸起的圆柱端。该圆柱端与连接件保持同轴心关系,这样才能保证重心稳定。同时,在柜体的底板上开设一个圆孔,圆孔与圆柱端过渡配合。圆孔的空间小于轮帽的直径,这样才能使轮帽12能够托住柜体的底板。
通过上述方式的万向轮,其安装配合时只需插接即可,而且承载力也稳定。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明的。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明的所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (17)
- 一种收纳空间的组合设计结构,包括单元板及单元板块组合而成的框体布置;其特征在于:所述框体布置包括:用于外部的基准板、用于内部的支撑板和/或内部的隔断板;以一侧基准板向其相对侧的基准板作结构延伸以形成具有多个外立面的空间轮廓;所述支撑板或隔断板将空间轮廓内分隔成不同收纳形式的置物区域:封闭式置物区、开放式置物区;所述支撑板与基准板接触形成置物区域的分界面,且所述分界面为封闭式置物区和开放式置物区的共用内立面;所述封闭式置物区内可分离式的结合收纳单元,且闭合时收纳单元的对外侧面形成封闭式置物区处的所述外立面;所述开放式置物区内通过所述隔断板分隔成至少一个独立的层;所述层的外板形成开放式置物区处的所述外立面;所述层的外板上设有通往各层开放式置物区的敞口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述收纳单元通过位于封闭式置物区内部的连接件安装,收纳单元并可通过连接件移出所述封闭式置物区。
- 根据权利要求2所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述连接件包括支撑于两侧基准板之间的转轴,收纳单元以转轴为偏心支点从所述封闭式置物区中转出。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述连接件还包括:设置在收纳单元或封闭式置物区上并用于将收纳单元弹出封闭式置物区的反弹器。
- 根据权利要求4所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述收纳单元上设有配合反弹器触发端的n型的扣槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述支撑板上包括有:用于配合收纳单元最大运动轨迹的尺寸避让区。
- 根据权利要求1所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述开放式置物区为横截面呈L形截面的收纳空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述层为可与开放式置物区分离式连接的收纳层。
- 根据权利要求1或8所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述层的两侧外板上各设有椭圆形的所述敞口。
- 根据权利要求1或7或8所述的收纳空间的组合设计结构,其特征在于:所述层的区域内的支撑板表面上贴附布料。
- 一种具备权利要求1中所述组合设计结构的柜体,其特征在于:包括顶板、底板覆盖而成 的空间轮廓;空间轮廓内以支撑板为分界面,完全分隔为封闭式置物区和开放式置物区;所述开放式置物区内分隔为多个开放的层,层的外板形成所述空间轮廓的外立面;所述封闭式置物区内以转动方式抽拉出收纳单元;所述收纳单元以支撑于底板和顶板之间的转轴为转动的偏心支点;收纳单元的外侧面形成所述空间轮廓的外立面;所述转轴上设有可相对于转轴发生同轴向转动的配合区;每个收纳单元对应配合在相应配合区内的轴承上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的柜体,其特征在于:所述收纳单元的转动角度为0~145°。
- 根据权利要求11所述的柜体,其特征在于:所述支撑板上安装反弹器,且反弹器的作用方向与收纳单元的移除方向相同。
- 根据权利要求11的柜体,其特征在于:所述支撑板上设有装配件,装配件上开设有用于安装反弹器的卡槽。
- 一种具备权利要求1中所述组合设计结构的柜子,其特征在于:包括顶板、底板覆盖而成的空间轮廓;空间轮廓内以支撑板为分界面,完全分隔为封闭式置物区和开放式置物区;所述开放式置物区内分隔为多个开放的层,层的外板形成所述空间轮廓的外立面;所述封闭式置物区内设有收纳单元;收纳单元的外侧面形成所述空间轮廓的外立面;在柜子的底部设有插拔式的万向轮,所述万向轮包括:以轮轴为回转中心的轮体、垂直于轮轴的连接柱;在连接柱的上端设置有其承载或托举作用的轮帽;在轮帽上包括一个与连接柱同轴心关系的凸起端。
- 根据权利要求15的柜子,其特征在于:所述轮帽为圆形的承载体,且轮帽与连接柱为同轴心关系。
- 根据权利要求15的柜子,其特征在于:柜子的底部设有配合凸起端的配合孔。
