进一步完善,所述刷毛下端设有覆盖在患者腰部上端的收集装置,所述收集装置包括覆盖在患者腰部上端的柔性层,柔性层内侧中心位置开有手术口,所述柔性层四周上表面密封连接有防漏部,所述捆绑带位于所述防漏部外侧,所述防漏部左端下侧开有漏水孔,所述漏水孔内侧下端设有限位凸台,所述限位凸台上端设有位于所述漏水孔内的过滤层,所述过滤层上端设有螺纹连接在所述漏水孔内的固定盖,所述固定盖内侧中心位置开有连接孔,所述漏水孔外侧密封连接有出水管的一端,所述出水管的另一端固定连接有固定凸缘,所述固定凸缘下端设有收集箱,所述收集箱上端设有收集口,所述固定凸缘位于所述收集口上端,所述收集口上端外侧螺纹连接有挤压盖,所述出水管滑动连接在所述挤压盖内侧中心位置,所述收集箱右端密封连接有加药管,加药管右端外侧螺纹连接有加药盖,在防溅筒下端设有收集装置,用于收集手术中用于清洗的生理盐水,保证手术的正常进行,设有的刷毛可以将大部分骨渣阻挡在防溅筒内侧,剩余的小部分骨渣则被过滤层过滤,便于术后医疗废物的分类和清理,设有挤压盖和带有固定凸缘的出水管,通过挤压盖与收集口的螺纹连接使得出水管在使用时与收集箱的密封性良好,在需要清理废液时可以方便的与收集箱分开,使用方便。
进一步完善,密封层、百叶条和柔性层采用透明硅胶材料制作而成,所述密封层和百叶条采用透明硅胶材料方便手术过程中的观察,所述柔性层采用透明硅胶材料使得柔性层可以与患者的腰部进行无缝贴合,使得生理盐水可以通过柔性层和防漏层的收集作用从出水管流出。
进一步完善,防溅筒上端设有若干个固定连接在所述百叶条上的第一限位部,所述第一限位部位于上端所述固定环上侧,所述防溅筒下端前后两侧设有固定连接在所述百叶条上的第二限位部,所述第二限位部位于下端所述固定环下侧,设有第一限位部方便上端所述固定环的提取,设有第二限位部方便对下端所述固定环进行限位,方便对防溅筒进行固定。
进一步完善,上下所述固定环上开有一个扩大口,所述扩大口左右两侧设有固定连接 在所述固定环外侧的调节部,所述左右所述调节部之间设有旋转杆,所述旋转杆左右两端设有螺纹杆,左右螺纹杆分别螺纹连接在所述调节部内侧,左右所述螺纹杆的螺纹方向对称设置,所述旋转杆外侧固定连接有若干个旋转部,设有调节部和左右螺纹方向对称设置的螺纹杆,使得固定环在使用时固定效果好,操作方便、快速,方便对特定形状的百叶条进行固定。
本发明有益的效果是:本发明结构设计合理,使用方便,设有可以贴合不同体型患者腰部的防溅筒,实用性好,设有通过可拆卸的密封层,可以避免手术中血液和骨渣飞溅,避免交叉污染,也保证术者可以正常的手术,避免影响手术进程和手术效果,设有出水装置和收集装置,可以对手术中粘附在防溅筒和密封层上的血液和骨渣进行清理,保证手术正常的进行。

参照附图1-16:本实施例中一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,包括固定在患者腰部53上的防溅装置,所述防溅装置包括若干个左右依次连接的百叶条1,所述百叶条1的左端设有限位部2,所述百叶条1右端设有卡槽3,若干个所述百叶条1下端均设有刷毛4,若干个所述百叶条1左右两端依次通过限位部2和卡槽3卡接形成防溅筒5,所述防溅筒5上下两端外侧套有固定环6,所述防溅筒5上端内侧设有密封层7,所述密封层7上表面中心位置开有电锯口8,上端所述固定环6左右两端固定连接有手抓柄14,下端所述固定环6左右两端固定连接有捆绑扣15,所述捆绑扣15上固定连接有捆绑带16的一端,左右所述捆绑带16的另一端通过魔术贴相互粘贴连接,所述防溅筒5上端内壁上设有若干个固定连接在所述百叶条1上的限位块17,所述密封层7外侧固定连接有安装环18,所述安装环18下端外侧开有位于限位块17外侧的容纳槽19,所述防溅筒5前后两端内壁上固定连接有固定部9的一端,前后所述固定部9的另一端开有卡接槽10,前后卡接槽10内侧卡接有喷射管11,前后喷射管11上端设有位于所述密封层7下端的喷嘴12,前后所述喷射管11下端设有弯管13的一端,所述弯管13的另一端穿过所述刷毛4位于所述防溅筒5外侧,所述弯管13位于防溅筒5外侧的一端密封连接进水装置,进水装置包括弯管13,前后所述弯管13密封连接有分流管20的一端,前后所述分流管20的另一端密封连接有三通管21的两端,所述三通管21的另一端密封连接有进水管22的一端,所述进水管22的另一端密封连接有水泵 23的出水端,所述水泵23的进水端外侧密封连接有连接管24的一端,所述连接管24的另一端密封连接有沉底管25,所述水泵23下端固定连接有蓄水箱26,所述蓄水箱26上端开有位于所述水泵23左侧的出水口27,所述出水口27外侧螺纹连接有密封盖28,所述沉底管25上端密封连接在所述密封盖28内侧,所述沉底管25下端穿过所述出水口27位于所述蓄水箱26内侧底部,所述蓄水箱26上端开有位于所述出水口27后侧的灌入口29,灌入口29外侧螺纹连接有保护盖30,所述刷毛4下端设有覆盖在患者腰部53上端的收集装置,所述收集装置包括覆盖在患者腰部53上端的柔性层31,柔性层31内侧中心位置开有手术口32,所述柔性层31四周上表面密封连接有防漏部33,所述捆绑带16位于所述防漏部33外侧,所述防漏部33左端下侧开有漏水孔34,所述漏水孔34内侧下端设有限位凸台35,所述限位凸台35上端设有位于所述漏水孔34内的过滤层36,所述过滤层36上端设有螺纹连接在所述漏水孔34内的固定盖37,所述固定盖37内侧中心位置开有连接孔38,所述漏水孔34外侧密封连接有出水管39的一端,所述出水管39的另一端固定连接有固定凸缘40,所述固定凸缘40下端设有收集箱41,所述收集箱41上端设有收集口42,所述固定凸缘40位于所述收集口42上端,所述收集口42上端外侧螺纹连接有挤压盖43,所述出水管39滑动连接在所述挤压盖43内侧中心位置,所述收集箱41右端密封连接有加药管44,加药管44右端外侧螺纹连接有加药盖45,所述密封层7、百叶条1和柔性层31采用透明硅胶材料制作而成,所述防溅筒5上端设有若干个固定连接在所述百叶条1上的第一限位部46,所述第一限位部46位于上端所述固定环6上侧,所述防溅筒5下端前后两侧设有固定连接在所述百叶条1上的第二限位部47,所述第二限位部47位于下端所述固定环6下侧,上下所述固定环6上开有一个扩大口48,所述扩大口48左右两侧设有固定连接在所述固定环6外侧的调节部49,所述左右所述调节部49之间设有旋转杆50,所述旋转杆50左右两端设有螺纹杆51,左右螺纹杆51分别螺纹连接在所述调节部49内侧,左右所述螺纹杆51的螺纹方向对称设置,所述旋转杆50外侧固定连接有若干个旋转部52。
本发明在使用时,先将收集装置放置在患者的腰部53,将手术口32对准患者需要进行手术的髋关节位置,使得出水管39位于患者腰部53的左侧,再将防溅筒5放在收集装置的柔性层31上端,通过手按压百叶条1的上端,使得百叶条1带动柔性层31贴合在患者的腰部53上,再将下端固定环6移动至第二限位部47上端,通过旋转旋转部52来锁紧固 定环6,锁紧后通过捆绑带16上的魔术贴将防溅筒5固定在患者的腰部53外侧,固定完成后即可进行手术,手术时可以用手按压手抓柄14对防溅筒5进一步固定。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,包括固定在患者腰部(53)上的防溅装置,其特征是:所述防溅装置包括若干个左右依次连接的百叶条(1),所述百叶条(1)的左端设有限位部(2),所述百叶条(1)右端设有卡槽(3),若干个所述百叶条(1)下端均设有刷毛(4),若干个所述百叶条(1)左右两端依次通过限位部(2)和卡槽(3)卡接形成防溅筒(5),所述防溅筒(5)上下两端外侧套有固定环(6),所述防溅筒(5)上端内侧设有密封层(7),所述密封层(7)上表面中心位置开有电锯口(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:上端所述固定环(6)左右两端固定连接有手抓柄(14)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:下端所述固定环(6)左右两端固定连接有捆绑扣(15),所述捆绑扣(15)上固定连接有捆绑带(16)的一端,左右所述捆绑带(16)的另一端通过魔术贴相互粘贴连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:所述防溅筒(5)上端内壁上设有若干个固定连接在所述百叶条(1)上的限位块(17),所述密封层(7)外侧固定连接有安装环(18),所述安装环(18)下端外侧开有位于限位块(17)外侧的容纳槽(19)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:所述防溅筒(5)前后两端内壁上固定连接有固定部(9)的一端,前后所述固定部(9)的另一端开有卡接槽(10),前后卡接槽(10)内侧卡接有喷射管(11),前后喷射管(11)上端设有位于所述密封层(7)下端的喷嘴(12),前后所述喷射管(11)下端设有弯管(13)的一端,所述弯管(13)的另一端穿过所述刷毛(4)位于所述防溅筒(5)外侧,所述弯管(13)位于防溅筒(5)外侧的一端密封连接进水装置,进水装置包括弯管(13),前后所述弯管(13)密封连接有分流管(20)的一端,前后所述分流管(20)的另一端密封连接有三通管(21)的两端,所述三通管(21)的另一端密封连接有进水管(22)的一端,所述进水管(22)的另一端密封连接有水泵(23)的出水端,所述水泵(23)的进水端外侧密封连接有连接管(24)的一端,所述连接管(24)的另一端密封连接有沉底管(25),所述水泵(23)下 端固定连接有蓄水箱(26),所述蓄水箱(26)上端开有位于所述水泵(23)左侧的出水口(27),所述出水口(27)外侧螺纹连接有密封盖(28),所述沉底管(25)上端密封连接在所述密封盖(28)内侧,所述沉底管(25)下端穿过所述出水口(27)位于所述蓄水箱(26)内侧底部,所述蓄水箱(26)上端开有位于所述出水口(27)后侧的灌入口(29),灌入口(29)外侧螺纹连接有保护盖(30)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:所述刷毛(4)下端设有覆盖在患者腰部(53)上端的收集装置,所述收集装置包括覆盖在患者腰部(53)上端的柔性层(31),柔性层(31)内侧中心位置开有手术口(32),所述柔性层(31)四周上表面密封连接有防漏部(33),所述捆绑带(16)位于所述防漏部(33)外侧,所述防漏部(33)左端下侧开有漏水孔(34),所述漏水孔(34)内侧下端设有限位凸台(35),所述限位凸台(35)上端设有位于所述漏水孔(34)内的过滤层(36),所述过滤层(36)上端设有螺纹连接在所述漏水孔(34)内的固定盖(37),所述固定盖(37)内侧中心位置开有连接孔(38),所述漏水孔(34)外侧密封连接有出水管(39)的一端,所述出水管(39)的另一端固定连接有固定凸缘(40),所述固定凸缘(40)下端设有收集箱(41),所述收集箱(41)上端设有收集口(42),所述固定凸缘(40)位于所述收集口(42)上端,所述收集口(42)上端外侧螺纹连接有挤压盖(43),所述出水管(39)滑动连接在所述挤压盖(43)内侧中心位置,所述收集箱(41)右端密封连接有加药管(44),加药管(44)右端外侧螺纹连接有加药盖(45)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:所述密封层(7)、百叶条(1)和柔性层(31)采用透明硅胶材料制作而成。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:所述防溅筒(5)上端设有若干个固定连接在所述百叶条(1)上的第一限位部(46),所述第一限位部(46)位于上端所述固定环(6)上侧,所述防溅筒(5)下端前后两侧设有固定连接在所述百叶条(1)上的第二限位部(47),所述第二限位部(47)位于下端所述固定环(6)下侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性电锯防溅透明罩,其特征是:上下所述固定环(6)上开有一个扩大口(48),所述扩大口(48)左右两侧设有固定连接在所述固定环(6)外侧的调节部(49),所述左右所述调节部(49)之间设有旋转杆(50),所述旋转杆(50) 左右两端设有螺纹杆(51),左右螺纹杆(51)分别螺纹连接在所述调节部(49)内侧,左右所述螺纹杆(51)的螺纹方向对称设置,所述旋转杆(50)外侧固定连接有若干个旋转部(52)。
