2、促销:以物物有红包件件有赠品的方式吸引消费者,增加品牌影响力及传播力,红包金额为企业促销金。
3、掌控消费信息:提供扫码登陆、积分管理、移动电商引流、红包支付对接等基础营销工具,也可作为数字营销活动的底层平台,为品牌营销者和数字营销服务商提供技术和数据开发管理平台。借助这个解决方案,品牌营销者还可以 分析消费者的购买行为。
现有导购技术中存在的不足:
1.传统导购模式成本很高或较高;
2.传统导购展示形式单一,导购体验较低;
3.导购人员变动频繁或设备维护成本高。
4.无法与线上活动实现互动或紧密结合。
5.传统形式易造成能耗浪费。
发明内容
本发明目的在于:提供一种智能感应式多媒体导购设备,以解决目前这种需求和使用过程中的问题。
本发明再一目的在于:提供所述设备的应用系统。
本发明目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种智能感应式多媒体导购设备,为一种感应式的无感多媒体导购设备,采用外接电源和内置电池两种供电模式,带有电源及数据接口,利用物联网技术中的人体热释红外感应技术,并结合蓝牙通讯技术,云平台大数据分析、一物一码技术,配套自动控制语音视频播放器,以及电源管理系统组成,通过蓝牙设备ibeacon,将设备与目前流行的社交媒体软件-微信实现无感、无缝对接,实现线下导购引流与线上活动互动相结合,通过微信的后台大数据和人工智能,为用户提供更加贴合的导购服务,通过线上强大的后台大数据分析为线下终端提供多样性、个性化、直观性的多维度视听导购服务,至少包括:
(1)人体热释红外探测模块,与电源模块、语音视频播放控制模块、蓝牙互动模块电连接,包括人体热释传感器、人体热释传感器前端设置的菲涅尔透镜构成,波长灵敏度设在0.2-20um,利用菲涅尔透镜的特殊光学原理,在探测器前方产生一个交替变化的“盲区”和“高灵敏区”,以提高它的探测接收灵敏度,当有人从透镜前走过时,人体发出的波长为9-10um红外线不断地交替从“盲区”进入“高灵敏区”,使接收到的红外信号以忽强忽弱的脉冲形式输入,从而强化其能量幅度;在人体热释传感器顶端开设一个装有干涉滤光片的窗口,该干涉滤光片可通过的光波长范围为7-10um,以适合人体红外辐射的探测,而对其它波长的红外线由该干涉滤光片予以吸收,形成用作探测人体辐射的红外线传感器,并在设定的监测区域内进行监测;
(2)蓝牙互动模块
由一个或多个在一定范围内发射传输他们唯一识别码iBeacon信标设备组成,接收设备上的软件可以查找iBeacon并实现包括通知用户的多种功能,接收 设备也可以通过链接iBeacons从iBeacon的通用属性配置服务来恢复价值;iBeacons不推送通知给接收设备,除了他们自己的ID,手机软件可以使用从iBeacons接收到的信号来自己推送通知;
(3)语音视频播放控制模块
当消费者经过智能感应式多媒体导购设备的感应区域时,被设备感知,并开始播放预置在设备内部的语音或视频信息;按照ibeacon技术规定的规范写入的商品蓝牙广播参数设置,通过低功耗模式播放商品及销售优惠信息,并利用无线网络和/或数据线,实现设备的预制语音或视频内容更新,目标人员只需要打开蓝牙,使用微信的摇一摇功能或者打开微信小程序自动识别,即可发现目标设备传达的预制优惠信息内容,目标人员可以选择相应的互动内容,并结合扫描一物一码系统的商品码,实现商品真伪查询、物流信息查询、窜货信息查询、售价统计、会员积分、有奖促销等多种功能;通过微信后台大数据接口并结合一物一码大数据接口,获取目标人员的相关公共信息,通过大数据分析推断出目标人员的购物喜好、购物频率、活动区域、活动参与度、活动转化率、地域购物习惯、消费趋势,为提供精准化、个性化、效率化的销售、互动活动等提供数据指导,通过大数据的不断累积和分析不断自我学习和优化,对线下和线上的销售活动更加具备精准的指导作用;
(4)信号处理模块
信号处理模块接收人体热释红外探测模块和蓝牙互动模块探测到的信号,并判断是否需要播放信息后,将播放信号发送给语音视频播放控制模块,其中,信号处理模块与人体热释红外探测模块为一体或分开;
(5)电源模块
与电源和数据接口连接,用于提供给人体热释红外探测模块、蓝牙互动模块、语音视频播放控制模块所需要的各类型稳定电源。
红外线热释电传感器对人体的敏感程度还和人的运动方向关系很大。红外线热释电传感器对于径向移动反应最不敏感,而对于横切方向(即与半径垂直的方向)移动则最为敏感.在现场选择合适的安装位置是避免红外探头误报、求得最佳检测灵敏度极为重要的一环。
在上述方案基础上,所述的人体热释红外探测模块中,人体热释传感器是本发明的核心感应传感器,由热释电探测元、干涉滤光片和场效应管匹配器三部分组成,引入N沟道结型场效应管(FET),完成阻抗变换,使热释电探测元输出的电荷信号,经电阻转换为电压输出,故引入的N沟道结型场效应管接成共漏形式来完成阻抗变换。
其中,所述的热释电探测元可以为压电陶瓷(PZT),为一定厚度的片状高热电材料制成的薄片,以及在薄片的两面镀上金属电极,然后,加电对其进行极化制得。
在上述方案基础上,对所述的人体热释红外探测模块进行抗干扰性能编辑,包括:
①防小动物干扰:探测器安装在推荐的使用高度,对探测范围内地面上的小动物,一般不产生报警;
②抗电磁干扰:探测器的抗电磁波干扰性能符合GB10408中4.6.1要求,一般手机电磁干扰不会引起误报;
③抗灯光干扰:探测器在正常灵敏度的范围内,受3米外H4卤素灯透过玻璃照射,不产生报警。
在上述方案基础上,红外线热释电传感器对人体的敏感程度与人的运动方向有关,对于目标人的径向移动反应最不敏感,而对于与移动半径垂直的方向的移动敏感。
在上述方案基础上,所述设备为网络版设备或单机版设备,其中,网络版设备增加了MCU控制单元和无线通讯模块(如可以WIFI模块或4G网络通讯模块),通过漫射性光电传感器或视频人像AI识别模式,识别区域内的人流量信息、现场位置、环境信息通过网络传送到云服务平台,同时,所述设备通过网络实现语音或视频信息的更新,实现智能物联网终端设备的功能,在后台云平台管理中心实现对线下的设备远程管理和维护;单机版设备摆放在货架的相应位置,通过蓝牙模块与用户的微信摇一摇互动,后台通过设备信息的采集,获取促销活动的效果、人流信息、参与率、购买率、复购率、用户购买频次等多种消费信息分析,使得企业更加有针对性的策划活动和制定营销模式。
蓝牙iBeacon技术的应用基础:蓝牙iBeacon的数据主要由四种资讯构成,分别是UUID(通用唯一标识符)、Major、Minor、Measured Power。
UUID是规定为ISO/IEC11578:1996标准的128位标识符。
Major和Minor由iBeacon发布者自行设定,都是16位的标识符。比如,连锁店可以在Major中写入区域资讯,可在Minor中写入个别店铺的ID等。另外,在家电中嵌入iBeacon功能时,可以用Major表示产品型号,用Minor表示错误代码,用来向外部通知故障。
Measured Power是iBeacon模块与接收器之间相距1m时的参考接收信号强度(RSSI:Received Signal Strength Indicator)。接收器根据该参考RSSI与接收信号的强度来推算发送模块与接收器的距离。
iOS7对接收到的iBeacon信号进行解释后,向等待iBeacon资讯的所有应用软件发送UUID、Major、Minor及靠近程度。发送的靠近程度资讯是Immediate、Near、Far中的一种。
接收资讯的应用软件先确认UUID,如果确认是发送给自己的资讯,则再根据Major、Minor的组合进行处理。
一套iBeacon的部署由一个或多个在一定范围内发射传输他们唯一的识别码iBeacon信标设备组成。接收设备上的软件可以查找iBeacon并实现多种功能,比如通知用户,接收设备也可以通过链接iBeacons从iBeacon的通用属性配置服务来恢复价值。iBeacons不推送通知给接收设备(除了他们自己的ID),然而,手机软件可以使用从iBeacons接收到的信号来自己推送通知。
一物一码是本发明人公司的产品,利用云平台将消费者、企业、流通三者连接起来,从而能提供全面的O2O营销、防伪追溯、仓储物流解决方案。
本发明中,所述设备通过接口获得电源,并且可以通过micro USB或type-c标准数据线与电脑连接设置语音、视频播报内容。
本发明还提供所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备的应用系统:
采用一种人体热释传感器,识别监测区域内的人员移动情况,当有人员进入该区域时,人体热释红外探测模块传递给信号处理模块一个电平信号,在此信号电平保持时间内,人体热释红外探测模块不再响应新的感应触发;信号处理模块经过信号放大或转换处理后,向语音视频播放控制模块发送播放电平信号或通讯指令;语音视频播放控制模块根据预先设定的内容,播放相应的语音或视频内容,播报结束后,启动系统预设的静默时间,静默时间结束后,系统恢复感应功能,继续循环上述工作;蓝牙互动模块,通过预先设置符合ibeacon协议的相关参数后,在低功耗模式下,采用循环发射模式,只要手机打开微信,通过扫一扫启动小程序或摇一摇界面即可快速参加商家最新活动,实现线下与线上活动互动的无缝对接,通过一物一码系统,扫描商品码还能实现更多功能,如:会员积分、抽奖、真伪查询、物流查询、防窜货等功能。
所述系统中的智能感应式导购设备内部包含一个蓝牙模块,支持ibeacon协议的设置,拥有UUID,Major,Minor这三个参数,通过微信公众号或订阅号等公众平台的后台管理端,配置每一个设备的个性化参数,实现每个设备不同的内容展示,通过在后台修改展示内容的链接即可更换现场设备的展示内容;同时,利用腾讯的后台大数据接口,获取消费者的相关公共数据,做到精准推送营销,最大程度的做到有的放矢,避免平铺式的、撒网 式的营销模式;结合一物一码系统,使消费者在现场就可以参加各个厂商提供的线上活动。
在上述方案基础上,针对比较空旷的场地举行活动的会场模式,根据需要部署所述导购设备的数量,每个导购设备覆盖的范围为100平方米,根据现场面积计算需要设置的设备数量,达到全覆盖,使得用户在会场任意位置通过微信摇一摇模式获取同一个活动内容,做到无感切换。
分类:
分类工作仅应用在前端,但是将返回数组iBeacons的所有属性(UUID等)。
一个iOS设备接收一个iBeacon的传输可以近乎于iBeacon的距离,iBeacon的传输距离分为3个不同的范围:
近距:几厘米;
中距:几米;
远距:大于10米;
当用户进入、退出或者在区域内徘徊时,iBeacon的广播有能力进行传播,根据用户和Beacon的距离,这三个距离范围可以相互交互。
iBeacon传输的最大射程将取决于位置、现场布置、障碍物(例如在一个皮革手袋或厚情况下)。标准信号有近似的70米,远程信号可达450米。
本发明根据目前相关已成熟的技术,采用一种人体热释感应传感器,识别一定范围内的人员移动情况,根据用户的应用场景,选择单机版或网络版设计的设备,实现不同的应用服务,当有人员进入设备感应区域时,语音视频播报控制系统,激活预设的语音或视频,用最短的时间引起体验者的注意,传递要宣传的内容。当体验者需要进一步了解互动时,通过手机社交媒体软件---微信的内置功能,打开扫一扫或摇一摇(软件会提示没有开启蓝牙的用户开启蓝牙),后台系统通过获取现场设备内置的蓝牙模块内置的ibeacon协议,自动获取用户相关信息,并提供相关互动界面和相关商品介绍,或者提供关联服务等内容。
本发明优越性在于:充分利用现有技术,设备总体造价低或较低;设备可扩展性强,并且维护成本很低;使用了先进的感应技术,使得设备在无人模式实现低功耗待机,有效降低系统能耗,实现绿色低能耗的目的。利用本发明导购设备形成的应用系统展现商品的形式多样,并做到无感式的展示体验,针对性较强;提供一种舒服、宽松的展示氛围;增加了与用户现场互联,实现了线上与线下的互动。

一种单机版智能感应式多媒体导购设备10,如图1所示,为一种感应式的无感多媒体导购设备,采用外接电源或内置电池供电模式,带有电源及数据接口8(为MICRO USB或Type-c接口),利用物联网技术中的人体热释红外感应技术,并结合蓝牙通讯技术,云平台大数据分析、一物一码技术,配套自动控制语音视频播放器,以及电源管理系统组成,通过蓝牙设备ibeacon,将设备与目前流行的社交媒体软件-微信,实现无感、无缝对接,实现线下导购引流与线上活动互动相结合,通过微信的后台大数据和人工智能,为用户提供更加贴合的导购服务,通过线上强大的后台大数据分析为线下终端提供多样性、个性化、直观性的多维度视听导购服务,包括人体热释红外探测模块1(也称为人体热释感应传感器模 块)、蓝牙互动模块2、语音视频播放控制模块3、电源模块4和信号处理模块5,其中,电源模块4分别连接人体热释红外探测模块1,语音视频播放控制模块3和蓝牙互动模块2;
(1)人体热释红外探测模块1,如图3所示,包括红外线热释电传感器11、红外线热释电传感器11前端设置的菲涅尔透镜12构成,波长灵敏度设在0.2-20um,当有人从菲涅尔透镜12前走过时,人体发出的波长为9-10um红外线不断地交替从“盲区”进入“高灵敏区”,使接收到的红外信号以忽强忽弱的脉冲形式输入;人体热释传感器11结构如图4A所示,红外线热释电传感器11由外壳111、设在外壳内自上而下依序由热电元件PZT 112、支撑环113、场效应管FET管114、电路元件115和引脚117,在PZT 112顶端的外壳111上开设一个装有滤光片116的窗口1111,该干涉滤光片116可通过的光波长范围为7-10um,以适合人体红外辐射的探测,而对其它波长的红外线由该干涉滤光片116予以吸收,形成用作探测人体辐射的红外线传感器,并在设定的监测区域内进行监测;
(2)蓝牙互动模块2
由一个或多个在一定范围内发射传输他们唯一识别码iBeacon信标设备组成,进行手机APP参数设置,接收设备上的软件可以查找iBeacon并通过实现包括通知用户的多种功能,接收设备也可以通过链接iBeacons从iBeacon的通用属性配置服务来恢复价值;iBeacons不推送通知给接收设备,除了他们自己的ID,手机APP软件可以使用从iBeacons接收到的信号来自己推送通知;
(3)语音视频播放控制模块3
当消费者经过智能感应式多媒体导购设备的感应区域时,被设备感知,并开始播放预置在设备内部的语音或视频信息;按照ibeacon技术规定的规范写入的商品蓝牙广播参数设置,通过低功耗模式播放商品及销售优惠信息,并利用无线网络和/或数据线,实现设备的预制语音或视频内容更新,目标人员只需要打开蓝牙,使用微信的摇一摇功能或者打开微信小程序自动识别,即可发现目标设备传达的预制优惠信息内容,目标人员可以选择相应的互动内容,并结合扫描一物一码系统的商品码,实现商品真伪查询、物流信息查询、窜货信息查询、售价统计、会员积分、有奖促销等多种功能;通过微信后台大数据接口并结合一物一码大数据接口,获取目标人员的相关公共信息,通过大数据分析推断出目标人员的购物喜好、购物频率、活动区域、活动参与度、活动转化率、地域购物习惯、消费趋势,为提供精准化、个性化、效率化的销售、互动活动等提供数据指导,通过大数据的不断累积和分析不断自我学习和优化,对线下和线上的销售活动更加 具备精准的指导作用;
本实施例的信号处理模块5与人体热释红外探测模块1制为一体,信号处理模块接收人体热释红外探测模块1探测到的信号,并判断是否需要播放信息后,将播放信号发送给语音视频播放控制模块3;
(5)电源模块4
电源模块4作为电源管理模块与电源和数据接口8连接,用于提供给人体热释红外探测模块、蓝牙互动模块、语音视频播放控制模块等模块提供各种规格稳定电源。
本实施例的红外线热释电传感器11对人体的敏感程度与人的运动方向有关,对于目标人的径向移动反应最不敏感,而对于与移动半径垂直的方向的移动敏感。
本实施例中,所述的热释电探测元为压电陶瓷PZT 112,为片状高热电材料制成的薄片,以及在薄片的两面镀上金属电极,然后,加电对其进行极化制得。
本实施例中,如图4B所示,传感器由热释电探测元PZT 112、滤光片116和场效应管匹配器三部分组成,引入N沟道结型场效应管FET 113,完成阻抗变换,使热释电探测元输出的电荷信号,经电阻转换为电压输出,故引入的N沟道结型场效应管接成共漏形式来完成阻抗变换。
单机版智能感应式多媒体导购设备10实现人员活动监控自动播报语音或视频的基本功能,通过蓝牙互动模块2与用户的微信摇一摇互动,不具备网络功能,但是价格极低。
如图5应用系统原理图和图6单机版智能感应式导购设备使用状态图所示:
1.当有人员经过本实施例单机版智能感应式多媒体导购设备10内置的人体热释感应传感器覆盖的感应范围时,如图6所示,本单机版智能感应式多媒体导购设备10粘贴在货架9的层架上,当消费者沿货架9走动进入感应范围时,人体热释红外探测模块1传递给信号处理模块5一电平信号,此信号持续时间可以设置任意时间长度,在此信号电平保持时间内,人体热释红外探测模块1不再响应新的感应触发;
2.信号处理模块5经过信号处理后(放大或转换),发送播放指令(电平信号或通讯指令)给语音视频播放控制模块3;
3.语音视频播放控制模块3,根据预先设定的内容,播放相应的语音或视频内容;
4.播报结束后,启动应用系统预设的静默时间(可调节),静默时间结 束后,应用系统恢复感应功能,继续工作,通过此种模式有效的降低系统的综合能耗;
5.蓝牙互动模块2,通过预先设置符合ibeacon协议的相关参数后,在低功耗模式下,采用循环发射模式,只要手机打开微信等社交媒体软件,通过扫一扫启动小程序或摇一摇界面即可快速参加商家最新活动,实现线下与线上活动互动的无缝对接,通过本申请产品“一物一码系统”,扫描商品码还能实现更多功能,如:会员积分、抽奖、真伪查询、物流查询、防窜货等功能;
6.应用系统通过电源及数据接口8获得电源,并且可以通过micro USB或type-c标准数据线与电脑连接设置语音、视频播报内容。
本实施例中,对所述的人体热释红外探测模块1进行抗干扰性能编辑,包括:
①防小动物干扰:探测器安装在推荐的使用高度,对探测范围内地面上的小动物,一般不产生报警;

实施例2
一种网络版智能感应式多媒体导购设备10’,如图2所示,可以实现采集现场的人流信息(不仅限人流信息,还可以增加温度、位置、环境状态等信息),并在设定时间将状态数据上传至云服务端;同时应用系统还提供了远程语音、视频文件的远程更新,固件升级等功能。
与单机版不同是增加了MCU单元6和无线通讯模块7、电源模块4分别电连接人体热释红外探测模块1、蓝牙互动模块2、语音视频播放控制模块3、MCU单元6和无线通讯模块7,其中:
(1)人体热释红外探测模块1,与实施例1相同,人体热释红外探测模块1与信号处理模块5为一体,波长灵敏度设在0.2-20um,利用菲涅尔透镜的特殊光学原理,在探测器前方产生一个交替变化的“盲区”和“高灵敏区”,以提高它的探测接收灵敏度,当有人从透镜前走过时,人体发出的波长为9-10um红外线不断地交替从“盲区”进入“高灵敏区”,使接收到的红外信号以忽强忽弱的脉冲形式输入;在人体热释传感器顶端开设一个装有干涉滤光片的窗口,该干涉滤光片可通过的光波长范围为7-10um,以适合人体红外辐射的探测,而对其它 波长的红外线由该干涉滤光片予以吸收,形成用作探测人体辐射的红外线传感器,并在设定的监测区域内进行监测;

(4)信号处理模块5
信号处理模块5接收人体热释红外探测模块的信号,并判断是否需要播放信息后,将播放信号发送给语音视频播放控制模块,与人体热释红外探测模块为一体;
(5)电源模块4
与电源和数据接口8连接,用于提供给人体热释红外探测模块1、蓝牙互动模块2、语音视频播放控制模块3稳定电源。
网络版设备增加了MCU控制单元6和无线通讯模块7,无线通讯模块7可以WIFI模块或4G网络通讯模块,通过漫射性光电传感器或视频人像AI识别模式,识别区域内的人流量信息、现场位置、环境信息通过网络传送到云服务平台,同时,所述设备通过网络实现语音或视频信息的更新,实现智能物联网终端设备的 功能,在后台云平台管理中心实现对线下的设备远程管理和维护。

本实施例网络版智能感应式多媒体导购设备10’的应用系统,
可采用与实施例1相同的传感器,识别监测区域内的人员移动情况,当有人员进入该区域时,人体热释红外探测模块1传递给信号处理模块5一电平信号,在此信号电平保持时间内,人体热释红外探测模块1不再响应新的感应触发;信号处理模块5经过信号放大或转换处理后,向语音视频播放控制模块3发送播放电平信号或通讯指令;语音视频播放控制模块3根据预先设定的内容,播放相应的语音或视频内容,播报结束后,启动系统预设的静默时间,静默时间结束后,系统恢复感应功能,继续循环上述工作;蓝牙互动模块2,通过预先设置符合ibeacon协议的相关参数后,在低功耗模式下,采用循环发射模式,只要手机打开微信,通过扫一扫启动小程序或摇一摇界面即可快速参加商家最新活动,实现线下与线上活动互动的无缝对接,通过“一物一码”系统,扫描商品码还能实现更多功能,如:会员积分、抽奖、真伪查询、物流查询、防窜货等功能。
由于应用系统中的网络版智能感应式导购设备10’内部包含一个蓝牙互动模块2,支持ibeacon协议的设置,拥有UUID,Major,Minor这三个参数,通过微信公众号或订阅号等公众平台的后台管理端,配置每一个设备的个性化参数,实现每个设备不同的内容展示,通过在后台修改展示内容的链接即可更换现场设备的展示内容;同时,利用腾讯的后台大数据接口,获取消费者的相关公共数据,做到精准推送营销,最大程度的做到有的放矢,避免平铺式的、撒网式的营销模式;结合一物一码系统,使消费者在现场就可以参加各个厂商提供的线上活动。
如图7会场模式智能感应式导购设备使用状态图所示,针对比较空旷的场地举行活动的会场模式,根据需要部署所述导购设备的数量,每个导购设备覆盖的范围为100平方米,根据现场面积计算需要设置的设备数量,达到全覆盖,使得用户在会场任意位置通过微信摇一摇模式获取同一个活动内容,做到无感切换。
本实施例应用系统与实施例1近似,可以将设备摆放在会场的相应位置,信号覆盖范围的人通过手机微信摇一摇,获取本次会议或活动最新的信息,用户通过社交软件,参加最新活动,可以离线或实时使用获取的优惠;后台通过设备信息的采集,获取促销活动的效果、人流信息、参与率、购买率、复购率、用户购 买频次等多种消费信息分析,从而使得企业更加有针对性的策划活动和制定营销模式等;或者采用会场模式。其中:
1.当有人员经过设备内置的人体热释感应传感器覆盖的范围时,传感器模块传递给信号处理模块一个电平信号,此信号持续时间可以设置任意时间长度,在此信号电平保持时间内,人体热释感应传感器模块不再相应新的感应触发;
2.信号处理模块经过信号处理后(放大或转换),发送播放指令(电平信号或通讯指令)给语音、视频播放控制模块;
3.语音视频播放控制模块,根据预先设定的内容,播放相应的语音或视频内容;
4.播报结束后,启动系统预设的静默时间,静默时间结束后,系统恢复感应功能,继续工作。通过此种模式有效的降低系统的综合能耗。
5.蓝牙互动模块,通过预先设置符合ibeacon协议的相关参数后,在低功耗模式下,采用循环发射模式,只要手机打开微信等社交媒体软件,通过扫一扫启动小程序或摇一摇界面即可快速参加商家最新活动,实现线下与线上活动互动的无缝对接,通过本公司的一物一码系统,扫描商品码还能实现更多功能,如:会员积分、抽奖、真伪查询、物流查询、防窜货等功能;
6.无线通讯模块通过wifi网络或者移动网络(3G、4G、5G),远程设置语音、视频播放控制模块内置的播报内容和蓝牙互动模块内置参数,实现远程维护;
7.系统通过接口获得电源,并且可以通过micro USB或type-c标准数据线与电脑连接设置语音、视频播报内容;
8.系统的人流统计模块,通过漫射性光电传感器或视频人像AI识别等模式,识别区域内的人流量,后期可以通过加入人脸识别系统,识别用户种类等,实时掌握门店或销售地的人流情况,对活动效力的反馈分析提供一定的数据支持;
9.此系统可以采用外接电源和内置电池两种工作模式

实施例3
一种基于物联网的感应式语音导购设备,与实施例2近似,为多设备组合工作模式,多个智能感应式多媒体导购设备10’,如图2所示,可以实现采集现场的人流信息(不仅限人流信息,还可以增加温度、位置、环境状态等信息),通过多个设备组合使用,覆盖场所的绝大部分范围,使得场所内实现全场所信息统一播报,使用者不用离开位置即可收到统一的播报信息,并在设定时间将状态数据上传至云服务端;同时应用系统还提供了远程语音、视频文件的远程更新,固件升级等功能。
其中:
(1)人体热释红外探测模块1,与实施例1相同,人体热释红外探测模块1与信号处理模块5为一体,波长灵敏度设在0.2-20um,利用菲涅尔透镜的特殊光学原理,在探测器前方产生一个交替变化的“盲区”和“高灵敏区”,以提高它的探测接收灵敏度,当有人从透镜前走过时,人体发出的波长为9-10um红外线不断地交替从“盲区”进入“高灵敏区”,使接收到的红外信号以忽强忽弱的脉冲形式输入;在人体热释传感器顶端开设一个装有干涉滤光片的窗口,该干涉滤光片可通过的光波长范围为7-10um,以适合人体红外辐射的探测,而对其它波长的红外线由该干涉滤光片予以吸收,形成用作探测人体辐射的红外线传感器,并在设定的监测区域内进行监测;
(2)蓝牙互动模块2
由一个或多个在一定范围内发射传输他们唯一识别码iBeacon信标设备组成,接收设备上的软件可以查找iBeacon并实现包括通知用户的多种功能;iBeacon不推送通知给接收设备,除了他们自己的ID,手机软件可以使用从iBeacon接收到的信号来自己推送通知;
(3)语音或视频播放控制模块3
当消费者经过智能感应式多媒体导购设备的感应区域时,被设备感知,并开始播放预置在设备内部的语音或视频信息;按照iBeacon技术规定的规范写入的商品蓝牙广播参数,通过低功耗模式播放蓝牙参数,通过社交软件内置功能展示响应的商品及销售优惠信息,并利用无线网络和/或数据线,实现设备的预制语音或视频内容更新,目标人员只需要打开蓝牙,用微信摇一摇功能或者打开微信小程序自动识别,即可发现目标设备传达的预制优惠信息内容,目标人员可以选 择相应的互动内容,并结合扫描一物一码系统的商品码,实现商品真伪查询、物流信息查询、窜货信息查询、售价统计、会员积分、有奖促销等多种功能;通过微信后台大数据接口并结合一物一码大数据接口,获取目标人员的相关公共信息,通过大数据分析推断出目标人员的购物喜好、购物频率、活动区域、活动参与度、活动转化率、地域购物习惯、消费趋势,为提供精准化、个性化、效率化的销售、互动活动等提供数据指导,通过大数据的不断累积和分析不断自我学习和优化,对线下和线上的销售活动更加具备精准的指导作用;
(4)信号处理模块5
信号处理模块5接收人体热释红外探测模块的信号,并判断是否需要播放信息后,将播放信号发送给语音视频播放控制模块,与人体热释红外探测模块为一体;
(5)电源模块4
与电源和数据接口8连接,用于提供给人体热释红外探测模块1、蓝牙互动模块2、语音视频播放控制模块3稳定电源。

该设备可以提供无人化服务,为未来无人化的购物系统提供了一种新的展示、导购模式。
具体使用或操作方法如下:
1.将设备安装在货架的标牌位置附近(一般采用粘贴安装模式即可,安装极其简单,无需专业指导);
2.安装时将设备尽量与地面垂直;
3.当有人员经过设备的感应范围时,设备自动播报已经设定好的语音或视频内容;
4.在消费者停留在设备感应范围内(最大感应距离5米)没有离开时,系统播报完预定内容后,设定一个设备静默时间(一般是10秒,可任意调节时长),之后系统恢复正常工作;
5.系统设备提供外置电源或模块电池、内置电池等多种模式,商家根据实际使用环境选择,实现多环境的工作模式;
6.无人员经过时,系统进入待机,静默模式,实现极低功耗工作;
7.消费者被设备播放的语音或视频吸引后,按照提示,打开手机蓝牙,再打开手机微信,通过扫一扫或摇一摇功能,快速的参加线上线下活动或了解最新产品信息;
8.后台通过大数据分析,得到商品的关注度、销售转化率、消费者消费习惯等信息,后期可以做精准营销等活动推广;
9.通过人流监控模块,记录人流情况并通过WIFI或物联网透传技术,将数据传送至云服务数据平台,使得平台可以提供设备部署地的人流分布情况,为活动的策划、现场反馈等情况提供数据支撑;
10.结合本公司的一物一码系统,方便快捷的实现:商品真伪查询、物流信息查询、窜货信息查询、售价统计、会员积分、有奖促销等功能。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种智能感应式多媒体导购设备,为一种感应式的无感多媒体导购设备,采用外接电源和内置电池两种供电模式,带有电源及数据接口,利用物联网技术中的人体热释红外感应技术,并结合蓝牙通讯技术,云平台大数据分析、一物一码技术,配套自动控制语音视频播放器,以及电源管理系统组成,通过蓝牙设备ibeacon,将设备与目前流行的社交媒体软件-微信实现无感、无缝对接,实现线下导购引流与线上活动互动相结合,通过微信的后台大数据和人工智能,为用户提供更加贴合的导购服务,通过线上强大的后台大数据分析为线下终端提供多样性、个性化、直观性的多维度视听导购服务,至少包括:
    (1)人体热释红外探测模块,与电源模块、语音视频播放控制模块、蓝牙互动模块电连接,包括人体热释传感器、人体热释传感器前端设置的菲涅尔透镜构成,波长灵敏度设在0.2-20um,利用菲涅尔透镜的特殊光学原理,在探测器前方产生一个交替变化的“盲区”和“高灵敏区”,以提高它的探测接收灵敏度,当有人从透镜前走过时,人体发出的波长为9-10um红外线不断地交替从“盲区”进入“高灵敏区”,使接收到的红外信号以忽强忽弱的脉冲形式输入;在人体热释传感器顶端开设一个装有干涉滤光片的窗口,该干涉滤光片可通过的光波长范围为7-10um,以适合人体红外辐射的探测,而对其它波长的红外线由该干涉滤光片予以吸收,形成用作探测人体辐射的红外线传感器,并在设定的监测区域内进行监测;
    (2)蓝牙互动模块
    由一个或多个在一定范围内发射传输他们唯一识别码iBeacon信标设备组成,接收设备上的软件可以查找iBeacon并实现包括通知用户的多种功能,接收设备也可以通过链接iBeacons从iBeacon的通用属性配置服务来恢复价值;iBeacons不推送通知给接收设备,除了他们自己的ID,手机软件可以使用从iBeacons接收到的信号来自己推送通知;
    (3)语音视频播放控制模块
    当消费者经过智能感应式多媒体导购设备的感应区域时,被设备感知,并开始播放预置在设备内部的语音或视频信息;同时按照ibeacon技术规定的规范写入的商品蓝牙广播参数设置,通过低功耗模式播放商品及销售优惠信息,并利用无线网络和/或数据线,实现设备的预制语音或视频内容更新,目标人员只需要打开蓝牙,使用微信的摇一摇功能或者打开微信小程序自动识别,即可发现目标设备传达的预制优惠信息内容,目标人员可以选择相应的互动内容,并结合扫描一物一码系统的商品码,实现商品真伪查询、物流信息查询、窜货信息查询、售 价统计、会员积分、有奖促销等多种功能;通过微信后台大数据接口并结合一物一码大数据接口,获取目标人员的相关公共信息,通过大数据分析推断出目标人员的购物喜好、购物频率、活动区域、活动参与度、活动转化率、地域购物习惯、消费趋势,为提供精准化、个性化、效率化的销售、互动活动等提供数据指导,通过大数据的不断累积和分析不断自我学习和优化,对线下和线上的销售活动更加具备精准的指导作用;
    (4)信号处理模块
    信号处理模块接收人体热释红外探测模块的信号,并判断是否需要播放信息后,将播放信号发送给语音视频播放控制模块,其中,信号处理模块与人体热释红外探测模块为一体或分开;
    (5)电源模块
    与电源和数据接口连接,用于提供给人体热释红外探测模块、蓝牙互动模块、语音视频播放控制模块所需要的各类型稳定电源。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:
    所述的人体热释红外探测模块中,人体热释传感器由热释电探测元、干涉滤光片和场效应管匹配器三部分组成,引入N沟道结型场效应管(FET),完成阻抗变换,使热释电探测元输出的电荷信号,经电阻转换为电压输出,故引入的N沟道结型场效应管接成共漏形式来完成阻抗变换。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:
    所述的热释电探测元为压电陶瓷(PZT),为片状高热电材料制成的薄片,以及在薄片的两面镀上金属电极,然后,加电对其进行极化制得。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:对所述的人体热释红外探测模块进行抗干扰性能编辑,包括:
    ①防小动物干扰:探测器安装在推荐的使用高度,对探测范围内地面上的小动物,一般不产生报警;
    ②抗电磁干扰:探测器的抗电磁波干扰性能符合GB10408中4.6.1要求,一般手机电磁干扰不会引起误报;
    ③抗灯光干扰:探测器在正常灵敏度的范围内,受3米外H4卤素灯透过玻璃照射,不产生报警。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:红外线热释电传感器对人体的敏感程度与人的运动方向有关,对于目标人的径向 移动反应最不敏感,而对于与移动半径垂直的方向的移动敏感。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:所述设备为网络版设备或单机版设备,其中,网络版设备增加了MCU控制单元和无线通讯模块(如可以WIFI模块或4G网络通讯模块),通过漫射性光电传感器或视频人像AI识别模式,识别区域内的人流量信息、现场位置、环境信息通过网络传送到云服务平台,同时,所述设备通过网络实现语音或视频信息的更新,实现智能物联网终端设备的功能,在后台云平台管理中心实现对线下的设备远程管理和维护;单机版设备摆放在货架的相应位置,通过蓝牙模块与用户的微信摇一摇互动,后台通过设备信息的采集,获取促销活动的效果、人流信息、参与率、购买率、复购率、用户购买频次等多种消费信息分析,使得企业更加有针对性的策划活动和制定营销模式。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:一物一码是利用云平台将消费者、企业、流通三者连接起来,从而能提供全面的O2O营销、防伪追溯、仓储物流解决方案。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备,其特征在于:所述设备通过接口获得电源,并且可以通过micro USB或type-c标准数据线与电脑连接设置语音、视频播报内容。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备的应用系统,其特征在于:
    采用一种人体热释传感器,识别监测区域内的人员移动情况,当有人员进入该区域时,人体热释红外探测模块传递给信号处理模块一个电平信号,在此信号电平保持时间内,人体热释红外探测模块不再响应新的感应触发;信号处理模块经过信号放大或转换处理后,向语音视频播放控制模块发送播放电平信号或通讯指令;语音视频播放控制模块根据预先设定的内容,播放相应的语音或视频内容,播报结束后,启动系统预设的静默时间,静默时间结束后,系统恢复感应功能,继续循环上述工作;蓝牙互动模块,通过预先设置符合ibeacon协议的相关参数后,在低功耗模式下,采用循环发射模式,只要手机打开微信,通过扫一扫启动小程序或摇一摇界面即可快速参加商家最新活动,实现线下与线上活动互动的无缝对接,通过一物一码系统,扫描商品码还能实现更多功能,如:会员积分、抽奖、真伪查询、物流查询、防窜货等功能。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备的应用系统,其 特征在于:
    系统中的智能感应式导购设备内部包含一个蓝牙模块,支持ibeacon协议的设置,拥有UUID,Major,Minor这三个参数,通过微信公众号或订阅号等公众平台的后台管理端,配置每一个设备的个性化参数,实现每个设备不同的内容展示,通过在后台修改展示内容的链接即可更换现场设备的展示内容;同时,利用腾讯的后台大数据接口,获取消费者的相关公共数据,做到精准推送营销,最大程度的做到有的放矢,避免平铺式的、撒网式的营销模式;结合一物一码系统,使消费者在现场就可以参加各个厂商提供的线上活动。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的智能感应式多媒体导购设备的应用系统,其特征在于:针对比较空旷的场地举行活动的会场模式,根据需要部署所述导购设备的数量,每个导购设备覆盖的范围为100平方米,根据现场面积计算需要设置的设备数量,达到全覆盖,使得用户在会场任意位置通过微信摇一摇模式获取同一个活动内容,做到无感切换。
  12. 一种根据权利要求6所述的基于物联网的感应式语音导购设备,其特征在于:由MCU控制单元作为微型计算机管理系统控制外围设备,通过wifi&蓝牙互动模块,接收管理系统的指令和上传现场感知数据;由所述的人体热释传感器模块侦测设备周围的人员移动情况,并将开关信号发送至MCU控制单元,MCU控制单元将保存在存储在扩展flash芯片内的语音文件或视频文件通过SPI总线,推送到语音或视频播放控制模块的语音播报芯片或视频播放芯片,通过屏幕播放视频,语音播报芯片驱动喇叭播放语音;MCU控制单元(6)循环控制指示灯(61)显示不同的颜色;MCU控制单元通过USB转串口芯片,与外置电源连接,为系统提供电源,同时支持USB口更新固件或下载播报的语音文件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基于物联网的感应式语音导购设备,其特征在于,所述设备为单机版本和网络版设备,网络版设备有WIFI模块或4G网络通讯无线通讯模块,通过人体热释传感器模块识别区域内的人流量信息、现场位置、环境信息通过网络传送到云服务平台,同时,通过网络实现语音或视频信息的更新,实现智能物联网终端设备的功能,在云平台管理中心实现对线下的设备远程管理和维护;单机版本通过通过人体热释传感器模块识别区域内人员移动,播放语音信息,提供蓝牙摇一摇互动,语音文件通过数据线连接电脑更新,设备简单,造价低。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的基于物联网的感应式语音导购设备,其特征在于,所述设备摆放在货架或桌面销售环节的某个位置的相应位置,通过蓝牙 互动模块与手机用户的微信摇一摇互动。
