Abstract

The presently disclosed subject matter includes a system and method that provides autonomous flight monitoring and control over an aircraft that assists in maintaining continuous object tracking by a sensing device (e.g. imaging payload such as a camera) mounted on the aircraft (e.g. UAV) and reduce the likelihood of line of sight obstruction or interception while tracking an object.
