Description

SOLID WASTE HYDRAULIC SEPARATION PLANT
The utility model relates to the field of processing waste into secondary raw materials, namely, to installations for the liquid separation of municipal solid waste, and can be used in the disposal of household waste.
From the prior art, there is a plant for the hydroseparation of solid municipal waste, comprising a receiving box with vertical feed, a submersible drum, a bath filled with circulating water with an outlet, a chain conveyor for light fraction and an inclined screw conveyor for heavy fraction (see publication W02015070535, class B03B5 / 66, publ. 05/21/2015). The disadvantages of the known device are the relatively low quality of separation and quick failure due to the sticking of agglomerates in the details of the mechanism.
The technical problem is the elimination of these disadvantages and the creation of a simple and reliable hydroseparating unit.
The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of waste separation. The task is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that the installation of hydroseparation of solid municipal waste, containing a receiving box with a vertical feed, a submersible drum, a bath filled with circulating water with an outlet pipe, a chain conveyor for light fraction and an inclined screw conveyor for heavy fraction, is equipped with a block circulating water supply with an abrasive equipped with a pump and pressure nozzles installed inside the receiving box and directed to the immersion drum. The chain conveyor is preferably equipped with brushes and is designed with a horizontal section arranged in such a way that, when passing through it, the brushes are partially immersed in circulating water. The outlet of the auger conveyor is preferably located above the level of the circulating water, and the bottom of the bath under the auger conveyor is made with the same slope as the auger conveyor itself.
Figure 1 shows a general view of the proposed installation; figure 2 - the same in section.
The proposed installation is a stainless steel bath 1 filled with circulating water. Primarily sorted “tails” of solid municipal waste 50x50x50 mm in size with a density of 5.7 m 3 / t ± 20% (sublattice fraction) vertically enter the installation through the receiving box 2, partially breaking when hitting the bottom of the box.
In the box 2, a submersible drum 3 and pressure nozzles 4 directed at it are installed, connected to a circulating water supply unit with an abrasive based on a pump (not shown in the drawing). Through nozzles 4, high-pressure circulating water is supplied to wash waste and clean drum 3. Additionally, nozzles 4 are equipped with ejectors, through which a mixture of circulating water with abrasive (sand from the bottom of the bath 1, surfactant or other reagents) is supplied, which significantly increases the efficiency of washing and separation of waste into fractions. By the blades of the submersible drum 3, the waste is melted and erosion of food waste in circulating water, separation of heavy and light fractions.
The heavy fraction sinks and is removed from the installation by a semi-submersible inclined screw conveyor 5 made of stainless steel, the outlet of which is located above the level of circulating water to avoid overflow. To effectively capture the heavy fraction, the bottom of the bath 1 under the screw conveyor 5 is made with the same slope as it itself and can be equipped with a semi-cylindrical chute of the corresponding radius.
The light fraction floats and is removed by the brushes 6 of the chain conveyor 7 of the light fraction from the surface of the mirror of circulating water. For more efficient collection, the chain conveyor 7 is made with a horizontal section 7 ', located in such a way that, when passing through it, the brushes 6 are partially submerged in water, which makes it possible to additionally wash the waste during transportation. Tray 8 for raising the light fraction is immersed in water, thereby preventing waste with positive buoyancy from entering the mechanical treatment system of circulating water, without clogging it and increasing the quality of the light fraction.
Recycled water, saturated with eroded food waste, through the outlet pipe 9 is directed to mechanical cleaning using a screw grate, where particles larger than the mesh of the sieve are removed (from 0.25 mm to 5 mm).
Due to the initial intensive washing out of the mixed waste in the receiving box 2 with circulating water with abrasive supplied through nozzles 4, its subsequent separation is greatly simplified. In addition, the possibility of jamming is almost completely eliminated. drum 3 due to the adhesion of debris, which also has a positive effect on the separation efficiency. The proposed installation can be used for the hydroseparation of solid municipal waste with a target capacity of 1 to 20 t / h, including for the purpose of obtaining an alternative fuel and / or as the main element of a complex for the reclamation of solid waste landfills (solid domestic waste).
