所述拉杆8的尾端设置有卡合部9,优选,如图7所示,卡合部9设置有导向通道10,所述斜滑块机构5的自由端卡接在导向通道10内,比如,导向通道10包括相连通的垂直通道和倾斜通道,使用状态下,垂直通道位于上方,而倾斜通道位于下方。
所述卡合部9的底部设置有第一挂钩11,头靠本体1上设置有第二挂钩13,所述弹簧3的一端与第一挂钩11相连且另一端与头靠本体1上的第二挂钩13相连,所述卡合部9与斜滑块机构5的自由端卡合连接且通过握持部的推拉带动卡销6沿着座椅本体4的轨道移动或锁定在座椅本体4上。默认状态下,通过弹簧3向下拉住头靠拉手2,此时,卡销6是锁定状态,头靠本体1无法实现移动。当需要调节时,通过握持部向上施力,带动斜滑块机构5移动,使得卡 销6回归垂直方向,脱开卡槽的限定,从而实现上下移动。
一种可调座椅,如图2所示,包括头靠本体1和座椅本体4,所述座椅本体4设置有调节轨道,一般的,调节轨道呈左右对称设置,座椅本体4的调节轨道上设置有与卡销6相适配的卡槽12,卡槽12和卡销6均左右对称设置,卡销6可插入或脱开卡槽12,实现锁定或解锁操作。
可调座椅还包括座椅头靠调档机构,所述座椅头靠调档机构包括弹簧3和可嵌入头靠本体1内的头靠拉手2,所述头靠本体1上设置有斜滑块机构5,所述斜滑块机构5的一端固定在头靠本体1上且斜滑块机构5的另一端为自由端,所述斜滑块机构5上设置有卡销6,所述头靠拉手2包括相连的握持部和拉杆8,所述拉杆8的尾端设置有卡合部9,所述卡合部9的底部设置有第一挂钩11,所述弹簧3的一端与第一挂钩11相连且另一端与头靠本体1上的第二挂钩13相连,所述卡合部9与斜滑块机构5的自由端卡合连接且通过握持部的推拉带动卡销6沿着座椅本体4的轨道移动或锁定在座椅本体4上。
优选,如图3所示,头靠本体1底部设置有第二挂钩13,所述斜滑块机构5的一端固定在头靠本体1底部,一般的,斜滑块机构5为塑料材质,其自由端可以绕着底部做旋转运动。
相应的,所述卡合部9设置有导向通道10,所述斜滑块机构5的自由端卡接在导向通道10内,所述导向通道10包括相连通的垂直通道和倾斜通道,所述握持部为拉手或拉环7。
优选,所述头靠拉手2还设置有可与头靠本体1卡合的限位机构14,如图13和图14所示,头靠拉手2设置有可卡合在头靠本体1上的限位机构14进行限位,防止头靠拉手2向上受力脱离头靠本体1。
优选,卡销6设置有预埋铁(图中未示出),比如,可以将卡销6设置成塑料件以具备弹性,在弹性的卡销6内置有预埋铁至根部可以有效增加卡销6的强度,当卡销6受力或碰撞后,即使卡销6的塑料件塌陷,其预埋铁可以死死勾住座椅,保证安全。
如图15-19所示,优选,所述座椅本体4上设置有卡合结构,所述头靠本体1上设置有滑槽18,所述滑槽18与卡合结构卡合连接且滑槽18可沿着卡合结构滑动。优选卡合结构为横截面呈“T”形或“山”形的T钩15,图17所示为横截面呈“山”形的T钩15。
优选,所述头靠本体1的两侧设置有凸起17,所述座椅本体4上设置有对应的滑动轨道16,所述凸起17卡合在滑动轨道16上且凸起17可沿着滑动轨道16滑动,如图18和19所示,滑动轨道16可以设置成横截面呈“U”形的凹槽,两侧的凸起卡合在两侧的“U”形的凹槽内,凸起被挤压在“U”形的凹槽内,二者之间产生一定的压力以实现连接。
其中,头靠本体和座椅本体之间可以仅通过设置卡合结构与滑槽的卡合实现固定,或者,头靠本体和座椅本体之间可以仅通过设置凸起与滑动轨道的卡合实现固定,或者,如图16所示,头靠本体和座椅本体同时通过卡合结构与滑槽的卡合、凸起与滑动轨道的卡合,共同实现头靠本体的可靠固定。优选,其中滑槽18可以设置在头靠本体1的中心线位置处,而两侧的凸起对称设置在头靠本体底部的两侧,凸起17设置在滑槽18的下方,头靠本体1两侧的凸起17与卡合结构呈三角排列位置关系,使得头靠本体与座椅本体的连接更稳固可靠。
安装时,如图9所示,先将头靠拉手置入头靠本体上,接着,如图10所示,在头靠本体背部方向安装弹簧,其中,弹簧上端接头靠拉手,下端接头靠本体, 最后,如图11所示,将组装后的头靠本体安装在座椅本体上。默认状态下,弹簧向下拉住头靠拉手,斜滑块机构下沉,其卡销露出并卡入座椅本体的卡槽内,此时头靠上下运动锁定,不能移动。当需要调节头靠位置时,拉手或拉环向上拉起,斜滑块机构上升,其卡销缩入头靠本体内,脱开座椅本体的卡槽,此时头靠上下运动解锁,可以上下移动,调节到合适的位置后,松开拉手或拉环,卡销锁定在卡槽内,头靠上下运动锁定。图12为头靠调节到最底部的位置示意图,此时,头靠本体完全置于座椅本体内,头靠本体和座椅本体还通过卡合结构与滑槽的卡合、凸起与滑动轨道的卡合,实现头靠本体的可靠固定。结构简单且方便调节,尤其适用于婴儿使用,更安全可靠。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种座椅头靠调档机构,其中,头靠本体(1)上设置有斜滑块机构(5),所述斜滑块机构(5)的一端固定在头靠本体(1)上且斜滑块机构(5)的另一端为自由端,所述斜滑块机构(5)上设置有卡销(6),其特征在于,所述座椅头靠调档机构包括弹簧(3)和可嵌入头靠本体(1)内的头靠拉手(2),所述头靠拉手(2)包括相连的握持部和拉杆(8),所述拉杆(8)的尾端设置有卡合部(9),所述卡合部(9)的底部设置有第一挂钩(11),所述弹簧(3)的一端与第一挂钩(11)相连且另一端与头靠本体(1)上的第二挂钩(13)相连,所述卡合部(9)与斜滑块机构(5)的自由端卡合连接且通过握持部的推拉带动卡销(6)沿着座椅本体(4)的轨道移动或锁定在座椅本体(4)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅头靠调档机构,其特征在于,所述卡合部(9)设置有导向通道(10),所述斜滑块机构(5)的自由端卡接在导向通道(10)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅头靠调档机构,其特征在于,所述导向通道(10)包括相连通的垂直通道和倾斜通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅头靠调档机构,其特征在于,所述握持部为拉手或拉环(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅头靠调档机构,其特征在于,所述头靠拉手(2)设置有可与头靠本体(1)卡合的限位机构(14)。
  6. 一种可调座椅,包括头靠本体(1)和座椅本体(4),所述座椅本体(4)设置有调节轨道,其特征在于,还包括座椅头靠调档机构,所述座椅头靠调档 机构包括弹簧(3)和可嵌入头靠本体(1)内的头靠拉手(2),所述头靠本体(1)上设置有斜滑块机构(5),所述斜滑块机构(5)的一端固定在头靠本体(1)上且斜滑块机构(5)的另一端为自由端,所述斜滑块机构(5)上设置有卡销(6),所述头靠拉手(2)包括相连的握持部和拉杆(8),所述拉杆(8)的尾端设置有卡合部(9),所述卡合部(9)的底部设置有第一挂钩(11),所述弹簧(3)的一端与第一挂钩(11)相连且另一端与头靠本体(1)上的第二挂钩(13)相连,所述卡合部(9)与斜滑块机构(5)的自由端卡合连接且通过握持部的推拉带动卡销(6)沿着座椅本体(4)的轨道移动或锁定在座椅本体(4)上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述头靠本体(1)底部设置有第二挂钩(13),所述斜滑块机构(5)的一端固定在头靠本体(1)底部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述斜滑块机构(5)为塑料材质。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述卡合部(9)设置有导向通道(10),所述斜滑块机构(5)的自由端卡接在导向通道(10)内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述导向通道(10)包括相连通的垂直通道和倾斜通道,所述握持部为拉手或拉环(7)。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅本体(4)的调节轨道上设置有与卡销(6)相适配的卡槽(12)。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述头靠拉手(2)设置有可与头靠本体(1)卡合的限位机构(14)。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述卡销(6)设置有预埋铁。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述座椅本体(4)上设置有卡合结构,所述头靠本体(1)上设置有滑槽(18),所述滑槽(18)与卡合结构卡合连接且滑槽(18)可沿着卡合结构滑动。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述卡合结构为横截面呈“T”形或“山”形的T钩(15)。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述头靠本体(1)的两侧设置有凸起(17),所述座椅本体(4)上设置有对应的滑动轨道(16),所述凸起(17)卡合在滑动轨道(16)上且凸起(17)可沿着滑动轨道(16)滑动。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述头靠本体(1)的两侧设置有凸起(17),所述座椅本体(4)上设置有对应的滑动轨道(16),所述凸起(17)卡合在滑动轨道(16)上且凸起(17)可沿着滑动轨道(16)滑动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种可调座椅,其特征在于,所述凸起(17)设置在滑槽(18)的下方且头靠本体(1)两侧的凸起(17)与卡合结构呈三角排列位置关系。
