Description

一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜 技术领域
本发明属于腹腔镜技术领域,具体涉及一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜。
背景技术
腹腔镜与电子胃镜类似,是一种带有微型摄像头的医疗器械,腹腔镜手术就是利用腹腔镜及其相关器械进行的手术。
于脐轮下缘切开皮肤1cm,由切口处以45度插入气腹针,回抽无血后接一针管,若生理盐水顺利流入,说明穿刺成功,针头在腹腔内。接CO2充气机,进气速度不超过1L/min,总量以2-3L为宜。腹腔内压力不超过2.13KPa(16mmHg)。腹腔镜需自套管插入腹腔,需先将套管针刺入。腹腔镜套管较粗,切口应为1.5cm。提起脐下腹壁,将套管针先斜后垂直慢慢插入腹腔,进入腹腔时有突破感,拔出套管芯,听到腹腔内气体冲出声后插入腹腔镜,接通光源,调整患者体位成头低臀高15度位,并继续缓慢充气。术者手持腹腔镜,目镜观察子宫及各韧带、卵巢及输卵管、直肠子宫陷凹。观察时助手可移动举宫器,改变子宫位置配合检查。必要时可取可疑病灶组织送病理检查。检查无内出血及脏器损伤,方可取出腹腔镜,排出腹腔内气体后拔除套管,缝合腹部切口,覆以无菌纱布,胶布固定。
现有技术的存在以下问题:现有的微创手术腹腔镜在使用时存在角度调节不便的问题,造成腹部查看不便,同时腹腔镜的镜头容易受污染,造成镜头模糊,不便观察。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种角度可调防污型微 创手术腹腔镜,具有结构简单,角度调节方便,镜头防污染的特点。

2、本发明将雾化喷嘴通过连接管与外部医用酒精雾化机连接,雾化酒精从雾化喷嘴喷出,将镜片表面清理,且清理的酒精起到一定消毒作用,避免感染。

本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明使用时,将装置组装好,将微创手术腹腔镜置于患者腹部内,通过腹腔镜镜头8进行患处的观察,镜片6的表面受污染,遮挡腹腔镜镜头8,造成观察效果降低,雾化喷嘴7通过连接管与外部医用酒精雾化机连接,雾化酒精从雾化喷嘴7喷出,将镜片6表面清理,且清理的酒精起到一定消毒作用,避免感染,通过旋转第二调节栓37使固定卡杆38插入固定卡座32中,这样镜头壳体2与杆体4之间固定,使得无法弯曲,反向旋转第二调节栓37使固定卡杆38脱离固定卡座32,旋转不同的第一调节栓36,第一调节栓36拉动调节钢丝绳33,镜头壳体2与杆体4之间因调节钢丝绳33的长短不一发生弯曲,进而实现腹腔镜镜头8的角度调节,方便进行患处的观察,使用便携。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜,其特征在于:所述橡胶套(34)与镜头壳体(2)和杆体(4)之间通过胶水粘黏固定,所述橡胶套(34)的表面与镜头壳体(2)和杆体(4)的表面相平齐。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜,其特征在于:所述杆体(4)位于第一调节栓(36)的一端设置有螺孔,所述第一调节栓(36)和第二调节栓(37)均与杆体(4)之间螺纹转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜,其特征在于:所述固定卡座(32)的中间设置有与固定卡杆(38)尺寸相对应固定孔。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜,其特征在于:所述连接座(31)、调节钢丝绳(33)、转动座(35)和第一调节栓(36)配套使用且数量为四套。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种角度可调防污型微创手术腹腔镜,其特征在于:所述连接端口(5)与杆体(4)为一体式结构,所述连接端口(5)中的连接管和导线均不与调节钢丝绳(33)和固定卡杆(38)相接触。
