本发明公开了一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统及其使用方法,其基于指挥中心的接线平台,接线平台上具有智能移动终端信号接入单元、网页链接发送单元、报警人位置获取单元及报警人位置上报单元,智能移动终端信号接入单元用以接入通讯信号,网页链接发送单元用以发送地图模块链接;报警人位置获取单元用以获取报警人所发送的定位位置;报警人位置上报单元用以将报警人位置及手机号上报给救援单位。其方法如下:报警人通过手机向指挥中心拨号呼叫;指挥中心与报警人连线并发送地图链接;报警人点开链接,并发送自己的位置;指挥中心获取位置,并将位置发送到救援单位进行处理。优点是:本发明能准确找到报警人位置,让救援更加高效。

一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明属于救援定位服务系统技术领域,尤其是涉及一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前,我国每年有几千万人遭遇紧急情况,需要向120急救中心、110报警中心等部门电话报警请求帮助;随着移动终端的普及(如智能手机、智能手表),大部分的急救或报警电话都是通过智能手机等移动终端拨打的,由于环境陌生、无标志性建筑等各种原因,有一定比例的报警人无法清楚表达其所处的准确的地理位置;目前报警系统大部分采用移动基站定位,只能大致知道报警人所处的区域范围,精确度相对不足,为此,救援方常常找不到报警方,有一定比例的案件会因此延误时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统及其使用方法,它具有能够准确的找到报警人的位置,使得救援更加高效的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统,基于指挥中心的接线平台,所述接线平台上具有智能移动终端信号接入单元,所述智能移动终端信号接入单元用以接入呼入的手机信号并显示手机号码,所述接线平台上具有网页链接发送单元、报警人位置获取单元及报警人位置上报单元,所述网页链接发送单元上集成有定位手机 位置的地图模块,并将该地图模块链接发送给报警人,所述地图模块上具有将当前位置发送到指挥中心的位置发送单元;所述报警人位置获取单元用以获取报警人所发送的定位位置;所述报警人位置上报单元用以将报警人的位置及手机号码上报给救援单位。
所述地图模块的定位基于北斗卫星导航系统或GPS或GLONASS或GALILEO来进行定位。
一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的方法,其具体步骤如下:
报警人通过智能移动终端向指挥中心拨号呼叫;
指挥中心接入呼叫信号后与报警人进行连线,然后将带有定位地图的网页链接通过短信的方式发送到报警人的手机上;
报警人点开网页链接,其所处的位置会在地图上显示,然后点击地图上的位置发送按钮,将自己所在位置发送到指挥中心;或者报警人点开网页链接,系统获取报警人所处的位置并发送到指挥中心;
指挥中心获取报警人的位置后,将该地图位置发送到救援单位,救援单位在接收到位置后即安排就近人员前去处理,让救护车或警车可以根据定位直接导航到报警人位置。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:本发明的接线平台会将带有自动地图定位的网页链接通过短信的方式发送给报警人,报警人点击链接后可以将自己的当前位置发送到平台上,平台再将该位置发送给救援单位,以便急救人员或出警者能够快速定位到报警人的位置,以便及时进行救援处理。

实施例,见图1:一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统,其基于指挥中心的接线平台,该接线平台能够接入移动终端信号,在接线平台上具有智能移动终端信号接入单元、网页链接发送单元、报警人位置获取单元及报警人位置上报单元,智能移动终端信号接入单元用以接入呼入的手机信号并显示手机号码。网页链接发送单元为短信链接,其通过获取呼入的手机号码,系统通过短信服务往报警人手机发送一条集成有定位手机位置的地图模块信息,该地图模块基于高德地图、百度地图或其它导航地图软件所开发,其可以让呼叫者基于自己手机所下载的地图软件进行选择,地图模块上具有定位系统,其定位是基于北斗卫星导航系统或GPS或GLONASS(格洛纳斯卫星导航系统)或GALILEO(伽利略卫星导航系统)来进行定位;地图模块会以短信的方式将该地图链接发送到报警人的手机上,在报警人点开短信链接后,会进入带有地图的网页,地图模块会通过地图服务供应方提供的浏览器定位接口,并自动获取报警人的当前位置。在地图模块上具有将当前位置发送到指挥中心的位置发送单元,该位置发送单元可以为手动发送或自动发送,当其为手动发送时,地图界面上会有发送按钮,当为自动发送时,点开网页链接并获取位置后自动进行发送;地图模块在获取报警人位置后将当前位置发送到指挥中心。报警人位置获取单元用以获取报警人所发送的定位位置,报警人位置上报单元用以将报警人的位置及手机号码上报给救援单位,救援单位为就近的120急救中心或医院或就近的派出所,其在获取位置后可以通过地图软件(高德地图或百度地图)导航到报警人的位置。
一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的方法,其具体步骤如下:
报警人通过智能移动终端向指挥中心拨号呼叫,智能移动终端为智能手 机或带有呼叫功能及地图APP的智能手表;
指挥中心接入呼叫信号后与报警人进行连线,在了解报警人所需要的服务事项后,将带有定位地图的网页链接通过短信的方式发送到报警人的手机上;
报警人点开网页链接,根据自己手机所下载的地图软件,其会以该地图软件进行打开,然后报警人的当前位置会在地图上进行显示,点击地图上的位置发送按钮,将自己所在位置发送到指挥中心;或者报警人点开网页链接,地图软件自动获取报警人所处的位置并发送到指挥中心;
指挥中心获取报警人的位置后,将该地图位置发送到救援单位,救援单位在接收到位置后即安排就近人员前去处理,让救护车或警车可以根据定位直接导航到报警人位置。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统,基于指挥中心的接线平台,所述接线平台上具有智能移动终端信号接入单元,所述智能移动终端信号接入单元用以接入呼入的手机信号并显示手机号码,其特征在于:所述接线平台上具有网页链接发送单元、报警人位置获取单元及报警人位置上报单元,所述网页链接发送单元上集成有定位手机位置的地图模块,并将该地图模块链接发送给报警人,所述地图模块上具有将当前位置发送到指挥中心的位置发送单元;所述报警人位置获取单元用以获取报警人所发送的定位位置;所述报警人位置上报单元用以将报警人的位置及手机号码上报给救援单位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的系统,其特征在于:所述地图模块的定位基于北斗卫星导航系统或GPS或GLONASS或GALILEO来进行定位。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种为指挥中心定位报警人位置的方法,其特征在于:其具体步骤如下:
    报警人通过智能移动终端向指挥中心拨号呼叫;
    指挥中心接入呼叫信号后与报警人进行连线,然后将带有定位地图的网页链接通过短信的方式发送到报警人的手机上;
    报警人点开网页链接,其所处的位置会在地图上显示,然后点击地图上的位置发送按钮,将自己所在位置发送到指挥中心;或者报警人点开网页链接,系统获取报警人所处的位置并发送到指挥中心;
    指挥中心获取报警人的位置后,将该地图位置发送到救援单位,救援单位在接收到位置后即安排就近人员前去处理,让救护车或警车可以根据定位 直接导航到报警人位置。
