低温卷烟也称加热不燃烧型烟草制品,不同于传统卷烟通过燃烧烟草本身以产生烟气。低温卷烟的烟草本身并不发生燃烧,而是通过加热器对其进行加热,使其中的尼古丁(烟碱)以烟雾的形式释放出来供人抽吸,产生生理上的愉悦感。由于低温卷烟的加热温度低于传统卷烟的燃烧温度,能够显著地降低低温卷烟燃烧产生的大量有害物质,降低二手烟对非吸烟人群的危害,因此,低温卷烟对人体的伤害远低于传统的直接燃烧型卷烟。
现有的低温卷烟电加热装置主要分为两种类型,中心加热和周围加热。中心加热即加热装置插入到低温卷烟内,烟草(烟丝)受热产生烟雾。然而,低温卷烟受到加热装置加热后,由于加热装置与低温卷烟中的烟草产生黏连、板结等现象,因此在低温卷烟抽吸后拔出烟支时容易产生烟草脱落、滞留的状况。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种吸烟装置,其能够减少低温卷烟内的烟草物质与加热部之间产生黏连和/或板结,降低提取(拔出)低温卷烟时烟草物质(烟丝和/或烟叶)掉落的风险,使加热部与烟草物质更容易分离。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种吸烟装置,包括壳体、用于容纳低温卷烟的容纳部和用于加热所述低温卷烟的加热部;所述容纳部设置在所述壳体内,在所述容纳部的内部设置有用于容纳所述低温卷烟的腔体;所述加热部的顶部穿过所述容纳部的底面伸入至所述容纳部的内部;其中,需要加热所述低温卷烟时,所述加热部插设在所述低温卷烟的内部以加热所述低温卷烟;而需要提取所述低温卷烟时,转动所述加热部,使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟产生 相对转动,进而使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟内的烟草物质分离。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部的底部连接手柄的第一端,所述手柄的第二端通过窗口伸出至所述壳体的外部,所述窗口设置在所述壳体的侧壁上。
在一个具体实施例中,需要提取所述低温卷烟时,转动所述手柄,使所述手柄带动所述加热部转动。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部的底部连接电机的输出轴,所述电机与控制板连接,所述控制板用于控制所述电机的转动和/或停止,所述电机和所述控制板均设置在所述壳体的内部。
在一个具体实施例中,需要提取所述低温卷烟时,所述控制板发出驱动信号驱动所述电机转动,使所述电机带动所述加热部转动。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电机的输出轴通过传动部连接所述加热部的底部。
在一个具体实施例中,所述传动部包括联轴器,所述联轴器的主动端与所述电机的输出轴连接,所述联轴器的从动端与所述加热部的底部连接。
在一个具体实施例中,所述传动部还包括主动齿轮和与所述主动齿轮相啮合的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与所述电机的输出轴连接,所述从动齿轮与所述加热部的底部连接。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电机的输出轴通过减速器连接所述主动齿轮。
在一个具体实施例中,所述传动部还包括皮带传动机构或链条传动机构。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部设置成电阻发热体或红外发热体。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电阻发热体或所述红外发热体的底部设置有多个电接触点,所述电接触点通过导线连接电池部,所述电池部设置在所述壳体的内部。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电接触点通过所述导线连接所述控制板,所述控制板与所述电池部电连接,所述控制板用于控制所述电阻发热体或红外发热体加热的电路的连通或断开。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电接触点通过弹性电连接接头与所述导线的第 一端连接,所述导线的第二端与所述控制板连接;其中,所述弹性电连接接头的第一端与所述电接触点接触,所述弹性电连接接头的第二端通过弹簧与所述壳体的侧壁连接。
在一个具体实施例中,所述弹簧的第一端与所述壳体的侧壁紧固连接,所述弹簧的第二端设置在所述弹性电连接接头第二端的凹槽内。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部设置成电磁感应发热体。
在一个具体实施例中,所述电磁感应发热体通过电磁感应涡流加热所述低温卷烟。
在一个具体实施例中,所述容纳部的内壁上设置有限位部;所述限位部用于将所述低温卷烟固定在所述容纳部的内部,并用于防止所述低温卷烟转动。
在一个具体实施例中,所述限位部包括凸起和/或限定位。在一个具体实施例中,所述低温卷烟插设在所述容纳部的内部时,所述低温卷烟发生形变,且所述低温卷烟与所述容纳部之间产生摩擦力,使所述低温卷烟固定在所述容纳部的内部且无法转动。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部转动时,所述加热部与所述低温卷烟之间产生的摩擦力小于所述低温卷烟与所述容纳部之间产生的摩擦力,使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟产生相对转动,进而使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟内的烟草物质分离。
在一个具体实施例中,所述限位部设置成条形状,所述限位部由所述容纳部的顶部延伸至所述容纳部的底部。
在一个具体实施例中,所述限位部的数目为多个,多个所述限位部呈间隔设置。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部的转动角度为0~360度,或大于360度。
在一个具体实施例中,所述加热部的横截面设置成圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
在一个具体实施例中,所述控制板上设置有充电接口;所述充电接口用于给所述电池部充电。
在一个具体实施例中,所述壳体的侧壁上设置有控制按键,所述控制板通 过所述控制按键连接所述电池部。
本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本发明设置了加热部,在提取低温卷烟之前,加热部能够与低温卷烟产生相对转动,能够减少烟草物质与加热部之间的粘连和/或板结,降低提取低温卷烟时烟草物质掉落在容纳部中的风险,使加热部与烟草物质更容易分离。2、本发明设置了手柄,通过转动手柄能够带动加热部转动,结构简单。3、本发明设置了电机,通过驱动电机转动能够带动加热部转动,使用方便。4、本发明设置了控制板,能够控制电机的转动和/或停止,智能化程度高,灵活性好。5、本发明设置了联轴器,通过联轴器传动能够减少机械传动的振动,降低冲击尖峰载荷,同时具有一定的缓冲减震性能和过载安全保护作用。6、本发明设置了主动齿轮和与主动齿轮相啮合的从动齿轮,通过齿轮传动能够便于减速或增速,承载能力高,传动效率高,且平稳性好。7、本发明的加热部的旋转方式设置为正反向循环转动,灵活性好。8、本发明的加热部设置成电阻发热体或红外发热体,能够快速升温,可控性好。9、本发明的加热部设置成电磁感应发热体,能够快速升温,且使得热量聚集于电磁感应发热体内部,外部热量耗散极小,热效率高,节能效果显著。10、本发明设置了减速器,能够有效降低电机的转速,从而能够提高加热部转动的稳定性。11、本发明设置了弹性电连接接头,弹性电连接接头的第一端与电接触点接触,弹性电连接接头的第二端通过弹簧与壳体的侧壁连接,当加热部转动时,能够减小导线的弯折程度,延长导线的使用寿命,使得加热部与控制板的连接更可靠。12、本发明设置了限位部,能够有效地将低温卷烟固定在容纳部的内部,并能够有效防止低温卷烟自由转动。13、本发明的限位部的数目为多个,多个限位部呈间隔设置,能够使低温卷烟产生均匀变形,稳定性好。14、本发明设置了充电接口,使得电池部能够持续使用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。需要说明的是,只要不构成冲突,本发明中的各个实施例以及各实施例中的各个特征可以相互结合,所形成的技术方案均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明所提到的方向用语例如「顶」、「底」、「内」、「外」、「左」、「右」等,仅是参考附加图式的方式。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。
如图1~4所示,本发明提出的吸烟装置,包括壳体1、用于容纳低温卷烟2的容纳部3和用于加热低温卷烟2的加热部4。容纳部3设置在壳体1内,在容纳部3的内部设置有用于容纳低温卷烟的腔体。加热部4的顶部穿过容纳部3的底面伸入至容纳部3的内部。其中,需要加热低温卷烟2时,加热部4插设在低温卷烟2的内部以加热低温卷烟2。而需要提取低温卷烟2时,转动加热部4,使加热部4与低温卷烟2产生相对转动,进而使加热部4与低温卷烟2内的烟草物质21(烟丝和/或烟叶)分离(分离包括低温卷烟2与加热部4位置的相对变化,或解除低温卷烟2与加热部4之间由于加热碳化所产生的黏连和/或板结状态)。在低温卷烟2提取之前使加热部4与低温卷烟2产生相对运动,能够减少烟草物质21与加热部4之间的粘连和/或板结,降低提取低温卷烟2时烟草物质21掉落在容纳部3中的风险,使加热部4与烟草物质21容易分离。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1所示,加热部4的底部连接手柄5的第一 端,手柄5的第二端通过窗口伸出至壳体1的外部,窗口设置在壳体1的侧壁上。其中,窗口的大小限定了手柄5的可旋转角度,从而间接限制了加热部4的可旋转角度。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1所示,需要提取低温卷烟2时,转动手柄5,手柄5带动加热部4转动,使加热部4与低温卷烟2产生相对转动,进而使加热部4与低温卷烟2内的烟草物质21分离。通过转动手柄5带动加热部4转动,结构简单。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2~4所示,加热部4的底部连接电机6的输出轴,电机6与控制板7电连接,控制板7能够控制电机6的转动和/或停止,智能化程度高,灵活性好。电机6和控制板7均设置在壳体1的内部。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2~4所示,需要提取低温卷烟2时,控制板7发出驱动信号驱动电机6转动,电机6带动加热部4转动,使加热部4与低温卷烟2产生相对转动,进而使加热部4与低温卷烟2内的烟草物质21分离。通过驱动电机6带动加热部4转动,使用方便。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2~4所示,电机6的输出轴通过传动部连接加热部4的底部。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2所示,传动部包括联轴器8,联轴器8的主动端与电机6的输出轴连接,联轴器8的从动端与加热部4的底部连接,能够使加热部4与电机6同步转动。联轴器传动能够减少机械传动的振动,降低冲击尖峰载荷,同时具有一定的缓冲减震性能和过载安全保护作用。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图2、图3所示,传动部还包括主动齿轮9和与主动齿轮9相啮合的从动齿轮10。主动齿轮9与电机6的输出轴连接,从动齿轮10与加热部4的底部连接。齿轮传动能够便于减速或增速,承载能力高,传动效率高,且平稳性好。
在一个优选的实施例中,如图2、图3所示,电机6的输出轴通过减速器11连接主动齿轮9,减速器11能够有效降低电机6的转速,从而能够提高加热部4转动的稳定性。
在一个具体的实施例中,传动部还包括皮带传动机构或链条传动机构。其 中,皮带传动机构包括第一皮带轮和第二皮带轮,第一皮带轮与第二皮带轮之间通过皮带连接。第一皮带轮与电机6的输出轴连接,第二皮带轮与加热部4的底部连接,皮带传动具有缓和冲击、吸收震动、噪音少、成本低以及维修方便的优点。链条传动机构包括第一链轮和第二链轮,第一链轮与第二链轮之间通过链条连接。第一链轮与电机6的输出轴连接,第二链轮与加热部4的底部连接,链条传动无弹性滑动和打滑现象,平均传动比准确,工作可靠,效率高,且过载能力强。
在一个具体的实施例中,加热部4的转动角度为0~360度,或加热部4的转动角度大于360度。优选的,加热部4的旋转方式设置为正反向循环转动,加热部4的转动角度大于0度且小于360度。
在一个具体的实施例中,加热部4设置成电阻发热体或红外发热体,能够快速升温,可控性好。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1、图4所示,电阻发热体或红外发热体的底部设置有多个电接触点41,电接触点41通过导线12连接电池部13,电池部13设置在壳体1的内部。优选的,导线12为可弯折的柔性导线。柔性导线采用高韧性、可反复弯折的材质制成。当加热部4正向转动时,柔性导线产生变形,反向转动时,柔性导线恢复到原状态。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1、图4所示,电接触点41通过导线12连接控制板7,控制板7与电池部13电连接,控制板7能够控制电阻发热体或红外发热体加热的电路的连通或断开,智能化程度高,灵活性好。电阻发热体或红外发热体加热的电路连通时,电阻发热体或红外发热体发热,能够加热低温卷烟2。电阻发热体或红外发热体加热的电路断开时,电阻发热体或红外发热体不发热。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图4所示,电接触点41通过弹性电连接接头14与导线12的第一端连接,导线12的第二端与控制板7连接。其中,弹性电连接接头14的第一端与电接触点41接触,弹性电连接接头14的第二端通过弹簧15与壳体1的侧壁连接。当加热部4转动时,在特定角度范围内,弹性电连接接头14与电接触点41始终保持电连接。通过控制加热部4的转动角度,使加热部4保持在特定的角度范围内,即能够使加热部4与控制板7保持可靠的电 连接。此时,导线12的弯折程度小,寿命更长,使得加热部4与控制板7的连接更可靠。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图4所示,弹簧15的第一端与壳体1的侧壁紧固连接,弹簧15的第二端设置在弹性电连接接头14的第二端的凹槽内。
在一个具体的实施例中,加热部4设置成电磁感应发热体,能够快速升温,且使得热量聚集于电磁感应发热体内部,外部热量耗散极小,热效率高,节能效果显著。
在一个具体的实施例中,电磁感应发热通过电磁感应涡流加热低温卷烟。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图5所示,容纳部3的内壁上设置有限位部31,用于将低温卷烟2固定在容纳部3的内部,并用于防止低温卷烟2转动。
在一个具体的实施例中,限位部31包括凸起和/或限定位。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图5所示,低温卷烟2插设在容纳部3的内部时,低温卷烟2发生形变,且低温卷烟2与容纳部3之间产生摩擦力,使低温卷烟2固定在容纳部3的内部且无法转动。
在一个具体的实施例中,加热部4转动时,加热部4与低温卷烟2之间产生的摩擦力小于低温卷烟2与容纳部3之间产生的摩擦力,使加热部4与低温卷烟2产生相对转动,进而使加热部4与低温卷烟2内的烟草物质21分离。
在一个优选的实施例中,限位部31设置成条形状,限位部31由容纳部3的顶部延伸至容纳部3的底部。
在一个优选的实施例中,如图5所示,限位部31的数目为多个,多个限位部31呈间隔设置,能够使低温卷烟2产生均匀变形,稳定性好。
在一个具体的实施例中,加热部4的横截面设置成圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1~4所示,控制板7上设置有充电接口71,用于给电池部13充电,使得电池部13能够持续使用。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1~4所示,壳体1的侧壁上设置有控制按键16,控制板7通过控制按键16连接电池部13。具体的,打开控制按键16时,电池部13向加热部4供电。关闭控制按键16时,电池部13停止向加热部4供 电。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图1~4所示,加热部4加热低温卷烟2的烟草段。
本发明使用时,需要加热低温卷烟2时,加热部4插设在低温卷烟2烟草段的内部以加热烟草物质21。而需要提取低温卷烟2时,通过转动手柄5(如图1所示)或驱动电机6(如图2~4所示)转动,带动加热部4转动,使加热部4与低温卷烟2产生相对转动,进而使加热部4与低温卷烟2内的烟草物质21分离。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种吸烟装置,其特征在于,包括壳体、用于容纳低温卷烟的容纳部和用于加热所述低温卷烟的加热部;
    所述容纳部设置在所述壳体内,在所述容纳部的内部设置有用于容纳所述低温卷烟的腔体;
    所述加热部的顶部穿过所述容纳部的底面伸入至所述容纳部的内部;
    其中,需要加热所述低温卷烟时,所述加热部插设在所述低温卷烟的内部以加热所述低温卷烟;而需要提取所述低温卷烟时,转动所述加热部,使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟产生相对转动,进而使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟内的烟草物质分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部的底部连接手柄的第一端,所述手柄的第二端通过窗口伸出至所述壳体的外部,所述窗口设置在所述壳体的侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,需要提取所述低温卷烟时,转动所述手柄,使所述手柄带动所述加热部转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部的底部连接电机的输出轴,所述电机与控制板连接,所述控制板用于控制所述电机的转动和/或停止,所述电机和所述控制板均设置在所述壳体的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,需要提取所述低温卷烟时,所述控制板发出驱动信号驱动所述电机转动,使所述电机带动所述加热部转动。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电机的输出轴通过传动部连接所述加热部的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述传动部包括联轴器,所述联轴器的主动端与所述电机的输出轴连接,所述联轴器的从动端与所述加热部的底部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述传动部还包括主动齿轮和与所述主动齿轮相啮合的从动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与所述电机的输出轴连接,所述从动齿轮与所述加热部的底部连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电机的输出轴通过减速器连接所述主动齿轮。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述传动部还包括皮带传动机构或链条传动机构。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部设置成电阻发热体或红外发热体。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电阻发热体或所述红外发热体的底部设置有多个电接触点,所述电接触点通过导线连接电池部,所述电池部设置在所述壳体的内部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电接触点通过所述导线连接所述控制板,所述控制板与所述电池部电连接,所述控制板用于控制所述电阻发热体或所述红外发热体加热的电路的连通或断开。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述电接触点通过弹性电连接接头与所述导线的第一端连接,所述导线的第二端与所述控制板连接;其中,所述弹性电连接接头的第一端与所述电接触点接触,所述弹性电连接接头的第二端通过弹簧与所述壳体的侧壁连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧的第一端与所述壳体的侧壁紧固连接,所述弹簧的第二端设置在所述弹性电连接接头第二端的凹槽内。
  16. 根据权利要求4所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部设置成电磁感应发热体;所述电磁感应发热体通过电磁感应涡流加热所述低温卷烟。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述容纳部的内壁上设置有限位部;所述限位部用于将所述低温卷烟固定在所述容纳部的内部,并用于防止所述低温卷烟转动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述限位部包括凸起和/或限定位。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述低温卷烟插设在所述容纳部的内部时,所述低温卷烟发生形变,且所述低温卷烟与所述容纳部之间产生摩擦力,使所述低温卷烟固定在所述容纳部的内部且无法转动。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部转动时, 所述加热部与所述低温卷烟之间产生的摩擦力小于所述低温卷烟与所述容纳部之间产生的摩擦力,使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟产生相对转动,进而使所述加热部与所述低温卷烟内的烟草物质分离。
  21. 根据权利要求17所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述限位部设置成条形状,所述限位部由所述容纳部的顶部延伸至所述容纳部的底部。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述限位部的数目为多个,多个所述限位部呈间隔设置。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部的转动角度为0~360度,或大于360度。
  24. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于,所述加热部的横截面设置成圆形、椭圆形或多边形。
