中药材烘干就是对中药材进行脱水处理,并保持其原有成份,保持其药用特性的加工程序,烘干是为了让其可以长期保存,一般采用加热板和风热进行烘干;对医疗药材烘干过程中,由于传统的采用平面式加热结构对药材进行烘干,配合振动结构使用,药材接触平面式加热板过程中造成一面加热过度,烘干效果不佳。

根据权利要求1所述的一种医疗药材用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述振动出料结构(4)包括外环(400)、第二通孔(401)、壳体(402)、安装孔(403)、安装槽(404)、第二电机(405)、振动棒(406)、第一扇叶出料板(407)、棒孔(408)和第二扇叶出料板(409),且外环(400)的环内设置有壳体(402)和第一扇叶出料板(407),所述壳体(402)的上端开设有安装孔(403)和安装槽(404),且安装孔(403)的孔内安装有第二电机(405),所述安装槽(404)的槽内安装有振动棒(406)和振动器,所述第一扇叶出料板(407)的上端开设有棒孔(408),且振动棒(406)的上端插入进棒孔(408)孔内,所述第一扇叶出料板(407)的上端设置有第二扇叶出料板(409),且第二扇叶出料板(409)下端插杆与第二电机(405)驱动轴相连接。
根据权利要求2所述的一种医疗药材用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋片(8)与螺旋管(201)之间有缝隙,且螺旋管(201)与进出热气管道(202)通过螺纹相连接,所述螺旋管(201)与进出热气管道(202)连接处套接有密封圈。
根据权利要求3所述的一种医疗药材用烘干装置,其特征在于:所述第一扇叶出料板(407)和第二扇叶出料板(409)适配设置,且第一扇叶出料板(407)和第二扇叶出料板(409)活动连接。
