现有的洗涤剂投放装置一般采用活塞泵、离心泵、蠕动泵和电磁阀等,将洗涤剂直接投放于盛水桶内,但该种方式投放的洗涤剂与水流混合效果较差,不仅影响洗涤性能,且因洗涤剂与衣物直接接触会损伤衣物。此外,该种洗涤剂投放装置的结构复杂,成本较高。
而现有的洗涤剂自动投放系统是由水槽、电磁阀、管路、电线、线路控制器总成和小水泵组成,它是通过单独的小水泵运转来控制洗涤剂的投放和用量。还有的系统是通过马达带动齿轮组来实现自动投放,无论是水泵还是马达,都增加很大一部分成本,经济效益差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种投放阀及应用该投放阀的洗涤剂自动投放系统,以解决现有技术中洗涤剂投放装置结构繁琐、控制过程复杂,混水效果差且成本较高的问题。

进一步的,活塞包括塞帽Ⅰ、塞帽Ⅱ以及连接塞帽Ⅰ和塞帽Ⅱ的活塞杆,塞帽Ⅰ与主阀体内壁配合安装,塞帽Ⅱ与内筒内壁配合安装;塞帽Ⅰ底部开有小孔,小孔将塞帽Ⅰ两侧的主阀体内腔连通;活塞杆中空,活塞杆侧壁开有侧孔,侧孔连通活塞杆的内腔与主阀体内腔;塞帽Ⅱ为环形,与活塞杆的内腔连通;弹簧位于主阀体底部与塞帽Ⅰ之间。
进一步的,活塞内部以及洗涤剂进口处均安装有单向阀,保证液体只能从洗涤剂进口向活塞方向流动。
进一步的,封盖与主阀体之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接。
进一步的,主阀体上还安装有支架。
进一步的,封盖与主阀体之间安装有密封圈。
一种洗涤剂自动投放系统,包括储液盒、管路组件、开关阀以及投放阀,洗涤剂进口通过管路Ⅰ与储液盒连接,进水口通过进水管路与供水装置连接,出水口通过出水管路与洗涤腔室连通,开关阀安装在进水管路上。
进一步的,封盖上还开有快速泄压口,快速泄压口通过泄压管路与主阀体内腔连通,泄压管路上安装有泄压阀,控制泄压管路的开关。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
(1)该投放阀通过水压、活塞以及弹簧之间的配合,实现洗涤剂与水的混合,并控制洗涤剂出水口的开关,控制洗涤剂的投放量,不需要额外的水泵和电机驱动,仅仅利用电器中原有的电磁阀或者开关阀就可以实现洗涤剂的投放,整个投放阀的结构简单,混水效果好;
(2)该新型所涉及的洗涤剂自动投放系统,工作时不需要单独的水泵和马达,可通过电器中原有的电磁阀来控制洗涤剂自动投放,结构简单,成本低,经济效益好,安装方便,并且装有泄压阀的系统可以快速卸压,达到及时响应的目的。

活塞包括塞帽Ⅰ161、塞帽Ⅱ163以及连接塞帽Ⅰ和塞帽Ⅱ的活塞杆162,塞帽Ⅰ与主阀体内壁配合安装,塞帽Ⅱ与内筒内壁配合安装;塞帽Ⅰ底部开有小孔164,小孔将塞帽Ⅰ两侧的主阀体内腔连通;活塞杆中空,活塞杆侧壁开有侧孔165,侧孔连通活塞杆的内腔与主阀体内腔;塞帽Ⅱ为环形,与活塞杆的内腔连通;弹簧位于主阀体底部与塞帽Ⅰ之间,活塞内部以及洗涤剂进口处均安装有单向阀166及固定环167,单向阀通过固定环安装在活塞内部以及洗涤剂进口处,保证液体只能从洗涤剂进口向活塞方向流动。
如图5、图6所示,一种洗涤剂自动投放系统,包括储液盒2、管路组件3、开关阀4以及投放阀1,洗涤剂进口通过管路Ⅰ31与储液盒连接,进水口通过进水管路33与供水装置连接,出水口通过出水管路32与洗涤腔室连通,开关阀4安装在进水管路上。
主阀体上还安装有支架5,用于将主阀体固定在电器设备上。
如图3所示,开关阀开启,供水装置通过进水管路将水从封盖上的进水口输送到主阀体中,水的压力推动活塞向右运动,并使得弹簧压缩,活塞右移的过程中,内筒容积变小,内筒中的洗涤剂经过单向阀向左流动,通过活塞上的侧孔流出,再流向出水口,进入到洗衣机水桶中,完成一次洗涤剂投放动作。
电磁阀断电,进水口不在进水,被压缩的弹簧反向推动活塞复位,活塞左侧的主阀体内腔中的水沿着塞帽Ⅰ上的小孔流到塞帽Ⅰ右侧的主阀体内腔中。同时,由于活塞向左移动,内筒中压强变小,新的洗涤剂会通过单向阀流入洗涤剂腔中,完成一次洗涤剂补充动作。
实施例2
如图7、图8所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,封盖上还开有快速泄压口18,快速泄压口通过泄压管路34与主阀体内腔连通,泄压管路上连接泄压阀41,控制泄压管路的开关。
电磁阀断电后,被压缩的弹簧反向推动活塞复位,同时泄压阀通电,活塞左侧的主阀体内腔中的水不仅通过塞帽Ⅰ上的小孔流到出水口,大部分还通过快速泄压口通过泄压管路流到塞帽Ⅰ右侧的主阀体内腔中,从出水口流出到洗涤腔室中,这样可以达到快速泄压的目的。
