Description
本发明涉及一种桌腿,特别是涉及在一定范围无级调节桌子腿长度的装置。
目前,桌子一般设计成四条腿,桌子摆放时经常遇到有一条腿悬空的情况,造成桌子晃动或不平,调整的方法有多种,有的在桌子底部垫楔块,有的在桌子腿的底部设置一个螺钉,这两种方法使用起来需要人把身子蹲得很低,操作起来很不方便。在桌子腿底部设置螺钉调整时也容易划伤地面。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的上述缺陷提供了一种可调节桌腿长度的调节装置。该桌腿长度调节装置主要由直桌腿、杠杆、螺杆、螺纹销钉、旋转销钉组成,在直桌腿的底端铰接一个杠杆、杠杆呈向上弯曲状,杠杆的上端钻孔装入螺纹销钉并用弹簧卡圈轴向固定。直桌腿上也钻孔并装入一个旋转销钉,旋转销钉中加工有光孔,螺纹销钉上加工有螺纹孔,螺杆穿过旋转销钉上的光孔,穿过弹簧与螺纹销钉中的螺纹配合。旋转螺杆头部时,可调节杠杆上端与直桌腿之间的距离,从而可调节杠杆下端下摆或上摆,从而调节桌腿的长度。当地面不平时,可以通过调整桌腿的长度,避免桌子晃动。
解决其技术问题采取的技术方案是:
一种桌腿长度调节装置由直桌腿、螺杆、旋转销钉、弹簧、铆钉、杠杆、螺纹销钉、弹簧卡圈等组成,杠杆和直桌腿都是由方钢管加工而成,适合用在钢制桌腿的场合。杠杆中间上方开方孔与直桌腿下端用铆钉铰接,铰接处为杠杆的支点。杠杆的上端开圆孔,圆孔中插入螺纹销钉,螺纹销钉为台阶轴结构,螺纹销钉小直径端与杠杆上方的孔为间隙配合,螺纹销钉可以在孔中转动,螺纹销钉穿过杠杆上端孔的一端用弹簧卡圈轴向 定位,螺纹销钉大直径端有孔,孔的轴线与螺纹销钉轴线垂直,孔中加工有螺纹,该螺纹与螺杆旋合。直桌腿中部钻孔,孔中插入旋转销钉,旋转销钉与孔间隙配合,旋转销钉可以在孔中旋转,旋转销钉插入直桌腿的一端用弹簧卡圈轴向定位。旋转销钉的大端钻有光孔,光孔轴线与旋转销钉轴线垂直,光孔与螺杆间隙配合。螺杆是由螺纹杆部分和头部构成,螺纹杆部分有螺纹,螺杆与螺纹销钉的螺纹孔配合。螺杆的头部设计有凸缘,凸缘与旋转销钉光孔端面接触实现螺杆的轴向定位。螺杆穿过旋转销钉上的光孔,穿过弹簧与螺纹销钉中的螺纹配合。
进一步,旋转销钉大直径端和螺纹销钉大直径端及装入它们中的螺杆,布置在桌腿和杠杆的一侧。
当顺时针旋转螺杆头部时,螺纹销钉相对于螺杆轴向移动,压缩弹簧,此时杠杆上端与直桌腿之间的距离减小,杠杆绕铆钉旋转,杠杆的下端,向下旋转,桌腿的垂直长度就会增长。反之,桌腿缩短。当地面不平时,可以通过旋转螺杆头部进一步调整桌腿的长度,避免桌子晃动。

进一步,旋转销钉(3)大直径端和螺纹销钉(7)大直径端及装入它们中的螺杆(2),布置在直桌腿(1)和杠杆(6)的一侧。
