随着电动工具行业的不断发展,在国内外,电动工具无绳化、便携化渐成趋势。得益于电池技术和计算机技术的迅速发展,通常采用的方式是舍弃电源线、将电池包与电动工具电性连接以使得电池包给电动工具提供电力,因此,电池包作为电动工具的能量来源已经势不可挡。但是由于电动工具使用工况较为复杂,在使用过程中,尤其在潮湿或者有水的环境中使用,难免会有水通过电池包上的进水路径或开孔缝隙等进入电池包的安装腔内,如此,不仅会影响电池包的使用寿命,例如会致使其失效甚至还会引起火灾,不满足相应的安规要求。现有技术中的电池包采用橡胶材料套设在电芯组件的两端,其虽然能达到一定的防水性能,但是还是会有少量的水能够进入到电芯组件内以减少其使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够进一步提高防水性能、使得其长时间处于潮湿环境或有水环境中能够继续工作、不会因为有水而失效的电池包及电动工具系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电池包,包括设置有若干相互电连接的电芯的电芯组件、形成有密闭腔体以收容所述电芯组件的壳体、与所述电芯组件电连接的电路组件、及与所述壳体连接且用于与外部设备实现锁定连接或释放脱离的适配组件,所述电路组件包括位于所述密闭腔体内的第一电路板及位于所述密闭腔体外且与所述第一电路板电连接的电性端子,所述电性端子用于与外部设备电连接。
进一步地,所述电路组件还包括隔绝于所述密闭腔体且与所述第一电路板电连接的第二电路板,所述电性端子与所述第二电路板电连接。
进一步地,所述第一电路板及第二电路板之间连接有电连接件,所述壳体上设置有第一通孔,所述电连接件的一端与所述第一电路板电连接,所述电连接件的另一端穿过所述第一通孔与所述第二电路板电连接,所述第一通孔设置有密封体以将所述电连接件一端与另一端隔绝。
进一步地,所述第一电路板及第二电路板之间连接有电连接件,所述电连接件与所述壳体一体成型,所述电连接件的一端位于所述壳体面向所述密闭腔体的一侧,所述电连接件的另一端位于所述壳体背离所述密闭腔体的另一侧。
进一步地,所述壳体包括形成密闭腔体的上壳及下壳,所述上壳上设置有若干第二通孔,所述下壳上设置有与所述第二通孔位置对应的若干第三通孔,所述电池包还包括若干个用以依次穿过所述第二通孔及第三通孔使得所述上壳与下壳紧密连接的第一紧固件。
进一步地,相邻两个所述第一紧固件之间的间距小于等于60mm。
进一步地,所述上壳包括第一边缘部,所述下壳包括第二边缘部,所述电池包还包括设置在所述第一边缘部和第二边缘部之间用以加强密封性能的密封圈。
进一步地,所述适配组件包括与所述壳体形成收容腔的适配壳体、暴露设置在所述收容腔外的按钮部、与所述按钮部连接且设置在所述收容腔内的连接部、及与所述连接部连接且突伸出所述适配壳体的卡扣部。
进一步地,所述壳体上设置有第四通孔,所述适配壳体上设置有与所述第四通孔相对应的槽口,所述电池包还包括穿过所述第四通孔与所述槽口配合以使得所述适配壳体与壳体连接的第二紧固件。
进一步地,所述第二紧固件的端面与所述壳体之间设置有用以加强密封性能的橡胶垫片。
本发明还提供了一种电池包,包括形成有密闭腔体的上壳及下壳、设置有若干相互电连接的电芯且设置在所述密闭腔体内的电芯组件、与所述电芯组件 电连接的电路组件、及与所述上壳连接且用于与外部设备实现锁定连接或释放脱离的适配组件,所述电池包还包括若干个连接所述上壳及下壳的第一紧固件,当所述上壳或下壳的横截面的周长不小于376mm时,相邻两个所述第一紧固件之间的间距小于等于60mm。
进一步地,相邻两个所述第一紧固件之间的间距为50mm。
本发明还提供了一种电动工具系统,包括如上所述的电池包及与所述适配组件可拆卸连接的电动工具,所述电动工具包括机身、设置在所述机身上的工作组件及设置在所述机身内用以驱动所述工作组件运行的驱动组件、以及设置在所述机身上用以与所述电池包插接以使所述电池包给所述驱动组件提供电力的电池包安装部。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过将第一电路板与电芯组件共同设置在密闭腔体内,使得第一电路板及电芯组件不会受到水的干扰而停止工作,提高电池包在有水环境中的工作效率;
通过在第二紧固件与壳体接触的端面设置有橡胶垫片,进一步加强密封及防水性能;
适配壳体与壳体之间设置有收容腔,该收容腔不具备明显开口,且电子器件设置在收容腔内,全方面加强了电池包的密封性能,减少外界水进入密封腔体内的路径。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。在本发明描述中,轴线方向与高度方向一致。
请参见图1,本发明的一种电动工具系统,包括电池包5及与电池包5可拆卸连接的电动工具100,电动工具100包括机身1、设置在机身1上的工作组件2及设置在机身1内用以驱动工作组件2运行的驱动组件3、以及设置在机身1上用以与电池包5插接以使电池包5给驱动组件3提供电力的电池包安装部51。在本实施例中,该电动工具100为手持高压清洗机100。诚然,在其他实施例中,该电动工具100也可为割草机或电锤或其他,在此不做具体限定。相应的,机身1即为枪体,该枪体1包括机壳11、设置在机壳11上的枪杆12及设置在枪杆12上的喷嘴13,更为具体的,机壳11包括主体部111、与主体部111连接 的握持部112及水路机构2,其中,水路机构2即为工作组件2。手持高压清洗机100还包括设置在机壳11内用以驱动水路机构2运行的泵体3,该泵体3即为驱动组件。为了提高手持高压清洗机100的出水量,在本实施例中,该泵体3为隔膜泵。诚然,在其他实施例中,该泵体3也可为柱塞泵或其他泵体3,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。
手持高压清洗机100还包括与枪体1连接的功能性部件4,该功能性部件4为启动开关,在握持部112上设置有中空部1121,该中空部1121为环形结构,启动开关4设置在环形状的中空部1121内。在外力的控制下,启动开关4与握持部112接触或者分离以使得手持高压清洗机100进水或喷水。在使用手持高压清洗机100的时候,使用者一只手握住握持部112靠近启动开关4的一边并控制启动开关4,另一只手握住握持部112另一边以分离手持清洗机施加给使用者的压力。在握持部112的一端还设置有椭圆形环,在手持高压清洗机100未使用的情况下,单手握住该椭圆形环为较为节省体力的方式。握持部112的另一端与机壳11紧密连接。
水路机构2包括进水装置21及设置在枪杆12内的出水装置22,泵体3连接进水装置21及出水装置22。枪杆12包括枪头121及枪尾122,枪头121与水路机构2连接,喷嘴13设置在枪尾122上。水路机构2的进水装置21设置在机壳11的下方、握持部112右侧的位置,按下启动开关4使得启动开关4与握持部112接触,泵体3在电池包5的控制下运行并控制进水装置21将外界水流通过进水装置21运输至手持高压清洗机100内的储水容器(未图示);松开启动开关4使得启动开关4与握持部112分离,泵体3在电池包5的控制下运行并控制出水装置22将储水容器内的水运输并喷洒向清洗目标。进水装置21与出水装置22之间还设置有传输管道,该传输管道的一端与进水装置21连接,另一端与出水装置22连接,进水装置21通过该传输管道将外界水流运输至储水容器内。
请参见图2至图6,电池包5设置在握持部112的一端,该握持部112的端部设置有与电池包5电性连接的连接端子。电池包5包括设置有若干相互电连 接的电芯521的电芯组件52、形成有密闭腔体50以收容电芯组件的壳体51、与电芯组件52电连接的电路组件53、及与壳体51连接且用于与外部设备实现锁定连接或释放脱离的适配组件54。电池包5通过适配组件54与手持高压清洗机100实现可拆卸连接。其中壳体包括上壳511及下壳512,上壳511与下壳512紧密连接以形成密闭腔体50。在本实施例中,上壳511及下壳512的制作材料均为塑料。诚然,在其他实施例中,上壳511及下壳512的制作材料也可为其他,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。上壳511上设置有若干第二通孔,下壳512上设置有与第二通孔位置对应的若干第三通孔5122,电池包5还包括用以依次穿过第二通孔及第三通孔5122使得上壳511与下壳512紧密连接的第一紧固件515。该第一紧固件515优选为螺钉,当然也可以为其他常规连接结构,在此不做赘述。
在本实施例中,第二通孔及第三通孔5122均匀设置,使得第一紧固件515在将上壳511与下壳512锁紧时,上壳511与下壳512不会因为受力不均匀导致变形翘曲,从而破坏电池包5的结构。上壳511还包括第一边缘部5111,下壳512还包括第二边缘部5121,电池包5还包括设置在第一边缘部5111和第二边缘部5121之间用以加强密封性能的密封圈56,通过设置有密封圈56,防止外界水通过上壳511与下壳512的连接处的缝隙进入,进一步提高电池包5的防水性能。在本实施例中,相邻两个第二通孔或相邻两个第三通孔5122之间的间距小于等于60mm,即相邻两个第一紧固件515之间的间距小于等于60mm。这样设置的目的在于:如果第一紧固件515之间的距离过大,则上壳511与下壳512之间会发生鼓翘,无法给密封圈56提供正压力,则起不到密封的效果。亦或者,当壳体51的横截面的周长大于等于376mm时,相邻两个第一紧固件515之间的间距小于等于60mm,优选的,相邻两个第一紧固件515之间的间距为50mm。这样设置的目的在于:一般电压为20V的电池包5,如果选用18650或21700电芯521,一排5节排列,壳体51横截面的周长会大于等于376mm,将相邻两个第一紧固件515之间的间距小于等于60mm,以防止上壳511与下壳512之间发生鼓翘。
值得注意的是,当第一紧固件515不长以使得第一紧固件515未打穿上壳511时,此时只需要在上壳511靠近电芯521的一面加密封圈56即可;当第一紧固件515过长以使得第一紧固件515打穿上壳511时,此时需要在上壳515靠近电芯521的一面和靠近电性端子5323的一面都加上密封圈56,以增强密闭腔体50的密封性。
电路组件53包括位于密闭腔体50内的第一电路板531及位于密闭腔体50外且与第一电路板531电连接的电性端子5323,电性端子5323用于与外部设备电连接。通过将第一电路板531设置在密封腔体50内,以防止第一电路板531被外界水破坏致使电池包5在有水环境中无法正常使用。电路组件53还包括隔绝于密闭腔体50的电极座5322、及设置在电极座5322的一侧且与第一电路板531电连接的第二电路板532,电性端子5323设置在电极座5322的另一侧且与第二电路板532电连接。将第一电路板531设置在密闭腔体50内而第二电路板532和电性端子5323设置在密闭腔体50外的目的为:第一电路板531上设有很多重要电子元器件以及电路,需要重点防水,而第二电路板532只是起到与电性端子5323和第一电路板531电连接的作用,电性端子5323防水可以通过与外部设备配接实现,比如在外部设备的连接端子上设置橡胶密封圈等方式。
电池包5还包括用以使得第一电路板531及第二电路板532电连接的电连接件533,该电连接件533可以为导线,或铜棒等导电材料,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。电连接件533可与壳体51可分开独立设置,亦可与壳体51一体成型设置。若电连接件533与壳体51分开独立设置时,壳体51上设置有第一通孔(未图示),电连接件533的一端与第一电路板531电连接,电连接件533的另一端穿过第一通孔与第二电路板532电连接,第一通孔设置有密封体将电连接件533的一端与电连接件533的另一端隔绝以增强密封性,该密封体可为密封胶或密封圈,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。若电连接件533与壳体51一体成型设置时,电连接件533的一端设置于壳体51面向密闭腔体50的一侧与第一电路板531电连接,电连接件533的一端设置与壳体51背离密闭腔体50的另一侧与第二电路板532电连接。
电芯组件52还包括用以包覆电芯521两端的支撑架522,为了方便布局及排线,若干个电芯521并排设置。诚然,若干个电芯521也可叠加设置,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定支撑架522的形状贴合密封腔体50设置,防止在密封腔体50内形成储水空间。为了更好的将电芯521两端进行密封以防止水进入,支撑架522内设置有与电芯521形状匹配的柱状容置腔5221。在本实施例中,支撑架522的材料为橡胶。诚然,在其他实施例中,该支撑架522的材料也可为其他防水材料,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。
适配组件54包括与壳体51形成收容腔55的适配壳体541、暴露设置在收容腔55外的按钮部542、与按钮部542连接且设置在收容腔55内的连接部543、及与连接部543连接且突伸出适配壳体51的卡扣部544。在本实施例中,适配组件54既设置在上壳511上,诚然,在其他实施例中,适配组件54也可设置在下壳512上,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。适配壳体541上形成有开口5411,开口5411使按钮部542暴露在外。在本实施例中,该开口5411为U型开口,用以更好的与按钮部542贴合。诚然,在其他实施例中,该开口5411的形状也可为其他,根据实际情况而定,在此不做具体限定。适配壳体541上还设置有使得卡扣部544突伸出适配壳体541的长槽口5412,卡扣部544的通过该长槽口5412突伸出适配壳体541。按钮部542与壳体51之间设置有弹性件59,壳体51上突伸形成凸块513,弹性件59的一端套设在凸块513上以与壳体51固定,弹性件59的另一端与按钮部542固定连接。在本实施例中,该弹性件59为弹簧。诚然,在其他实施例中,该弹性件59也可为其他,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。按下该按钮部542,按钮部542带动连接部543进而驱动卡扣部544向靠近壳体51的方向运动以使得卡扣部544与手持高压清洗机100脱离,此时弹性件59受力形变;松开该按钮部542,则按钮部542在弹性件59的形变力的驱动下向上弹起进而带动连接部543以使得卡扣部544向远离壳体51的方向运动,从而与手持高压清洗机100卡合固定。
按钮部542上设置有内凹的按压面5421,该按压面5421为不平整面以增大接触摩擦力。在本实施例中,该按压面5421上设置有若干个自按压面5421表 面向上突伸的小凸点,该小凸点均匀分布。在其他实施例中,也可在按压面5421上设置有波浪纹等规则或不规则条纹,也可设置有自按压面5421表面向内凹陷的凹坑等,只需达到增大摩擦力的效果。诚然,该按压面5421也可为光滑面,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。按钮部542还包括与按压面5421背向设置的突伸件5422,该突伸件5422朝向壳体51设置,壳体51上设置有与突伸件5422配合的凹槽514,该凹槽514不连通设置在壳体51上,即该凹槽514不与密封腔体50连通。该突伸件5422与凹槽514配合,使得在按压按钮部542时,按钮部542向靠近壳体51方向运动时更为稳定。诚然,在其他实施例中,按钮部542上也可无需设置有突伸件5422,根据实际情况而定。
适配壳体541上还设置有用以使得电性端子5323突伸出以与外部设备电连接的对接槽口541,呈上述,该外部设备为手持高压清洗机100。为了使得电池包5与手持高压清洗机100对接更为顺利,适配壳体541的两侧还设置有第一导轨5413,手持高压清洗机100的相应位置上也设置有与第二导轨,两者相互配合以使得电性端子5323与手持高压清洗机100的连接端子顺利对接。
壳体51上设置有第四通孔,适配壳体541上设置有与第四通孔相对应的槽口,电池包5还包括穿过第四通孔与槽口配合以使得适配壳体541与壳体51连接的第二紧固件58。为了防止液体从第四通孔处流进密闭腔体50内,第二紧固件58的端面与壳体51之间设置有用以加强密封性能的橡胶垫片。为了使得适配壳体541与壳体51连接更为紧固,在本实施例中,该第二紧固件58的个数设置有四个,分别设置在适配壳体541的四周。诚然,在其他实施例中,第二紧固件58的个数也可为其他,在此不做具体限定,根据实际情况而定。。第二紧固件58为常规结构,在此不做赘述。
该电池包5的一侧还设置有用以显示电池包5电量的显示机构57,该显示机构57包括与电芯组件52及电路组件53连接的显示灯571。在本实施例中,显示灯571的个数为3个,3个显示灯571一起点亮则表明该电池包5的电量为最大,显示灯571点亮的个数依次减少,则表明电池包5的电量逐渐减少。诚然,在其他实施例中,显示机构57可以为其他,在此不做具体限定,根据实际 情况而定。
综上:通过将第一电路板531与电芯组件52共同设置在密闭腔体50内,使得第一电路531板及电芯组件52不会受到水的干扰而停止工作,提高电池包5在有水环境中的工作效率;
通过在第二紧固件58与壳体51接触的端面设置有橡胶垫片,进一步加强密封及防水性能;
适配壳体541与壳体51之间设置有收容腔55,该收容腔55不具备明显开口,且电子器件532设置在收容腔55内,全方面加强了电池包5的密封性能,减少外界水进入密封腔体50内的路径。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电池包,包括设置有若干相互电连接的电芯的电芯组件、形成有密闭腔体以收容所述电芯组件的壳体、与所述电芯组件电连接的电路组件、及与所述壳体连接且用于与外部设备实现锁定连接或释放脱离的适配组件,其特征在于,所述电路组件包括位于所述密闭腔体内的第一电路板及位于所述密闭腔体外且与所述第一电路板电连接的电性端子,所述电性端子用于与外部设备电连接,所述电路组件还包括隔绝于所述密闭腔体且与所述第一电路板电连接的第二电路板,所述电性端子与所述第二电路板电连接,所述第一电路板及第二电路板之间连接有电连接件,所述壳体上设置有第一通孔,所述电连接件的一端与所述第一电路板电连接,所述电连接件的另一端穿过所述第一通孔与所述第二电路板电连接,所述第一通孔设置有密封体以将所述电连接件一端与另一端隔绝。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述第一电路板及第二电路板之间连接有电连接件,所述电连接件与所述壳体一体成型,所述电连接件的一端位于所述壳体面向所述密闭腔体的一侧,所述电连接件的另一端位于所述壳体背离所述密闭腔体的另一侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述壳体包括形成密闭腔体的上壳及下壳,所述上壳上设置有若干第二通孔,所述下壳上设置有与所述第二通孔位置对应的若干第三通孔,所述电池包还包括若干个用以依次穿过所述第二通孔及第三通孔使得所述上壳与下壳紧密连接的第一紧固件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电池包,其特征在于,相邻两个所述第一紧固件之间的间距小于等于60mm。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述上壳包括第一边缘部,所述下壳包括第二边缘部,所述电池包还包括设置在所述第一边缘部和第二边缘部之间用以加强密封性能的密封圈。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述适配组件包括与所述壳体形成收容腔的适配壳体、暴露设置在所述收容腔外的按钮部、与所述按钮部连接且设置在所述收容腔内的连接部、及与所述连接部连接且突伸出所述适配 壳体的卡扣部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有第四通孔,所述适配壳体上设置有与所述第四通孔相对应的槽口,所述电池包还包括穿过所述第四通孔与所述槽口配合以使得所述适配壳体与壳体连接的第二紧固件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电池包,其特征在于,所述第二紧固件的端面与所述壳体之间设置有用以加强密封性能的橡胶垫片。
  9. 一种电池包,包括形成有密闭腔体的上壳及下壳、设置有若干相互电连接的电芯且设置在所述密闭腔体内的电芯组件、与所述电芯组件电连接的电路组件、及与所述上壳连接且用于与外部设备实现锁定连接或释放脱离的适配组件,其特征在于,所述电池包还包括若干个连接所述上壳及下壳的第一紧固件,当所述上壳或下壳的横截面的周长不小于376mm时,相邻两个所述第一紧固件之间的间距小于等于60mm。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电池包,其特征在于,相邻两个所述第一紧固件之间的间距为50mm。
  11. 一种电动工具系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至8或9至10中任一项所述的电池包及与所述适配组件可拆卸连接的电动工具,所述电动工具包括机身、设置在所述机身上的工作组件及设置在所述机身内用以驱动所述工作组件运行的驱动组件、以及设置在所述机身上用以与所述电池包插接以使所述电池包给所述驱动组件提供电力的电池包安装部。
